Kfc in Kensington and Chelsea

Food was bad and there was a mouse running on the floor. The staff was rude and the whole experience was awful.

They didn't mention anything about them not having any sauce, and after I ordered all the meals for my family, they said they don't have any sauce (they've run out) , they should let everyone know that before anyone buys anything. We couldn't have out meal without any sauce, so I ended up going to Tesco and buying ketchup, horrible customer service!

This is by far the worst KFC in the west London area. If you go and collect from store you'll wait forever to be serviced and is always overcrowded and dirty (pre lock down). Staff are always nice and friendly but clearly overworked. If you order online you face the chance that the food will never reach you. Last time I ordered online (Justeat) I waited for 2hours and 20minutes just to have my ordered cancelled because the driver didn't want to wait any longer for my food. I was truly hoping that it would have had a chance to get better after lock down but I don't think I will be going there again.

La comida y el precio estaban bien. El servicio fue lento. Los baños eran asquerosos. Sin papel higiénico, no me sentí limpio en absoluto. No hay excusas para inodoros sucios en algún lugar donde tengamos higiene debe ser la prioridad número uno. El chico que servía no podía entender una palabra de la gente y no podían entenderlo. Nuestro pedido estaba bien, pero rápidamente se desarrolló una larga cola a medida que se entregaban pedidos largos y no podía entender a las personas. Si cambiaran el cajero y los baños, entonces podría ser una pequeña mina de oro, pero para la competencia en esa calle, no volvería otra vez.

I had a salad rice box to eat on the go. Flavorless but filling food, served its purpose, can't really complain. speedy service and pleasant staff.

Hyggelig betjening. Mye mat for pengene. Lite lokale med ikke så altfor mange sitteplasser. Ikke den beste KFC-maten jeg har smakt. Skitne lokaler.

КФС, как и любая сеть быстрого питания, достаточно идентична по всему миру. Однако, в Британии, на мой взгляд, у КФС есть свои преимущества, возможно рассчитанные на туристов. Так мы покупали семейный набор - большое ведро куриных ножек, бедер, крыльев плюс картофель фри, плюс 1,5 л. напитка. Салфетки, стаканчики и т.д. - само собой. Все удовольствие - 12-14 фунтов. (сегодня курс - 84 р.) Трое взрослых и 12-летний парень не могли ни разу съесть все за один заход. Всегда что-то оставалось. Не могу сказать об этом в России.

Went in last night after a disappointing meal at the Hillgate Pub around the corner. Enetered with three mates, and to be honest, the store was understaffed and the employee at the front could have been faster with taking the orders. But that’s not why i write this review.. I write this review because the big daddy box meal was the flipping bang bang fam. Bun and lettuce perfect Chicken fillet off the chain Hash brown fried to perfection Chips were crisp Gravey was good enough to drink. Personally I have munched my fair share of KFC and now feel like I can never go back as I can’t imagine it will ever be as good as last night.

Abbiamo voluto provare le specialità di kfc e ne rimaniamo conquistati per il gusto dei panini e delle coscette. Personale gentilissimo

Quasi tutto a base di pollo fritto. La carne non è buona. Non hanno acqua minerale. hanno solo bibite. Mi figlia si è sentita male dopo avere mangiato. Il locale non è pulito.

Right, of course it's KFC, it's fast food. The very fact that people rate a fast food joint on trip advisor is crazy in itself but here we are. I understand that its likely that the staff working there are not in their ideal jobs or maybe they are but they don't seem to be. I was served by a woman who genuinely couldn't speak English and upon calling out my order for collection what was heard was merely just a noise and even the kind but also slightly angry looking discerning cockney guy next to me looked on in confusion. Also, the gravy is too clean and thin. All KFC connoisseurs know that the gravy at KFC should make you feel dirty and leave you with an over bearing sense of resentment post consumption. The one in Farringdon is nice and filthy, take note Notting Hill, take note.

