Burger King in Kensington and Chelsea

Ordered 3 meals… one of the meals had the drink AND the fries missing. Additionally the burger was cold.

The delivery guy was late . I gave clear instructions on the notes section what road to go down unfortunately probably useless if the delivery person can’t read English .

My food is cold the fries have come out the bag ! And was over an hour since I ordered !

I arrived at Burger King at 10:50AM, the posted opening time was 11am, so I waited 10 minutes outside, expecting the store to open. store was still not open. When I finally asked the staff, they told me they needed an additional 30 minutes to open. This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If the opening time is 11 AM, customers should be able to expect the store to be ready by then. Please address this issue and ensure the posted hours are accurate moving forward. Disappointing experience.

Now open till 5am, food as good as Burger King gets (still better than McDs in my opinion) prices however ridiculously high for a Chicken Sandwich and or Whopper, 21/1/25, £15 for 2 Chicken Royals, skank rip off, silly expensive, could have got 3 mini fillet burgers from KFC for £6 which would have been the same amount eating x

Very bad experience. No savers meal in Earl's court and I was served with lukewarm latte. I asked them to changed but with the same temperature. The best burger king is in Welwyn Garden City!!!! Shout out to WGC team!

Eh, As a Dane, I dont know if this is just here or the entire UK, Burgers were very dry, Mainly because there was no sauce, (The two times i ate here) Fries were cold, I honestly like Burger King more than McDonalds. But ehh I quickly chose McDonalds for the rest of my stay.

I've been to many food chains and really enjoy fast food, but my visit to the Burger King near Earl's Court Station in Fulham was exceptional! I was seriously impressed with how fast the service was. I was there for only about 2 minutes, and in less than a minute after ordering, I had a Whopper in my hands. The staff was super nice, and the food was incredible. This was one of my top fast-food experiences. Thank you for the wonderful meal and excellent service. Highly recommend!

The sealant was all broken and the bag was open...i do have the pictures, i don't know if i should trust this food, I'm concern about its safety.

Rude staff who refused to help in an emergency. Dining area reeked of urine and mould. Location not even worthy of a star but sadly that is the lowest rating google allows

Good fast service . Nice friendly staff . The loos are working but you have to ask . They are upstairs and the stairs are blocked! So you have to ask . Some say that it's not working, I think it's because they don't want to service it 😁 16/06/24 SORT IT OUR BURGER KING : They always have an issue with their toilets!! Depends who is working on the day . Some staff will let you use it and some will say it's not working or blocked !! It's been like this for a few years now !! SORT IT OUT BURGER KING 18/06/24 today the 'nicer shift' was working so the washrooms were miraculously in working order !! Let's see what tomorrow brings!! 8/7/24 had my usual larger whopper meal with fries and coke zero . Although entrance to the toilet was closed I was allowed to use it ! 27/07/24 - had the new melt . Deal from the app at £4.99 . Nice but burger was tiny! 20/08/24 - I had the large whopper meal . Looks like something is finally happening with the toilets ! Few years later they are getting their act together! I'm assuming! You can see in the pic my meal and in the background the cloth in the stairs! 01/09/24 - I actually did a take out, as toilets still not working and the place was too hot ! The AC wasn't on . Had a large whopper meal .

The driver was so lovely. But the food itself tasted quite cheap, despite the price. I know fast food is not the greatest, but somewhere as long-running as Burger King, I would expect good quality food, fresh fries. The chips tasted like cheap oven chips and the cheese sauce was only on a couple fries. I should have cooked at home.

I had a nice experience here. The service was exceptional, and the food was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. When my phone ran out of battery, one of the employees kindly offered to help me charge it, going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend this place—fantastic service and great food!

Hi the rider said that the App was showing number 27 and my number door is 37, I checked my account and it is showing number 37 so I was lucky that I bumped into the rider at the lift and we both went to go collect it.

It was 1 am and my bus was expected in 6 minutes. I went to burger king and asked “can you make a burger in 2 minutes”. The cashier said “yes”. And as soon as I paid with my card and the card reader said “approved” he turned around and took a paper bag with my burger inside. I was utterly famished that night and I feel that they have saved me on the way home. Thank you so much. The service is astounding!

This Burger King is horrible. I got served cold cheese fries. The guy handing me the food was rude, giving me a glare and throwing the fork on to my tray. I didn’t say or do anything to him. Then as I was sitting and eating, I noticed him glaring at me again. Maybe he didn’t want me there. I wish I could have a refund for the cold fries.
