I had such a lovely time, the food was amazing, the vibe of the place was lovely also, Mo our server was great, I would 100% come back.

Wonderful food and it was fairly quick! Would recommend!

We celebrated my mum's birthday, it was lovely and the food was amazing. The side salad is the best I've ever had! Also, they sang happy birthday to my mum which was lovely and got a free ice cream! Definitely going here again! Yacob was amazing at servicing us. Thank you so much!

It’s really gone downhill, Very slow service despite the place not being at its busiest. Food was a letdown, dirty cutlery n Poorly trained staff brought our food to the wrong table. Places like these should not still be around Chelsea.

Quality of food is poor, we didn’t enjoy our meal. The personal seemed stressed and wasn’t aware of what was going on around us. Disappointed for the whole experience.

Extremely disappointed by the food service and overall experience. Visited this restaurant some years ago with friends and had a great time then, I was actually embarrassed to have recommended we eat at Big Easy! I sent an apologetic text to my friends to apologise. I wouldn't usually leave a review but felt the need to on thus occasion.

Out of 4 diners. 1 returned steak inedible. 1 returned bottle of wine poor quality. Overall not value for money as was expecting better quality.

I felt like I was working there, I didn’t receive the greatest customer experience, I only get staff attention when I was calling them, tables that arrived after us got served first. Chips was overcooked and food was below average. Big Easy, forget about it more like slow and massively disappointing

Unfortunately had to send both steaks back for them to be cooked as we’d requested. One of the steaks then had to be sent back again because it was served cold. It then meant that we didn’t eat together. As disappointing as the steak was….the staff were great and were really lovely and apologetic. The steak doesn’t come with sides which is really annoying and then makes the steak over priced for what it is. 2 steaks, 2 Fries, a shared portion of onion rings and 2 drinks came to over £100. They kindly removed the drinks for the inconvenience but still added a surcharge which made it £90 for 2 steaks! I would hope that our experience with the food was just a blip but it certainly doesn’t represent value for money. Very disappointing

Just had an Uber delivery...Lobster and shrimp roll was void of any Lobster and any flavour..a complete misrepresentation .. .was just an ordinary prawn and lettuce roll...the chicken tenders were dry as they were overcooked...Never again what a waste of money...

Unbelievable as order from this place to Deliveroo, mention to call the place is need to modify anything. No answer. Ever. No option to remove items. I’m sure the burger would be amazing if we could eat but no way to get in touch with them so had so order somewhere else and still had to pay for the food. I would highly recommend to adjust your option if you use certain platform

Service was shambolic, all staff were overwhelmed, not able to handle the work, so difficult to get staffs attention at ANYTIME. Starters took too long and when they finally came, they were cold but we didn’t send them back because we know, it’s going to take ages to get them back. It’s a waste of money and the service sucks.

What a terrible experience, very poor in every aspects, our drinks was seating at the bar and no one bothered to bring them to our table. We waited ages for our food to come to the table and when it came, it wasn’t ours, it was an order made for another table. Our food was frozen and tasteless, definitely will not be coming back again. Very Disappointed Do not recommend to anyone

A decent place for lobster and burgers on the kings road. Been coming here sporadically for 20 yrs. I come for the shrimp, burgers and modello. A no frills kind of place.

Starter cold, service staff not friendly ordered 2 cosmopolitans glass half full obviously did not make enough for two. Would definitely not recommend!! Very poor value for money. Should have gone to the Lebanese down the road, people were queuing up outside, big mistake.

Used to go here all the time it was fantastic sadly it’s really gone downhill Despite advertising 3lb or bigger lobsters they only serve 1lb ones that I suspect are frozen from Iceland and I don’t mean the country You used to get the lobster with chips slaw and salad but now it’s only with a salad. The voodoo prawns used to be massive and you got a good portion now you get a handful and they’re tiny and I suspect they’re bought in already breaded again from somewhere like Iceland Everything was overcooked especially the calamari that was frankly inedible The waiter was charming but I do object to being served by someone who wears their trousers hanging below their backside exposing their underpants and bum crack Such a shame as this place used to be legendary

Sunday brunch menu does what it says on the tin. Really good value, delicious and they keep the bottomless drinks flowing. Good music and atmosphere with plenty of American rock, pop, and country playing. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. A great day out and would go back.

We had an excellent meal this eve. I got the Monday special which is unlimited pulled pork, chicken and brisket (served with delicious cornbread, coleslaw and beans). My girlfriend got the half lobster with a frozen martini. We were both incredibly satisfied with the food and service. The icing on the cake was that they gave us a very thoughtful glass of prosecco because it was our anniversary today. Thank you big easy!!

I went there 3 times in 8 years and always amazing food. I highly recommend the BBQ pork ribs. And the sticky toffee pudding was mind blowing! Brisket was not as good as the ribs. I have seen a lot of lobsters on the menu too. I went there on a Tuesday and 2 singers playing guitar and country music made amazing country vibes. Service was more than perfect, great attention to details and I felt looked after. I highly recommend the place and will be back again! Beware to book on advance as the Chelsea one can be quite busy.

