Five Guys in Kensington and Chelsea

among all the posh, expensive restaurants serving lobster and pork and other “🤑” foods, sometimes a hamburger is all you need. after a long day in london it was all I needed, definitely just increased my expectations for five guys

Very busy shop on Kings Road, great quick service, great burgers , fries, milk shakes lack flavour but are nice and thick.

Visited here on Saturday eve at 10pm..ordered oreo milkshake. Staff friendly and order didn't take long to complete. Downstairs was tidy.. Up stairs toilet is for one person use at a time. Clearly, the toilet doesn't get checked enough.. It wasn't clean

Planned my whole day around a trip to five guys on kings road and it was more than worth it. Not only was the food delishious, fresh perfectly cooked cheeseburger and spicy Cajun fries (definitely worth a try if you haven't had them). The staff was next level, as I struggled thru my first ever google pay purchase. Thank you, thank you. I'm happily making plans for the next trip to the King's Road location soon.

El chef tardó una eternidad esta vez, así que caminé hacia él en la cocina para decirle que no lo cocinara demasiado mientras hablaba por teléfono móvil y supuestamente cocinaba al mismo tiempo. No le importaba en absoluto. Le dije que debía ser jugoso como todas las buenas hamburguesas, así que lo aprieta con una herramienta de cocina y no vi jugo. Mi hijo se mete en ella y, por supuesto, estaba seca y demasiado cocida. Brown en el medio. Mala señal. £ 12 en el 🚽 para el peor 🍔 que hemos tenido. El chef estaba despistado y parecía que estaba más acostumbrado a cortar Shawarmas. No volveremos a este lugar con ‘chefs’ sin talento de nuevo. Sugiero seriamente que el próspero personal de la oficina de Five Guys examine a sus ‘chefs’ con más diligencia si realmente les importa la satisfacción del cliente y el negocio de devolución. I had a hot dog and some fries, and it was a truly satisfying meal. The fries were fantastic, and the price was very reasonable. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they even offered free groundnuts and a variety of sauces. Overall, a great experience!

Went for lunch. Very little waiting time to order, staff very polite. Food ready very quickly and efficiently. Very enjoyable 😃.

It's a Five Guys. Expensive but excellent burgers. Massive amount of fries. One portion does for two people. Soda's are, again, expensive but, equally, bottomless. You do get what to pay for.

Hemos estado comiendo en diferentes restaurantes Five Guys en Londres durante años. Siempre ha sido caro, pero al menos era sabroso. La sucursal de Kings Road es nuestro local y hemos comido allí varias veces. Fuimos hoy a comer algo e inmediatamente notamos el aumento de precio desde nuestra última visita. Ahora son prácticamente 40 libras por 2 hamburguesas, 1 papa frita y 2 bebidas. Más allá de una broma. A medida que el precio ha subido, la calidad parece haber disminuido drásticamente. Aunque hechas frescas, las hamburguesas y los bollos estaban muy secos. Los bollos en particular son delgados y apenas mantienen todo junto. Las papas fritas, que suelen ser abundantes, frescas y muy sabrosas estaban secas y escasas. Una hora después de comer mi pareja tenía un estómago muy malo. También las prácticas de higiene son cuestionables. El servidor llevaba guantes mientras tomaba nuestro pedido en el hasta entonces acaba de aparecer en el área de la cocina para ayudar con la preparación de la comida con los mismos guantes. ¡Cámbiate los guantes al hacer comida! Ya no volverás a ninguna sucursal. Los precios no son justificables para las hamburguesas con papas fritas, incluso en Londres.

Our drinks came all wrong! Instead of Dr. Pepper & Sprite we received milkshake and had to throw away as we cannot consume milk.

The greasiest 5 guys burger I’ve had… and expensive on the Kings Road. No wonder it’s always empty.

You genuinely have to be miskeen to go macD if there is a 5 guys near by, Nice clean, quick service, Not stingy with the sauces as you can see, I had the grilled cheese (most halal-ish option) decent wish they had few toms and cues in the sammich, Portion of chips should have been bigger considering that's what they have been hyping since the 70s, 3rd time having their milkshake, Dope af, Like off the charts good for that price point, vgvfm,

Food was fine but it's too small in the restaurant. Hardly any seating, most people want to eat in but can't when busy.

Not sure I can justify the price at more than twice that of McDonald's for burger and fries basically thrown in a bag 🫣 tastes nice though

Food quality it’s good, but too small portions, it was the last time that I ordered chips, because your kitchen staff doesn’t care, I found a quarter of the portion inside the carrier bag and no lid and proper container. Ridiculous!!!

Food arrived stone cold. Looked like a couple of deliveries were made before me. Had to put into the oven to re-heat (not just warm though).

I gave Five Guys 5 stars🌟 in the context of it being a chain of burgers bars. It's not cheap compared to most of the big burger chains, BUT in my opinion, the food is worth it. And the portion sizes of the fries are bigger than you'd expect.

I love their burgers. But staff is really bad in that place. Don’t know their names. One guy is short with brown skin and another one tall, white skin and blue eyes. They make me to avoid this place.

Ordered from here today and 3 hrs later I am projectile vomiting… makes you question the food storage/safety…

Celkem drahé burgery, ale jinak chutné. Byli jsme v tomto řetězci prvně. Bylo fajn, že burgery připravují ručně, žádné rozmražené jako v MCD apod. Akorát za večeři dát bezmála 50 GBP bylo trochu nad naše očekávání.
