We ate at Dishoom but came here for drinks The cocktails were good but the service, although friendly, could have been slicker. Still very decent They had a Dj playing Friday night and to be fair he was very good

Frustrating having to connect to the internet and order on the app but everything else was brilliantly slick

Great smash burgers and atmosphere. Maybe the table numbers should be more visible for staff as we kept on being offered other peoples food and drinks. Overall will definitely come again to try out some cuisines and dishes!

I’ve been going to Arcade ever since it opened and always bring any friends visiting from abroad. We all loved Arcade — speedy service and good food — but our experience yesterday was pretty bad and I don’t think we’ll be coming back anytime soon. You still order via the QR code on the tables, but they apparently changed the payment/self-check out system and it’s appallingly bad, not intuitive at all. You put items in the basket and proceed to a page with a countdown so you can review the order before checking out… except if the timer runs out it actually submits the order, even if you haven’t clicked the button to finalise the order/pay for it. We were very confused when things kept being brought to the table just because they’d been put in our baskets at some point while the people in our group decided what to get — a total nightmare. Staff wasn’t able to guess what the issue was despite this happening a few times. It also sucks that we kept having problems where people tried to press “Pay” and an error came up, which then meant the countdown ran out and their order got automatically added to an unwanted shared bill with all unpaid orders piled up. Another thing is that now you can no longer edit the discretionary charge as you check out — they make you have to tell the waiter if you want it removed each time, which I imagine would be very awkward. To top it all off, prices have gone up and the beer selection is a lot worse. The waiters and waitresses were really friendly, helpful and understanding, but the manager was absolutely insufferable and passive-aggressive throughout the whole thing. It’s amazing how someone so rude and with such bad social skills can be in that role. It also took him ages to understand what the problem was when we were trying to explain that we hadn’t actually ordered some of the items. Really bad experience, unfortunately will no longer be recommending or visiting Arcade. No wonder the number of customers has been steadily declining recently, I guess.

The portion is a joke. The "large plate" was an appetiser size with a two course meal cost. Go outside, don't eat here.

I recently discovered that Arcade has another spot in Battersea Power Station and it’s just as amazing! The baos are fluffy and packed with flavor, and the flatbreads are seriously tasty. The venue itself is gorgeous, with a beautifully designed interior that blends modern style with the building’s iconic industrial vibe. Perfect place to hang out, enjoy incredible food, and soak up the unique vibe. I might go there to celebrate my graduation party 🤩

Lunch at Manna's. I would not return, but the food and service were good. Seasoning on fries was unevenly applylied. I wanted a chicken sandwich - SOLD-OUT... with a milkshake - SOLD-OUT. Music playing was LOUD hip-hop - CRAP. No way I would return.

Absolutely loved this place while visiting the Battersea Power Station ❤️ A fun experience and I love that you can mix and match cuisines! We tried the smash burger, waffle fries and drink meal deal and the burger was so juicy and flavoursome! The basque cheesecake we shared and was creamy.

Democratic place with various food options and nationalities. Fast and attentive service. Everything is spicy above expectations, even items that don't really need to be, but overall the food is good.

Not for me really. Nice idea, but flawed execution. The food was ok but over priced, even for London. We had a group of 9 ordering in 3 batches from a variety of cuisines, but the dishes arrived as and when was convenient to the establishment, meaning that some meals had not arrived a good 10 minutes after others had finished. My complaint was met with a shrug. My advice would be to ensure you ask the staff to remove the service charge (you can’t do it yourself from the app) and leave a tip based on the actual service to avoid feeling ripped off as we did (it might even get you better service)

Lovely customer service that went out of his way

I’m a local and this is my first time eating at Arcade and I was really impressed. It’s different in that you order from your seat via QR code and select all the different food you want from each of the different kitchens. It was the fastest service ever, had meals and drinks landing within about a minute or two, and the place was full on a sat night. Food was great quality too. Would do again.

It's an ok place for food. Because it is made up of different stalls that food ordered will come at different times. One of our orders took exceptionally long. The rest of the group finished before the salad arrived. Ordering and paying from the phone is recommended, which works fine for us.

