Big Easy in Kensington and Chelsea

It was very busy as it was St Patrick’s day. The chef and waiter were so lovely and gave us take away bag the unlimited bbq was really unlimited

Bad experience with no delivery ! - we ordered at 5.30 pm, estimated delivery was moving from 6.30 to 6.50 to 7.20 to 7.40 and then bang - 'your order has been cancelled'. Just like that! - we were so much looking forward to this particular food, and getting very hungry. And to be dropped like this???

I have had better, not impressed, dry.

Moh was a most fantastic host; extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and great value for money. The atmosphere was terrific. I will recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I went for dinner on international women’s Day and had a fantastic meal. The manager was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Very good atmosphere thank you Claire.

Restaurant quite small so can be a little cramped between tables but the food is amazing and the servers really helpful. Not cheap but you roll away from the table stuffed

I had an outstanding dining experience at big easy kings road , thanks to the exceptional service from our waiter Moh and Collague O. He was friendly attentive and made excellent recommendations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable meal. The food was good, but the warm and professional service truly made the experience special. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning due to the service specifically!

We have been to Chelsea Big Easy before and really enjoyed it but last night we came away really disappointed. There seemed to be a chaotic energy around the pass and kitchen and a never ending queue of helmets waiting for online collections meant we had to wait too long for our starters and then the mains. I felt that the kitchen had been overwhelmed by online orders at the expense of customers actually at tables, we felt overlooked which for the price of the food is unacceptable. The calamare wasn't very nice at all and the rest of the meal was ok but soured by the long waiting. The waiting staff are always really good there and it was not their fault, but you just can't charge those prices for deep fried food in an atmosphere of chaos.

Went for a birthday meal, recieved a nice warm welcome from a male staff member. Food was absolutely amazing. I'm new to steak and the waiter advised me how to have my steak cooked and let me tell you it taste amazing🤤🤤🤤I told them it was my partners birthday and they brought out ice cream and sang happy birthday....even the kitchen staff got involved and where banging pans which really made my partners day. It was such a great touch to the meal. I would definitely be returning.

Great to be back in the big easy after 25 years! Standout was the atmosphere and the service Manger was so kind to the kids (very professional) and - I didn’t know - it’s free for them in February.

Horrible experience, ordered the beef Brisket and Shrimp burger, the Brisket was cold and the quality of the meat terrible. Possibly microwaved. The shrimps were burnt, coleslaw was poor, when we complained the restaurant did refund only £22 and we still spent £60 for the horrible food, would not return there as the restaurant did not even offer an apology, the waiter was nice enough and pleasant to deal with. But surely nothing less than full refund minus drinks was the solution considering 80% of the food went back

Really would not recommend this branch of the big easy, it is very small, no music and zero atmosphere. But the worst part was the service, we booked the bottomless brunch and literally had to ask over and over and over again to try and get served. We spent half the bottomless brunch sat there with no drinks. Completely not worth the money

I really enjoyed the food. Good value for money imho. The only thing I would suggest is to cook/barbecue ribs longers as they came not so well done.

3rd time here. Food was excellent. Delicious, moreish, but satisfying. I'm not a take pictures of my meals person, but believe me its worth it. Visit for Valentine day meal. New staff after 3-4 years but service always excellent. Mo, the new manager an awesome guy, Coby and Albert very hospital, professional and friendly table service, made us feel very at home. Raciel gave us a warm reception as we entered with her great smile and pleasant demeanor. I Would definitely eat there more often if I could.

I went to the big easy in Chelsea and I had a lovely time the staff were nice and accommodating. George was so friendly and gave the best service with a smile. Mo was attentive and kept me in the loop of when the table will be ready. I had a special Valentine’s Day with my partner I will be back soon :)

Service great, ambiance lovely but the lobster shrimp roll had no lobster! Still worth the money but they should just call it shrimp roll. Trust me, I looked for the slightest piece of lobster as I searched inside the roll with my fork, but alas none could be found :(

Mo’s hospitality was amazing, was quick and polite and a very understanding person (deserves a raise) he also invented a shot that we call the “ Mo’s Easy Shot” and we loved it. Top marks for this man

The staff member that took care of us, Mo, was outstanding. He even invented a new shot which needs to be added to the menu and I suggest the name Mo's Easy shot.

