KFC - Tower Park in Poole

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalling service with a great deal of organisation regarding serving the walk in customers. Their focus is upon the deliveroo drivers! ..which were in abundance walking in and out..leading to frustrating walk in customers! We ordered 1 x family sized bucket, and 45 minutes later, we were still waiting, so had observed the chaotic way the staff were dealing with the orders. We were told not once, but twice our order was being done, only to be informed 5 minutes later it wasn't ready. After 45 minutes, we wanted our money back, and eat elsewhere. Getting a refund was a further 15 minutes! Seriously wish we had read the reviews before popping in. Whilst they focus on the deliveroo -I would avoid this place at all costs!

First ever rime reviewing anything. This was a shocking service with missing items which I returned for, waited 10 minutes while my meal went cold to then find it was completely the wrong meal, burger was wrapped until home, cold and definitely not what I ordered. £10.99 for a regular meal making our family quick total to £50. I understand costs but only if it matches what you actually order. Also seems to be on the small side. Plus really tiny wings. Pictures of my zinger charger meal but isn't

I have been to countless KFCs in my 50 years but this was the pits. For a start we stood in a que with just one couple speaking to the counter assistant for over ten minutes (they were talking about the social life) so we gave up and ordered on the screens. I could see one other member of staff but she was focused on deliveries! No acknowledgement, just stood there like lemons. So we ordered on the screens which I didn't want to do as wanted to change something.

Don’t order through just eat, missing things from our order and the driver who delivered to us couldn’t care less, and was rude by swearing at my wife as she could you go and get our missing items. Products cold aswel.

Staff were rushed off their feet. They were trying so hard but so understaffed I felt so sorry for them. Definitely more employment needed in this branch. Never seen so much unemployment in any restaurant or KFC branch. However food was amazing.

Nice size restaurant and drive through. We all know KFC. family feast is good value. Zinger burger and Big Daddy.

Generally, you get what you pay for. This KFC was pretty good! Quick service, properly cooked food means no complaints from me

Well maintained KFC just outside Splashdown. Good service and freshly cooked hot food for our visit. Clean and tidy.

Been there 3 times and all 3 times I was disappointed. The last time was so far back i had forgotten my experience & we went in but soon they reminded us why we don't want to be going in there again. This time the fries and the chicken were lukewarm, the corn was hot though. There are other KFC's you come away feeling satisfied but this one is way below par. We had ordered 8 chicken strips but we could only account for 7 - so check your order.

Went here because the nearest one to me is having building works. it has put me off for life a 3 piece variety meal. shocking was an understatement the hot wings ok but the chicken was shocking 1 piece had feathers on it the other 2 bits were so dry and overcooked that they must have been kept for at least 3 or 4 hours i was absolutely shocked they could send out takeaway food like it .i guarantee i wouldn't ever go back ..i expect but i doubt someone comes back with an apology..not happy

I like this place because it is the right size. Always buzy so a good atmosphere. The food is nice, as all our local KFC’s are. There are lots of non food events to do at Tower Park. It is great to be able to come to a different place to eat hot food.

the helpfulness of staff is pot luck esp later in the evening food just average basic kentucky nothing above and beyond

Surprised by the reviews, although most are quite old and perhaps staff have changed. Service was very fast, food hot and surprisingly good. The staff member (tall slim asian fellow) was very polite and asked how our food was . They were being very thorough cleaning tables in there too. I'm not a big fan of KFC and only went there because my girlfriend wanted to. But can't fault it.

The restaurant is clean and spacious. Plenty of seating and high chairs for the little ones... As far as the food is concerned it's pretty standard for a KFC... There are often high waiting times hence only 3 stars... Once waited 30 min for a takeaway order...

Stood in que writing this. We have now been waiting for 30 minutes for a bargain bucket. This is KFChicken and they have no cocked chicken. It is 6pm and our friends are eating their burgers and have now finished and still waiting for us to get out food. The staff don't even care. This is AWFUL AWFIL AWFUL. The staff don't even seem to care.

This has just been refurbished, so the restaurant has a clean fresh feel about it. Even when busy, the staff take time to clean tables properly. Our food arrived promptly, and if you spend more than £5 after completing the online survey, you get 20% off. Shaji served us with a friendly smile and helpful attitude. Not all KFC's are up to this standard.

The food was lovely. The chicken nuggets were very tasty. I ate them all. It was a quick service. Well organised team. Great stuff!

Not happy today as the cleanliness was disgraceful.. Thou the food was ok I hope on our next visit there's an improvement

Have never been to this one. Prompt service. Why are the chips always so cold from kfc no matter which one you go to. Chicken gravy lovely.

La mayoría de los restaurante estaba cortada por sillas, los clientes significa ser obligado a sentarse en los taburetes del bar de alta a lo largo de una mesa continua. Nos preguntamos por qué, y nos dijeron que ya estaban limpiando el resto de está listo para el cierre. Era las 21:00 horas y el restaurante no cierra hasta medianoche. Nos sentamos en las mesas de cualquier manera.

As the title said, its just another KFC. Nothing special, the food is mediocre, pricing the same as other outlets. The staff are generally are ok, I haven't had my order messed up yet. Can get busy which is more likely during the summer holidays.

I went here with some friends and we collected our food very quickly ok Food and nice atmosphere. I would recommend this place.

Son treated us to kfc and we really enjoyed it, it was still hot when we ate it and was well cooked would use again.

A great place to go if you're not in the mood to cook or out with friends/family. Great value, tasty meals and average service.

This KFC is one of the better one's in the area. I have only ever used this as a takeaway but have to say it always seems clean and tidy to me. I have used this one (nearest to me) several times and have always found the food well cooked. The place is usually fairly busy (a good sign) the staff are generally polite and good at there jobs and if you speak to them nicely they will try and do that little bit extra for you.

