Me and my partner always enjoy a coffee at starbucks and now there's one open in mansfield its so convenient. We love to try the new drinks available and is one of our favourite coffee places.

Popped into Starbucks Mansfield yesterday, for a lunch with my granddaughter ,to be served by a lovely set of staff , the most outstanding, was a young man ,that went above & beyond to make our lunch a pleasant experience, he delivered everyones drinks to their tables, & came round asking everyone if everything was ok ,he his wasted there ,he should be working in a restaurant somewhere ,definitely head waiter material .

I honestly don't think this Starbucks will be open long. It's the worst Starbucks I've ever been to & I've been all over the country and beyond. The staff are so unprofessional the day I visited I asked for a frozen caramel frap the girl didn't even know how to make it. She then made a mess with the drink and when it came to the squirty cream on top she pressed the nozzle and it went everywhere to then kill herself laughing with another girl (this other girl is chavvy & comes across like she couldn't give to hoots about her job I have been served by her on several other occasions with the same manner of childish unprofessional behaviour. The restuarant only had me at the counter and I was still waiting 10 mins for my drink. The premises to say its new grosses me out and I won't be back I'll travel to Glapwell the service there is what you expect. I think you need new staff that appreciate their job.

Coffee was fine but not impressed with the premises. The door frame and floor leading to the kitchen were dirty. Tables hadn't been cleared and cleaned since the previous customers vacated them (5 staff on and not busy!) The toilet floor was soaking wet. The soap dispenser was dirty and fell off the wall when I attempted to get soap. It turned out to be empty anyway. Reviews of this place consistently comment on it being dirty. Do management read these reviews or just not care? Finally it's named Starbucks Mansfield. Mansfield town centre is 6 miles away and not even in the same county.

We visited this morning and it’s the first and last time I will ever use a Starbucks again. The service was awful . Not one member of staff looked like they were happy to be there. We had 2 warmed up rolls which were horrible and a warmed up croissant that was ok. 2 orange juices and a tea. Came to £22.85. Gave the server £25 only to be told that they can only except the exact amount of cash as they have no change.

Visited on a Friday afternoon - absolutely gross! The drinks were fine, but the place was grotty as hell. 5 girls standing behind the bar going one pace next to stop (doing the job of 2 max), nobody on the floor clearing tables/sweeping the floor etc. The toilet was on another level - leaking nappy bin, paper everywhere even in the sink, and p*ss all over the floor. The interior itself was void of character & warmth. As a barista myself, this was a poor experience - 2 stars only for the decent hot chocolate.

Visited here Thursday 3rd November 2022. There was a long queue but did move quite quickly. Got a table ok. The coffees were really good and hot, Service was good, fruit loaf lovely. The other thing was my coffee was free as a birthday treat from Starbucks, well done

Very busy place, decent cup of coffee and bite to eat but your need to clear/clean the tables for incoming customers.

For starters they gave our drinks to someone Else,then remade them wrong,the toilets were scruffy and dirty To conclude we should of gone to Costa P.s: don’t go here it’s bad Pp.s: waste of £7.70 for two hot drinks Next time. Go to Costa

Was so looking forward to a pumpkin spice latte. As soon as you walked in it smelt of sour milk. But we carried on the staff however where very friendly. Unfortunately the place let them down. It wasn’t very clean. The drink was ok but because of the smell of sour milk couldn’t finish it. We also had a sausage cob. But the cob was warm and hard and the sausage was just warm. It’s a busy shop so wasn’t worth complaining about. This is not my first experience of Starbucks but It will be my last.

Currently sat waiting for a coffee, been here 20 minutes now. It’s not overly busy, only two people in the cue before us. The problem is the workshy staff. 7 staff in the building only two are working! Sort it out

The first server that took my order was friendly, however the 4 or 5 times I've used this Starbucks in the past 18 months I've only been given the correct drink once - and that's not an exaggeration. Today I decided to take my drink back because I'm not one that likes complaining, and while the first staff member was really apologetic and helpful, I then had a different member of staff (Ashleigh) that came to me to try and tell me that I was given the correct drink and that I'd left it too long to come back and question it...and then after showing them the payment notification on my phone so they could see I'd just walked to my car and then back to the store when I realised it, the staff member just walked off until they came back with my drink. I might be profoundly deaf, but I can lip read and tell when someone is being rude, and I know the difference between cookies and cream and peanut butter cup....

awful asked for 2 cups of tea got paper cups with tea bag in £4.40 tables all dirty tea tasted awful

Visited on a Sunday when the dish washer machine was broken (no-one heard of washing stuff in a sink), could only provide paper cups and why not, made the best of what they could do and did a great job.