Some thought has clearly gone into this venue. It is spacious, reasonably well lit and appears to have a variety of options at first glance. Sadly, that’s as far as it goes. The menus for each of the outlets are a little limited and often generic. They are accessed via a smartphone app. At some point, you begin to realise that it is little more than a glorified fast-food operation. This wouldn’t matter if the quality of the food was above average. Sadly, it isn’t. For example, the waffles that came with one burger were only lukewarm, the portions generally are not generous and items can be ordered that aren’t available. In that case, you have to back into the app to reorder, which means that food arrives out of sequence. Overall, it’s an interesting concept, but with flaws in its execution.

Service was great really attentive but. However to be honest the food was ‘okay’. Nothing to complain about it but I really feel you get substantially better value elsewhere.

Thoroughly recommended for taking a large group to as the menu is extensive enough to cater for everyone's taste. Speed and accuracy of service couldn't be faulted and the prices were reasonable. The experience was definitely enhanced by our excellent server Evie and our evening topped off with a visit to the must-do LIFT 109.

⭐ Awful Experience – Save Your Money! ⭐ I don’t usually write reviews, but after today, I felt compelled to create an account just for this. Let me start by saying the atmosphere was nice, and the waitress? Amazing. BUT everything else about this place was a disaster. I ordered the Mexican option, and honestly, I feel sick just thinking about it. The lamb taco was RAW and completely tasteless. I’m not even joking when I say I feel like throwing up—I’ve had an upset stomach since I left. You guys do know you’re serving humans, right? Not animals! The sushi I tried was okay, but that DAMN soya sauce? It was so salty I could feel my blood pressure rising! I don’t know why you wouldn’t use a light soya sauce instead of a rich, dark one that tastes like a salt mine. I’m not going to lie, it’s absolutely NOT worth the money. I love a good meal, and I’m willing to spend on quality food, but this was a complete waste. If you’re reading this, seriously, save your money and head to the high street or the market in Vauxhall. Food isn’t the best here and very expensive for what you get. The tacos were inedible. The bao Horlick dessert was tasty though!

Very loud music. Expensive food, poor selection. There are a bunch of food places but they all have a very limited selection of meals with limited customisation or anything. Want regular fries? Good luck, everything is spicy or has weird stuff added like cinnamon, all for an excessive price. My partner wanted a burger without cheese, the only options were to add stuff to the burger but not remove the cheese, OR a completely plain burger with no option to add anything. One tiny bao bun for almost 10 pounds, no thanks. There are plenty of good food options elsewhere in and around the power station, this place is a hard pass - avoid.

I had a fantastic experience at Battersea Food Hall, all thanks to Ramin! From the moment I walked in, he was super welcoming . He knew the menu inside out and gave me some great recommendations for my dietary requirements and was really honest. Ramin’s friendly vibe and enthusiasm really stood out. He checked in on me and my friends multiple times without being overbearing, which I really appreciated. It’s not every day you get service like that! If you're heading to Battersea Food Hall, definitely ask for Ramin—he’ll make your visit even better! Ramin should be running the place rather than the very abrupt rude manager Hannah. Extremely rude I hope no one with alley encounters Hannah she doesn’t give a sh*t about your food allergies. Ramin knows what great customer service is and should be working in a 5 star hotel.

The best thing about the arcade was a charming young gentleman called Ramin.. he catered to our every need and made our evening a very pleasant service.. on the other hand my friend has an avocado allergy and we ordered a dish that didn’t state this.. we called Hannah the manager over who basically grunted at our realisation and told us the restaurant was closing in 10 mins and she can’t do anything about it. Get rid of Hannah and we’ll come back again.. Ramin needs a pay rise!

Great place with lots of options. Love the sitting place and the music. Second time that I'm here for the smash burgers. Our waiter Ramin was really nice and kind.

The food is below average at best. The high prices CANNOT be justified with mediocre taste and tiny portions. You are also forced to pay service charge through the app. Our entree came out after we were done with our mains.

We are regulars to the Tottenham Court Road branch but was our first time here. It’s not as swanky but we had such a great experience. Peter served us and validated our 25% discount. He was patient with our requests and tried to accommodate them all for e.g. the menu didn’t have my go-to spicy margarita so he requested chilli on the one they offered. In the end he gave us more than we could ever have expected - 30% off food and 50% off drinks! He gave excellent customer service and worked so hard that shift. One of the sushi dishes was a bit too fishy for our taste but he asked for more sauce and coriander to help.

