Food was good, you order on an app and food comes out when ready so do not all eat together. Do not like that you have to pay service charge, if you want removed you need to ask a member of staff. Your not really serviced by staff as all done in app and a runner brings food so service charge not warranted

Possibly the best thing that has happened inside the power station food wise! I am a regular, like most of the offerings from Pizza to Cantonese, Japanese, Middle Eastern, Comfort food (Manna), Thai etc. If in big group I recommend to try as much as much as possible. I think it is hard to be disappointed if you try it out more than once! Food is solid so I never got surprised negatively on the 20+ times I visited. Picture are a bit useless given the the wide offering. Top pick: Burger from Manna. The only cons of the place are: drinks are a bit pricey for a place that is meant to be some sort of fast food (Guinness £8+ with service included) service on some ad-hoc requests can be a bit slow due to how busy the place is on most of the days. To be clear, food is always delivered in time even if busy.

Indian food was great authentic taste

I had a booking for 8.30 pm for 6, and once we sat down and ordered one round of drinks, we couldn't order anymore because apparently they had an event and closed the kitchens and bars at 9pm. No one told us about it, not even when we sat down. I had booked this place since nearly 2 months ago, and no one bothered to tell us at any point, only when we tried to order food, they told us we can't. And this is new yesrs eve, 9pm when we can't go another place to have food. Ruined our night specially that we had a guest from America for nye. Safe to say, won't be coming back neither will I recommend this place to anyone else.

The green haired grinch redeemed herself. Will probably refuse to talk to us after this.

A few things to be aware of before coming to this strange place: 1) They serve no tea or coffee. A big load of options for food, drinks, cocktails, but no tea or coffee, even at 10am. 2) Ordering is via app, which seems fashionable, whether you want to or not. 3) After placing your own order, staff bring it to you with a shy mumble and no real interaction at all. 4) Worst of all, when paying your own bill (again, no interaction from staff), a 12.5% "discretionary" service charge is added to the bill, and the only way to change this is to speak to the manager. Ironic, given you're expected to do all other admin yourself, and there's essentially no service being delivered until this point. Really odd way to run a restaurant. I won't be back.

Great food and amazing fast service. Would recommend booking beforehand so you don’t have to queue. Highly recommend graces if you like pizzas. New York style pizza and tastes amazing!!! Dips are very expensive for what you get but apart from that great.

Short queue to get a table but very quickly seated and food came fast. Easy to order from the QR code on the table and you can get bits from the various different vendors. All of ours came within a couple of minutes of each other and the food was delicious. I had the Pad Grapow (spicy but delicious and v filling!) and the Korean Fried Chicken Thighs.

We waited for over 45 minutes for a table (it was busy and we hadn’t reserved, so get it) but the experience was disappointing. Ordered via the app, you need to use the wifi, and the food arrived over the next 30 mins. Some before our drinks arrived. Small portions, nothing massively exciting, and not particularly tasty. Definitely not worth the prices. A burger and waffle fries did not appear and we had to ask twice where it was. The queue was massive when we left, so maybe I’m missing something… but for over £50 for two medioce meals and two soft drinks, we won’t be returning anytime soon.

Having visited venues like this before we were looking forward to the wide range and both being able to order what we wanted. Sadly our experience did not match our expectations. Fries were brought out 15 mins before the food ordered with it, despite being from the same 'stall'; and also overpriced for the portion size. The veg Samosas were the stand out item on the order, the falafel wrap was poorly made- the toum was only in one part, the chicken tikka wrap was disappointing as the chicken was quite tough. We did order some special hasselback potatoes which were nice and better value than the fries, but again the timing of delivery was strange. Drinks arrived at different times despite both being alcoholic. Overall it is a fancy buffet, but you can't serve yourself, even to the water which no-one asked us if we wanted any until I went to get some and then I wasn't allowed to carry it back to the table, the waiter took it from me Sadly I would recommend going elsewhere for this kind of experience, somewhere where they different food places are independent, not one kitchen pretending to be different businesses

Over priced fast food basically, food was okay nothing to write home about, smallish portions were received by all 6 of us. Service charge is sneaked in at the end of ordering on the app, which my cousin paid aswell as my self £24.00.

the atmosphere is a main part of the food hall, and there is a huge variety of foods to choose from, including middle eastern food! i bought shawarma and it was very nice! the staff are very helpful and kind, and help you with the ordering process as it is a bit confusing!

