I love 5 guys! Yes, the Burgers are pricey, but you get what you pay for

Expensive shit. Don't waste your money.

So far it is one of the best fast food restaurants I have tried with a welcoming place and staff and very good food! They didn't disappoint me.

I have been here last weekend and I had a fantastic service. Been on the date with my dad. The food was delicious and fresh. Will come again!

This is a hamburger shop that you can feel free to stop by. You can choose as many toppings as you like from 15 types. Little Burger is enough for Japanese people. They seem to be particular about their potatoes, and the production area is posted inside the store. It was delicious.

Warm days and went in to get a coke. Paid with card and system said approved remove card so I did. Then the individual running the register said it didnt go through because it didnt print a receipt. I told him it said approved and not my fault it doesnt print. He kept telling me I didnt understand yet he refused to listen to or comprehend approved. I ended up tappin my card again and now I have two charges for a coke at 4.5 each or almost $7 US. Then I go to machine and get my coke and the mix is off. Mostly water and very little syrup. Was a cup of trash. I will be contesting the charge because the individual is not able to understand common sense and will avoid this place like the plague...go to McDonalds across the street instead...

Great smooths order to collection, the shop wasn’t busy lunch time. My first time trying FG. Burger was good, chips were okay but too many of them. They full you up. For that reason I won’t go back or if I ever do I will only have a burger. The peanut oil is too much flavour wise and also the portion is far too big.

Absolutely shocking service. I normally love five guys and I've been craving them for weeks and thought I'd treat myself. My mum ordered a few meals for the family. After ordering the food and getting the collection she asked the lady if that was the whole order to which she responded with yes. When my mum got home, all that was in the bags was only the milkshakes. Bearing in mind that we live in Ladbroke Grove. It isn't just around the corner! She then called the store due to the mistake and was asked to come back to the store to collect the food. So my mum went all the way back again which is about 40 minutes in itself. Got the food (which they cooked fresh after the mix up). She then brought it back. Even after getting it back home the food was still wrong. What an absolute joke!! We normally go to the one in Portobello, I wish we never tried this branch at all. I can't even explain how pissed off I am. Apparently a burger with all the black and jalapenos means just a burger and jalapenos? Like, what world to you live in? And they read the order too? In fact, all the burgers had the wrong stuff in it. It's a sorry sight! I'll attach the photos so you can see I kid you not. Just a dry jalapeno burger. I mean, who on earth just orders that? Shouldn't alarm bells have been ringing at that exact time. Also, if people ordered meals, how on earth do you just pack the drinks? Don't you read the receipts before stickers all the bags as people can't check what's inside once they are sealed? Was today training day or was all the staff high af? Either way, not impressed by the service, or the inconvenience!! You've got to do better!!

They do not allow just eat drivers to use the toilet. Absolutely awful to not offer that as a thank you for my services. Violation of human rights. I will never go there as a customer.

We arrived 20 minutes before closing and they did not want to serve us. When we were waiting, a boy friend who seemed to be in charge arrived, gave him a box and told him that he would be attended to right away. The rest of us had to leave because they didn't want us to order.

This location has the kindest and courteous staff. They went the extra mile to help me pay for my order and were very patient with me— despite coming into the store just before they close. They certainly of a much better experience than their American counterpart, and the food tastes better than in the States. High recommend.

Fast food is fast food, and Five guys do great bugers, but what I got tonight was excellent. The reason for this....the service. I was greeted with a big, friendly smile and was asked for my order. I know working fast food for lower wages ain't great but these boys that were in there tonight were great. Lots of smiles and a great vibe. Cheers boys! The burger was lush!!!!! 👌👏👏👏👏

Five Guys is a vibe, that’s why it became so popular and simply cool. The sites have the same “look” but the staff and level of professionalism differ. And this one truly has the highest standard of all, all I ever experienced and believe me, I’ve been to quite a few. It’s smaller than typical ones and that creates the sense of cosiness. It’s always clean, it’s not giving a loud Maccies vibe and allows you to indulge in the tasty fast food we all crave time to time, with no distractions, no worries. And the staff is mega friendly! It goes without saying it’s my fave Five Guys in London. And I believe it’ll soon turn to be yours too 💥

Despite the busy atmosphere, Jan made sure everything was running smoothly, and he even took the time to check in with customers to ensure we were satisfied with our meals. Why only 3 stars if everything was great? Have you seen how much they've increased their prices by? I won't be going to five guys again for a very long time. I remember when a hot dog was less than a fiver. It's all just too expensive now. Sorry guys, you'll be going out of business if you keep your prices as high as they currently are. You're not in a unique marketplace anymore. You've got a lot of competition and need to rethink your pricing strategy. Over £6 for a milkshake??? And it really wasn't worth it.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at this restaurant, and I feel compelled to share it. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff were shockingly rude and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. Their behavior was not only dismissive but also downright hostile. What was most appalling was their policy on the use of the restroom. When I asked to use the toilet, I was bluntly told that it was only available for paying customers. This lack of basic courtesy is not something I've encountered in most places. I understand policies, but the manner in which they communicated this was entirely unacceptable and left a bad taste in my mouth—much worse than any food they could serve. Overall, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the staff’s attitude was the worst part of it. If you're looking for a place with even a semblance of hospitality, I suggest you look elsewhere. This place seems to have forgotten the basics of customer service, and I won’t be returning.

"I visited the Five Guys restaurant on Kensington High Street and had a disappointing experience. While I was enjoying my meal, I saw a delivery driver come in and politely ask if he could have some of the complimentary peanuts that are provided for customers. Shockingly, the staff rudely told him that the peanuts were not for drivers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and discriminatory. If the peanuts are available, they should be for everyone, not just certain customers. If Five Guys can't do that, they should remove the peanuts altogether. To add to the negative experience, I also noticed that the staff handling food had very dirty hands, which is concerning for hygiene standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I expected better from a well-known brand like Five Guys. Shame on them for treating delivery drivers poorly and for lacking basic cleanliness." --- 😔😔

Who’s that guy on the till…what an amazing character!

worst experience of my life, I ordered online, I went to the restaurant to collect it, the servers were very rude, on the app saying that my sandwich was ready, but it wasn't, an employee passing the orders to delivery people from companies like Uber and Just Eat at the front but just for his friends, because I felt sorry for another delivery guy who was there when I arrived, I waited 43 minutes and when I left he was still there waiting, because the employee was only passing orders from his friends to the front to be prepared, I thought it was a mistake I respect that, I will never order from this store again!

It was a great Five Guys took barely any time to serve and the burger quality was great, they didn't mess up my order which isn't really a surprise, the only remotely bad thing was that my milkshake took way too long but it was really good.

Really great staff (specially Genesis) and atmosphere. The food was amazing and really quick the attention. Also, it is opened to quite late compared to other options. Definitely coming back.

If you are in London and want to eat well without spending a fair amount for delicious burgers I recommend this place... we went to High Kensington... and they were wonderful. Not to mention that there are unlimited drinks at the vending machines...the burgers are really excellent. Don't be put off by the place, it deserves all 5 stars
