KFC in Oxford

Firstly, there was a man in the front of me waiting for his order, but he left as he was waiting way too long and other people who was after him get they order before him. While the manager or supervisor, just was there watching what is going on and playing with his phone insted to help the staff. And I order chicken wrap with BBQ sauce and i didn't get any sauce at all. It was dry and tasteless. So disappointed.

The place was dirty and the toilet was disgusting the people serving was not interested had haft the order missing I've worked in catering for years so I know what's what I don't think I will go in there again

Absolutely shocked by what’s happened, when to this branch a couple of weeks back and the left out over £5 worth of my order. My mistake as I should have checked but had faith in the staff that works there. Silly me obviously as because today I when there again for take away and when I was going to check if everything was in there , the I’m assuming shift manager looked at me and said no need to check as he personally packed it and all will be in there. Well guess what I get home and once again food missing. My question is how many people are they doing this to. I would honestly avoid the branch unless you want to come out of pocket .

This is the most disgustingly dirty KFC I’ve ever eaten in. All of the tables were filthy and the floor was covered in mess. There was such a big pool of drink by one table and the floor was so greasy, I was honestly afraid I’d slip and break a hip. I’m sure part of this is down to the efforts of the patrons who I can only surmise were suffering from terrible arm spasms. But it’s also obvious that staff weren’t cleaning enough. Short staffed or lazy? Who knows. All I know is that I felt violated and wanted a hot shower afterwards.

Burgers were cold. We complained and was told by the manager that he will replace the food once. But this is as hot as the food gets. It was cold again. The cheese couldn't even melt. Serving cold chicken is dangerous and I am pregnant. I went to complain again and the manager told me it is not cold. We psychically couldn't eat it. I had to demand a refund as the manager just wanted to argue. I've been going there for 20 years and I won't be going back. I'll go to Popeyes.

We paid £17.99 for a 10-piece chicken bucket and 4 fries. We got 6 pieces and 1 bag fries. Check carefully before you leave, they rip you off!

Acabamos de visitar el KFC en Oxford Centre y tuvimos una comida deliciosa. El pollo estaba muy sabroso, húmedo y caliente. Patatas fritas también frescas y calientes. El personal fue muy amigable y servicial. Sinceramente, el peor KFC en el que he estado! ! El servicio fue horrible, hasta el punto de que casi les dijimos que lo olvidaran y se fueran. Pedimos la nueva hamburguesa vegana de KFC. . . y deseé después no haberme molestado. Aparentemente, juntos, por lo que parece, constituyendo un bollo, la hamburguesa empanada, una pequeña lechuga picada y algo parecido a la mayonesa, que supongo, no lo era.En gran parte insípido, excepto por un calor picante suave que se hizo evidente a mitad de camino forzándolo hacia abajo. También me dio una indigestión incómoda.El servicio al cliente estuvo bastante desvinculado durante mi visita, sin que el personal emanara calidez, dificultad para entender lo que se decía y dificultad para ser entendido. Y la máquina que producía bebidas tipo sundae, fuera de servicio: /La hamburguesa no rompió el banco, llegando a las 3. 99, pero luego ni se abrió paso para ofrecer incluso una experiencia satisfactoria.

Visited here earlier this week after visiting the theatre . Only the downstairs was open and several “dodgy” types were loitering . Only two tables available both covered in used meals as was the floor . Probably best to avoid late at night !

Was expected to wait an 1 hour for food in a fast food restaurant. Staff was super rude after I enquired about my order after 29min and said I had to wait another 30 min.

Cena veloce ed improvvisata, non avevo mai provato ( in Italia non è una catena diffusissima) il famoso KFC.Devo dire alternativa piacevole (quasi tutto a base di pollo fritto) al solito beef.Servizio veloce.Paghi poco e mangi da fast food, senza sorprese.Bagni poco puliti, però.

Oltre al classico servizio in cassa, dispongono di due schermi digitali dove comodamente potete fare la vostra comanda da la e poi pagare con la carta.Servizio veloce (classico fast food). Purtroppo la maggior parte dei tavoli non erano puliti, nonostante era orario di punta.

Just your normal KFC, service was good,place was tidy and plenty of seat upstairs. Can't think of any faults. My burger was hot and cooked well and tasted good that's all I ask for.

Orginally fue a Nando's en George Street para la comida de cumpleaños, pero el servicio fue tan terrible que nos fuimos antes de que pudiéramos ordenar. Filthy and incompetant. Food set aside on the counter beside a "point of sale" card reader whilst waiting for fries. Ordered two pieces of chicken and was given two small legs, not one of each thigh and leg. Asked for four Hot Wings but only got two. One small fries rather than large as ordered.

Es un lugar de comidas que te saca del paso. Venden comida rápida, no hamburguesas, sino patitas de pollo, nuggets, y demás piezas, todo de pollo. Todo muy aceitoso. El lugar en si es bastante sucio, el baño es horrible, pero tiene mesas, baño e internet libre.