Food was average . The lobster was not fresh and I felt sick the day after :(

Yummy food that catered for my whole family. Friendly staff and clean venue. Didn't have to wait long for food but did have an extremely long wait for plates to be cleared and to pay the bill. Was a great experience and will definitely return again.

The food was amazing as always however we had to pay for everything separately meaning there were no meals you had to pay for the sides and sauces separately which was very confusing and wasn’t explained to us fully. We went for my partners birthday and mentioned that to staff when booking and this was the only place we went to the whole weekend where she didn’t get anything for her birthday which is fine as we didn’t expect anything for free but a happy birthday wouldn’t have gone a miss. The food however came and was as expected, delicious. Then the bill came which was a lot more than we paid at the Canary Wharf branch by around £25 which was surprising as the Canary Wharf in my opinion is a better venue. That price didn’t include the service charge which was sneakily added too. Overall, it was a lovely experience and lovely food.

I was in London for a few days and my friend recommended this place. I was at dinner, and the food and the waiter were excellent.

The expected time just get getting longer and longer

Starters were great, nachos and wings. Two out of three meals were good, third meal was awful. Staff a bit miserable to be honest. It was very quiet so they weren't stressed or rushed off their feet. I think it was the manager that was the mist miserable, he was the most miserable so probably that's why the other staff were. Imagine a long shift with a guy that can't smile or even look happy and is customer facing. Been going to Big Easy about 30 years. Not planning on returning after tonight.

Lobster was not very fresh , and it was a bit cold .service was ok .

Excellent pub near home, very good burgers, I recommend the truffle fries, excellent environment and trained staff, recommended for having a nice evening

We visited yesterday for some pre match dinner. It was our first time in big easy. Didn’t realise how busy the place is. We did not have any bookings but the staff accommodated us. Food was absolutely delicious and staff were so friendly. Will definitely be back :)

We’ve been to Big Easy a few times over the years and really enjoyed it, but this time was a real disappointment. The food wasn’t very hot and we didn’t have the right cutlery, so it just got colder whilst we waited for someone to go and find the crackers for the lobster. It wasn’t busy at all and yet a drink was left for so long that we collected it ourselves. If you want to go to Big Easy, go to the Covent Garden one, give this one a miss.

Our order was wrong twice, firstly the brought the wrong meal for my daughter, who then has to wait for the correct food but by this time her chips were cold. Then one of my wife's dishes didn't come, we informed the staff but it took so long that we asked them to cancel it. I order a burger which was the same size at the kids meal but £13 more. We informed the staff about the issues we'd experienced but no resolution was offered. Overall very disappointing, slow service and average food.

It was another nice evening. We’re here 2-3 times a year, this time 3 persons for a birthday celebration. At the end of the evening 2 from the staff came with an icecream with a candle and sang happy birthday. Very nice, very nice. Only two bad things: I never had any dip (ketchup/chili) for my fries, and the music (not live) was rather loud the first 5-10 minutes. But as written: another nice evening. Will we be back? Yes!

Had food delivered so can’t comment on the service and atmosphere. We had chicken tenders which were amazing and the sauces were all great. The mac’n’cheese was good and so were the chips. The jalapeños poppers were amazing. But the smoked brisket and pulled pork was not eaten, it was so so Smokey, like it tasted like eating a cigarette, it’s as if it was cooked then put in a container full of smoke, it definitely wasn’t smoked gently over 8-12 hours and that was dearer than any other item. Real shame. But the chicken was brilliant

Lovely evening as usual. I’ve visited the Chelsea branch a number of times now and it’s become my regular spot with friends and my family. I recently visited the Covent Garden branch with a few friends and it was AWFUL. And that’s being kind. Chelsea is a completely different restaurant. DO NOT visit any of the other branches, just go to Chelsea instead. The staff are always lovely and so welcoming. The host always accommodates us wherever we wish despite always coming during peak times on a weekend. The waiters are always there for everything you need and the food is always up to standard.