Brilliant choice for literally the best burger in Chelsea. And their cocktails and wine selections are perfect. On top of it all they treat everyone with respect including their drivers and as a driver myself this is a big part of how I pick where to eat

Great restaurant - we have been coming here for over 10 years. The manager who showed us our table was great and so charismatic ! The staff were so efficient. Music was amazing! The food was good but the portion sizes have changed sadly! Dessert arrived on a plate that hadn’t been washed properly so it tasted of fish!! Still a great evening - great atmosphere as always!

Stopped off for drinks and tried their “happy meal” . Pretty good deal a shot, a beer and a frozen daiquiri. Place had quite a southern USA aesthetic too.

We have not been for a while (live local) and the food has really gone down hill. Poor quality, tough meat, no taste. None of our party of 4 finished our food and we left in less then hour. However our waiter and waitress were very nice. Unfortunately we will never return.

The service was great and a lovely atmosphere but I really don’t feel that the food was worth the price. We had a sharing platter for 3 to start which was ok but nothing to really write home about. Then 2 bacon cheese burgers and a Caesar salad with extra prawns, there were only 3 extra prawns. 2 pints of lager, a slushie cocktail and a glass of wine for £158. Which included a service charge, which I don’t agree with at all. The food was all ok but nothing exceptional and not a place I’d feel inclined to return to.

I haven't visited for quite some time but it was worth the wait. The service was excellent and the food was splendid. 10 out of 10 for me.

The starters were ok but the burgers were way too well done and rubbery. We of course paid our bill in full but we had one bite of each of our burgers. It was a shame

Food always good, but the only thing that was a bit negative was the fact that we ordered from the “express menu” but it took nearly 30 minutes for the food to arrive. You can’t advertise “express” but take the same time as normal menu. We were working and due to this we arrived late after the lunch break. They need to expedite the express orders.

Lobster was great. Drinks are expensive and then there's a 12.5% service charge.

Every time I go in there over staffed so your never sat waiting, there friendly welcoming and even treat delivery drivers with respect as it should be. The prices are good to fair and the portions are good, even the drinks and they have a large collection is a fair price. I'm happy to say I will return.

Was alright, rib meat was quite tough.

We reserved last minute on a Saturday. My partner and her sister came from Brum… WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE FOOD, THE SERVICE WAS GREAT!! Mo was our main host, what a fantastic asset to this place in life he’s doing far, he can get your order right without needed to record it lol All the boys in there very helpful and pleasant… all young black kings ❤️👏🏾 keep going and invest wisely boys!! Honestly the only gripe I have was with the live musician downstairs… too bloody loud, but aside from that!!! Honestly, we will be back! Brilliant atmosphere, good tasting food, just not enough for the price!

Steak was very bad and the price kind of high for an average food. Music was excellent but I guess food was a reason for not many people Saturday night.

Great service. My friend and I ordered from the express menu and had the lobster, which was a little small but apart from that the food was great!

Would just like to say, myself and my partner had an amazing time at your restaurant. The ambiance was lovely and the food matched it! We had one minor thing that ever so slightly ruined our evening which was as a shame. It was just myself and my partner eating and we ordered the whole lobster and plate of meats. When the food arrived two lots of meats came out. When I spoke with the server he said it was a minimum order of two portions. When looking back on the menu we see this is the case and must have missed it. Although taking blame, I feel like when we ordered this the server could have just made sure we knew that it was a minimum serving of two people. And as my partner had already ordered her main of lobster I thought I the server may Thooght it strange that I ordered two mains on top of this for myself and could have double checked. We were left with spending money on an extra meal. Other than this it was really enjoyable.

Great food and service, my wife said it was the best lobster and stake she's ever tasted, and my cheeseburger was full of flavour and cooked to perfection 👌🏽 easily a 5 star restaurant.

Chelsea: Noticed 3-4 times an unpleasant pattern of greeting black customers and leading them to tables at the back of the restaurant in the corner. Other day, two black friends entered the restaurant, waited to be greeted and shown a table but when they looked at all the available tables but with black customers hidden in THE corner, they got the message and left. The tall bald white man who leads black customers to the back of restaurant must answer the question: WHY.....?

Had a nice dinner here. But not enough good beers are here…. Because this is the American restaurant at UK.

We were a party of 6 squeezed onto a table for 4. Service was slow, as they seemed understaffed, burger was overcooked, had to reorder something else. Unfortunately big easy is not how it used to be. Will not be returning :(

We had an amazing time. We took our friends as they had never been before and they loved it.

Great food and ambiance but the service was bad. Asked 3 times over the course of 30 minutes for water, my partner ended up going to the bar to get water until we finally got a pitcher. We gave up on even trying to get a second round of drinks. Took forever to get the server’s attention for the bill and then again for payment, I was standing in my jacket before he finally came over again.