We love the shopping centre and usually have lunch here but this Starbucks is always rubbish. The staff are rude and on this occasion the young woman was very curt and unhelpful. The coffee luke warm and the muffin thrown into a paper bag. The tables need clearing but instead of doing it the staff 4-5 of them were stood round gossiping.

Been here before and went today Bank Holiday Monday 27th May 2019 and it was very disappointing. Large queue with only 2 staff on the counter. had to have plastic cups as the dishwasher had broke down, i hate plastic cups and found the coffee was not as expected. Tables were not getting cleared very fast also, Will have to be Costa round the corner on our next visit Also only one toilet is a joke

Whilst shopping we wanted a coffee - as you do. Walked past costa as the queue was huge so went to Starbucks. Staff were rude, chatting amongst themselves and not one looked at any customers. Tables were not being emptied. I know it was Saturday and it was busy but I don’t think that is an excuse. Coffee was average and hot chocolate was missing chocolate. Didn’t feel like we could take them back especially as the queue got bigger and busier

Always busy in this small Starbucks but the flat whites never fail, they are good quality drinks that look the part. The egg sandwich was a little bit boring in taste, the bread was beautifully fresh and my son's salad much better value and looked a treat. Only criticism is that toilet facilities are limited to the one loo which sometimes leads to a queue.

So came for the drive in movie night. The event organisers advertise that Starbucks are open later for the event. But heres the thing they are only serving drinks to take away. Four members of staff on no food on sale and take out only???? Missed a trick her I think??

I don't think I've ever used any Starbucks that wasn't busy! This store is always busy, but the staff are lively, lovely, professional and friendly. I've always had a lovely hot beverage here - whatever I have ordered. It's just what you need when out shopping, a place to chill out and 'people-watch' ... I find it rather amusing to see the back row of seats being used like an office - every other table has a lap-top set up on it... but it is a nice place to go for a reviving, lovely cuppa! :)

I cannot praise this Starbucks highly enough. I always have a good visit and my beverage is always delicious here but on this occasion especially I was super impressed. I decided that after not only receiving bad news the day before but also the day of my aunties funeral I needed some time alone. I love coffee especially Starbucks so decided to visit my local store just to clear my head. I ordered a large Pumpkin Spice and cookie cake and asked if I could borrow a pen, I had paperwork to do and forgot a pen and the kind girl behind found one I could borrow. My coffee was quick and the right temperature made by Charlotte. The store has a lovely environment and I enjoy sitting in here even without company. A lady called Carla took away my cup and plate and when I was talking to her I said I was going to get another when the queue died down. She then informed me that I could get table service for my second coffee with my Starbucks card so she went and ordered me another Pumpkin Spice. Another girl came back with it who actually should have been on her break and then I paid for it, which I think is just brilliant, dedicated to not only her job but to helping her team. After a few minutes, Carla came back and asked if I'd received my drink and if I was satisfied. I really needed to feel looked after today and I cannot praise the whole of the team that was working during my visit. I was there was approximately two hours and received friendly and efficient service. I received a lovely smile from a lady called Laura especially needed when I have been feeling low. A bonus is that the coffee is also lovely too! I really wish I remembered that other girl's name but I have also sent the same review to Starbucks so they can praise the staff for their excellent service.

Este se encuentra en la parte frontal del centro comercial, es relativamente grande por dentro, pero siempre hay una larga cola. Siempre muy bien abastecido un montón de tartas y bocadillos para elegir. La razón no es una cola es que es muy lento y desorganizado. Parece que no tienen el fin de que los otros sitios que tengan, así que esperar siglos para bebidas.Necesitan limpiar las mesas es un verdadero problema mío.

Fácil de encontrar, media taza de café y extremadamente caro y el servicio es lento. Tuvimos que esperar unos 10 - 15 minutos para un panini y la orden vinieron todos en bits, así que algunos de nosotros habíamos terminado antes que otros dieron la suya.

