A great experience, food was delicious. I would recommend.

Nothing special. Mainly asiatic options, menus very simple and the price is not worth it

Food was nice but very small portions and way too overpriced.

Fabulous ambient food hall. Wonderful waiting staff, however unfortunately food portions for the prices did let down some of the eateries at Arcade. For £11 I would expect a decent sized Kati roll (Hero) and burger (Siu Siu). The burger was sent back as there was only a tiny piece of char siu pork in the middle of a small burger bun. Very disappointing. Did not look anything like the image on the menu. The sushi (Sushi Kamon) however, was beautifully served and was delicious. For £15 this was a decent portion and filling.

Honest review Looking at menu seemed reasonable priced HOWEVER.... Could only order via app and it's quite dark inside so i had to use their tablet as hard to see clearly , they didn't have paper menus. The app forces service charges on your bill doesn't allow it to be removed/ optional A can of coke is £3.50 so we opted for tap water which was £2.50 !!! We spent £30 on two super small meals I kid you not the size of a saucer plate not a dinner plate and tap water ... The meals were definitely not the size of a main meal, more like a starter , we had to buy food again outside, however the food tasted good, but not worth that much , rip off. The atmosphere was decent, was late so not too busy, cute tables with lights Helpful workers , shame I had to call them over to remove the service charge and he said I'll just ask my manager and I'll have to enter the food manually but people seemed friendly enough. I would definitely not be back because of the size of the food served at extortionate prices , quite honestly, I would not expect to spend more than £18/ £20 for what we had .

Curious site. There are dishes from different countries, as if they were different restaurants. We were 8 people and they put us in the reserved part with a curtain, not bad. The service was very fast, you order via mobile phone, and the food didn't take long to arrive. The Chilean burger was incredible and the legs with chicken kebab too. Price perhaps a little high for the size of the plates, they could be bigger.

We had lunch here. The food selection was different. Thai section only had 3 dishes. The young boys I took enjoyed the food. I was not keen on the selection of food. The service was slow and we waited for some time for the food. I was not overly impressed with quality of the food. I asked the waiter for a hand sanitiser, unfortunately he was bothered to meet our request.

Lots of variety in food choices, the place is quite big so you have to walk around to find a good spot. The food is good though and the atmosphere is good. The bar section is pretty good, looks like a cool spot for a drink and music

Our sushi was served without chopsticks or soy sauce. I had to go to the bar to get them myself after waiting, and when I asked for water, the waiter told me to get it myself. Despite the lack of service, they still charged for it.

I enjoyed the meatball sandwich I had. My group enjoyed their food it was just unfortunate that all of our food came at different times. The waitress/manager that was serving seemed unhappy to be there, which made a bit of an atmosphere.

Insane cost cutting for the price. Had to search hard for chicken in the shawarma. In fact, all food items were really small quantity. Would never come back again.

Overrated, Overpriced, Outrageously bad

Poor quality food. Regardless of the price (high) , food was not enjoyable and did not reflect the regions they represent. Music was so loud - felt like a night club . Most customers were families with children - looks like they got the audience and customer segmentation totally wrong .

Had the pad garpo. Advertised as two chillies. I don't eat much spice but it was bland and the portion was stingy. It felt like I had rice with nother portion of rice and fried unseasoned eggs.

Order an Avocado & Salmon Chirashi Bowl but the rice is so sour and salty. Very bad waste of money.

I visited the food court today while getting my iPhone repaired. I went up to a member of staff called Ramin explaining I could not order using my phone because it was in the Apple Store. From the start Ramin was extremely professional and you can just tell he is a genuinely helpful person. The food was good also. I have emailed a more detailed description of this experience and requesting senior management pick it up and praise Ramin for the excellent work he is doing.

Beautiful space, friendly staff, good selection of restaurants and a convenient system to order food online which allows to get different cuisines without going around to each shop. BUT, I was quite disappointed with the size of the portions which were small and expensive. Also, I was surprised that "Manna - the Burger & Fried chicken joint" didn't have any fried chicken on the menu 😂. Tacos I don't recommend btw. Overall, If you don't mind the high bill, then it's a great place to try different foods. Otherwise, better to try the same restaurants separately with full menus.

