Mr Casey's Pizza in Sefton

Phone service is run by incompetent children with no idea how to take order or payment. The constantly have shortage of items on the menu and considering they specialise in pizza burgers or hotdogs it's seems unreasonable that they consistently can't provide a full menu. Really a shame because they really do nail the food when they are on the ball. Unfortunately too many bad experiences

We ordered for the first time 2 pizzas chilli Fries and biscof cake Both pizzas were full of toppings hot and delicious and the biscof cake was another level could tell it was homemade Perfect service including the delivery driver who was really good we will be returning soon

Our pizzas were very tasty but we had ordered a thin and crispy base for ourselves and a regular base for our son. There was no difference between the bases at all. They were really soft and doughy and as thick as each other. We will order again and mention that fact. Thin and crispy should be thin and crispy. If it's not possible to do that, then don't advertise it.

Third visit. Superb pizza and fresh crispy chips. Can’t comment on the delivery service. Picked them up to have with dad who’s in a nursing home nearby. Not a scrap was left and we will be back to try the milkshakes and deserts.

I am a frequent visitor and normally I collect this Is my second home delivery order and was informed ten minutes before delivery time given. That they would not deliver as it was too far away.. it is 1.3 miles away this happened last time and when I explained to the owner it was delivered.. the man today was not the owner and really did not care, not somebody I would want working in my organisation, no customer care skills and did not listen, an order lost and my custom for the future.. the order should never have been accepted I tried to explain were I lived when he took the order. He just said it would be fine.. feel very frustrated and disappointed as a paying customer and that the owner had approved it before.. under mining and inconsistent

Just waited 2 hours for a pizza, a large chips and sweet potato fries. If it had of been nice I would have let the long wait go but it was absolutely crap! Soggy doughy pizza with cheap cheese, over cooked greasy chips. Utter rubbish, biggest waste of money, will not be ordering again.

Just had a fantastic half price Pizza deal. Very busy little shop and the taste is absolutely fantastic. Delivered within the hour 5 Stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Better than the big chain pizzas this place! Excellent price and even better Pizzas! I've heard the burgers are top notch as well, i just can't get anything order than the pizzas when i go there though. A MUST.

absolutely fantastic, customer service was brilliant it only took 30 mins to arrive after i ordered for 6 people. highly recommend the milkshakes as they are to die for, also pepperoni pizza is delicious too. great all round experience i will definitely be returning soon thank you very much for the lovely food see you later Paul My Baby Sue xx

I knew there were good offers such as half price pizzas on certain days, so I opted for the ‘Maggie May’ which is supposed to be cheese and tomatoes, no tomatoes were on the pizza! I also ordered the Mr Caseys Chicken box which includes a drink, and when ordering asked for chicken nuggets instead of spicy wings which they were fine with doing. When getting the box I had been given a very small portion of chips, no chicken popcorn, 3 SMALL pieces of chicken and then the nuggets. I messaged straight away on facebook to say I hadn’t gotten any popcorn and they said I should have been told it was nuggets instead? I wouldn’t have ordered it for the price of £5.50, extremely disappointed with the portion size and lack of acknowledgement from them. Even when I sent a picture they just said they disagreed with me and said the food looks good and that chicken is expensive! Worst service I’ve ever had from a ‘fast’ food takeaway. I waited a whole 75 minutes for the food to arrive, which wouldn’t be so bad if the food was worth it but it’s not! Absolute waste of my money, would have been fine had they offered some sort of partial refund for the chicken box and an apology for the wait but they just were rude instead. Will be advising anyone who suggests eating here not to, should have gone with the Domino’s £6 medium pizza instead to collect, would have saved me money and taken a quarter of the time! Wouldn’t have even given 1 star as I had the choice, the pizza itself is no better and actually worse than a £1 pizza you can buy in a shop, no way would I ever pay £12 for that it’s a rip off!

personally i think that Mr Casey's is just as good if not better than domino's it has amazing customer service and when i did have a problem in the past they had it fixed instantly. cheers Dave x

Great food and friendly staff. The pizzas nd burgers aren't just big but also very tasty. Best in town hands down

This pizza is like something in America massive bin lid pizza for a tenner. Dominos might aswell close up love it

Over 2 hours of waiting for a cold pizza. Need to learn how to handle a simple order. Manager needs to learn some customer service skills. Surprised you havn't gone bankrupt yet. Joke.

I've had a mr Casey's on numerous occasions but after our last one had to post! Definitely beats pizza hut and domino's for us!! The toppings just seem a better quality, very reasonably priced and delivery times about the same as all take aways.

This place is rubbish wouldn't even give it one star, rude staff and manager argued saying we lied when we could hear staff in background, spent about 40 mins on the phone and still didn't get the correct food , rang back to say we got the wrong food and tried charging us twice and saying it's our fault and spent ages arguing with the manager. Just rude saying it was all our fault even though we didn't receive half and paid double. Don't waste your time.

Ordered pizzas on a Monday eve so got 2 12" pizzas for £11 on their Monday night offer. We were able to collect them 25 minutes later. They were absolutely delicious! Would advise anyone to check websites for special offers before ordering.

Las mejores pizzas que hemos probado la comida era de un alto estándar caliente y muy abundante. Yo diría que el precio era sobre el medio de la carretera que nos dieron una pizza muy grande en 15 libras y uno a 10 libras también conseguimos un pan de ajo pizza a £3 +. . . . Después de pasar tanto dinero hubiera sido bueno tener un pan de ajo dan un pequeño volver a sus clientes. . . El personal es agradable que siempre parecen trabajar duro.

