Domino's Pizza in Wiltshire

Was really taken back by the managers bad attitude after a genuine mistake on my behalf which I called up immediately to rectify. The manager absolutely could have shown me some kindness in that moment but instead chose not too. They refused to deliver to me when I'm 13 mins away but wouldn't refund me. Customer service is lacking. Will remove review if refunded.

Horrible greasy pizzas, had to throw mine in the bin before it dripped all over me. All the pizzas are undercooked and I don't know why the council hasn't closed the place down.

I ordered online but unfortunately made wrong selection. I rang within a minute and got told its already in the oven and there was nothing they could do. Whilst laughing in the background to someone called Alho. Very poor service

We specified for our pizza to be delivered at 19:30. We get a missed phone call at 19:12, we were in and no one rang or knocked on our door. As soon as we noticed the missed phone call we tried to ring the driver back 3 times. After no answer, we rang the store and received the most confrontational, rude answer from the assistant manager "Daniel". He said that the driver rang us and it was our fault that we didn't answer so refused to deliver us a new order even though we had already paid for the order through PayPal. We spoke to him for 25 mins trying to explain that no one came to our door and that we would like a new order but he refused. He said they would send out our original order that they tried to deliver at 19:12 but by this time it was 20:10 and we did not want an hour cold pizza. He refused to send us a new one as he claimed, we did not specify a time. He only sent us our order after we forwarded our email confirmation to him showing him our requested time. This was after 25 mins of unhelpfulness and rudeness from this 'assistant manager'. I'd recommend getting your pizza from somewhere else, where they respect their customers and are willing to help them when things go wrong rather than accusing them.

I’ve ordered pizza at 22:55, hour later call the store and ask where is my order cuz pizza tracker is telling me been delivered.Cris I think is his name telling me pizza tracker is not working properly. So after 1 hour and 15 minutes my pizza was delivered.

Tasty food, exceptional delivery service, however one thing that always lets Domino's down is their irrational price! However, that's not the branches' fault. They got a very large order correct and their tracking system was very helpful. Ordered online and then phoned them up to amend the order and this was done hassle free.

We never ate Domino's pizza before. We enjoyed it. On sat evening there were fast and polite. A flaw: chicken strips on the pizza were tasteless and chewy. Mainly a good find.

Ordered food at 7 on a Wednesday night over an hour later and still no food, when we questioned why it was taking so long we were rudely told "you're in a queue, you'll just have to wait". Nothing to warn of long delays and no explanation of why, just dismissive attitude. You really need to learn what customer service is and try practicing it.

Do not order from here its a disgrace rude manager , assistant manager Gary is rude and abusive. Head office do not contact you back will not take responsibility when they send out the wrong food twice in one night.

Disgusting service from a cocky, young lad called Dion who served me. Arrogant and highly offensive. Didn't get the full order (part of the order was missing)

ordered a pizza the other day the lady on the phone was inpatient and didn't speeck English very well .. we ordered a large pizza and garlic bread ect .. when it turned up it was ok but just not worth spending £19.99 !! Bit of a con really

Delivered fast and was good. Pizza was great with a garlic dip. Went down in 5 mins because i only ordered medium !!!

Very rude staff, stood for 10 mins waiting to be served, more interested in fiddling with their phone . staff need training, never ordered any food walked out and will never go back.

Great pizza for a take away. Just find too much tapioca dusting used. nevertheless still go back time a d time again.

I was feeling peckish today so I orderd as always I did not have long to wait the good was hot and delicious better than the rival I had a few weeks ago best day is Tuesday as it is but one get one free

It's standard Dominos pizza fayre. The food is what you would expect from Dominos. No fuss pizza and sides

Ordered pizza and some sides and when it arrived some sides was missing and the pizza was cold, i phoned them and the lady on the phone was not very friendly, i asked her if she could get the next driver to deliver the missing side dish and when it arrived it was cold as well, i have emailed Domino's Pizza and still had not responds on the matter. would not order from here again

Cuando pedí al chico dos era forgein que no tengo ningún problema con excepto él no conocíamos la zona y cuando nos habló él no nos entienden. Teníamos que ir a través de la tienda que para resolver el problema. 2 horas más tarde que no había llegado. Nos quejamos y el director se acercó a nosotros con galletas gratis y 2 libres pizzas frías (nuestra orden original) y dos pizzas calientes. ¡Fue ridículo y nos ha puesto al lado de ellos pidiendo otra vez

Me and my boyfriend often order a delivery from dominos and have mostly been satisfied. However back in January we ordered quite a big order including nachos. Unfortunately the nachos were missed off the order. The delivery man was very apologetic and said he would return in 10 minutes with our food. When I called the restaurant to inform them of the trouble they responded by saying the delivery man had lied and that it would take them at least 45 minutes to give us our nachos. I politely asked for a refund rather then waiting so long and I received a very long winded explanation to why they couldn't do that. Also the boy on the phone was very rude and border line aggressive. I asked why it was that he couldn't refund my money and his response was "do you want to come down here and try and do a refund because I bet you can't" I was astonished by this and asked him to not be rude. In the end I asked for our nachos to be delivered however long it would take. When they arrived they were cold and old. Not impressed as we are regular customers. We feel very let down by this awful service!

Waited 40 minutes to collect pre-ordered pizza. Staff more interested in talking to each other than serving. Inappropriate language/banter in front of customers. No apology for long wait, counter staff couldn't care less. Second time here and second time this has happened. Staff training leaves a lot to be desired. Avoid.

Great domino's, parking is a nightmare though. Staff really friendly and efficient. Porobably one of the best dominos I have been too, the food was really tasty.

Really good pizzas, ordered on the phone, delivered to our door within 20 minutes. What's not to like? Recommended.

Staff are very polite, food was hot and fresh and tasty. Would recommend any one to try, I thinks this is beating Pizza Hut,as they are skimping that much on making pizza all you can taste is the base, so I tried domino's and it was great,,

we ordered pizza at my family house it came out freezing cold, there was pieces of hair on top of the pizza and underneath it in the box, it was over 40 minutes late i happy im up north where pizza dont come with additonal topping of pieces grey hair about inch long

Obviously, with kids, dominoes is a weekend speed dial. takeout is always perfect. If we chose to venture up and get a carryout special? well the staff in there have me in hysterics every time. they truely are awesome.

Food is always fresh and served hot. Staff are always upbeat and cheerful and nothing is of too much trouble. Its a cheap meal and if your lucky you can find a good money off voucher online.

Nothing special. Don't try to call your order in! The number on the box isn't right! Try the tandoori chicken!

Take away only used. Piping hot and delivery always within time limit set. Above average pizzas.Not cheap for whole family meal unless on a deal.

Amazing pizzas if you have BBQ sauce instead on toms, Dilivery service or collection only.

Always cold pizza, have stopped ordering from here, waste of money and terrible food. It's a shame cause I like dominos but am now ordering from the independents in Chippenham or pizza hut
