Great food and good service - had the baby back ribs which were excellent

Good place to eat, food is authentic and very very tasty!

I went there 3 times in 8 years and always amazing food. I highly recommend the BBQ pork ribs. And the sticky toffee pudding was mind blowing! Brisket was not as good as the ribs. I have seen a lot of lobsters on the menu too. I went there on a Tuesday and 2 singers playing guitar and country music made amazing country vibes. Service was more than perfect, great attention to details and I felt looked after. I highly recommend the place and will be back again! Beware to book on advance as the Chelsea one can be quite busy.

Brilliant choice for literally the best burger in Chelsea. And their cocktails and wine selections are perfect. On top of it all they treat everyone with respect including their drivers and as a driver myself this is a big part of how I pick where to eat

Great food large portions running late on the day. Happy to move me 15 minutes very good service would come again.

Stopped off for drinks and tried their “happy meal” . Pretty good deal a shot, a beer and a frozen daiquiri. Place had quite a southern USA aesthetic too.

Great restaurant - we have been coming here for over 10 years. The manager who showed us our table was great and so charismatic ! The staff were so efficient. Music was amazing! The food was good but the portion sizes have changed sadly! Dessert arrived on a plate that hadn’t been washed properly so it tasted of fish!! Still a great evening - great atmosphere as always!

We have not been for a while (live local) and the food has really gone down hill. Poor quality, tough meat, no taste. None of our party of 4 finished our food and we left in less then hour. However our waiter and waitress were very nice. Unfortunately we will never return.

The service was great and a lovely atmosphere but I really don’t feel that the food was worth the price. We had a sharing platter for 3 to start which was ok but nothing to really write home about. Then 2 bacon cheese burgers and a Caesar salad with extra prawns, there were only 3 extra prawns. 2 pints of lager, a slushie cocktail and a glass of wine for £158. Which included a service charge, which I don’t agree with at all. The food was all ok but nothing exceptional and not a place I’d feel inclined to return to.

The starters were ok but the burgers were way too well done and rubbery. We of course paid our bill in full but we had one bite of each of our burgers. It was a shame

Lobster was great. Drinks are expensive and then there's a 12.5% service charge.

Food always good, but the only thing that was a bit negative was the fact that we ordered from the “express menu” but it took nearly 30 minutes for the food to arrive. You can’t advertise “express” but take the same time as normal menu. We were working and due to this we arrived late after the lunch break. They need to expedite the express orders.

Lobsters are very good. The service is excellent too.

Every time I go in there over staffed so your never sat waiting, there friendly welcoming and even treat delivery drivers with respect as it should be. The prices are good to fair and the portions are good, even the drinks and they have a large collection is a fair price. I'm happy to say I will return.

We reserved last minute on a Saturday. My partner and her sister came from Brum… WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE FOOD, THE SERVICE WAS GREAT!! Mo was our main host, what a fantastic asset to this place in life he’s doing far, he can get your order right without needed to record it lol All the boys in there very helpful and pleasant… all young black kings ❤️👏🏾 keep going and invest wisely boys!! Honestly the only gripe I have was with the live musician downstairs… too bloody loud, but aside from that!!! Honestly, we will be back! Brilliant atmosphere, good tasting food, just not enough for the price!

Steak was very bad and the price kind of high for an average food. Music was excellent but I guess food was a reason for not many people Saturday night.

Great service. My friend and I ordered from the express menu and had the lobster, which was a little small but apart from that the food was great!

Always a great place to eat anytime of the day and for any occasion.

Would just like to say, myself and my partner had an amazing time at your restaurant. The ambiance was lovely and the food matched it! We had one minor thing that ever so slightly ruined our evening which was as a shame. It was just myself and my partner eating and we ordered the whole lobster and plate of meats. When the food arrived two lots of meats came out. When I spoke with the server he said it was a minimum order of two portions. When looking back on the menu we see this is the case and must have missed it. Although taking blame, I feel like when we ordered this the server could have just made sure we knew that it was a minimum serving of two people. And as my partner had already ordered her main of lobster I thought I the server may Thooght it strange that I ordered two mains on top of this for myself and could have double checked. We were left with spending money on an extra meal. Other than this it was really enjoyable.

Great food and service, my wife said it was the best lobster and stake she's ever tasted, and my cheeseburger was full of flavour and cooked to perfection 👌🏽 easily a 5 star restaurant.

Chelsea: Noticed 3-4 times an unpleasant pattern of greeting black customers and leading them to tables at the back of the restaurant in the corner. Other day, two black friends entered the restaurant, waited to be greeted and shown a table but when they looked at all the available tables but with black customers hidden in THE corner, they got the message and left. The tall bald white man who leads black customers to the back of restaurant must answer the question: WHY.....?

Had a nice dinner here. But not enough good beers are here…. Because this is the American restaurant at UK.

We were a party of 6 squeezed onto a table for 4. Service was slow, as they seemed understaffed, burger was overcooked, had to reorder something else. Unfortunately big easy is not how it used to be. Will not be returning :(

We had an amazing time. We took our friends as they had never been before and they loved it.

