Nathans Famous UK in Bournemouth

Came to Bournemouth for a few days and round the corner was this place. You never forget if you have been to Nathan’s in New York and so it couldn’t be the same experience or could it. Absolutely excellent, what a great experience and really friendly staff. The hotdog was perfect and the Chicken Wings were superb. What a find and both my wife and I were very happy.

This was some of the best food I have had in a long time, everything was fresh, The burger was juicy and the fries were crispy, could do with a tad more seasoning though. Great Highly recommend.

Burgers are great they really are , but I ordered a lot for my colleges and the Philly cheese steaks are tiny, very poorly made and look like a dogs dinner I’m afraid. 100% not worth their price , The hotdogs that they’re famous for are very very dry bread buns with frankfurters in them then you pay for cheese and chilli on to etc, such a shame really because as I say their burgers and wings are so good

You offer a meal that now requires you to spend an extra 2.19 for a regular cup of coke. It was always included. They then added the charge on coke zero, and now they do it on diet coke too. Nobody is paying almost 20 quid for a burger, cold chips and a drink. GET REAL... Also recently the food always needs reheating despite being less than a mile from my house. Basically if you are loyal customer and order a lot. They ramp the prices up on that specific meal combo. It's almost like they hate having customers and just want to open to walk-ins only. Take the restaurant off Deliveroo if you don't want to facilitate food deliveries. You really are driving some of your best customers away, its a shame because the Nathans famous name carries weight in most places. However this Bournemouth branch has got to be the worst franchise branch I've come across.

If me or my partner wanted a takeaway burger, this place would always be our go to. We’ve had a couple of mishaps from missing items or wrong items but it was always resolved and we would still order through deliveroo. Not too sure why we got this note- we ordered at 8pm on a Wednesday and they dont close till late. Sorry for being such a hassle and spending our money at your establishment, we will find another place to “bother” when don’t want to cook at home….
