Came back off holiday and after a long day didn’t want to cook, rang Prime’s and ordered a chicken tikka kebab and garlic bread and cheese pizza!! Waited 75 minutes for delivery and when I opened it there was 3 portions of chips 1 with salad and pitta bread 1 in pitta bread and one in a container 🤷‍♂️ rang them back and 20 minutes later my kebab arrived!!! Very disappointed as we always use Prime as there pizzas are brilliant 🤩 but may give them a miss for now?? SORRY 🫣

Overall it was a poor meal, the doner meat was bland and the portion sizes were very small for the money. Won’t be going back

We have ordered from here before but tonight the steak kebab was awful, there was no lettuce and garlic mayo we paid extra for and the steak was so tough and fatty it was inedible. Some of our other meal was ok but due to the poor quality of others we won't be ordering from here again.

Consistently good food, very swift service even though they are obviously busy . . . and car parking space when the street is full of parked cars. Very polite and courteous - great service, also home delivery available if required.

Very disappointed, overpriced food took well over an hour to be delivered and when it came it was extremely cold. Even more to our surprise we found multiple bodily hairs in our chips. Will not be ordering from here again. Lost a loyal customer.

I’ve become a new regular at Primes. Had their food a number of times when friends and family would recommend them. Food is always spot on. Delivery times might be a little longer than other takeaways in Winsford, but when it arrives, no complaints. Whether I order as soon as they open, during a tea time rush, or 5 minutes before closing, they always provide. Delivery guys/girls always polite and thank you for dining with them.

1st time ordering, collection, but food was lovely, pizza was great, kebabs spot on, would definitely order again.

Just had a takeout which was a lager Donna kebab with salad and sauce and a bottle of Pepsi staff are friendly and the place is really good

Ordered from here today it was really nice all hot and fresh salad loved the cabbage on the kebab pizza was great chicken was lovely 10 out of 10 and delivered to the touring park where we are staying would definitely recommend

So unfortunately we ordered our Friday night takeaway from here on line ....long working week no one wants to cook you know the drill.....order placed 19.10 hours on line still waiting at 21.55 - we managed, after over 50 calls later, to get through to a very rude person who told us they had closed all on line orders and phone orders and had over 200 orders outstanding. We asked why they had not just rang us back to tell us of the problem they had to be told to f*** off. Sad that our local take away were so rude and sad to leave a review that is not a good one as we support all our local businesses but we will be taking our money elsewhere.........to a rather large chain who can deliver within 20 minutes - yes slightly more expensive (£4 more) but to be honest if they can get here on time £4 is worth it.

Ordered from here a few days ago! Everything over cooked and disgusting! After waiting 2 hours for food to be delivered!! Feel like it’s getting worse everytime we order. Won’t be ordering again now🤮

Been going to Priimes for 15 years. It will never happen again, ordered delivery at 6.10pm and after sevetal calls later it arrived at 8.25pm. I will never order from there again and i suggest you don't either

Freshly cooked chips which werent soggy. Fish was bob on and thd steam pud was perfectly. Fast service very very clean. Highly reccomend

Have ordered from here quite a few times because the food is actually really nice and good value, However the delivery times are shocking, normally takes about an hour which I could just about live with but this last time we ordered it took 2 hours to arrive! When I called the shop to ask where the order was they said they had already left and we’re on the way, 45 mins after that phone call it arrived, so they weren’t on their way, they lied about it being on the way, I ordered through foodhub who were shocking aswell as all’s they would do is call the takeaway to find out how long which is what I’d already done myself, They also assured me that the manager of primes would call to discuss the complaint with me in 15 minutes time, Guess what......they didn’t call, no gesture of goodwill from Primes or Foodhub, extremely poor customer service from both company’s and I will not be ordering with them again ever.

I ordered Donna meat, chips, chicken and a pizza. I’ve never complained about eating here minus the two hour waiting time for a delivery, the food does taste nice and you get a good amount for your money. However last time I ordered the wait was over two hours so I called and cancelled my order, after ordering tonight I’ve found hairs in three of my slices of pizza, I don’t know whether it was deliberate or not so order at your own risk. I don’t know how they deal with complaints as I’m not planning on calling and complaining, I’m just not ordering from there again.. or anywhere for a long long time.🤢

I buy few pizzas from here, or kebab, as its nice from here never had problem with the food. Very nice.

Nice kebab house at top of winsford, also do deliveries and online orders. Kebabs good, pizzas ok, not tried the burgers. Generally pretty quick, again better if you collect as it’s much quicker and food will taste better. You’ll definitely enjoy if you’ve had a few beers before hand

Haven’t been here in awhile but we went the other night and I had a donner kebab, most places have greasy donner meat and I hate it but primes meat was spot on not one drop of grease! Will be going back more often!