Great food and ambiance but the service was bad. Asked 3 times over the course of 30 minutes for water, my partner ended up going to the bar to get water until we finally got a pitcher. We gave up on even trying to get a second round of drinks. Took forever to get the server’s attention for the bill and then again for payment, I was standing in my jacket before he finally came over again.

We are Americans and we’re looking for a place to listen to music while we had dinner. Music was supposed to start at 7 pm and we got there at 6:30 and sat in the basement because that’s where the music is played. Unfortunately, the Music didn’t start till 8:15 pm. However, the food was delicious. We got the ribs and lobster for our mains and we got the stuffed jalapeños and potato skins for appetisers. The ribs are probably my favorite ever! The stuffed jalapeños were great. Their tomato salsa is really good and the potato skins are not potato skins they’re more like double baked potatoes.  this is a great place for American barbecue! Too bad the music is in the basement and doesn’t start on time. What we heard was excellent.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food was lovely, fresh and well presented. The seated area is a little cramped, but it's a nice friendly atmosphere.

Absolutely gorgeous food! Service a little bit slow but not upsettably so. House version of Espresso Martini to die for.

This was one of the best Big Easy experiences I have had. I go a few times a year as it’s my favourite place to have amazing food and even better drinks. The Staff were fabulous the young lady who seated us let us change our table with no issue and seated us quickly. The waiter was just as responsive and a great guy. He was lovely to talk to and just an all round great server. It’s a shame I didn’t catch any of their names because I would highlight them specifically for being amazing when me and my girlfriend went. The food came quick and tasted amazing and the drinks just as fast and good. Never a problem at Big Easy by far the best restaurant around and even after all the years of going the service and quality has never declined like most places. 10000/10 rating if I could as it’s just AMAZING! Thanks once again and I hope the people who served us get their flowers too!

Great customer services and really good food. The drinks were quite good as well. We attended on Tuesday, and the special was bottomless shrimp 🍤 so delicious 😋.

Food was good, steak was tasty, well behaved lobster that came with claws … I like the date night special (whati ordered) it came with half a bottle of wine as an option…. Restaurant was packed (upstairs)… I like upstairs atmosphere better than their basement level

Good fun place to eat. Lots of atmosphere. Sat in the bar area, watching the world go by. Glass of Prosecco (or two!) whilst eating too much food, but it was so good. Obviously not healthy fine dining, but that wasn't the vibe we wanted for the evening.

The food was lovely but who really made our night amazing was Michele! He was so friendly, funny and great at his job, he really made the whole experience perfect.

I love this place. It never disappointing. Good food. Good service. Good cocktails and reasonable prices especially considering the portions. There are options for all taste, meat and seafood. I have been at least 10 times now. Alone and in company.

Food was cold. Staff laughing at how bad the food is while they ate their own lunch. Bad service. Not what it was.

Great food, super friendly and helpful staff. Helped bring down my pram and were so wonderful with my hyper toddler. Highly recommend for good BBQ and family fun

Sadly Big and Easy it’s not what it used to be. Much lower standards these days.

Texas beef brisket was really nice. Lobster was a big let down as it wasn’t cooked properly and the service wasn’t good at all - the waiter brought the main courses to the table before he cleared away the plates from the starters

Everything was amazing apart from one tiny thing where our food took a bit longer than expected to come out but apart from that I would really recommend this restaurant to anyone!

I went here for dinner, I was kept waiting at the door for 10mins and when got my table , the table was dirty and service was slow. When the food came it was cold and flavourless I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ottima cena e servizio super. Ci ha servito Michele, gentilissimo. Siamo capitati nella serata wings bucket and ribs bucket (2 bucket più che sufficienti per cinque persone). Ambiente molto caldo e rustico. Buoni anche i dolci e molto bene il rapporto qualità prezzo per Londra Chelsea.

Lovely food very reasonable prices

Went today to celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary. There was six of us in total. Ordered from the lunchtime menu. Food was good and reasonably priced. Staff were onpoint. Whilst waiting for the bill the guy who had been looking after us (Rcland) said 'just one more thing' and he together with the Chef gave me ice cream with a candle and a glass of champagne for both me and my husband then proceeded to sing me happy birthday!! It was genuinely touching and me being a softie...brought tears to my eyes. Little things mean the most!! Thank you so much for making my day so memorable xx

It’s been ages since I had visited and this Kings Road institution didn’t disappoint. Live music, great food, excellent service and BBQ to die for. Loved it!!

Good experience overall. We ordered the surf and turf and the special for Saturday was unlimited bbq wings. The surf and turf was nice but a bit cold. I asked my steak to be medium and it was quite rare in some areas. But the chips were 10/10! My partner ordered the unlimited bbq wings which was monstrous in size- he could only finish 1 plate despite it being unlimited. Also, the frozen margheritas were delicious. Service was amazing- funny guy who made it a great birthday for the family. The ambience was decent, lights are dim and it's a bit squashy- we had a buggy with us but thankfully they placed us in a corner. Overall decent experience 👍

Unfortunately really good food let down by abysmal service. We ordered their unlimited BBQ, finished our first plate and wanted a second… tried for 30 minutes to get our servers attention to no avail. Our drinks arrived after we finished our food. Manager was lovely, and removed the drinks from our bill but a good night out ruined unfortunately. The place has real potential if the server steps up their game.