After that experience I will never eat at KFC in the UK...Customer service is absolutely appalling. My order was taken incorrectly then I was treated horribly. Food wasn't corrected, Biji was incredibly rude and condescending. Will not be returning despite working across the street.

Entramos a este KFC porque nos gusta su comida, pero nada más entrar estaba todo sucio...la barra de pedidos (aunque estaba vacía) estaba llena de restos de comida, tickets de los clientes anteriores, papeles/plásticos de las cañas... Además destacar que el local nada más entrar daba mucha sensación a fritanga (seria lo normal, pero no tanto), ya estando en la barra para pedir observamos como tenían 10-15 cartuchos de papas preparados (adivina desde cuando) así como gran cantidad de pollo frito en el expositor, por lo que rehusamos el pedir y salimos de allí "corriendo" No nos gustó nada este establecimiento de KFC.

In viaggio a Londra siamo passati per ben 2 volte in questo Kfc vicino al nostro albergo. Le coscette di pollo piccante assolutamente fantastiche, pure la pannocchia buona. Non vedo l'ora ne aprano uno in Italia vicino a casa mia!

I love KFC. The layout of this place is darn confusing and there is like no seating, but the food is great because.. well it's KFC!

Busy and small locations but managed to get a seat. It's KFC. Solid and consistent. Quick and efficient.

Local de comida rápida. Menú básico pero rico. A metros de la estación de metro de Notting Hill gate. Limpio. Atención rápida y eficiente. Wifi gratis

I always try and stop by when im in the area. The place is not the biggest but its cosy and has everything you expect from a fast food KFC joint. The food is always hot and made fresh, the staff are friendly and the place is clean. It does get busy at times and they do open quite late, but not after midnight.

Visited London from Nov 18 to 20. As we got here around 11ish no other options abound the grocery, Micky D's and itsu closes at 11pm. We had no other options but, to venture to kfc.Service that time was slow, for a fast food considering there were 3 women ahead of us. We order the cajun box and a couple of zingers. I took about 10 to 15 mins to get them.The order, it was like the fries was cooked in the afternoon and stayed till someone ordered it. The zingers were like hard rock, probably deep fried for the third time, then given to me. I had to beg for ketchup, because i don't have the british accent. Even though i just spent 20 pounds for this recycled food. Avoid this place at all cost, you this is your last option for a midnight snack or late dinner, Then get ready for a rude awakening.

Boa localização, bom atendimento, grande variedade e quantidade de comida, com preços super razoáveis, para quem quer economizar.

Ble en sen tur men var verdt det. Lokalet er trangt men greit, kom over en ansatt som var utrolig hyggelig og serviceinnstilt , et navn på Z, resten husket jeg ikke dessverre. Han er et eksempel til etterfølgelse! Eneste grunnen til at jeg kan dra tilbake hit :)Og hot wingsene har en liten grunn også ;P

Gillade: maten, stället.personalen var trevliga!Ogillade: lite personal ibland så det var ostädat. men vid ett tillfälle glömde de min order så jag fick vänta 23 minuter istället för sagda 7 minuter.

KFC isn't place where I would normally go for brunch but as I was waiting for meeting to take place later on and I felt rather peckish I thought that this could be the answer. This particular restaurant is on the small side with bathroom located in the cellar with peculiarly narrow-formed staircase which taking half of the above mentioned branch of KFC. The food was less than average, obviously not the most popular lunch or brunch choice in Kensington. Wouldn't go back unless I have to.

Almocamos em familia neste kfc, que tem espaco bom para sentar e comer tranquilo, frangos fresquinhos e super gostosos, por um preco melhor ainda, uma das refeicoes mais baratas que fizemos em londres.

Os lanches são montados a base de frango (assado, frito)Adoro os wraps.Porém os molhos contêm bastante pimenta caso não goste fazer o pedido para retirar.

Vi stakk over for å hente oss litt mat på kvelden. Kfc er normalt bra - men her var maten lite delikat og smakte heller ikke bra- huff !