Highly recommend this place if you are passing Battersea, the staff are fantastic, I was immediately greeted by Angus who was super friendly and recognised me from a previous visit. he went above and beyond to ensure we were all familiar with the various food options. 10/10

Exciting food hall that has many interesting outlets with strong. Very good service team. But the problem is the burger which is terrible.

Quite a good option for eating at Battersea Power Station, with a few caveats: 1 - All ordering is by scanning a QR code and then ordering online. While this seems quite efficient for Arcade, it's is a bit of a pain for diners because a) mobile coverage is really bad, so you have to log into their shared WiFi 😒 🤔, and the SMS verification code never reached me (no mobile connection) 2 - Ordering from a big menu with lots of restaurants is rubbish on a phone vs. a printed menu 3 - Obviously, you need a smartphone, so no points for accessibility 4 - You can't ask your waiter for advice on what to order, portion size etc. 5 - My tips - order the water with lots of glasses - other drinks like fizzies don't come with glasses by default 6 - The momos were nice

Since Gus have taken over this place has changed! Super welcoming, great food all fresh, plenty of options, 5 star service. Perfect for anh ocassion, dinner, lunch, special ocassions. Grest vibe, easy to come in!

Came here for the 5 pound beer and wine happy hour as advertised on the website and they were unable to honor it which is quite disappointing. Their website is apparently outdated and they weren’t willing to honor the advertised happy hour pricing which goes to show poor customer service. Disappointed as it is a cool joint.

What a wonderful day I had with my granddaughter and the food was marvellous everything about the place was lovely absolutely lovely

Very bad experience at Arcade Bettersea compare to Tottenham Court Road. The customer service was bad feel like staff do not want to work, no one was there to seated us we just sit down ourself, have to ask for the cutlery’s and seems like they don’t even want to give that and we was 4 people but give 3 plate have to ask another one, food was over cooked only thing was good salmon sushi. We will Never visit here again

There's no menus, everything is QR. Seems normal, but surprise surprise: There's no mobile internet signal, you have to use their WiFi, but in order to do that you have to put your email. And phone for ordering, yes let's all give out our data for free. Oh wait, it's not for free... I'm actually PAYING to give out my data. Not only paying, but also paying a service charge. Never again.

Came to Arcade at Battersea yesterday for lunch for the first time. Really great experience, loved the atmosphere and the staff were friendly and the service was good. Will be back soon.

Expectation vs Reality…great taste, horrible value for money

Its Hard to believe that we are in 2024 and inclusivity is still an issue 🫠. Came to Battersea as they had advertised the opening of their day beds. I said great a way to unwind. Until I am stopped and told that I cant come in because I have to purchase a drink. Perfect thats fine, ALL ALCOHOLIC drinks. I do not drink due to religious reasons so I was refused entry 👍. And may I add out of the however many beds only two were occupied the rest were empty ☺️. Oh but apparently if I make the journey tomorrow again thats when they will decide to be inclusive. Disgusting honestly.

It would seem a typical food hall. Different cuisines, different food. But the ordering method is unacceptable. You approach the table, take a photo of the QR code, it takes you to the website and you have the menu of the entire food hall, you click, order and they bring it to your table You just need to provide your email address, telephone number, CVC card number... Additionally, if you are with children, click the menu on one phone to place one order. If you want to order something to drink, you can't go to the bar, order it, swipe your card and get a drink - the whole procedure of clicking on your phone from the beginning. I recommend taking advantage of the numerous restaurants around. Unless you don't care about personal data and the ordering process can go on and on. The food was tasty, but some dishes were surprisingly small. Oh, we forget about paying in cash. Absurd.

Absolutely ridiculous tiny portions - stay away!

Not good value for money. Pictures of the items look much bigger than they really are! I spent over £14 for an item that wasn't even a starter in terms of portion, eaten in less that 2 minutes. Very....very disappointed, this ruined an otherwise pleasant trip to Battersea Power Station

The crispy chicken and rice from the Indonesian place is so flavourful!

The chai siu pork is quite small size and little overpriced, taste is good. I went yesterday. I don’t know if there is any relation but I had headaches one to two hours after eating and diarrhea next day. I still have headache today, which is quite bizarre cause I have never had this kind of headache before

We've just had lunch here. We were a table of 7, including 3 yr old twins. I love the concept,I really liked the atmosphere and the welcoming staff are great. Food came quickly, took us a minute to figure out the ordering/ paying process so be sure to ask the staff how it works. When we worked it out, the food/wine came impressively fast. Most dishes were lovely. Small portions, high enough prices but that's to be expected. I sent the prawn tempura back. Didn't recognise the prawns and it certainly wasn't tempura. the waitress wasn't thrilled about it but the lovely Spanish/Irish maître D came quickly to ensure there was no hassle. But all that said, there's a good atmosphere, it's a beautiful space, it's a little spendy but it's London after all. I would go back.

