I made a delivery today 27/07/24 via Justeats app order number 352667083. Not only an item missing but the food looked very messy and was badly put together. I ate some of my order and it made me ill after consuming. I used to order from here regularly but never again!!

food looked tampered with and eating a bit of it gave me a sore throath. threw it away, also items missing.

One of the worst subways I’ve went to, Ordered churros and waffle fries, the waffle fries were uncooked and churros tasted as if they didn’t care about their job, terrible experience overall.

This subway is the best subway I have been too , the place is immaculate , and the staff are always friendly, I have been coming here for 3 years now and it always tastes better here, very small inside and have only ate inside a handful of times if it’s raining , but if you are ever in the area or a university student nearby , come check it out

Why are u allowed to do 3 deliveries at this same time and expect that my food will be at least warm. Is came very cold , waste of money that is my last time ordering from just eat because is not first time

I am quite happy with how the staff treats me when I visit Subway in Danebury Avenue. It is a very closely located subway for me and my family, they are very fast and efficient preparing their Subways and they are friendly enough to talk with us even on difficult or busy days. This Subway is also well located to the Roehampton Library and a few other shops, restaurants and even about 10 minute walk from Richmond Park which is great.

Cold and thrown together without everything I asked for

It was the worst subway I have ever been to in my life. The service was the worst in my life and lowest portioning ever. Even after asking onions for 4 times they put so little and sauce didn’t even let me finish just started wrapping the food and taking payment. When I ate the food it was so dry and bland and flavourless but the toppings are good the service made the food the worst and I would never ever have this subway in my life.

The order was for a vegan steak wrap but it came with a vegetable patty and no one rang me to check this was ok with me? I would have said no so had no option to do so . Very disappointing and underwhelming.

I've visited with my friend as i am regularly go to subway. I've collected 3000 points in 2 months and I've ordered 3 6-inches sandwiches. At the time of payment, subway staff was so rude. They told that i can only use my points for one sub and for the rest I've to pay!! I've checked on website and there is no policy like that. We cancelled the order because of very rude behavior. As soon as we left, they took the sandwich in the back to eat!! I've never experienced such a pathetic and useless service in my whole life. Subway is a big brand and lost whole respect.

I have received 12 hard rock solid cookies, I could break my teeth if I try to eat them. Unfortunately there is no way to contact them, 2 of the contact phones are simply broken.. how convenient 😉 I would be ashamed to give this food to any customer!

Servicio increíblemente pobre. Visité hoy a la 1 pm para pedir un sándwich de un pie de largo. Había 3 personas en la cola frente a mí, así que no estaba demasiado ocupado. Todo el proceso tomó cerca de 40 minutos. El personal es terrible. Me atendieron una mujer y un chico joven, ambos tienen niveles cuestionables de inteligencia y la mujer viene con el beneficio adicional de la mala educación. La comida en sí estaba bien y como debería ser un metro. Así que ahí está al menos. Si tiene una hora para perder y disfruta viendo a los idiotas luchar para hacer un sándwich, entonces no busque más allá del metro de Roehampton.

My wife watched a sandwich artist withstand 20 minutes of abuse from a customer with nothing but patience and warmth. I don't know how good the food is here but that felt like it was worth a good review lol.

Not the fastest fast food place. But subway is subway which is fine

This shop should be alot bigger so more customers can come and eat their healthy food and also the cookies should be clearly marked With Nuts or Without Nuts

El servicio siempre ha sido inconsistente, pero hoy sin duda la confirmó. No estaba lleno, sólo una señora manejando el frente, ni entusiasmo en términos de servicio al cliente, y cuando preguntas que parecía como si ella no quería estar allí. Para empeorarlo, ella prácticamente todo en la subregión arrojaban y no se molestan en tanto esfuerzo de otros establecimientos. Sé que puede parecer trivial para hacer esos puntos pero espero que mis fotos le hacen justicia a mi crítica. Normalmente me deje poco errores slide, pero en esta ocasión, alguien debe mostrar la realidad de lo que se cuece en Roehampton. Evitar a toda costa, su mejor ir a otro lado en vez de aquí.

I've been coming to this branch of Subway for a number of years. Most of the people who work here now and have worked here in the past are good sandwich artists.

Subway is a large chain of sandwich shops that serve a range of freshly made sandwiches, snacks and salads to take away.

Estos chicos solía ser un habitual para mí durante los descansos para el almuerzo, sin embargo, tienen mucho que mejorar, ya que el servicio no es muy buena, la variedad es limitada y normalmente sólo hay algunos panes. El personal está demasiado ocupado hablando en la parte trasera entre sí para los clientes, la higiene aviso no es como algunos kick personal un alboroto de por qué te gusta para cambiar los guantes para limpiar pequeños al preparar su comida y manipulación en contraposición a los otros clientes. Hay un montón de espacio para mejorar, además de no lesionar a levantar una sonrisa en algunos de los miembros del personal.

سب وي من المطاعم الشهيرة المنتشرة حول العالم ،الخدمة مميزة جداً وهو مطعم وجبات سريعة ،اكلما سندويتش شرائح الديك الرومي مع الخظروات والسوس الذيذ كان مذاقه رائعاً حقاً.

Just like any other subway ;) The food is tasty but junk (fast food). Great thing is it's not that expensive :) I definitely recommend the Melt sub and the Chicken Terriyaky sub ;) Also try th new "pizza-like" toasties ;)

After having eaten at a whole bunch of different Subways in the US and UK, I can confirm what others have said: Once you've had one you've had them all; however, they make a nice change from the usual tasteless supermarket sandwiches. As of writing this review in September 2015, the morning shift is staffed mainly by two ladies, and the later shift is staffed by a short skinny man. The ladies make nice subs, and seem quite professional. The late shift guy, however, has a rude attitude and is very stingy with the toppings. So the best time to go there is in the morning before Napoleon Complex starts his shift.

Subway sandwiches are depressing but nevermore so if you have the misfortune to eat one in Roehampton. This Subway is awful. Oh and the rude staff make it worse.

Excellent and speedy service. Tasty subs as ordered with green salad. It'sa clean place with good transport system around as it directly connects to Kingston hammersmith and putney locals. Love this place and I always buys my food here. Thanks you subway. ...
