Come on Pronta Pizza, what’s happened to you? They use to do great pizzas but they’ve really gone downhill. Had loads of pizzas from them in the past but never again. Ordered two 14 inch pizzas from them last night which were possibly the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Miserly topping (leaving a good inch of crust) and dry as a bone. I’d only ordered them 20 minutes earlier but they didn’t look fresh, the cheese was shiny and translucent, like you get on old pizza. Waste of calories, we ate about half and binned the rest. They’ve had their last order from us I’m afraid.

This popped up on my food to go app, i live nearby and often pass by and was wanting to try it out, so this seemed like a good opportunity, it cost £3.95 for a magic bag ( for those who don’t know about this app, this means you have know idea what you will get and you have to collect near closing time). It usually sells out quickly all the time, so i could tell it was a popular choice. I turned up and was served quite quickly, the staff are lovely and friendly and it has that family feel. I was given a 14 inch Margherita pizza, curly fries, garlic sauce and a can of pop of my choice, great value as we worked out this would of been £14 usually so a saving of ten pound. But obviously its all in the taste, I’m not a fan of Margherita pizzas usually, I’m a all the meats kind of guy, but this pizza was amazing, so fresh and the dough was just ten out of ten. Best takeaway pizza i have had, in fact it would compete with some restaurants i have been too. Biggest compliment i could give the place was my partner hates takeaway pizzas (unless its dominoes), and she loved this, so much so she now is a regular customer. Its great value for money as well, Keep up the good work everyone, your smashing it!.

This place is terrible! All the pizza topping just slid off the pizza in a massive grease ball. The dough was raw! And the “bbq” chicken wings were just bland warmed up with sauce added on the top, disgusting!

Absolutely NO sauce on cookies, curly fries were practically stale, didn’t enjoy at all most likely will not order again

I ordered a chicken burger and if you call two small pieces of chicken a burger well its not no sauce either. The 7 pieces of chicken was just cooked the bread crumbs were awful and soft. Its the worst food ive had from there

Ordered 2 x pizzas and a side for 2000. 20 mins went by but to be honest they are normally late. Once 30 mins came i thought i better ring up, only to be told that my order was ready but the delivery guy wasnt back yet. So i went to collect myself and by this time it was 2050 so i thought i should see if they can add anything in as a god will gesture to be told " you can have your 1 pound delivery back" obviously the pizza tasted like it had sat for a while. Always loved pronta but this really annoyed me and has put me off going back.

Second time we have ordered here and was exceptional. Food was fresh, piping hot, delivered within 20 minutes and delicious. Really friendly customer service when we called the store - best pizza place in Cramlington.

Our pizza and sides were all undercooked and cold. Returned to the store to show them how bad the food was and got some poor excuse that the food was meant to be served this way and “everything goes through the oven once.” Whatever that means! She then offered to put the same food back in the oven. No offer of the food to be freshly re-made. Terrible food and disgusting service.

Gave this place 5 stars a year ago. Since then I've had food delivered cold and late, my dips have been missed off the delivery twice, then tonight literally everything was undercooked. I took the chilly cheese bites back up to show them and the poor pass could barely keep a straight face telling me that's how they were supposed to be. Stick to milk shakes.

Me and my friends went to go and get the meal deal from Pronta and we got sent away and tried to order it online and we couldn’t get a meal deal! There is no advertisement saying you can’t go into the takeaway and there was no sign saying to go around the back, they should of at least had it advertised online, instead they are advertising that they are doing free delivery even though they aren’t! So after all the fuss we decided we were going to order it on just eat and get it delivered to the house. We aren’t getting our pizza until 6:40 when we could have got our pizza ages ago because they were not even busy so there is no excuse really. All six of us are not happy at all 😡

Once again Pronta Pizza have gone above and beyond providing my family with perfect, piping hot, tasty food at a very reasonable cost. Cannot fault them.

Your site says FREE local delivery but it is not, on the order basket it adds a delivery fee. Additionally you have put up the cost of some items by 10% which is way beyond inflation and pay rises. Pizzas are not a luxury item but if you charge us in that manner we will just get them at a shop. Having said this, your pizzas are nice, great selection and normally arrive on time

Food is ok but when I go past the rear entrance there are delivery drivers there who have foul mouths and not only for verbally offensive behaviour but also for spitting on the pavement. I have heard and seen this done in front of the manager, this is a reflection on the business, a business preparing food, its obscene. They have CCTV so it is on there.

I usually get pizzas from here but decided to try the Italian wrap with garlic sauce. So glad I did as it was amazing and I'll be getting it again next time. Delivered on time and drivers are always polite.

Absolutely love pronta! The £10 meal deal feeds us both and is cheap enough that we can justify ordering dessert too. The mars bar crispy slice is incredible! Only complaint would be that whenever we order, we get BBQ chicken pizza and every time it arrives with no BBQ sauce on.

We rarely get takeaway pizza having been disappointed in the past but decided it was worth a go after a long day. Having looked at all the local options we decided on Pronta as there was a ‘pulled pork’ pizza on the menu. Having got a decent deal we got home only to discover this ‘pulled pork’ was no such thing, but actually some kind of very greasy processed sausage balls. Absolutely nothing at all like pulled pork. Extremely disappointed! I can say it was ready within 15 minutes, however, I’d rather have waited for a decent pizza....