Went to the bar. Absolutely amazing drinks and service from Luke, Carlos, Francesco, and Josh! They made our post-Christmas and pre-New Year celebration unforgettable. Total legends! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ doesn’t even begin to do them justice! Also tried the food from Sushi Kamon - Chef Tamin made the taste from heaven 🍣🍣🍱. It’s 100% a must!!!

Same problem as faced by several other reviewers. We ordered a pizza, wrap and a shawarma plate. Pizza arrived in 2 mins (no idea how!), wrap arrived after 10 mins and shawarma plate arrived after 28 mins. Needless to say it was not enjoyable. The concept of having multiple cuisines and not havinh to run around to order is good. But the execution is not very pleasant

Paltry portions for a lot of money. All the dishes we ordered were brought at different times, so we didn't all eat together (8 of us). Service isn't great. We had to go and find a waiter/waitress a few times and all they do is bring the food to the table and then you're charged a 12.5% service fee - which we asked to have removed as it wasn't earned at all, on top of the £105 food bill itself. After the meal, we had to go and buy top up snack bits from the M&S Food Hall, which completely defeated the nicety of having lunch out. Not impressed at all and it will be the first and last time we dine there.

Much better than expected- nice atmosphere. Not only you get table service but also can order (with your phone) from all participating restaurants which is amazing especially when you’re with kids or in a larger group

Quickly and kindly seated at a nice spacious table really good food with quality ingredients and presentation. We enjoyed a margarita pizza, shawarma fries hummus and a lovely corn based North Indian style dish. All very delightful. Ginger beer sucks though.

Waited for 17 minutes for the burger, and the Diet Coke was tasting totally the same as sparkling water. People serving were not even polite.

We only had starters, the chicken katsu was good, the birria tacos were tasty, the chicken shawarma was good and the chicken satay was good as well. This place met expectations. The exception was the margarita pizza at the end, came a bit burnt on the edges but what I care about is the flavor, which was a bit lacking. They have a fixed 12.5% gratuity and the food is not cheap.

App only delivery service from other places in the centre. App only menu pay ahead of food being set on table, can't add stuff so two stars only because it was unwealdy and no extra choices possible. Desert arrived at same time as main! Service charge applied as though you get a waiter (which you don't) which makes it next to impossible to sort incorrect delivery to table, special diet issues, and no receipt issued so difficult to sort out anything. Waited to get table, food delivered to table at varied times even though on one single order. Not a restaurant, go to other food selling scenarios available by a short walk inside the mall. Very poor access for mobility impaired so one of our party was in difficulty: all high stools few tables with chairs for groups! If you liked one of the dishes served there go to the specific restaurant instead. We expected much based on the surrounding quality restaurant choices we went past. We left with a mealtime made more difficult than it had to be.

45 minutes for shawarma fries to finally turn up. Manager offered a refund, and refunded the table next to us. Wouldn’t have been caught without asking for a confirmation. Staff were unhelpful and rude, manager even more so. Expensive and a waste of time, don’t bother.

Waited 45 mins for a below average burger.

Interesting variety of cuisines, but limited options and bizarre service. Went as a party of 7 - some people’s food took 5 mins to arrive, others almost 40 mins. Definitely not worth the cost based on the quality of the service.

Great all round. Wasn’t sure about the ordering via phone setup but it works, you can add as you go along then pay at the end.

What a joke. Overpriced fast food, 8 people crowded onto a table for 4 and then charged 12.5% service charge. This charge is high for a quality restaurant with attentive staff but all they do here is throw your food on the table as you have to order through the app!!!! Yes you can ask a member of staff to take it off but try finding one as they avoid you until you have ordered and then it's too late!! An utter disgrace I won't return!!

Super cool place for a chilled night. It’s nice that you can sit with a group of friends at the same table and order from different restaurants! It’s a lovely concept. Food was so good, we had a nice pizza to share, an amazing burgers with fries that was 10/10 and also the atmosphere is cool and good vibes. There was also a DJ in another room with a lovely bar, the place is so spacious and it’s great for spending a nice evening out. Service was so so fast and all the staff very polite and friendly.

Had high hopes. Completely let down. Portions small. Severely overpriced. Do not waste your time or money coming here. Plenty of other restaurants to choose from.

