Appalling customer service. Waited 90m for a kebab and it was delivered without naan bread. Guy was incredibly rude and said I'd have to wait for it to be delivered as he was "very busy"

Visité Clean Kitchen en Battersea Power Station el 23 de noviembre de 2024 , y tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante. A pesar de que me dijeron antes que el restaurante estaba abierto hasta las 8 PM, cuando regresé a las 7 : 13 PM para hacer un pedido, me informaron que el mostrador estaba "temporalmente cerrado. " Después de esperar pacientemente, me dijeron a las 7: 20 PM — 40 minutos antes de la hora de cierre declarada — que ya no aceptaban pedidos y que cerrarían el mostrador en tres minutos. Este mal servicio al cliente fue frustrante no solo para mí, sino también para otro turista que fue rechazado de manera similar. Es decepcionante ver tanto desprecio por los clientes, especialmente en un lugar tan prestigioso como Battersea Power Station, que se enorgullece de ofrecer una gran experiencia. La falta de profesionalidad y la mala gestión de Clean Kitchen perjudican la reputación de este monumento. Espero que la gerencia tome en serio estos comentarios y haga cambios para garantizar un mejor servicio para los futuros visitantes.

This place is my favourite because all the staff are lovely and helpful, i go through the drive through at least once a day to get my one shot latte and sometimes with a friend i sit in and the latte is amazing

I thought customer facing staff are taught how to give a professional service, she definitely didn't. I will not allow a teen to look me up and down, horrible as we are paying their wages.

Came in and it was very busy, long line of people. Caleb served us and was so friendly, our drinks were ready almost immediately despite the amount of customers. He was juggling everything with ease despite being the only person working at that time.

Food arrived quick but it was cold. I ordered the breakfast. The sausage was frozen in the middle. Husband tried it as well. Haggis, toast, mushrooms and black pudding were cold. I ate the potato scone and the eggs. I probably should have sent the food back but we were in a hurry so just ate what I could. This is a shame as it used to do really good food. On a positive, my husband enjoyed his lasagne. However for £35 I would expect to eat my breakfast. Lady serving was nice.

With lots of places closing early during our stay we were only left with a few options this being one of them so if you’re after a late night meal this is the place. Our order was taken quickly and served up quickly too. It was tasty. The restaurant itself however is not a pleasant environment. It’s a bit like a barren school dinner hall and not pleasant at all. Make the restaurant a bit more comfortable and this would be great!

Nice place friendly staff if being honest there was a bit of a wait on the food however the wait was definately worth the no frills breakfast wait , food was really good definately going back again . Compliments to the chef !! 😋

Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante all'interno di Victoria Station, che distava dal nostro hotel pochissimi minuti. Abbiamo ordinato il menù da 16 pezzi poichè eravamo in 4!! le porzioni sono molto generose , l'impanatura è leggera e il fritto è leggero.

We were a bit concerned about some of the reviews of this bar but we need not have worried. We visited early in the evening for a drink before dinner. We had two small bottles of prosecco which cost £15.60 and we were pleased that the staff were so meticulous about cleaning the glasses.

Thanks for selling Salaam cola and the beat chilli sauce in town. However, We bought wings chips and chicken burgers to take away for tonight’s family dinner. We had Wings and chicken burgers but they were old and smelled of old oil which made the chicken smelly and inedidible. Although the fries did not smell of old oil, all the chicken did. Please do not cook with old oil as it is unsafe and can create serious illness. The quality has really gone down. This was the third complaint made as the last two orders were also underwhelming. I will be going elsewhere as consuming old oil and the smell is a big no no. Please cook with good ingredients so that you can restore trust in your customers. I rang up and spoke to the owner straight away and he apologised but Is still serving unsatisfactory food. Prev I also called but no changes. I will be going to KHF now.

El batido de chocolate es impactante. ¿Por qué es tan gruesa que podría haber ido a cinco chicos porque los suyos están hechos con más cuidado y probablemente saben a chocolate?

Had ice cream in a cup, v tasty! Lots of parking too there.I would definitely recommend going there.

Este lugar es genial para ir con amigos y familiares y el personal es muy bueno y servicial e incluso el lugar está muy limpio y sobre todo importante la comida es deliciosa