A menudo nos llaman aquí café cuando en el cruce 28. Hoy compramos café y sándwiches tostados de jamón y queso. Los cafés estaban bien, pero creo que el calificar como el peor tostados que he tenido. Muy caro para el tamaño; anémicos buscando; algunos quesos espantosa mushing en el medio y queso rallado que no habíamos derretido. Las hamburguesas estaban frías más allá de la primera pieza de pan. El personal más madura muy agradable y servicial: otros personal podría aprender de ellos.

Ya sabes el tipo con la calidad de café Starbucks y está siempre aquí.

Bien ubicado. . El centro de outlet. . Pero como dice el refrán, otras cafeterías están disponibles!

Went today with husband, daughter and granddaughter, exceptional decaffeinated Americans, gorgeous light Blueberry Muffins. Regular visitors will be calling back soon. Molten Hot Chocolate a delight too ❤️

Coffee when it finally attired was standard Starbucks Coffee.It was fairly busy with order after order being taken - 6 members of staff behind the counter with only 1 making coffee.Long, long waitfor coffee to arrive - message to Leanne - if you are as unhappy in your job as your attitude would suggest, maybe you should change your job.

Service was slow. Workers in back talking and one cashier taking orders. Shared men's/woman's toilet needed cleaning. Drinks and food were good and a nice atmosphere in restaurant

A bit slow and seemed like no one was really in charge. Staff pleasant enough but not looking for a wait in a long queue.

Very slow service. Food items, sandwhiches etc..., not labled with the price. Barrista not used incorrect name when handing over a coffee, seemed blaming the customer for mis-spelling the name... microwaved panini not great.

Always enjoy a visit to Starbucks although must say prefer Costa Coffee since not able to drink caffeinated drinks

Called in here today Sunday 3rd Sept 2016. Time was 10.00 and it was not very bus at all. Was quickly served and the Latte was very nice, hot and creamy, the fruit bread was also nice.Only downside the place is quite dark and not very well laid out.with tables too close to each other. Bit dearer than Costa but coffee was nicer.Staff were quite friendly.

When I go to macarthur glen I always pop here as I find the staff are very nice And go out of their way to get the order right I enjoy the coffee frappuccinos but only if very think And unlike some other starbucks they don't look at me as though I'm speaking another language when I ask for that

Ordered a latte, tea and a toasted fruit loaf slice. Besides the staff being painfully slow at serving, they are even slower at making drinks etc. All three items came out at three different intervals and all 5 mins apart. The tea mug was half full of hot water. Come on guys, your not studying quantum physics. You're only serving a bit food and drink. Get your act together.

We called in for a coffee and a bit to eat before the shops open although the sausage cob was very tasty and coffee was nice I did not find the place its self a nice place to sit and relax with a nice cup of coffee. It felt cold and uninviting and did not encourage me to say for a second drink with I would normally do.

There are other coffee chains at this location and this one loses out in terms of being cramped & tables left uncleared. Usual Starbucks menu which is fine

made a change and had filter coffee instead of watery americano, just wish coffee shops would learn how to make a lungo with their fancy gaggia machines instead of just selling the same old drinks.very large mugs though and compared to other coffee shops better value.hot choc with cream went down well also

I nipped in for a quick coffee while shopping, I go to a lot of Starbucks in the Derby area and have never been to one so disorganised it is busy but this is be expected in this busy shopping area, and it did have a lot of staff on its needs leadership which was not on show on this day all was running round not getting anything done with people having had there order taken loads of people standing around waiting for coffee,now I know proper coffee and all takes time but I go the the star bucks at little eaton and this is very busy in the mornings but staff work together and get the orders out. Team work which I'm sorry to say was not happening at MacArthur glen, they need sort this out because it has put me off I will go to another famous coffee shop mentioning no names next time I Go shopping

I visited Starbucks at MacArthur Glenn today with a friend. I ordered a hot chocolate and a bottle of water and I was told to wait at the end of the counter for the chocolate. I waited behind a man who was served his drinks and went to sit down. A young blond girl then proceeded to make a hot chocolate and put it on the counter I picked this up and went to join my friend, I took a coupe of sips and put the mug on the table a couple of minutes later the blond girl who had served me turned up at the table picked my chocolate up and plonked another mug down she said "this is not yours it's a triple hot chocolate you didn't pay for this" and walked off with the mug I had taken a drink from, no excuse me in fact no manners at all. I have never known anyone working in a customer based environment be so rude. Your staff need re-training Starbucks!