Firme en la puerta dice calificación de higiene alimentaria 5, pero no veo cómo, caballero detrás del mostrador que creo que es gerente, sacó regularmente su teléfono de debajo del mostrador y verificó los mensajes, cuando atendía a un cliente, incluso abrió las cajas de hamburguesas para revisar comida sin lavarse las manos, este caballero en particular solo puedo describirlo como un matón ya que constantemente estaba reprendiendo y despreciando a la joven que estaba haciendo todo lo posible para servir a los clientes. Este tipo de comportamiento no pertenece al lugar de trabajo moderno. También noté que otro miembro del personal cargaba su teléfono en el área de preparación de alimentos.

El pollo KFC que parece ser vendido ahora en Inglaterra y Francia parece ser el mismo. Algo falta en la fórmula original que hace que el pollo ahora no sea memorable.

Normalmente no suelo comer en restaurante de comida rápida, pero yo tenía hambre y era corta para tiempo y guión, ya que fue bastante tranquila. No estoy seguro de qué, pero fue asesorado por un personal muy amable detrás del mostrador para probar su picante patatas pollo con patatas fritas y té por solo 5 libras. Fue el más delicioso pollo patatas fritas. La salsa era exuberante. Se supone que es estilo mexicano, me dijeron. He vuelto allí unas cuantas veces, simplemente porque el personal era muy amable y para un bocadillo rápido barato.

Have used this KFC many times. It is always really busy yet they always get your order correct and give quick service.

If you are a KFC fanatic...And there seem to be many. ..this is a busy outlet on a busy street. ..only a couple of tables at ground floor entrance and order counter level. Supposed to be for those unable to access the main upper floor restaurant and wash room facilities.

My greatgrandson and myself decided to visit this KFC whilst we were in Oxford,we had to queue from the entrance doorway to the counter to place for our order.Our food order -one childs food box Chicken pieces/fry's a fruit drink + for dessert a yougert; For me I had a chicken burrito with fry's with a coffee.We went upstairs to find a table to eat our food,which was excellent -good value.The toilets were clean&tidy;.

Awful chicken, extremely greasy and nasty inside, no care of quality of the food going out. Had try and dab the grease off every piece of chicken to make it fit for human consumption (kind of)

Best KFC for miles very helpful staff and found the premises very clean it was a particularly busy day the queue was out the door but got served within 5 minutes the chicken was very hot n fresh and they kindly let me not have thigh meat as I dislike it! Excellent service!

Very rude staff, try to rush through your order, give you any side or drink they please, refuse to sell items on the menu if they have to prepare them (e.g. Wraps).The store is also extremely unhygienic with dirt everywhere and flies. I actively saw one staff member use the toilet and then prepare food without washing or using gloves. Recipe for e.coli poisoning!Avoid at all costs.

Called in for a quick bite to eat on a Saturday lunch, I knew it was busy but the staff could be a bit more welcoming . Taking my order the guy was serving other people's food and talking to them... so at one point I had no idea whom he was talking too. Then was shot a weird look like I was holding up the entire restaurant. The box had a choice of sides , bit like the Henry ford theory , anything you like as long as it is beans. I was not even asked, plus the beans we terrible ... over sweet. The worst thing was using the toilet, no loo roll and a large floater waiting for me. Mc d's next time.

I had not been to KFC for a while but I was pleasantly surprised by this visit. I thought the chicken was fresh and wholesome, with a good taste. The chips were crisp. That is about all you can ask for in a fast food place. There is some seating downstairs, by the window, which is a nice spot to be in summer in Oxford. Upstairs, it is frankly a bit soulless and not a place you would ant to linger. But, for a fast meal, just sit and eat and go.

Seems like every single spanish tourist group comes here to eat haha. Queue is almost always out of the door, and it is near impossible to get a seat.Worst thing is staff don't care about individual customers, I get that Pepsi is a popular drink, they when they give me it without asking what I want? No thanks. They also just give you a random side sometimes without asking. Not a brill KFC.

Went twice in my one week stay in Oxford because of good chicken (not all KFCs in different parts of the world are the same, this is one of the best tasting KFC I had), esp with gravy and corn, cheap, clean toilet, friendly staff esp the somewhat older man cleaning in second floor.

As atendentes estavam bem perdidas e com uma aparencia pessima. O local não estava muito limpo, com guardanapos e canudos pelo chão. A lixeira estava loatada, ninguem conseguia inserir mais nada.

So KFC is my guilty pleasure!! Food is always going to hit the standard. But the service at this branch is terrible and I always dread having to go in... I like to sit down and eat, and as willing as they are to accept my choice of "eating in".... It would be so nice if they could tell me there would be a 45 minute wait to sit down... It's got to the point now where I expect to wait and just find a seat on the stairs. The tipping point would be a few weeks ago, where they failed to tell me the restaurant up stairs was closed for a refurb... Middle of lunch, and only 6 tables available. I literally ate it from the top of a bin. Sort it out. If you're full, you're full. Let people know.