Do not come here if you are hungry unless you want to spend over £100. It seems like what you are ordering is fine until it comes out and is the size of your hand. Flat bread for £11, you would expect it to be bigger than a tiny plate… We spent over £45 on 3 entree sized dishes that we thought two were mains. You then get charged a service fee when you order everything through an app… Food actually tasted good, but such a rip off. Go somewhere else where your money will go further.

Yesterday, I visited Battersea Power Station for the first time since they had done it up. I marvelled at the food options, and thought Arcade Food Hall would be a fitting choice to explore various food. I was warmly welcomed by Evie who talked through the ordering system (I'm not very good with technology myself!). Evie was always happy to help and their amazing ability to keep engaged with my dull conversations is worth five stars alone! Evie was very diligent and kind, and made the experience really enjoyable. Most of the food was delicious...but I would not recommend the waffle fries. I look forward to visiting soon!

We had a great dining experience at Arcade, trying a few delicious dishes, including the tacos and the Japanese sushi bowl. Both were excellent, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. Although we had an issue with payment at the beginning, Remin provided outstanding service and helped us resolve it quickly. His assistance made our visit even more enjoyable! Definitely recommend!

Peter helped us and went beyond we could imagine, we had an excellent time and the food was great aswell as the service.

it was a cool food hall idea and it was me and my friends first time we went for dinner and we were greeted by Ramin who helped us with our discounts and offered us water with plenty of re fills. Great ambience and music too!

It was my firts time in Arcade and as soon as we walked in there was a very nice and polite waiter named Ramin. Since I am Muslim, I asked for the halal Manu and the guy was very nice to explain everything. The food was really good as well. The service was amazing. Thank you very much Ramin for the experience. Turned up at 19:45. Started looking through the menu but the 5g is terrible so tried to connect to their WiFi (as it’s an app-based menu to order). Switching between 5g and WiFi, I finally put an order together and sent it off - only for the website to reject my order. It was 20:01. At NO point is it clear they stop taking orders from 20:00. I asked a server, whose attitude was basically like “you should have known our orders stop at 8pm on a Sunday”. I’m writing this as I watch my friend drink his beer and eat his food.

Seems a nice idea, but every detail is worse than the last, culminating in sensory hell. INTERNET DOESN'T WORK which is terrible as the whole thing is QR Code / order to table based, so you begin with fiddling with entering bank card details slowly on a slow motion ordering interface. Then food comes, raising the mysterious question of where the cutlery is. Then much later they come and explain how to find cutlery, but you've worked this out by now. (In the meantime you have paid a chunky service charge on every item you've ordered.) Then if anybody you're with moves, your table will wobble violently and buckaroo all your drinks. Eventually you will need the toilet, but you'll find them out of order and have to go on a long voyage via the lifts to find them. At this point it will dawn on you that they have been playing Lady (Hear Me Tonight) by Modjo continuously since you arrived.

Nope. Not coming back. Majority of the food they served was cold. The dumplings were clearly frozen and only microwaved 🙃 The taste of their cuisines were also average. Save for that amazing flatbread. I ended up only eating that and leaving all the other food I ordered to waste. For the price, super disappointed.

We sampled a bit of everything. The Padron peppers were good, but I wish they had a bit more salt and quantity—only five for £5 felt a bit sparse. The seasoned waffle fries were a standout side; I’d definitely recommend those! The Solis meatball sub surprised me—it’s just a hot dog bun with meatballs and tomato sauce, but it was flavourful and fulfilling. The cheese and mortadella flatbread was nice, though a bit smaller than I expected; a larger portion would have been perfect. Lastly, we tried the classic BAO and the prawn Shia Song BAO, both of which were delicious with great flavour combinations. The food was prepared quickly, which was a nice bonus. Plus, there are bars available, so you can enjoy cocktails, beer, wine, and more. One thing I wish they offered was an option to adjust the spice level on some dishes. I wanted to try the Thai and Indonesian options, but because they had two spicy 🌶️🌶️ emojis, I hesitated since I don’t like spicy food at all. It would be a nice touch if they allowed people to choose how spicy a dish could be!
