Very slow service staff all looked fed up and like didn't want to be there worst McDonald's ever been to was clean enough won't return

Penistone Road McDonalds in Sheffield has to be the worse one in Sheffield. And the only reason I come here is that it’s close to home and is handy for a quick bite to eat. I’m getting a bit sick and tired that every time I come and especially over the last 2 months there’s always something they’ve not got. It’s suppose to be or was at the time the main one in Sheffield. It’s either no fizzy drinks, no milkshake or no ice cream. You always go in expecting one of these things not to be on, but today all 3 weren’t available, so doesn’t leave you much option for a drink, only oasis, water, or hot drinks. Plus since long serving Roland left, the service out front is shocking at least he made you feel welcome, no atmosphere at all. Bring back. To add more the hatrick burger I had was the worse special burger I’ve ever had. Wish they could do the big tasty everytime.

Called in with 9 year old grandchild , tried using the toilet facilities 1st , all toilets disgusting, full to top , poo on the seat , we did not use them and reported them . Lots of homeless laid out side , sat a tables inside , with head on tables , not a pleasant experience, and did not want to order anything after all that .

I ordered the steakhouse burger with garlic cheese bites, fries and drink and didn't have to wait for long. It was also still warm and very nice. I won't order food from there anymore though as the order gets messed up and the delivery guys never find my location.

Me and my partner ordered via Uber eats, all we got were the drinks and 4 of his burgers, none of the chips for us or my meals arrived, absolute joke, it's only high street that messes up this bad, no other McDonald's around Sheffield messes up this bad, we gotta stop ordering from here. Now we have to fight with Uber eats for a refund. If you go in, it's better than online, how the hell do they miss off 2 burgers and 4 fries from an order???? Absolutely pathetic company.

Had a meal here in the week, was very busy but service quite quick after we had pre ordered in a machine. Food was tasty but not the warmest, chips were fairly cold, milkshake was very nice though.

I was charging my stuff get it that I wasn't buying anything but it was just rude what if someone had to call someone if they were disabled to get someone to pick them up I wouldn't like that

I don't make a habit of going to McDonalds regularly but I do like the breakfast sausage and egg muffin or a bacon roll. This place has been done out nicely and got rid of the red and gold for a much better grey /...