Love Big Easy. Been coming here for over 20 yrs. Food was excellent, service was great. Can't fault the experience. Only negative was with the specials. It finishes at 4pm on a Saturday, which is fine, however the marketing on this is really not good. Its like they have deliberately tried to hide the finishing times. Overall a great experience and would go back, but would prefer if they made these things more visible.

I would stop by if I’m in the area. Good spot for lobster & steak. On the pricier end on some parts for what it is, but fair on other parts. Appreciated the staff and their transparency.

So I went to Big Easy again after 2,5 years and it was just great like the first time. We were served by Jorgos ( hope I’ve got the name right). He was just amazing, very attentive and helpful. We went on Sunday when they serve Boozy brunch. Lobster was delicious, we’ve also had the unlimited drinks which was kindly recommended as we were celebrating birthday and it didn’t disappoint. Jorgos never left us with empty glasses. Overall it was great experience again and we will be coming back.

We have recently visited Big Easy on Sunday for Boozy brunch. The restaurant itself has great ambience and it's nicely decorated. We were served by amazing waitress and supervisor Eva. She was just great. She recommended to order lobster and steak and BBQ and we opted for unlimited drinks as well. It was so yummy. Eva was very attentive, we've never had an empty glasses and the BBQ just kept coming. We really enjoyed everything and Eva made it just perfect. Highly recommend.

Went for a boozy bottomless brunch. Not bottomless at all. We opted for the unlimited food + drink, so paid more. We had 2 drinks each & one plate of food. We weren’t offered more food once. My partners chicken was also pink throughout. Really disappointing, massive waste of money.

Booked a boozy bottomless brunch with the unlimited bbq & unlimited drinks. In an hour and a half we had 2 drinks and not offered another plate of food. Hardly bottomless! Shame as it was to celebrate something.

Brilliant meal and great service. Atmosphere ruined by a family who lost their rag at another group who were just having fun. Really disappointing to see the way it escalated and how it was handled. We should be able to have fun in peace without being at risk of getting in a fight. The language being shouted was apauling

Have been going to big easy Chelsea for at least 10 years . Always had a great experience . But yesterday was Awful lobster no 1 was cold verging on frozen lobster no 2 was either overcooked or maybe they had a bad batch lobster no 3 was also like rubber impossible to eat . Chef couldn’t explain staff gave me a refund . Certainly will not be rushing back . Place was empty. I wonder why 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🦞🦞🦞

The food was very good, but there was a music band playing in the lower level which was quite loud and annoying as I couldn't hear anyone from my table.

I have been visiting big easy Chelsea for many year. I must say this was the worst time I have had eating out recently. The manager was really polite in entry. But after being seated it went downhill it was bottomless shrimp night. The shrimp was not bottomless nobody offer more. The waiter hardly said 5 word to us. Bearing in mind I have done bottomless shrimp night before. There was no attentiveness. I will defo not be going back waste of my money x100.

Excellent food Best coleslaw ever!

From the moment I walked in I was offered a better table than the one I had booked. There was no rush to buy a drink, ordering food was very relaxed and the serving staff were so friendly, polite and caring. The food was of a high standard and when the meal was finished and we had gone past our allocated sitting time, we were not rushed out of the door. In fact, we had an after dinner nightcap from the bar and relaxed our table.

We’ve been to other Big easy restaurants before but this branch had been exceptionally. From reception to the food and service. Will definitely be going back. Thank you to all the staff, crew and chef. ☺️😍

We booked a table for 6 at 7pm, upon arrival our table wasn’t quite ready and was asked to stand in the bar area, within 5 minutes of waiting the general manager came over apologising for the delay and gave us a bottle of bubbly on the house! Was not expecting this at all!! The table service was great and the food even better! A lot of food for the money, all 6 of us struggled to finish our meals, 2 for 1 on all drinks which made it even better! Definitely recommend and will definitely be going back!

I felt the Crab shack jumbo was overcooked : most of the mussels shrunk, the clams were rubbery and so tiny the crab claws were the best part and all was drenched in a creamy sauce. The restaurant was not really busy as it used to be on Sundays

Location molto bella e caratteristica con un piano al livello della strada (e tavolini fuori) e un piano al -1 ma per nulla opprimente, anzi. Mi sono avventurato nella loro specialità “Surf and Turf”, cioè mare e terra, nel dettaglio controfiletto di manzo e mezzo Astice. Ebbene, la materia prima era certamente buona ma, anche per la difficoltà di preparare due portate così diverse simultaneamente, l’astice è arrivato quasi freddo. Peccato. I miei figli hanno preso nuggets e patatine e mia moglie anche lei un piatto “Surf and Turf”, ma in questo caso pollo e gamberetti. Da bere budweiser alla spina. Molto gentile e professionale lo staff. Prezzi medi per essere nel cuore di Chelsea.
