Took a 'Cheese Burger' which came on it's own for £9.45. Also 'Bacon Cheese Dog' hotdog which also came on it's own for £7.65, along with one 'Salted Caramel Milkshake' for £5.45. Cheese Burger was tasteless... No seasoning whatsoever and not to mention it was expensive, just £9.45 on it's own, ridiculous. Hotdog was small and had no bacon in it, I ordered 'Bacon Cheese Dog', so therefore I expect to receive what I ordered. Milkshake was so SUGARY, couldn't finish drinking it. Overall, the Five Guys is expensive and has nothing unique about it. McDonalds, KFC, Burger King (etc), are way better fast food restaurants - better taste and prices.

The title of the review tells you all you need to know. If you are charging (and it’s hard to even believe a chain fast food joint does charge this) £40 for two burgers etc you have got to have a pretty impressive product. We did not get that. Service - glum, presumptuous and indifferent Wait - too long considering it’s a burger and a griddle and you fry chips. It’s hardly a complex menu Product - presented in a bag. Burger was ok, not hot. chips were green. Genuinely, what planet are they on that they think this is a sustainable business model? It’s some minced beef, a bread roll, some processed cheese, some green potatoes and some flavoured carbonated water. My conclusion is that five guys in derby is Presumptuous uncaring without giving not a single fig for whether the customer gets anything at all out of it, as if we should be pleased to deign to dine there. . In my whole life I have never felt so ripped off Avoid avoid avoid avoid. And then avoid one more time just to be sure.

Been here a couple of times for dinner before the theatre. Good quality burgers which are highly customisable. Very good chips.

How on earth they can charge such prices for average food is utterly beyond me. For 10 quid u can have a whole meal somewhere, not one sub par burger and over salted fries. Avoid!!

Ordered a burger without the bun and specified I have coeliac watched my burger be prepared, they put bread on the foil then realised and removed it and then wrapped my burger in the same foil, waited long enough and couldn’t bare to wait for another one so £12 spent on a burger to go in the bin, staff need a serious retraining session on allergies, intolerances and autoimmune conditions

Definitly the best burger I've ever had, fries were lovely too. We had a table of 9 for my son's birthday. I would like to extend a special thank you to Mohamed who truly went the extra mile for us all. He made the visit special for my whole family, nothing was too much trouble, running around after us all making sure everything was ok as we had a few allergies. He said to us all if you need anything shout Mohamed and I will come straight away and help, anything it's no problem. What can you say to that?? Absolutely amazing service! Bless you Mohamed for all you did for my family.

Everywhere was busy so we thought we would try this place. Ordering same as McDonald's, menu same (probably smaller and less healthy options) but the price - £56 for 4 of us, would have been £14 in Maccies. Admittedly the burgers we lush but the chips were literally inedible, so salty. I'm sure people will say it's much better quality food, but I'm not sure. No doubt lovely burgers, but not worry the extra cost.

Having visited other five guys my expectations were high. When paying 15 pounds for a burgers and fries you expect quality. The fries were over cooked and tasted of old burnt oil. The burger wasn't as nice as other five guys I've been too. And the location made me feel very exposed whilst I ate which was a little uncomfortable. Would have much rather spent 5 pounds and got a Mcdonalds

Five Guys absolutely have the best burgers and hot dogs I've ever tried. A little on the expensive side, but well worth it. Would rate over Annie's or Gourmet Burger Kitchen any day.

Drawn in to the venue as the aroma of freshly cooking burgers drifted past my nostrils! Fresh quality burger, wonderful fries but the soda price is extortionate at £3.50. The service is top notch and I would definitely visit again in the future.

The staff was ok, having a friendly approach and the food was tasty but too much for a person, but the table was not clean after last customer...Maybe because it was nearly closing time?

You have to remember when you visit this place that it isn’t McDonald’s prices. In fact it costs more than Burger king, but it tastes good and it’s unique. It’s definitley not an every week kind of thing though

This place is garbage. It’s far to expensive in my opinion. It cost me £30 for 2 burgers a large chips and 2 Pepsi’s. When the burger arrived it looked like a dump truck had run over it and didn’t taste good at all. Wished I’d gone to Burger King instead. Avoid this place at all costs

I visited the 5 guys in Derby. It wasn't particularly busy.Tasty burger but for the price I expect someone to clean up the tables. No attempt to clean this mess up was made in the whole time I was there. The photos only show a small area of the restaurant. It was all asolutely disgusting. Unfortunately I had already waited 10 minutes for my order so had to clean a table myself.

Standard five guys experience in a good way, absolutely love the burgers and fries. Only one small negative, I couldn’t taste the BBQ sauce on the burger (I did check and there was some on the burger.)

For me the only choice for burgers is Five Guys. All food is very fresh as it is cooked to order. With your choice of sauces and toppings it is simply burger your way! I can also recommend the milkshakes, they are expensive but very very good. The fries are also great!

That’s what I like about Five Guys, you choose whatever you’d like on your burger or hotdog. Long list of condiments to choose from and build whatever combination you like. There’s a satisfying feeling about it. Good spot for people watching too.

This fast food restaurant isn't cheap but its quality, basically you go to the counter and decide what you want on your burger, more items more cost, but its all good, quick service and quality burger and fries and a tasty burger it is, well worth avisit.

Went shopping to the Intu centre myself daughter and partner and called for a bit of lunch at 5 Guys, We ordered 3 small burgers, 2 small fries and 2 unlimited drinks, I was absolutely gobsmacked at the price - over £30.00 for fast food presented in a paper bag !!! The burgers were just wrapped in foil - McDonalds at least serves theirs in a box !! Just felt completly ripped off, Weatherspoons for us next time or even McDonalds, Im sorry but just expect a little bit more than a little burger, a few fries and not even a drink each for my £31.00

overpriced, cold fast food! A portion of chips costs as much as one of the sack of spuds they display at the front. Hardly any seating and you are on view for the world to see.Complained, promised vouchers but they have never materialised. Only went because I was told they were good.

Never been to a Five Guys before and was very impressed. Not the cheapest (cheeseburger on its own costs more than a large McDonalds meal) but you really do get what you pay for at this place and the quality is incredible.