The sun was shining the shop was quite great ..I'll nip in for a quick latte ...my mistake from the young girl who reluctantly took my order without any eye contact what so ever to the final passing me my coffee it felt more like a trip to the dentist the fact that when I entered there was more people behind the counter than waiting to be served the staff had no interaction with the customer and where far to interested in chatting between themselves but for the two people who where not even in the building when I ordered to be drinking there coffee before me ....well I'll leave it there woeful!!!!!

The really good thing is that there's "nothing to report". Nothing went wrong. The place was clean & warm, service was effective, staff were appropriately friendly. I don't really know what they could have done better.

Great coffee as usual! Great service as usual. Pretty much a standard Starbucks coffee shop! Which is good.

Great service and free drinks as there is a gold card offer on at the moment. Place was nice and clean and the staff seemed happy enough.

Coffee was good as usual and I enjoyed the almond croissant and the staff were quite helpful.It was let down by the place which needed some TLC. The floor had bits on it, the toilet needed cleaning and the toilet door squeaked.

The staff are friendly. The food and coffee is great!!! There is not much more to say besides its great!!

Been several times to this particular Starbucks. All positive experiences! Last night we both tried new drinks to which we didn't enjoy and the barista came offer and offered us a different choice of drink as she knew we didn't like our first choice. Great service!

I'd been several months ago and felt the staff didn't listen but went last week and was very impressedThe male staff member helped me with my star buck app and chatted happily A female staff member was very pleasant when she brought our food out and chatted and seemed happy in her job A credit to Starbucks

Visited here today and was about to ask about topping up my starbucks card with my debit card to find that the payment was being demanded for the drinks I had ordered fromThe over zealous staff. This has meant that I missed out on another 2 stars to retain my gold status. Store itself was clean. Drinks were good.

Same as most Starbucks we go too. Good value, good staff and clean seating area! The staff are always fantastic and are a credit to the company! Will keep returning!

I visited today and ordered coffee and toast. Unfortunately, the toast never arrived and when I asked staff 20 mins later I was asked 'well do ya want it now?'. I politely declined and asked for a refund instead. No hint of an apology from staff. Will go to Costa next time.

Go most mornings for a coffee , the staff are always smiling and helpful and the service is very fast . Good start to the morning and always a pleasure to call in and pick up my morning coffee

Not a good start, my daughter had to repeat the order several times and we still got the wrong order- hot choc instead of espresso.No hazelnut syrup. I ordered fruit loaf- the butter was rock hard and there were no knives (what the hell!)I had to melt my butter between the two slices of fruit loaf and spread the butter and jam with a teaspoon.Food was reasonable. Drinks OK but my espresso coffee tasted somewhat burnt and not rich and smooth.More attention needed in the management of the back of shop with ordering etc...Starbucks not my choice of cafe- I'm Italian and can do a lot better at home with my Lavazza!

Came here as a last stop after shopping for a coffee. On walking into the shop there was a strong smell of sour milk, I ordered a latte and 2hot chocolates with cream and Marshmallows. Drinks were very quick and efficient however when drinks were mixed up in orders my own then the lady behind me came out. One member of staff was more interested in greeting her friend in a loud manner. A lady asked for a knife to spread some butter and the member of staff simply said we don't have any. Why not go look for one after all she's a paying customer and can't spread butter with a fork!!I asked for the marshmallows I was told we don't do marshmallows. Why wasn't this said when I ordered my drink when I asked for them? Went to go find some chocolate for the cream on my drink...everything needed refilling. Sure it was just a busy day and lack of communication.

Nipped in for s coffee fix normally a Costa Coffe but it was raining and this was the first plus in a rush. The service was fast and friendly, not long wait for the drink and got a table with no problem. Nice cup of coffee did the trick

Haven't been in a Starbucks for a very long time. Managed to get two of my pet hates. Food served on top of the napkin and plastic cutlery! I'm not a kid or a danger to other patrons. Coffee and raspberry and coconut cake ok