Char Sui roll was truly disgusting and nothing like any chinese I’ve ever had. Service added before your order is placed, it is not discretionary. Staff seem to know and avoid you after the food dropped off at your table. Terrible

Very well run. Came on a Saturday afternoon. Attentive staff. Nice that you order from your phone and food/drink is brought to you - makes it way less chaotic than other food halls. Food was delicious. BBQ paneer, spicy salmon sushi and bhelpuri were highlights.

Yamini was an icon. She had made my day by giving me extra cucumbers on my Martini and I think that's beautiful. Her attitude was amazing and I appreciate the support.

Arcade has a decent idea with the ability to order lots of different types of food from your phone. Food, when it finally came was ‘alright’. However there are some serious issues. For us, firstly, the booking site didn’t work. The ‘wifi’ was blamed for not having an order button? Was promised someone would do a manual order. After 20 minutes of further waiting, I had to go and ask again. Finally I made an order, and paid by card at the table. At this point 12.5% was added as a service charge, with no option to confirm/ deny/ increase/ decrease. Nowhere on their menus does it mention any mandatory service charge. So basically the prices shown are incorrect and misleading. After payment, NO receipt is offered or provided. The server literally just walked off once they got their payment. I ended up having to go and ask for a receipt. Even this took me having to ask two people to finally get one. Very disappointing experience. Has the basis of being a great restaurant, but I came out feeling cheated and very disappointed. Unfortunately I won’t be back, and couldn’t recommend anyone else to go either.

Overpriced horrible food. I ordered a chicken leg which was awfully greasy, didn’t have much meat and the fries hat a horrible taste. How can you ruin a chicken leg with fries? Seems like the easiest thing to do. There was not much interaction with the service but tables were sticky.

Exciting food hall that has many interesting outlets with strong emphasis on Asian style dishes. We really enjoyed the grilled chicken and chips from Solis, it was delicious. Also great was the butter chicken curry, it was spot on exactly how it should be. Less good was the mushroom and lentils salad which was disappointing in taste and presentation. The service was friendly and fast, it was really easy to order using the app and the prices are on the same level of other London setups. It's hard not to recommend this food hall, we will come back again to try more dishes.

I ordered chicken shawarma and waited 40 minutes for food. When I asked the waiter about the delay I was told that everyone ordered shawarma so that is the reason for the wait. After 10 more minutes I got up to go to the kitchen to complain, and on my way I was looking at the tables of the other customers it was obvious that almost no one ordered shawarma and that waiter straight up lied. When I got there it became obvious that they forgot/lost my order, so they apologised and said it would be done ASAP. To top it all, after a couple of minutes they brought the wrong order to my table 🤦

Its not your usual food hall. With lots of seating options available, and an area near a bar that has a dj on weekend evening. This could be a good way to start your night. You can order right from your table using a QR code. The menu can be overwhelming, but each food place has limited menu, so you have to take your time to browse since aside from according to the place, they are not categorised according to 'meat' or 'vegan' or anything else. But there's an option for everyone. I recommend the rice meal from the Thai place. Although for some reason, its supposed to be with egg, so when asked if I wanted an egg (not even say extra egg), I chose yes, and ended up with 2 eggs. There's a happy hour from one of the bar until 7pm (me thinks) but you have to order on the bar and its for 4 cocktail selection only. Its not mentioned on the online menu.

Very hard to find seating. App has no search feature for finding food. Food quality was very average - kids chicken was very spicy despite saying no spicy bits in the menu description. It was hard to get a refund as there is no dedicated table waiter. A bit over priced. I would not go back.

The experience has degraded massively since they closed second hall (where the bar is) to the visitors. Hot, crowded, smelly - poor air conditioning makes your hair and clothes smell like a barbecue. Horrible decision, Arcade. Very disappointed.

Went here for a drink and dinner on Friday. The drinks were great and the DJ on the decks was incredible - literally playing banger after banger. Shame the food was below average. Would recommend coming here for a drink but perhaps not the food.

