Amazing food and a great place to sit and chill out

First time visitor, came highly recommended. Had the one piece and fries - simply can't fault it. Hot and tasty chicken, freshly cooked fries. Less than 3 quid. Belter.

This branch shut many months ago but is somehow still marked as open and I can't seem to edit it (and it does'nt seem like kfc cares that much either with their dodgy automated responses)

First visit whilst in Glasgow today. Food was excellent and well presented. Brownie’s and cookies to take home with us.

Closed now and thank god for that it was a tip and the food was crap and the staff were worse. New one opened in Hanley town centre now for those who are interested across from Poundland

Great bar, great bar staff, cheap drinks

The chicken smelt like fish. The gravy was orange and curry-like. Not a nice experience

waited almost 2 hrs for my order ended up throwing it out everyone that was waiting had fallen asleep it came at after 11 pm what a complete waste of money

The pricing at this place is really misleading. The prices displayed on the menu don’t include VAT, so when the bill comes, it’s higher than expected. This is really frustrating and feels deceptive—customers should know exactly what they’ll be paying, including all charges, upfront. See the picture of the bill for reference. To make matters worse, they don’t even honor discounts through the app because they’re not a participating location. This makes the whole app promotion feel pointless and misleading. It’s frustrating to think you're getting a deal, only to find out the restaurant isn’t even part of the offer. The lack of transparency with pricing and the useless app deals really made me feel like I was being misled.

Nice n fresh food and friendly staff

Delivery time went back from stated time at ordering. Courier was waiting for my order for what seemed a long time. I had to microwave my food when it arrived as it was cold.

Staff were really nice but the place was so dirty menus on the table sticky and covered in drink stains and there was a horrible smell, ladies toilets were disgusting one door completely off the hinges propped against the wall, another cubicle with no toilet roll and door didn't lock, and the last cubicle door did not lock either! Only stopped for a couple of drinks but if they served food I would not of eaten there.

Food and ambience was great! Domingo served us and gave us a complimentary champagne for our anniversary celebration.
