The best restaurants serving American food in England

We aspected something more from these American fast food, the food was pretty good but not exceptional.

Esto fue realmente horrible. Nunca volveré a visitar de nuevo.¿La hamburguesa de pollo no había pedido pesto y hey presto cuando llegué a casa lo que había en la hamburguesa?Teníamos 2 hamburguesas de carne que se suponía que vendrían medianas. Estaban asados al extremo.Chips con sabor a aceite viejo.Las picaduras de pollo estaban bien.Corto y contundente.

We were all served by a lovely girl called Ella, she was polite with excellent customer service!! she made our evening! so thankyou ella!!

Coffee was wicked Nice and strong And to the ppl moaning that it comes out of a jar u got to ask for a machine coffee otherwise you won’t get it up sasuage. Great customer service and the lady working today at 11am on the 7th of June was lovely thru and thru

It was online. The hamburgers are tasty and delicious but the size is a bit small. I ordered as well Fries House and the flavour was nice and tasty but unfortunately the fries were not whole, they looked like leftovers or broken parts of other fries which apparently they take advantage of in online orders. Those fries should be thrown away and not served as they are not cheap, you have to serve the fries whole but don't charge for them. Very bad. I was very disappointed!!

Over our last 4 visits there is always something that is not available. Last time they had no bread rolls to go with the soup. This time they have no syrup for the strawberry milkshakes . We have never had a problem finding seating space so i can only assume it is bad management which is a shame as it is lovely and clean cafe..

Crap service. Allows the food to sit out waiting for delivery for 40 minutes, food was stone cold unedible. Rang the store and you get the same "ring Uber not my problem" common sense would be to ring Uber and complain your customers are recieving cold food not punish the customer. Awful

I had ordered in from Slim Pickings and enjoyed the food so at the end of a shopping adventure myself and a friend just wanted a quick bite but also to get off our feet. The price was great the food was good and eating in the chips weren't soggy like ordering for delivery. The place was very busy but there was ample staff clearing tables and sprucing between diners to appear clean. for a food court type experience is surpassed expectation.

Ordenado comer. Nunca se movió a la preparación de la orden así que por suerte podemos cancelar. Esta empresa está destinada a fracasar solo por la falta de servicio al cliente y de tiempo.

Appalling customer service. Waited 90m for a kebab and it was delivered without naan bread. Guy was incredibly rude and said I'd have to wait for it to be delivered as he was "very busy"

I've been a few times and it's always been good food, good coffee and nice staff with perfectly normal waiting times. Pricing is as you would expect.

Food arrived quick but it was cold. I ordered the breakfast. The sausage was frozen in the middle. Husband tried it as well. Haggis, toast, mushrooms and black pudding were cold. I ate the potato scone and the eggs. I probably should have sent the food back but we were in a hurry so just ate what I could. This is a shame as it used to do really good food. On a positive, my husband enjoyed his lasagne. However for £35 I would expect to eat my breakfast. Lady serving was nice.

Whatever I ordered I got the exact opposite, I asked for a waffle I got bread shoved on with strawberry sauce instead, I’m so annoyed I will be making a bigger complaint tomorrow in store with store owner I asked everything with White chocolate waffle and Dutch pancakes and they both came in this state so embarrassing

This place is my favourite because all the staff are lovely and helpful, i go through the drive through at least once a day to get my one shot latte and sometimes with a friend i sit in and the latte is amazing
