Nunca volveré a visitar de nuevo.¿La hamburguesa de pollo no había pedido pesto y hey presto cuando llegué a casa lo que había en la hamburguesa?Teníamos 2 hamburguesas de carne que se suponía que vendrían medianas. Estaban asados al extremo.Chips con sabor a aceite viejo.Las picaduras de pollo estaban bien.Corto y contundente.

Usé GBK en el pasado, pero este tenía más de una sensación de cadena de comida rápida al respecto. Nuestras hamburguesas estaban bien, pero nada especialmente especial. Ellos atienden a los veganos y mi hija disfrutó su hamburguesa californiana. Las papas fritas son extra. Las bebidas recargables tenían un sabor artificial a su alrededor.

I was expecting something on par with Byron burgers, major disappointment was nothing more than an expensive fast food burger joint. I should have gone to Five Guys for that experience. The place was filthy, the food presentation awful. Had salad rather than a bun at extra 50p and it looked like something left over from other plates. The only positive was the dressing.Skinny fries were good but slightly under cooked and not very hot.I will not be visiting GBP again, once bitten , twice shy!

Came here with my brother and his family for Sunday lunch. Had a cheese and bacon burger which was OK. Service was average. The truffle chips were good though. Only good thing was that the drink was refillable.

Habiendo visitado unos GBK que era genial, decidimos probar. Más allá decepcionado. Servicio al cliente más allá de chocante, personal caminando buscando si tienen la mayor resaca y estaría en otro sitio. Nos dijeron a sentarse en una mesa sucia, la comida llegó fría y plana proseco. El lugar también estaba heladamuy decepcionante y no volveré. Muy triste para la marca gbk

Had a great lunch here. Staff were really friendly and I love the Scrabble letter signing. My first experience with GBK and I really enjoyed it.

First impression staff attitude, staff not looking happy to have us to as we are asking for table for 7 and let us sat down upstairs but when talking to staff, I find her rude not showing any interest serving her customers.

I have been there twice and the burgers have been great both times except not always cooked to how we wanted. Both times I had medium and my girlfriend had rare but both came out different from what we asked. Flavour and actual burger was really good and their milk shakes are definitely worth trying!

We had bunless satay burgers and were incredibly disappointed as the chicken was cold and very dry. We’ve eaten at other GBK restaurants and have really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. This location had filthy upholstery on their seats - absolutely disgusting and the toilets were not clean. We did speak to a manager who said that a cleaning company had been called to do all the upholstery but we just wondered how you could let it get to that level of soil.

I got the ‘Taxidriver’ burger and Damn, that was one juicy tasty stacked burger! I was only stopping in to avoid the rain and in just one trip, I’m now an eager fan for more! :)

Advocado burger, con cerveza de jengibre y patatas fritas minúsculo, simplemente perfecto. Un lugar muy agradable para comer, pero también ideal para llevar el servicio. Los empleados son amables, eficiente y capaz de ayudar a hacer una elección.

Love the burgers at GBK, but service can be variable, and this isn't one of the best. Still, we had a decent lunch with lots of good food.

I usually like GBK but this one really isn't the best and wouldn't return. The customer service is terrible, they got my milkshake wrong and when I politely took it back they tried to say I ordered the wrong one. Then they realised he waitress had delivered the wrong one to our table and they proceeded to argue in front of me. When our burgers finally arrived it was burnt on the outside and tasted burnt. The halloumi and onion rings were also just as disappointing.

This is one of a number of chain restaurants to have filled the empty spaces in the newly expanded glass-fronted Southside Centre stretching along the western side of Garratt Lane, its completion being Wagamana, Rossopomodoro, Chmichanga, and Byron Burgers. I'm not a great fan of burgers and have never, in fact, been to a GBK before, so was a little surprised that, having been shown to a table, we were then asked to order and pay at a counter. So the word gourmet doesn't apply to service, then! There's a slightly confusing lunch deal featuring smaller than normal versions of burgers plus a side for £7.95, or an upgrade to a regular sized burger for an additional £1.95. Why not simply offer regular portions for £9.95 with a discount for a child's portion, I wondered. My wife opted for upgraded regular chicken and slightly chunkier than regular fries, whilst I tried the newly minted speciality de la maison, namely a very chunky rump streak burger, indeed so chunky I was asked how I wanted it cooked, plus a cheese slice and chunkier than regular chips and a beer for £17.95. No complaints about either of our choices. The number of craft beers available such as Brewdog grapefruit is pleasing. Less so double espressos which were thin watery foamless and barely drinkable.