Como el título sugiere. Estos son simplemente cargadas, delicioso y decadente pizzas. Nunca falla para excitarle y entregar (entrega bien tomará las edades en un viernes o sábado por la noche. )

Nearly two hours and still waiting...wouldn't mind but ordered 10 minutes after opening so god knows how a back log could have happened!!.....it was a toss up tonight, Mr Caseys or Domino's...I know which one I'll be choosing next time

Been getting takeaways from Mr Casey's for awhile now and am yet to be disappointed. And always an exceptional value for money

Me encanta la comida, pero el servicio es terrible. La semana pasada pedimos nuestra hija de 10 años una pizza a las 6:30 y me dijeron que no iba a ser de una hora. . 2 horas y media más tarde ella estaba demasiado cansado para comer ya que eran las 9 pm. Esta noche tenemos más de 60 veces y oírlas han sido ignorados. Por desgracia, comenzando a dar en ser clientes habituales aquí.

Sólo esperé dos horas para ser una pizza. Me dijeron que mi pedido cuando ordene estaría conmigo en menos de una hora, dos horas más tarde se convierte con pan de ajo no empapados de descuento nada pero una patética excusa para disculparse

Ordered a couple of pizzas and burgers as a midweek treat. Delivery was quick, food was tasty and very good value. Thank you Mr Casey Xx

Just ordered was really nice. Elvis burger was so tasty. Everyone should order from here at least once to try. I'm certainly going back again

This evening ordered one of the deals over the phone , the lady seemed competent , took the order said it would be "within the hour " this was fine ...... If it hadn't have been nearly twice the time upon ringing and finding an unapologetic ignorant member of staff i was informed it would be here SOON and being told you arnt the only order ! May i add it was hard to get an answer ! food was disappointing / okay .... Chicken wings cold and pink in the middle , pizza was very "sloppy" and thick , chips where what seemed to be card board and just about warm , cheesy garlic bread was the best part 10/10 !!! The delivery guy was very polite and apologetic he could in fact teach the person who answered the phone some valuable customer service .......

Pizzas are nice but don't expect to take advantage of their offers unless you are prepared to drive there. We have had enough. Won't use again. Spent 2 hours phoning on offer nights and they don't pick up. Happy to deliver and take your money on other nights. My advice is stay clear of them.

if you are a pizza lover this is the place to come the chooses of flavours are endless and the size pizza base the largest could feed a whole family hahaha.

Great if you care more about quantity than quality!Huge but very doughy soggy pizza, topping cold and uncooked underneath the cheese added to the nasty taste, almost tastes like it has been frozen and then barely heated before the delivery. Couldn't pick up a slice as it all breaks, the texture is almost cake like! I'd Rather have a supermarket pizza.Not nice at all - just a massive lot of it!!!!

good menu really reasonably priced with good quality food, Great for family nights or for kids/teens sleepovers, you get a lot for your money the meal deal is fab it can feed four family about £11 with free delivery and staff are lovely. Barbeque chicken is excellent.

I could rant for pages about the most recent visit. But basically waited 2hrs for food when arrived was wrong. And if it's not pizza they have not got a clue all sides where terrible(perhaps been sat for 2hrs keeping warm while they do the pizza) but not good experience at all

This is the worst pizza we have ever had. Very little topping and tasteless. When we rang the shop up, they said someone will contact us tomorrow. What use was that

Staff are very polite and it is a ridiculous statement to say that the staff are fed up of taking orders so they turn the phone off . The reason that happens occasionally is due to high call volumes and Mr Caseys is only a small takeaway with a big reputation. The demand on half price nights can be very busy and they do there very best to get the food out as quickly as possible. Sometimes you just have to wait a little longer for a good thing .

Just ordered my first Pizza from Mr Casey's on Bispham Road, arrived within 30 minutes, was piping hot, and absolutely delicious!!!! Well done 5 star

Phone always engaged when I ring. called in person to find out why - Was told by a member of staff they were fed up with people ringing up for orders. Is'nt that the point!Would recommend Pizza and Co, Liverpool Road in Birkkdale. Very polite, friendly staff, Excellent authentic Italian pizza.You're loss was certainly my gain!

I have ordered from Casey's for years and it has gotten worse every time I go. The wait to actually speak to someone is ridiculous. I have rang up over 23 times in 1 night and then in the end I had to walk down. Once I get there they seem unimpressed for me to order at the counter and when I tell them I have tried to get through on the phone they said they took the phone of the hook on purpose as they couldn't deal with more customers. Well how are you meant to make money as I thought that's what business do, if you purposely turn customers away. Such a shame as the pizzas are lovely.... when you eventually get to order and eat them that is.

Firstly it took 20 times for them to answer their phone and when they did eventually answer they were extremely rude, it would take a hour for a delivery, so I phoned asking if I could collect instead and that would still take 30 mins! Hardly fast food! I got there 10 minutes early because I would assumed it would have been cooked in 20 mins like other pizza take aways, but when I got there the owner was extremely rude to me complaining that I had come too early to pick it up! I could hear them behind the counter complaining I'd come too early! And to top it all off I only had a bite of my pizza because it was horrible I will never be returning!

I have been coming here for some time, and while the service has never been 5 star, it is always been a great little place for a Friday night takeaways... that said however, the service tonight forced me to review Mr Casey's and leave a honest review of their poor Service... My Friends decided on Pizza, so we called them... 18 Times, to which there was no replay. They have often failed to answer said phone, but not 18 times... Thinking they could be closed, but with "the natives getting restless" I left my friends and headed down there (a 10 min walk). On arrival I was great to the fact they where open. I ask "why did you not answer" to which they responded "we turned of the phone" not impressed... they then informed me there would be a 30 min wait, meaning I would have to walk back and walk down there again... not good... indeed more like 30+ as it took nearly 40 mins in all for the food.... before we even sat down to eat... hardly 'fast food' I Fear I, my friends or indeed my Family will be calling quiets to Mr Casey's...Sorry!