KFC always seems like a wonderful idea, then you get it home and you spend time picking out the bones and then you have hot slimy hands. Then you wipe them off with the serviette and begin again, Apparently the buckets are not sold separately. Outrage?

Fast,friendly and helpful service. We actually drive to this branch rather than the Wessx Gate branch which is much closer to our home but the food etc there is all terrible.On Tuesday they offer an excellent value well cooked bargain bucket of nine pieces of chicken for £5.99.Recommend for the friendly helpful staff and well cooked fast food.

Place is always clean, staff are friendly and polite. The food is always good and tasty for fast food. Location is central of Tower park for bowling,empire cinema, etc.

Always clean & tidy. When in Poole, I always stop at this KFC. Near the cinema and Tesco. There is also a McDonalds & Burger King nearby for any others with you that dare not like a KFC

Brilliant place to eat out Food is good, staff are friendly, the place is always clean and tidy, toilets are nearly always clean One of the best KFC'S in Bournemouth and Poole

new zinger or what ever call I tell to the cashier I need without bacon please and he said no problem my son start to eat we surprised by tow PCS of bacon. I think all the staff need more training properly. I will give them 3 out of 10.....

We come here regularly with the children and often it is busy and sometimes you do have to wait but one member of staff in particular who serves well and is very nice is a man called Tim ( I think ) if everyone was as friendly and polite as him the place would run lovely, manners cost nothing and even under pressure and being busy he was very good at looking after our order. There were also other members of staff in there friendly when we came in and cleared and cleaned a table for us immediately.

We visted here as it was half term a treat for the kids, after waiting over 35 mins for our meal, and only to be served with cold food is unacceptable, and the state of customer toilets is dreadful, I've contacted KFC head office with no reply so I can see how seriously they take customer feedback just to be ignored.

Me and my friends when to KFC, the service there was good, we got what we ordered. The food tasted great it was amazing, me and my friends could of bought another meal bought we didn't have any more money spare to buy more. We also bought gravey and it is the best gravy you could ever buy, also the hot wings were nice and awesome, they were spicey which made then even better. The pepsi was cold and fresh which kept our mouths cool. This KFC is the best location for us and we will come visit again soon.

The batter was really nice and crispy and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The staff members there were really nice and friendly and did everything that you asked them to do with a smile on their face. I could not ask for better staff. The establishment was really clean and all the cleaning staff are really helpful and will take your tray if they are not doing anything and are really polite. There is one problem however and that is that the food was really greasy but was still edible and all you will need to do is dab it with a napkin.

this place is amazing if you like gorgeous chicken and chips. the range of burgers is very good and the chicken seperatly is delicious. my personal fave is the fillet burger meal with coca cola with some popcorn chicken which are some tasty for a cheap price and you can choose to have a small amout to a lot of them depending on your appetite. the milkshakes are so amazing and the taste of them are so chocolaty. just eat here because its soo ood unless you are on a diet :)

I like KFC now and again and don't normaly have any issues but on a trip to Tower Park in Poole and after going swimming, my family and I decided to have KFC, it was around about 3PM, so they were not very busy. I approached the counter and asked for a family bucket of 10 pieces and thought i would try the chicken bites covered in BBQ sauceWe prefer drum sticks so i asked the lady for 10 drum sticks and she agreed.When the order came the bites came in a small pot with the sauce at the bottom and 4 bites sat on top, i said to the lady that these are not what i ordered, i ordered the bites which are supposed to look like the image on the board and she said, that is the way we serve them, now this discussion could have ended at that and i could have mixed them myself but i wanted what was shown on the board and they kept saying that is how we serve them, so i said the image was misleading and they couldn't respond, so i took them anyway.Then the bucket came out but only had four drumsticks and i said there are only four drumsticks, at this point a male came over with no name badge and looked like he had just woken up with blood shot eyes!He said that he can't give me 10 drum sticks and i would have to have what was given, i said i ordered 10 drum sticks and the lady agreed and i had also paid. He said he couldn't do this as this is not what is done, now i was already rifled about the bites and this was adding to my not so happy mood.I said just give me what i have paid for and all would be good but he insisted that he could not do this because other customers would not have any if they ordered, so i look over his shoulder and see more than enough drum sticks to give me the 10 and looked over my shoulder to see no one behind me and i stated this but he still would not give me what i had asked for, at this point my rage meter took off and I threw my handful of ketchups down on the counter which knocked a bag of chips on the floor. I am normaly a calm person but this idiot pushed me.I said to him, just give me a refund, you are incompetent, you need to teach your staff properly and i will be taking this up with KFC complaints dept, so this is why i rate this the worst KFC in the UK and based on other reviews i am not the only one unhappy with this place!

We went as a family and the service and food quality was excellent thankyou the only downside is they need more seating.

Long wait for service, ordered large but got medium fries, ordered plain tower fillet burger got standard with lettuce and mayo. Fries were also Luke warm and like cardboard.coke had been done earlier not very fizzy. Staff struggled with the basics of the English language. One of the worst KFCs I've experienced.

Brought i large family order here got to car to discover half was missing went back in, staff were very rude did not aplogise and just basically put the rest in a bag and chucked it at me, all food was cold not very fresh and not great!, go to ferndown branch far better!!

This KFC is busy and dirty. The tables were not wiped, which ever one we chose. The floor was dirty, as was the bin - and grime was evident around the bin and floor.

As a fast food outlet, KFC is what it is, offering fast tasty food on the go. Well this particular establishment is worth a special mention, very clean and the staff are very helpful. I have used this branch of KFC many times and have always left satisfied and never hard done by, as the staff are always cleaning and keeping on top of the house keeping duties. The food is always hot and tasty. Well done Tower Park KFC, keep up the good work.
