Five Guys in Kensington and Chelsea

This was my first time encountering Five Guys. Was there too much material? I felt like I was missing the essence of the burger. I don't think I'll bother looking for this franchise.

Great burgers and service from the person on the till. Happy and nice environment even I went on a busy time. Very clean app spot on!

Very busy shop on Kings Road, great quick service, great burgers , fries, milk shakes lack flavour but are nice and thick.

Very beefy! I love a place where you can see the kitchen at work. Super clean. Love it.

Visited here on Saturday eve at 10pm..ordered oreo milkshake. Staff friendly and order didn't take long to complete. Downstairs was tidy.. Up stairs toilet is for one person use at a time. Clearly, the toilet doesn't get checked enough.. It wasn't clean

Planned my whole day around a trip to five guys on kings road and it was more than worth it. Not only was the food delishious, fresh perfectly cooked cheeseburger and spicy Cajun fries (definitely worth a try if you haven't had them). The staff was next level, as I struggled thru my first ever google pay purchase. Thank you, thank you. I'm happily making plans for the next trip to the King's Road location soon.

The best of the best, nothing else can be said. Shuaib and Gosha were super nice and made an amazing burger! Such a good spot to eat late night!

The chef took forever this time so I walked up to him at the kitchen to tell him not to overcook it while he was talking on his mobile phone and supposedly cooking at the same time. He didn’t care at all. I told him it should be juicy like all good hamburgers should be so he prods it with a cooking tool and I saw no juice. My son bights into it and of course it was dry and overcooked. Brown in the middle. Bad sign. £12 in the 🚽 for the worst 🍔 we have EVER had. The chef was clueless and looked like he was more accustomed to slicing Shawarmas. We will not go back to this place with untalented ’chefs’ again. I seriously suggest the affluent Five Guys office staff screen their ‘chefs’ more diligently if they really care about customer satisfaction and return business. Dreadful memory. Next time, the always excellent and juicy Patty & Bun. Trust me. Not Five Guys. 👎🏻

I had a hot dog and some fries, and it was a truly satisfying meal. The fries were fantastic, and the price was very reasonable. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they even offered free groundnuts and a variety of sauces. Overall, a great experience!

It's a Five Guys. Expensive but excellent burgers. Massive amount of fries. One portion does for two people. Soda's are, again, expensive but, equally, bottomless. You do get what to pay for.

Went for lunch. Very little waiting time to order, staff very polite. Food ready very quickly and efficiently. Very enjoyable 😃.

Fresh burgers and up to the five guys standards. Clean place with many seats to dine.

We’ve been eating at different Five Guys restaurants in London for years. It’s always been expensive but at least it was tasty. The Kings Road branch is our local and we’ve eaten there several times. We went today for a bite and immediately noticed the price increase since our last visit. It’s now practically 40 quid for 2 burgers, 1 small fries and 2 drinks. Beyond a joke. As the price has gone up the quality seems to have drastically decreased. Although made fresh, the burgers and buns were very dry. The buns in particular are thin and barely hold everything together. The fries, which are usually plentiful, fresh and very tasty were dry and sparse. An hour after eating my partner had a really bad stomach. Also the hygiene practices are questionable. The server wore gloves while taking our order at the till then just popped into the kitchen area to help with preparing food wearing the same gloves. Change your gloves when making food! Won’t be returning to any branch anymore. The prices aren’t justifiable for burger and chips, even in London.

If I am on death row my last meal is five guys.

Our drinks came all wrong! Instead of Dr. Pepper & Sprite we received milkshake and had to throw away as we cannot consume milk.

Great staff and very kind, through no mistake of their own I ordered something incorrectly and they were swift to help change it with no hastle, it was really appreciated thank you!

Probably the best 5 Guys branch in London, all the team is super efficient and the manager Vicky is just amazing

Top tier service for my gluten intolerant friend

I went yesterday, Chelsea branch, and the burger isn’t taste and fries, taste like a day ago, isn’t fresh. I went to other branches and the food is amazing, but im really deceptionate, Keep the quality standards.

The cheeseburger was the worst I ever had for the price I paid. It looked like a mess was smashing down, and everything things were coming out .

I had an outstanding experience at the Kings Road Five Guys! The customer service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to build me a unique and delicious burger with 8 patties. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. Highly recommended! Watch me guys for the next visit as I will order 10 patties next time xxx

Ordered a milkshake and cheeseburger three days ago and got food poisoning. Wouldn't recommend.

The greasiest 5 guys burger I’ve had… and expensive on the Kings Road. No wonder it’s always empty.

You genuinely have to be miskeen to go macD if there is a 5 guys near by, Nice clean, quick service, Not stingy with the sauces as you can see, I had the grilled cheese (most halal-ish option) decent wish they had few toms and cues in the sammich, Portion of chips should have been bigger considering that's what they have been hyping since the 70s, 3rd time having their milkshake, Dope af, Like off the charts good for that price point, vgvfm,

Food was fine but it's too small in the restaurant. Hardly any seating, most people want to eat in but can't when busy.

Not sure I can justify the price at more than twice that of McDonald's for burger and fries basically thrown in a bag 🫣 tastes nice though

Food quality it’s good, but too small portions, it was the last time that I ordered chips, because your kitchen staff doesn’t care, I found a quarter of the portion inside the carrier bag and no lid and proper container. Ridiculous!!!

Food arrived stone cold. Looked like a couple of deliveries were made before me. Had to put into the oven to re-heat (not just warm though).

I gave Five Guys 5 stars🌟 in the context of it being a chain of burgers bars. It's not cheap compared to most of the big burger chains, BUT in my opinion, the food is worth it. And the portion sizes of the fries are bigger than you'd expect.

Five Guys'ı İrlanda'nın Dublin şehrinde keşfetmiştim. Londra'da gördüğüm zaman canım istedi ve yedim. Fakat Dublin'deki lezzeti burada alamadım. Tabii ki arada ülke farklarıda olabilir fakat tadı çok değişikti.

Generally recommended for burgers and fries and I love the new pistachio shake. I've eaten at several restaurants in London, but 5 Guys' food and service are outstanding.

I love their burgers. But staff is really bad in that place. Don’t know their names. One guy is short with brown skin and another one tall, white skin and blue eyes. They make me to avoid this place.

Ordered from here today and 3 hrs later I am projectile vomiting… makes you question the food storage/safety…

Celkem drahé burgery, ale jinak chutné. Byli jsme v tomto řetězci prvně. Bylo fajn, že burgery připravují ručně, žádné rozmražené jako v MCD apod. Akorát za večeři dát bezmála 50 GBP bylo trochu nad naše očekávání.

Five guys is just five guys, so can't really judge on the food as it'll be consistent throughout all the stores. Place was nice, clean. Staff were very friendly.

Great burgers. I recently discovered the “All the Way” option which saves having to work out which of the many toppings to go for. Milkshakes are fabulous. How a milkshake should be. Fries are hand cut, skin on. Super tasty. Not cheap but worth it once in a while.

I love the fries...burgers are messy but tasty... very pricey I think, I'll only go when I have extra money to spare.

I visit this Five guys quite regularly and there is one member of staff I look out for and that is KAT! This member of staff always serves her customers with a smile on her face. Also when KAT is working the staff are always laughing and chatting. I think this young lady is an inspiration to anyone looking at their own customer service skills. KAT is second to none. Thank you for being AMAZING KAT!!!!!!!!
