Nan Ru Chi Definitely THE WORST TOMYUM I'VE EVER HAD

I ate here on a Wednesday evening. Service was warm, friendly and efficient, well done to our waitress Steena, and she explained that the food all comes out whenever it’s ready. Had the calamari which was delicious. Sweet honey flavours which light up the mouth. Then had a mango chicken dish. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the slightly spicy juices from the plate gave the rice flavour. Also had a katsu curry which was delicious too. Really liked the place and would definitely go back.

Some of the poorest service i've ever experienced and the only time i've ever refused to pay service charge. The waiter was not interested in serving anyone on the table, everything was slow and it was just terrible service in general. It's a shame as I have enjoyed Busaba in Westfield on many occasions and always had positive things to say. The food was ok, but nothing special and portions appear to have shrunk.

Chris served me and ensured my food was made the way i liked it as im a picky eater. His customer service was great with a positive welcoming energy and smile.

I had a great experience here. I took my brother out for dinner for his bday, he has special needs so it can be a bit challenging for him in restaurants but our waiter Kris was lovely, really friendly and professional and made the evening go smoothly.

Average food quality, doesn’t seem to be as good as it used to be. Great for sharing with a group of friends and family, able to try more dishes. Quite dark inside and doesn’t seem to have ventilation. Prebooked for 18 people and been told private dining room not available due to event on the day so offered regular table but was empty the whole time when we are dining there the whole time. Unsure why been told it’s been used when it’s not.

The dish looked great when it arrived, but unfortunately the grilled duck breast had a strong chemical taste, almost like bleach. Service was lacking, and overall the experience was disappointing. We ended up leaving unsatisfied.

Very good food that came fast! Tasty, perfectly spiced. And a special thank you to KRIS for "fighting for our rights", we were a couple who had a wobbly table, and even though they were only bigger tables for 4 people, Kris got us another table to sit on and enjoy our meal .

I had dinner at Busaba today with a friend and had a fantastic experience. We tried the curry rice and beef rice—both dishes were absolutely delicious, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The drinks were just as impressive, refreshing and well-balanced. A special shoutout to Khris for his excellent service—he was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality Thai food and great service!

The food is amazing, but please improve the service. Male waiters were not very friendly, with attitude that people who came to eat are bothering them, some toilets were missing light, as soon as you close the door, youre in darkness, bottle with soap was broken, toilet paper missing from some toilets..I don't think I'll come back to O2 branch again.

Disappointing experience. Rice bowl was served cold. When I sent it back I confirmed with the waitor that I would not want the egg well done. When it was re served. Rice was warm, not hot, egg was well done. When I told the waitor he shrugged his shoulder...the stirfry veg was very sweet...and there was a fly around the table and finally landed on the dish....avoid...

Was really looking forward to this place before an event recently. We had a table booked for 2. On arrival it was a rush to take us to a table upstairs with 7 others which wasn't ideal but I guess that's how it's set up. The bench was wobbly which was annoying. Service was rushed. No cutlery given with my meal and another person on the table had to get a waiters attention. Ordered the black pepper beef with noodles. It was pretty poor. The noodles were, in my opinion, like spaghetti and not noodles. My beef was chewy. Wine choice was nice but felt so rushed we had dinner and left instead of ordering another bottle. Staff looked flustered and felt like they just wanted us out quickly. There was no offer of ordering more food or drink or checking everything was ok. Won't be heading back here next time unfortunately

La comida no es comestible absolutamente asqueroso! Tres de nosotros todos comimos diferentes platos y no comimos más que un par de boca llena. El curry de pollo verde tailandés eran tiras de pollo cuerda, vainas de guisantes, guisantes en una salsa verde insípida. El arroz frito con huevo era grasiento sin sabor. El plato de pato crujiente se secó en trozos de pato graso en fideos que eran insípidos. ¡Lo siento, nunca volvería a comer allí! No nos preguntaron por qué no habíamos comido nuestra mesa de comidas fue despejada y la factura producida.

Food was bland and oily. Portions are very small. Our main dish, ginger beef, which is advertised as a wok dish was very watery and came out within a few minutes of ordering. Definitely not freshly made. Tasted like it's sat in a big pot and dished per order. The beed was rough and had little flavour. 2 stars are for the calamari which was decent.

Food was absolutely amazing. The calamari for a starter was so good, and the crab rice and chicken was really tasty. By far the best Thai restaurant I tried so far.