I had chicken Shawarma which was burnt meat. I complained so they replaced it with another burnt chicken meat shawarma. I was very hungry so I didn’t bother to complain again and unhappily ate the burnt chicken shawarma. I wouldn’t eat shawarma here again.

Consider skipping the Thai food at this arcade. My Pad Grapao rice was overly salty and fishy, lacking the fragrant basil essential to the dish. The chicken had an unappetizing texture. While the ambiance seems pleasant, the food fell short.

They make you pay service charge with no option to take it off! We're ordering on our phones! But the service was good so I didn't mind too much. It's about the choice. Food was decent, but too much for what it is. Happy hour was good, although with limited options.

Cool concept but I don't think properly executed. Interesting way to order food though I didn't see anything that made it worth fighting for the few seating that there was here. Was jammed packed. Went elsewhere.

This place is always welcome us😊The bar manager Francesco is amazing host and made us feel very comfortable; the bartenders amazed with such a welcome and warm service. Treesa and Luke mafe us feel like at home. Rekomended this place to everyone

I love the fact you can order through the bar code and get many options however the prices were extremely high compared to the quality which was okay. Not very long waiting time which was also a bonus but again the food was okay nothing special and the prices were not reasonable.

Expensive for what we had . Ordered Tacos very small portions ,tasted ok . But not worth what we paid , certainly would go elsewhere next time . Would not recommend.

I visited Arcade a week ago and I was putting off this review to give them the benefit of doubt. However, I have recently returned and what I can say is DO NOT COME HERE. The food is not reflective of its price. The Drinks are overpriced for what they are giving you. I got the New Lunch deal and I realised that I was not getting a full Can of Coke as it was from the Post mix gun and was flat and way too sugary. When I needed help, the staff and managers were nowhere to be seen. I have read countless reviews about the Mandatory service charge fee and I believe this it is absolutely unacceptable. Find a way to go around this or you are going to lose more customers than you already have. I also tried the Lamb Birria and in one bite it was nothing but Fat ,gristle, and cold. I had ordered a drink from the bar and saw how much liquid goes in the glass and it is daylight robbery. In Summary, DO NOT go to Aracde Food hall Battersea and spend you money in Nandos or Gordan Ramsay's next door, this way you will get value for money and overall a better experience by far.

Lovely food hall, VERY fancy! Lovely food and a great variety, friendly staff, convenient way of ordering, bit pricey for a food hall but worth it!

Food hall style eatery where you scan a qr code on each table and order from the app. Prices are high, portions are small. Food comes when ready so beware of that random other item which will appear towards the end of your meal. You’re paying for location but £50 for 2 tiny tacos, tortillas with gauc, 2 soft drinks and chips is too steep. There’s a Nando’s across from arcade, go there instead.

I have to agree with other reviewers that the portion of the food was ridiculously small for the price! (I'd expect 3 times bigger) Also asking personal info as well as charging handling fee for using their QR code and pay for the food was ridiculous! Why we have to pay extra for the service we didn't choose? Yes, the floor staff were very friendly and helpful but I don't think I'd ever go back again.

Really terrible. The pork carnitas tacos were really unappetising looking and two hours after eating I was being sick - I'm never sick! So can only assume I got food poisoning from them . Avoid!

The food hall was brilliant lots of different options for all tastes, everything from burgers to sushi definitely be going back soon it's a whole new experience.

Our Thai food choice "Wok fried chicken with chilli and holy basil topped with a crispy fried egg and served on jasmine rice" was highly disappointing. My eyes didn't see a "fried" chicken and my tongue didn't taste it either. Instead the Chef said the "Bolognese sauce" I assumed is a wrong order was in fact a "thoroughly minced chicken in chilli"! It was also salty. A duty manager placated us with complimentary scrumptious deserts: chocolate pudding & cream, and a blackcurrant cheese cake.

12 % service charge for self seating/orders. Portion size ridiculous for the price.

What a cool new place to eat, the Arcade is a must if you are visiting Battersea Power Station. The fast food is good quality, service quick and atmosphere lively and modern. It’s also a bit cheaper and less pretentious than some of the other food outlets around the power station. It’s also so very convenient. Can’t wait to go back.