I've visited the Big Easy a few times over the past decade or so and it's always a reliable spot with good food, value for money, etc. However this Saturday the service was absolutely appalling. It was not that the staff were poor, it was that there were only 2 staff working front of house, including the manager. So there was only one person working the entire restaurant. Hopefully this is just a one-off, as otherwise, everything was great.

Our greeting was wonderful even though we were early we were offered seating straight away which was nice. Unfortunately it all went down hill from here as the server came over and we asked all pork items to be placed on a separate plate because 2 of our group are Muslim, he argued and said most of the meat is pork and it's to much to separate which is clearly ridiculous, the food came altogether pork all over it, so we respectfully declined the plate and asked for the pork to be On a separate plate once again, he snatched back the plate and tutted loudly with his mouth and took it bk to the kitchen, obviously service charge was not paid and an apology was given by the ic4 manager. And another thing I never knew cash was no longer accepted at the big easy so i was shocked to be told this by management. Cash will always be king!!

I used to love this place & iv visited many times. This time I walked away paying £25 for just a Veggie burger & Diet coke (with no fries). It felt very over priced & I could see why so many seats were empty. Back in the days it was buzzing & much better value....But now I feel dissapointed honestly speaking. The staff are great as always but something's not right about this once great restaurant. I dont think I will be back unless they have a serious look at the prices they are now charging & this is not a high end eating place even though it's in King's Road Chelsea. I have visited higher end places that are actually overall better value for what your getting including the atmosphere & status of the place.

Disappointed, service slow and food not as good as usual. Been coming here over the last 20 years and the last few visits haven't been great at all.

We are returning customers to Big Easy Chelsea and this time brought our friends. Pleasantly discovered at the check out: children eat for free in January! All great as always, honest food is plenty, beer is cold, wine works. The meat was a dash dry and the lobster wasn’t as the last two times for some reason (for me) but we took no offence, everyone thoroughly enjoyed everything and even ordered the sweet treats. The service is caring and attentive. We will continue to frequent here.

Took ages for anyone to notice we’d sat down(despite our reservation). Food was awful. Not fresh, overpriced and really unpleasant. Wasn’t homemade, felt like it had just been warmed up. Will not be going back

Food and service was absolutely amazing! We loved every bite. Guy who served us from starter to main meal was very friendly and polite. We were always asked if we were okay and if the food was good. My husband don’t really eat steak but that day when we dined in Big Easy, was his birthday and he loved the steak especially. Thank you guys for making our visit special ❤️

Went for my mum's birthday as she's always wanted to go there, she enjoyed her food and the servers also sung her happy birthday as it was the actual day we went and she was pleasantly surprised and happy that they done that for her. Food was nice and cooked properly all the family enjoyed it

Really poor service, no one seemed to care. Portions really small and not good value for money. Came out with our main course when having starters so this made us fill really rushed. So wipes or cloths with are normally given out. Really disappointed to see how down hill the big easy has gone.

It is what it is and always has been. Fine if you fancy ribs, surf and turf and good grilled seafood. Good chunky chips. Calamari quite full of oil. Service pretty indifferent.

I loved everything HOWEVER, the ketchup was absolutely revolting! It tasted like it was infused with cinnamon and ginger! It really did ruin my meal

Food was truly awful. Like disgusting. Restaurant was filthy. I was grossed out just to sit there. Food on the floor. If I hadn’t already ordered I would have just walked out. Truly a waste of time and money.

I’ve had authentic BBQ in Tennessee and this is the closest to southern bbq that you’ll get in London. Quality is consistent, although brisket was extremely fatty the last time I ordered. Usually is amazing delivered or if you dine in!

Over 15 minutes to get drinks. Although I appreciate that we were not charged. Food order was taken wrong then billed for items that were not ordered. Won’t be returning unfortunately

Serving staff were kind, polite and very pleasant. They definitely made our experience better. We will come back!