Great food and great atmosphere. Loved the interior design and food was amazing. It’s a great space for families and friend gatherings. One thing that was a bit disappointing was that there is no baby change within the toilets of the hall. I asked two staff members and they simply said that there are none and did not even suggest an alternative. I’m Aware there are baby change on that level in the battersea power station shopping centre but I wasn’t even given directions and had to find them myself. There are two accessible loos within the halls that have plenty of space for a baby change unit to be fixed to the wall. Other than that it was good experience

We came to Battersea power station yesterday to ice skate and decided to eat in Arcade after - WOW what a place! The food choices were amazing, the staff were so friendly and there was even a DJ! We all loved it including my children who even got up to have a little dance, when the food quality was 10, we loved everything we ate! Big shout out to the amazing staff well done all & Merry Christmas

Junk food, tiny in size, at a great price, I don't recommend it, but the waiters are very good, especially the green-haired waitress, thank you for your friendliness.

Although there was a queue it was fast moving and we were soon seated at a good table with a highchair. Being able to order from all the restaurants from one place using the QR code was great and the food came quickly. Will definitely come again.

Popped in for lunch on Friday and had some amazing flat breads which were like individual pizzas, as good as any top pizza placein London. We ate in the ABC bar and the manager Tom really looked after us, will be back!

I had a great time at the Arcade and will definitely be returning. Having dined at Gracey’s in St Albans, I know how fantastic their pizza is, and the Arcade location did not disappoint. The pizza was amazing, though I did miss the large pizzas they offer in St Albans. I’m thrilled to have them in South London and hope they continue to thrive. The Arcade experience started well—I got a seat quickly. However, the QR code and WiFi weren’t working, which was a bit frustrating. My server was prompt, and I placed a takeaway order. After waiting for about 30 minutes, the server was surprised I hadn’t received my food and went to check. Five minutes later, my food arrived on trays, even though I had asked for takeaway. This part of the experience was less than ideal. Despite this, I’m giving 5 stars because I’m excited to have Gracey’s in South London.

We ate at Dishoom but came here for drinks The cocktails were good but the service, although friendly, could have been slicker. Still very decent They had a Dj playing Friday night and to be fair he was very good

Great smash burgers and atmosphere. Maybe the table numbers should be more visible for staff as we kept on being offered other peoples food and drinks. Overall will definitely come again to try out some cuisines and dishes!

I’ve been going to Arcade ever since it opened and always bring any friends visiting from abroad. We all loved Arcade — speedy service and good food — but our experience yesterday was pretty bad and I don’t think we’ll be coming back anytime soon. You still order via the QR code on the tables, but they apparently changed the payment/self-check out system and it’s appallingly bad, not intuitive at all. You put items in the basket and proceed to a page with a countdown so you can review the order before checking out… except if the timer runs out it actually submits the order, even if you haven’t clicked the button to finalise the order/pay for it. We were very confused when things kept being brought to the table just because they’d been put in our baskets at some point while the people in our group decided what to get — a total nightmare. Staff wasn’t able to guess what the issue was despite this happening a few times. It also sucks that we kept having problems where people tried to press “Pay” and an error came up, which then meant the countdown ran out and their order got automatically added to an unwanted shared bill with all unpaid orders piled up. Another thing is that now you can no longer edit the discretionary charge as you check out — they make you have to tell the waiter if you want it removed each time, which I imagine would be very awkward. To top it all off, prices have gone up and the beer selection is a lot worse. The waiters and waitresses were really friendly, helpful and understanding, but the manager was absolutely insufferable and passive-aggressive throughout the whole thing. It’s amazing how someone so rude and with such bad social skills can be in that role. It also took him ages to understand what the problem was when we were trying to explain that we hadn’t actually ordered some of the items. Really bad experience, unfortunately will no longer be recommending or visiting Arcade. No wonder the number of customers has been steadily declining recently, I guess.

The portion is a joke. The "large plate" was an appetiser size with a two course meal cost. Go outside, don't eat here.

Lunch at Manna's. I would not return, but the food and service were good. Seasoning on fries was unevenly applylied. I wanted a chicken sandwich - SOLD-OUT... with a milkshake - SOLD-OUT. Music playing was LOUD hip-hop - CRAP. No way I would return.

I recently discovered that Arcade has another spot in Battersea Power Station and it’s just as amazing! The baos are fluffy and packed with flavor, and the flatbreads are seriously tasty. The venue itself is gorgeous, with a beautifully designed interior that blends modern style with the building’s iconic industrial vibe. Perfect place to hang out, enjoy incredible food, and soak up the unique vibe. I might go there to celebrate my graduation party 🤩