Great selection of burgers. Helpful and knowledgable staff recommended food as well as soft drinks. I liked the Scrabble tile theme decoration. Nice family place. A bit more spicy burgers would've made the visit perfect.

Wasn't sure about having burger for lunch, but we didn't want to fill up on a meal or pizza. There was a wait for the food, but it is being freshly made. It was worth the wait. Burger was delicious, no fat, topped with fresh lovely blue cheese, no skimping either. All the lettuce and tomatoes were deliciously fresh. My husband had a classic with coleslaw which was just as delicious. It was a lovely place to have a break from the hustle and bustle of shopping. The staff were friendly and we did not feel rushed. People came in just for drinks and to chill out. Can't wait for another trip to Brent Cross.

We had lunch and they weren't too busy, but we still had to wait a while for our food - in fact we could see our fries waiting for several minutes after we got our burgers but nobody brought them over. The beef burger was good as always, the chicken burger slightly over cooked and the fries excellent.

This was only the second time I'd been to a GBK after a forgettable experience a number of years ago, and once again I was left with not much to rave about. A friend earlier in the day had said how good it was so my girlfriend and I thought we'd give it a go. I had a chicken burger in a brioche bun and skinny fries. The chicken was quite dry, certainly not as good as Nandos for example, the brioche bun was completely tasteless, and the skinny fries were pretty much just frustrating as you had to eat handfuls of them to taste anything. The beef burgers may be better but I reckon for a few £ more you can get much better burgers elsewhere.

Nothing gourmet about these burgers and the fries were so thin they bore no resemblance to proper chips. In a place that styles itself 'gourmet' I expected waiter service but we had to go up to the counter to order and to pay. I wouldn't bother going back.

We went to gbk for a pre cinema visit - gbk is always a good standby for quick, reliable meal. This gbk is bigger and less busy than other gbk branches nearby and less packed than the nandos next to the cinema so a good new option for wandsworth southside cinema goers who don't want to go to macdonalds or KFC.

We were a little underwhelmed when we dined here. We came in after a cinema visit and the staff were very welcoming and polite. When you pay inflated prices for a burger you would expect the waiter to come to your table and take the order but in this chain you go up to the counter and give in your order yourself. The food was OK but nothing special. Doubt if we would visit his chain again.

After walking the street and looking at various options for food we decided upon a visit to gourmet burger. Now maybe it's just me but when I see something that says GOURMET that's what I expect. My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant as it was directly opposite our hotel and we both have a passion for burgers and all grilled meats.The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant itself had a lovely atmosphere and was incredibly clean.We both ordered cheese burgers and some elderflower fizz, with skinny fries and a side salad. Our elderflower fizz came with unlimited refills and tasted absolutely amazing, which was great, as did the salad and the fries. The burgers however were a little disappointing. There was a large amount of fat in my burger which made it difficult to eat, and my boyfriend's burger was still pink and cold in the middle, so he didn't eat the majority of it. This could have so easily been a 5* review, but as my boyfriend's burger wasn't actually cooked properly all the way through it's difficult to give it more than 3*. It really was a lovely place to eat out, it's just a shame about the pink-ness of the burger

Stopped by here for a quick bite to eat after the cinema one evening. We go to GBK fairly regularly, thanks to its many branches in London, and they always deliver you a good quality, delicious burger. We both opted for a classic cheeseburger as part of their special offer (regular burger + fries + drink for £9.99) and it lived up to the usual great GBK standard. In fact, I actually think GBK has got better in recent years, and upped their games a bit as burgers have become more popular and they’ve had more serious competitors come onto the market.Not a huge fan of their skinny fries, but the sweet potato fries (served with aioli) are amazing.

I used to actually like GBK when they first started years ago.. tasty and well prepared burgers back then... now it seems they have compromised on quality which is a shame.. this would have been a 2 star review if it were not for the staff whom were good... nice and polite.. The classic Cheeseburger meh... The Wellington was no better 2 stars for food... horseradish and truffle... two flavours that should NEVER go together.. why? Glad you asked... the horseradish is all you can taste... no need for truffle... the burgers themselves were cooked as requested... the greens inside were of poor quality... cheap lettuce... the fries with rosemary were ok but too thin...seasoned well but cold due to the thinness of them.. tis the bread... the cheapest bap burger bread money can buy... absolute garbage... I think even Lidl's would not sell them.. such poor quality that when you turn over the bun it is literally 2 mil thick because it was squashed by the meat and fell apart from any juices... also the bread was a bit dry... or on the edge of going stale... pull your socks up GBK or get left in the wake of much better joints like Honest Burgers or Meat Liquor or Hache.
