Realmente disfruté de nuestra comida y bebidas que acaba de aparecer nunca he estado antes sin duda llamará de nuevo muy buen lugar para una puesta al día con amigos

En una palabra, repugnante. Solo entramos a tomar una copa en nuestro camino a nuestro hotel. Pedí que me dijeran que estaba mirando un menú viejo. Un nuevo menú fue apuntado y tenía la misma bebida en él. Me dijeron que no lo venden. Pedí un trago diferente. Me dijeron que no lo tienen, les señalé que estaba sentado justo ahí en el estante. El personal del bar claramente no está capacitado y no tiene entusiasmo. Las mesas exteriores no habían visto un paño en mucho tiempo. Los pisos eran pegajosos para caminar. Los baños solo tenían uno disponible sin la cerradura rota. Rollos de inodoro sentados en el suelo en lugar de en el del titular. Un lugar horrible, no recomendaría.

No other place like it for atmosphere for the match. They do decent band nights on Fridays too as well as drink offers.

Came in to watch football before a gig Bar staff none existent My husband stood at the bar for over 5 minutes whilst the bar maid was on the phone to her family (we know this as she told them she loved them when ending the call, she did apologise and told my husband she was on the phone to the landlady. The Landlady need to short her staff as they are taking the piss out of her and customers.

22 fellows stag party 30 plus in age, I’m the father, there missing a niche in their bar, have girls do table service we’d drink a lot more and spend money rather than go up and Q 4/5 deep at the bar, they do special packages which is a joke, £450 for 30 bottles beer 2 bottles spirit and 1 sambuca for a 2 hr slot we’ve got money but we’re not stupid! Place was buzzing lots of geezers, big screens but need to re-think the strategy in making money and keeping people happy!

Amazing Staff! Went out to celebrate a birthday and we had drinks waiting for us on our arrival and an amazing gin tree!! 100% recommend for everyone.

very good service. very friendly staff. good variety of drinks on offer. this bar is for the young clientele. but we went as a family to watch rugby and football Eliza the shot girl went above and beyond to make our visit special with special virgin shots for the kids to make them feel part of the fun

Place is a shambles! Honestly have no other words to describe this **** hole. The staff and useless and don’t get me started on the management, the women with dark hair and a fringe had an attitude and the bald manager well…. He shouldn’t be a manager let’s just leave it’s as that. Staff thinking they work in a 5* place thinking they know more than myself. I am a food and drink consultant who was at numberous bars/restaurants that night and that was far by my worst experience.

We arrived to Newcastle on 25th May and came to bar 52 after getting lost about 5 times. Harry Aaron Sheridan looked after us and told us where to go. Nicer staff we couldn't meet. Kind caring and so helpful. We came back that night and the atmosphere from the staff was so welcoming. I would highly recommend this bar. Warm welcoming and so so friendly. Harry Aaron and Sheridan are the nicest people you will meet . If your to Newcastle this is the place to be

What a great night we had at Bar 52 for the Gerry Cinnamon Experience. He did a fantastic job and was a match for the man himself! The place was buzzing and the atmosphere was cracking, well done Kyrie and the Bar52 team. Already looking forward to our next night!

I was here with my girlfriend for the Gerry cinnamon night which was absolutely brilliant from top to bottom the singer was on point and more or less as good as him himself 💪Kyrie who organised our tickets to the treatment we received was by far the best I’ve experienced. After my experience I will be recommend to friends as we have parties coming up

What an ideal venue for couples or groups to watch live sport or enjoy a night out. Whether it’s watching sporting events on tv or playing pool/darts/beer pong you’re into then this is the perfect place. We visited on a Thursday night for Europa League and it was a lively atmosphere with £2 drinks offers on various draft and spirits with mixers. Definitely come here again next time we’re in the city. Service was spot on. 10/10

They lied when they took our table booking, and then lied again when we arrived to be told that no such booking had been made - despite the booking confirmation I showed them in my emails and the Facebook correspondence I’d had with them. We had booked a table and were turned away by a poor excuse for a bartender who couldn’t care less about providing respectable service or even treating people with decency. I’ve already made sure to warn everyone I know not to waste their time at Bar52, and I’ll be sure to carry on warning people in future. Looking forward to the day this changes hands and we can try again.

I visited to watch the England Wales match. They said it was table service only (from qr codes on the tables). The website they use doesn't provide any kind of receipt for your order. Waiters were wandering around not sure of which table they needed to be serving. The lads next to me had been waiting for over 30 minutes for a few beers and if wasn't even that busy. When the pizza that I order didn't turn up I was told that they never received my order and the payment for it that I have made on my credit card would not go through. I have checked my bill and it has gone through...

Wow. What an utter shambles. Slow service, unprofessional staff and a bar set up on a show string. Avoid like the plague. Another 55 degrees north white elephant that'll be shut within 6 months.

Poor set up, they don’t take orders at the bar. Must use QR code/app to order. So cash is out of the question. The app had a “problem” when we were in took Approx 50 mins to get 1 rounds of 3x drinks. Staff were most unhelpful the response from more than one bar tender was “wait like everyone else” asked to see the manager, was told no. Asked for refund and was told they were too busy. Bar could be alright if the staff and their attitude was better and the ordering system needs some kind of backup or at least the option to order in person at the bar. Not everyone wants to use apps/card payments