Lovely place, nice and clean. However, the prices are absolutely ridiculous. They seemed reasonable at the start as I thought I was ordering a main but all the food served is very small portions. In addition they do not do a good job of updating the full ingredient list and spice level in the menu. Service charge added as a % of what you order, for service that includes bringing a cardboard box from the pass to the table, you pay in the app. Staff was very pleasant.

Almost £8!!! For the smallest portion known to man. Any kind of small “meal” (smash burgers, noodles) is around £18-£20. The portion sizes and prices are awful, the food quality is fine. I would recommend eating elsewhere if you don’t want to be ripped off. The music was loud with heavy bass. The idea is great, but the prices and portions need improvement. However the staff were very friendly.

Really liked the concept! Order via QR code on table. Select from any of the food venders. Everything we tried was of great taste and quality. The steak roll and the seasoned chips where my favourite. The cheesy honey bread was also great. Overall plenty of comfortable seating with fast promt service from the waiters who make where very attentive. There are halal options also on menu so I Recommend this food hall to everyone who visits the power station.

We really enjoyed our visit last weekend. Food was great and turned around very quickly. Service was excellent, especially from the duty manager, as I'd scanned the QR code on one table and then moved to another table thus messing up the system - but he was great and sorted it out very quickly. One improvement, would be an area in which the music was at a much lower volume (although there is a are on the bottom left which is little quieter) for those who want a quiet lunch, but overall it was still a very enjoyable experience and we'll go back. A question I do have is: Why are all meat options, from all eateries, halal? I, and many others, are keen on promoting animal welfare. Are the animals electrically pre-stunned prior to being killed (something which I understand is permissible) or not? It's helpful to know, and if they aren't stunned, perhaps a non-halal option should be available? Not trying to stoke up controversy - just a genuine question about animal welfare and food provenance, something which is and will be increasingly important in the future. If the animals have been pre-stunned it's worth stating somewhere.

Good concept. Nice atmosphere and good service. Presented with a jug of water after sitting down (nice). Reasonable prices. Great easy to use app but here lies the problem the one star rating.... You cannot customise or remove items from dishes. That I'm afraid is somewhat unforgivable given the modern day app abilities.

Pro's: - Table service via App - Nice location, large space - Was only half full when we were there so we received good service. - Tasty food. Con's: - Some Dishes were very small. - Some Dishes quite expensive. - Mandatory Service Charge per order, in advance. Great to drop in for a quick snack and something to eat, in total I spent £33 (including service charge) on the food (not including my drinks), and the equivalent meal I could have got for about £15 in a fast food chain. . .so not great value.

Service is good. However the food is disgusting, ordered a wok fried beef and prawn noodle from an Indonesia place. It tastes horrible, is extremely salty and sour, after few bites I cant have it anymore and it was £15. It is also a very small portion of food. Not recommended to come here.

Overpriced! The dishes were unreasonably small and badly presented. And it took too long to wait for the food. 45 mins even at non peak hours!!!

Really nice food hall with a wide range of food to choose from. The ordering process is very easy and food came quickly even when ordering from a range of stalls. I ordered a smashed burger from Manna, and it was the best burger I’ve had in a long time! My boyfriend got the chicken biryani and really enjoyed it as well.

Food courts in shopping malls are usually discouraging. But this place is definitely worth recommending. The opportunity to try dishes from all over the world in one place. An additional convenience is the ordering method. You scan the QR code with the table number and order online from various places. They bring everything to the table. I would highly recommend!

Don’t bother eating here. Incredibly overpriced for tiny portions that are below average. My £10 Char Sui burger was tiny and contained mostly lettuce and mustard, and the tiniest piece of pork. Bad value and disappointing food. Go down to M&S and get a microwave meal it’s better.

Lovely place! Me and my family visited Arcade Battersea today. Delicious cocktails and food. Treesa made a very nice mocktail for my son and he loved it. She was very friendly. Thanks ,we will visit again.

A unique place! The restaurant is located inside a former power plant used as a shopping center. The spaces are wonderful and going up the escalators the Arcade welcomes you with two very large rooms and friendly and helpful staff. You can choose (in the single restaurant) different cuisines: we ate Thai, very good

I was very impressed with the place, got cool vibes and delicious food. I was served by Cilene who was fab. I had a great conversation with her which was so welcoming. Also the place is spacious which is always a bounce as I was with my little girl and a buggy.
