Burger King in Kensington and Chelsea

My burger was good and made to order, but the onion rings seemed like they were made yesterday. An alright visit to the BK on Earls Court Rd.

most of the menu contain bacon I couldn’t order anything except from chicken royal

Horrible workers. Do not respect their customers by the looks of this order.

Am sorry but even that the Burger King is just around the corner from my place the food was Cold as ice I don't understand Why?

every item came not as requested. paid for cheese on the royal. no cheese. asked for both kids burgers only cheese both came with sauce! food was cold and was missing the tub of Ben and Jerry's. I basically got nothing that I paid for!

I don’t understand why every time I order off this app it’s comes cold.

Now open till 5am, food as good as Burger King gets (still better than McDs in my opinion) prices however ridiculously high for a Chicken Sandwich and or Whopper

I normally really enjoy Burger King, but this one really let me down. The double cheeseburger was cold, fries were very greasy. Can not recommend.

the delivery man was absolutely rude I'm not sure what was he's problem but he treat me very very very rude this is not acceptable apart of that he throw me the food and the food is totally cold what a bad service.

Eh, As a Dane, I dont know if this is just here or the entire UK, Burgers were very dry, Mainly because there was no sauce, (The two times i ate here) Fries were cold, I honestly like Burger King more than McDonalds. But ehh I quickly chose McDonalds for the rest of my stay.

I've been to many food chains and really enjoy fast food, but my visit to the Burger King near Earl's Court Station in Fulham was exceptional! I was seriously impressed with how fast the service was. I was there for only about 2 minutes, and in less than a minute after ordering, I had a Whopper in my hands. The staff was super nice, and the food was incredible. This was one of my top fast-food experiences. Thank you for the wonderful meal and excellent service. Highly recommend!

The sealant was all broken and the bag was open...i do have the pictures, i don't know if i should trust this food, I'm concern about its safety.

Rude staff who refused to help in an emergency. Dining area reeked of urine and mould. Location not even worthy of a star but sadly that is the lowest rating google allows

Good fast service . Nice friendly staff . The loos are working but you have to ask . They are upstairs and the stairs are blocked! So you have to ask . Some say that it's not working, I think it's because they don't want to service it 😁 16/06/24 SORT IT OUR BURGER KING : They always have an issue with their toilets!! Depends who is working on the day . Some staff will let you use it and some will say it's not working or blocked !! It's been like this for a few years now !! SORT IT OUT BURGER KING 18/06/24 today the 'nicer shift' was working so the washrooms were miraculously in working order !! Let's see what tomorrow brings!! 8/7/24 had my usual larger whopper meal with fries and coke zero . Although entrance to the toilet was closed I was allowed to use it ! 27/07/24 - had the new melt . Deal from the app at £4.99 . Nice but burger was tiny! 20/08/24 - I had the large whopper meal . Looks like something is finally happening with the toilets ! Few years later they are getting their act together! I'm assuming! You can see in the pic my meal and in the background the cloth in the stairs! 01/09/24 - I actually did a take out, as toilets still not working and the place was too hot ! The AC wasn't on . Had a large whopper meal .

The driver was so lovely. But the food itself tasted quite cheap, despite the price. I know fast food is not the greatest, but somewhere as long-running as Burger King, I would expect good quality food, fresh fries. The chips tasted like cheap oven chips and the cheese sauce was only on a couple fries. I should have cooked at home.

The staff was very friendly to my surprise. The food was cleanly made with enough condiments and the burgers were really tasty The staff made sure the tables were clean at all times .

I had a nice experience here. The service was exceptional, and the food was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. When my phone ran out of battery, one of the employees kindly offered to help me charge it, going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend this place—fantastic service and great food!

Hi the rider said that the App was showing number 27 and my number door is 37, I checked my account and it is showing number 37 so I was lucky that I bumped into the rider at the lift and we both went to go collect it.

Bread cold, cheese wasn't melted and the burgers almost undercooked. It's not Burgers King

literally drove off with my food.

Poor food, very small serving of fries, no milkshakes, upstairs & toilets closed. Seemed more like a fake store than a proper Burger King. I shelled out £16 for myself alone & was left disappointed...

I ask driver to call me he deliver my order to wrong address

It was 1 am and my bus was expected in 6 minutes. I went to burger king and asked “can you make a burger in 2 minutes”. The cashier said “yes”. And as soon as I paid with my card and the card reader said “approved” he turned around and took a paper bag with my burger inside. I was utterly famished that night and I feel that they have saved me on the way home. Thank you so much. The service is astounding!

This Burger King is horrible. I got served cold cheese fries. The guy handing me the food was rude, giving me a glare and throwing the fork on to my tray. I didn’t say or do anything to him. Then as I was sitting and eating, I noticed him glaring at me again. Maybe he didn’t want me there. I wish I could have a refund for the cold fries.

They appear to have taken all the great veggie options off the menu. No whopper or veggie nuggets. Instead opting for the boring Royal and Bean Burger. Come on is 2024, not everybody likes a bean burger!!!!!

I bought double bacon many as meal, and I received 4 smalls chicken burgers and 2 larges fries from MacDonalds while my order was Burger King.

The driver came 40 min after pick up the order to the restaurant, he has gone to do another delivery (that was no highlight o the app) with my food that became cold and uneatable after I’ve spent 39 gbp the cold drink where under the hot food ridicoulis