I’m beyond furious and frankly disgusted. The only reason I’m giving one star is because the food arrived quickly, but it was some of the most horrendous food I’ve ever had. We booked a table for two at 7pm, yet were left standing by the door for 10 minutes. When we were finally seated, we were crammed into a booth with complete strangers—something the server failed to mention, and the restaurant should have clearly stated when confirming the booking. The green curry was tepid, tasted like a microwave meal, and had only five sad pieces of chicken. The calamari tasted like fried eggs, the spring rolls were soggy and bland, and the duck was undercooked with a terrible, gamey taste. The chili beef was dry and unremarkable. All of this for £86? I’m absolutely livid that I wasted my money on this mess, which completely ruined what should have been an amazing evening, especially since we were there to see Usher.

Mesa compartida estilo Wagamama. La comida viene rápidamente, pero la calidad promedio se siente como si quisieran que entraras y salieras lo más rápido posible.

The prawn thai red curry was awful.. the prawns has a rotten taste and smell. I hope my stomach will be okay.. I brought it to the notice of the waiter but he didn't say anything or apologise. I'm not going to visit again.

I’d like to start by saying that we visited during a peak time, when a concert was due to start in 30mins. The food and atmosphere wasn’t the best because of this and I would personally avoid if you know that there is a concert that day. I have been before during a non busy period, and food and atmosphere was great. All being said, I cannot fault the service. The staff were friendly despite the sheer chaos in the restaurant from being so busy. Lequana in particular was absolutely fantastic. She was calm and patient despite how busy it was. She offered to re heat my friends food which had become slightly cold from waiting for my food to arrive. She also brought me more ice for my drinks despite my hesitance to ask (not wanting to bother staff when they were already busy). She remained friendly when many would falter and we appreciated this very much. Thank you Lequana for being an absolute star 🌟.

Average food. Have eaten here many times before, sadly despite great presentation and good service, the food really lacked. Highly disappointing and not recommended

I recently visited Busaba at The O2 to celebrate my sister's birthday, and I have to say, it was quite disappointing. We ordered several dishes, including the pandan chicken, which was small and minced—definitely not what I expected, as I've had better cuts like thighs in the past. The calamari came out cold, and when we sent it back, it seemed like it was just microwaved rather than freshly remade. The batter was soft and oil-soaked, lacking the crispy texture I was hoping for. The ginger beef and chili prawn dishes were mostly filled with white onions and were lukewarm at best. To top it off, the rice was hard, almost like it had been over-microwaved or undercooked, and again, it was cold. Overall, the quality of the food was poor, especially given the prices. When we voiced our concerns, we received an apology but no real solutions. The final straw was when the waitress seemed to get frustrated when I mentioned I wouldn't be paying the service charge due to the unsatisfactory experience. It's really unfortunate because I've had a lovely meal at the Soho branch before, but this visit was a letdown. I would recommend avoiding this location; it just wasn't worth it.

I really recommend it. Very well received and served by the waitress Mauricette, very kind and smiling.

I had Chicken Pad Thai and it was extremely flavorful, the flavours were not overpowering, it was well seasoned. Then I had Thai Calamari, it was not your regular fried and coated in batter type, it was well cooked with fresh herbs and had a sweet kick to it. It was perfect! I loved the ambiance and shared tables but with some level of privacy. Steena was our waitress and she was extremely warm and sweet, she kept checking up on us. I am definitely coming back next month but this time, I will book in advance.

Had a brillant time here, becoming a regular spot of mine - today’s service in particular was great - Chris was amazing had a smile on his face quite charismatic and made our day.

Was not told there was a specific “event menu” and this was also not shown on the face of the menu itself. Service was poor - felt very rushed and when we asked questions about dishes were made to feel silly. When we showed our student discount were told because it was an event menu this wouldn’t be honoured. Having dined at this Busaba branch before this had never been an issue but staff have changed and a faux ‘event menu’ (with all the same dishes at the same prices) has been brought in just to circumvent this

I think this restaurant deserves at least a 4 star to 4.5 that is why I rated it 5. The food quality is great, it tasted authentic and delicious. The service was fast although it feels like you cannot feel the presence of the staff when we were there. The atmosphere is okay, too dark for my opinion. I think it deserves more recognition. There are things that can be improved, keep the quality of the food.