Good kebab house with nice food and pizzas, the consistency in the quality is what gives it 5 stars as well as the taste.

No good at all, worst takeaway in winsford. Food tasteless, chicken very dry and chewy.not very good at all. Do not use this place! All the food minus some mouthfuls went in the bin

Dry tasteless food never used to be like this standards have dropped dramatically what a shame !!!! Chips wer dry also taste like they had been fried more than once pizza was cold also never used to be like this my kebab was just horrid

We use prime kebab house whenever we want a takeaway great service and food never had a problem i would recommend the prime special kebab and double lamb chops

Good food friendly staff value for money, great choice on the menu, the specials are really worth trying, food is always fresh and tasty

I was in this establishment ordered my food paid for it as a young guy walked in and tried to place an order they tried to tell him they were closed and we're taking orders from other people the guys in the back of this kebab house were mimicking this young man with homophobic slurs wasn't very nice at all and you could see this young man was looking distraught.

Yo solía comprar platillos cuando era el nuevo chico en el bloque. Nos gustaría trasladaron a Winsford y estaban esperando a nuestra cocina. Solían hacer filetes muy bueno.

Ordered at 7.30 now 9pm still no sign of tea if it hadn't already paid for it I'd of cancelled it, second time I have used these and twice the wait is far longer that is stated on web site!!!

Hemos estado yendo en Winsford regularmente platillos y 9 veces de 10 la comida estaba fría, entregado quemados fresco o sin cocer. En esta ocasión, nunca recibimos nuestra comida y llamamos nos dijeron que no se ha hecho todavía. Casi 2 horas después de haberlo pedido. El hombre era muy desagradables en el teléfono y tuvimos que repetir nosotros mismos. Es decir que nunca guarde tendré de nuevo.

This is the worst place you can order your food from I ordered my food at 6.55pm to still be waiting at 8.20. I rang up to ask where the food was and they said I was not ready and we are next for delivery....

If you want a quality burger this is the place you go to (NOT McDonald's) The kebabs are also good but the burgers are what you go here for

This is a warning... If you order food via justeat.com from Winsford kebab don't be surprised if it never turns up.... I'm currently in the process of trying to get a refund from justeat.com as the kebab shop will not refund me

My favourite kebab house in winsford also the best chicken kebab ule get in winsford.... Bit of a turn around of staff though the guys that worked there a few years ago where great really friendly funny guys these new guys seem to have no clue more interested in noseying I've placed a few orders and they have done wrong!!! Service needs to brighten up!! But still best chicken kebab in town!

I'm not quite sure where and who to start on. The staff have no food, environmental health and hygiene training. Their manners are terrible, they even look stoned or high! Their English is terrible too. I ordered on the telephone, took me five minutes to explain that i wanted extra salad on one of my burgers. In total my order/pick up was £18. Not much for the amount of food that was delivered, which took an hour and twenty minutes! No salad what so ever on the burger i wanted extra salad for! The pizza was absolutely disgusting, it even had a hair in the cheese!!! The lamb grill wasn't fit for human consumption, it tasted spoilt....I have saved these to take to the local environmental health officer tomorrow! I have since phoned and asked for an explanation, all i got in reply was; DID YOU ORDER ONLINE?!...No, i said. He said, erm, well, there isn't anything i can do. Then put the phone down on me! My husband has been around to see the manager, he was told to "go away in slow jerky movements"! ...as the manager wasn't there, just some snotty nosed kid who looked high as a kite, so my husband informed me! Well, MR. PRIMES MANAGER. I feel you will be getting a visit from the local environmental officer soon.

Recently switched from Winsford Kebab House just for a change, by after the second delivery wait of 1.5 hours!!!!!! sadly I won't be using Primes again. Shame!

We generally order a takeaway through their website, every time it says it'll take 45 minutes but I don't think it has ever been in the vicinity of this, the earliest it's taken had been about 20 minutes but the longest close to 2 hours. The food is pretty much the same as pretty much any takeaway of this kind with stuff like kebabs. The worst we've had from these was when we ordered a sausage dinner as a large meal, they were apparently out of sausages so we got a replacement, this seems fine except the replacement was chicken teddies from the kids menu, this is considerably cheaper except there was no difference in the price.

The food is good. The delivery service is very very slow. Order the week before you are hungry! If they say its going to be 45 minsDouble it!

Food ok. Delivery very very slow! You need to order your food at least 2 hours before you want it. If they say 45 mins they mean 1 1/2 hours! If you can wait the food is very nice.

Good chargrilled burgers! and Chicken kebabs. Not greasy, and really really tasty. Naughty, yes, tasty yes. good value, yes.

Chips were dry /hard my chicken was greasy and tasteless, hubby had kebab the meat did'nt taste right.