The Pronta Pizza website clearly states free delivery on orders over £10.00. When we looked at the basket after adding £14.00 worth of food, there appeared an additional £1.00 charge for delivery, We used your business because despite the price rises of the pizzas recently, the delivery was always free. The value for money with this extra charge plus the price increases have sucked the life out of the value for money you offered. We were aware the Just Eat platform had the £1.00 delivery fee but that is a totally separate site to Pronta Pizza's.

What a refreshing change, this is a really good pizza shop that provides high quality pizza made the way you want it, the ice creams are also very good. The service is spot on with keen and friendly staff, excellent parkling and if required quick delivery, used many times and will go back again

Well what a waste of time trying to order over the phone

young lad who delivered the order was really rude to my son just because he never had the right change tonight and walking across our garden is ignorant so use the path

Having been really poorly since before Christmas, we both suddenly fancied pizza so off to PP we went. Arrived to twirley ballerina who was obviously bored. Ordered our pizza and a garlic bread. Twirly girl tried to overcharge us by £2, luckily one of the usual staff in to check when we queried it. Hubby waited for order and tells me she continued to ‘fanny about’ at the back. Picked up order, got home, garlic bread fab, really delicious, opened pizza box to discover wrong pizza. Hawaiian no mushroom but sweetcorn instead became Hawaiian no pineapple with mushroom and sweetcorn. Twirly girl strikes again. Might not sound much but I cannot tell you how much we hate mushroom and there was loads on. Phoned shop and spoke to usual lad who was lovely and said he would make our pizza himself. Hubby trooped back with wrong pizza and got right one but our little ballerina he tells me had gone to hide at the back of the shop and couldn’t bring herself to come and apologise for the inconvenience caused. Pizza was fab by the way but shame about the service.

Even tho it was here on time it was cold when i ate it 5 minutes afta and how com it costs that much wenn it is not that nice compared to other one in blyth

Went in to get a pizza with a few friends and the kid making the pizza bases was stood there with a plastic glove on with his finger up his nose picking it in full view of several customers and staff, no word of a lie. Disgusting, I will never eat from there again and neither will my family.

The pizzas are not great, lack taste and the toppings are bland. Price wise, one of the more expensive and definitely not worth the extra cost. I also find it disturbing that staff never wash their hands after taking payment over the counter, they immediately handle dough and toppings. My husband and I were ill a couple of times the next day after eating from there so have stopped going.

Been getting pizzas from here for ages now and never had bad one. Always tastes great one of the best we have had in Cramlington and you can’t beat the price.

I have ordered from here numerous times and the pizzas are so nice with lots of toppings. I like the chicken poppers as well (although bit pricey). Never had a bad meal! Delivery drivers are always polite.

Found a pubic hair in my pizza not impressed at all I was enjoying it untill I discovered a thick black curly pube I dread to think of the hygiene standards in that place

Great choice of pizza. Have tried a few different ones and never had a problem. Very tasty. Friendly staff will tell you the best offers. They now do milkshakes too which are lovely. Only problem with online ordering is tried to get an offer and it kept saying the shop was not open so I couldn't place my order (and the shop was definitely open). By the time I went down to order in person they said I couldn't have the deal as it was only up to 6pm and I'd got there at 5 minutes past. I explained about the internet error message and they said it sometimes does that - but they still wouldn't give me the offer!

We tried pronto pizza as a cheaper alternative to papa johns or domino which are totally overpriced, and we had also heard it was good. The service on the phone and delivery was very good and quick and if it wasn't for this I would have only given 1 star. The pizzas and garlic bread were awful, like cardboard with very little sauce on. One of the pizzas was chicken but had the texture of that mashed together cheap meat that is supposed to pass for chicken. We literally had a piece each and no more, I ended up making beans on toast for the kids and the pizzas are in the bin.I hate giving such a low star rating especially as I didn't phone to complain, but I don't feel it is something they can rectify other than by refunding my money as it's difficult to solve a problem of the whole thing being awful and we certainly don't want another order again.I hope they improve and do well but we'll stick with what we know in future and to be honest it was nearly as expensive as the other two and at least we don't bin our food from there.

I had friends visiting and decided to order a pizza takeaway for tea, we ordered online four different pizzas and some chips. It was so easy to order and everything arrived on time, hot and very high standard. It was also excellent value for money.

This was our second visit to Pronta pizza, 1st time I could not fault the food it was delicious! Last night we ordered a thin godfather pizza, you could have cooked another meal with the grease that came off the pizza, we also got popcorn chicken with franks red hot sauce! I have had hotter mild currys! On the plus side the cheesy jalapeños were nice. There are defiantly more cheeper and better quality pizza shops in Cramlington, don't mind paying a little extra for good quality food but unfortunately on this occasion feel we paid for quality that did not live up to standards!

Got a 14 inch bolognese pizza on the way home from the Village last night (sat) was absolutely delicious will definitely be back again.
