This place is ok, the food is good, but very greasy, and huge portions. Obviously it's not a healthy choice but... Not an amazing atmosphere, you sort of feel rushed through your meal, which when it's not THAT cheap isn't great.

Price of a pint is not visible! Get stung by been to polite to ask for cheapest pint, common issue these days, pubs / restaurants / bars have for years had a more expensive pint for of chance people choose it, but now the price difference is whopping!

A Hidden Gem That Nails the 1920s Vibe Second time visiting Evans & Peel, and it was just as fantastic as the first. This time I brought a friend from out of town, and we both had a blast. The staff was incredibly helpful, the drinks were top-notch, and the atmosphere is spot on, from floor to ceiling, it truly captures that classic 1920s speakeasy feel. The real star of the night was JP at the front desk. He never broke character once, rolled with all of our banter and roleplaying, and absolutely made the experience unforgettable. Hats off to you, JP, atta boy!

Not great 'service' at all when ordering online. No salt, or pepper for cold, old, dry chips. No basic ketchup or mayo thrown in. No napkins. No straw for the thick milkshake. Made the meal extremely inconvenient for a delivery, as I had to procure the missing items. Shrimp and lobster burger and milkshake (when I actually managed to drink it) had good flavours.