El día que visité Oxford, esta sucursal de KFC me salvó. Acá pude comer barato, rápido y realmente rico. Estos pollos son geniales, siempre con esas salsas deliciosas. De las cadenas de comida rápida debe ser una de las mejores opciones.

É vero i fast food fanno male, ma di solito hanno anche un pessimo gusto! KFC per me è stato diverso, mi sono innamorato del suo pollo fritto ed è l'unico fast food nel quale mi recherei volentieri! Unico difetto? Non é presente in Italia :(

The last time I visited was on my lunch break. The staff are all very friendly and polite. As I am a polite person myself, I feel that they really do appreciate please and thank you. The chicken is always moist. Sometimes you might have to wait a little for the food to cook, but that is expected as KFC is quite popular. There are also a lot of foreign students who visit KFC so sometimes the queue can come out of the door. I tend to avoid eating in because it can get very packed, but that is just my preference and demonstrates good business. As a result of the business, it does sometime stake a while for staff to clear tables but usually the cleaner is dealing with some other mess e.g. spillages.

Slow service, bad customer service and the chicken?!?! Absolutely disgusting, last time I ever go to another KFC. Nandos is 1000 times better.

Dirty smells they have a problem cleaning the floors the seats the tables and also the counter where the place your food , if you complain they will ignore you

Ordered and double checked (12 hot wings, 4 piece chicken and a large pop-corn, that's why I was double checked) with the staff and she told me exact number I've ordered, but after go home and checked, 2 pieces chicken were missing...I have to say this: really thanks for this, lied to me and won't never ever go there again!!!

.. one of the worst take-aways for miles .. actually this KFC is the only one in Oxford city centre .. small downstairs with 3 tables at the window .. thanks to this store I have stopped eating KFC altogether when I first & last time I went in .. and made me revise my eating habits, together with KFC goes MacDonalds & other fast food .. so got to thank KFC for its effort in my eating habits ..

In visita di una giornata ad Oxford, abbiamo scelto di provare questa catena specializzata in pollo fritto.La porzione da 6 pezzi e' più' che sufficiente per un pranzo (offrono anche 10 o 14 pezzi !).Buono anche l'hamburger ed i chicken pop-corn.In 4 abbiamo preso 6 pezzi di pollo fritto, due hamburger, 2 chicken pop-corn,inclusa una bottiglia di pepsi, ed abbiamo pagato 23 sterline.Valida alternativa a Mc Donald.

Decente per un pranzo veloce ed a buon prezzo. Spazio al primo piano, situato in cento città. Scarsa la pulizia del locale!.

This is your standard KFC fast food experience and would normally warrent a solid average if not for the single glaring drawback and that is the crowds of tourists often here. Being right in the centre of the city it is easy to get to but from around early lunch to past dinner the establishment is busy and packed and at times you will have to wait to find a table and then you will not be able to relax to eat but feel the need to eat to let someone else sit down. This same problem applies to the other fast food establishments in the city centre so it is not a sole critism at KFC; rather more of a general issue that has to be overcome by coming out a bit to less busy places. Other then that it is a perfectly normally KFC with normal food, acceptable levels of cleaniness and quick if hassled staff.

It's a busy KFC serving the same ok food as all the others! On a plus point the chips were hot which I've found to be quite rare.

This is the be all. No end needed. I have lived and died a thousand deaths, and ne'er have I eaten such Elysian ambrosia. The sustenance of kings, both here and abroad. The service: superb. The cleanliness: almost there. The children's faces as I told them our destination: indescribable. I would marry the colonel, were he to ask. No more to say.

It was absolutely packed, nowhere to sit, they took ages to serve me (as they forgot to actually make what I ordered) and the food tasted awful. I usually like KFC as a guilty pleasure but will not be going back here, when there are so many other great places to eat in Oxford.

Venendo dall'Italia non avevamo mai provato il KFC, e così a Oxford, siamo entrati in questo fast food dedicato alle alette di pollo. Quanto è vero che la pubblicità può essere ingannevole: siamo stati attratti subito dal menù banquet, che sembrava enorme dalla foto. Appena abbiamo posato lo sguardo sul vassoio ci siamo ritrovati con: mini patatine, mini zuppetta di fagioli, mini crocchette di pollo e solo 3 alette impanate (tra l'altro mancava la ciotolina con la salsina). Che fame e che nervoso! Siamo scesi per prendere almeno altre patatine, dimensione regular, ma inutile dirlo, il pacchetto era davvero piccolo e il tizio che ci ha servito, non ci ha nemmeno dato il resto giusto! Ora ho imparato come si dice in inglese 'il resto non è corretto', ma al KFC non ci torno più. Unica cosa da segnalare: era pulito!
