Chips had no flavour unfortunately :( ruined the meal experience

Don’t know what the driver was doing - I saw him drive past my house and stop at the other side of town for maybe 15 minutes

Arrival time kept increasing. Food when arrived wasn’t the warmest.

it took over 40 mins to do the order and delivery, there were chips missing, obviously the driver got a bit peckish and helped himself and it was cold when delivered. it would have quicker to go and collect order myself, then I wouldn't have had to reheat the food

Courier was very nice, arrived about 10 minutes earlier than expected and food was far fresher than I expected it to be. It was also delicious!

Before I ordered delivery time was max of 25 minutes as soon as my order was paid for it changed to 40 minutes finally turned up after 55 minutes. Its supposed to be fast food I could have cooked myself something quicker

The burger patties and hot wings were fried a bit too much, it tasted like we had burnt food. The burger wasn't edible and we had to bin it.

The food was hot & tasty. I would like to thank the young lady who warned us about the ridiculous parking rules in place at this outlet....after 9pm you are allowed 30mins parking. After this you are liable to a £80 fine. The car park is covered by cameras. BE AWARE!

pre ordered for a specific time and delivered too early unhappy due to children wanting different things hence the pre ordered time vert dissatisfied

Food not as ordered. Missing the chicken pieces. Main part of a kfc. 2 small beans for 1 large does not equal the same amount. And chips soggy and cold. Gravy runny. Awful! Half a meal and what we had was not great.

Rude delivery driver, was asking me to wait outside so I did in the cold for ages before he turned up then kept messaging me ‘??’ Repeatedly. Never have I had a delivery driver not want to even get out of his car

After several attempts, I finally got an order delivered. but once I received my order, one of the gravy pots was open and went all over the food and packaging. leaving a very big mess!

Food arrived hot. Minus the corn on the cob. Asked for large beans got two small beans which im not even bothered about. But lack of juice in beans with the small tubs. And got gravy which i didnt ask for😀 but least they remembered the 4 dips

my initial order was not delivered, even though i had message stating it had. i reordered and the 2nd one arrived BUT i have not been refunded the initial order as yet and no correspondance as yet informing me what is happening. shocking service

Was missing 1.5L bottle of Tango. Impressed the food was so warm after travelling so far, just disappointing that the bottle of juice that was supposed to be included was missing

When food was ordered at 6.53pm. Delivery time was no later then 7.30pm. Then that time changed again to no later then 8.05pm BUT again changed to 8.30pm. Food was barely warm and I had to warm it up in the microwave.. I find it very frustrating that the delivery time is never accurate.. I understand that when it is busy this can happen. But when people order food delivery time is big indicator. Tonight's experience was terrible

Always missing food from deliveries. Staff obviously do not pack properly and check before handing to driver. Completely ruins customers meals and wastes our money.

Never get the order right missing an entire burger most recently. Sort your staff out

no issues with delivery or just eat - kfc though popcorn chicken was dry, chips were soggy and order note was ignored.

As KFCs go, quality can be hit and miss, but this was bang on. Fresh hot food, clean dining area, fast service.

The order time states 15 to 20 mins but this simpke order took over an hour and its wrong hiw ridiculous really

Staff not interested at all very rude and ignore you. Floor was greesy I'm disabled and had to walk barefoot as the floor was too slippery. Someone said it was rain it's not rain there's no water on the floor everyone was sliding even fully abled people (i walk with a walking aid in had to leave holding onto my husband and barefoot). Food was ok not great drink missed so had to go back for it. Tables dirty toilets disgusting and told cleaner didn't come today. Poor service and others saying the same maybe it needs reporting to environmental.

Food was tasty, not keen on the chips seasoning though, and there was no ice creams. The Milkybar Shake and the Aero Mint shakes were not very nice. Chicken always tasty. Atmosphere was okay Few tables needed clearing, eventually cleared

Horrible place, not for humans anyway. Understaffed, all bins full, all tables greasy and dirty, pieces of food on the floor and under the tables. I've asked a member of staff to give me a wet rag to wipe the table I wanted to seat with my family, but he came and did it, just a wet rag, no antibac or any cleaning spray. It's absolutely gross for a restaurant in the 21st century from a country that helps other countries to develop. The big chains of restaurants need to get more staff. I could only see 3 staff members in a Sunday afternoon, shocking.

Excellent service from Emily R. Food was excellent. Definitely be back! Use app to win food. Pleasantly surprised. Asked for extra mayo and lettuce on burgers and they definitely gave me extra lettuce and mayo. Well done.

Nothing wrong with KFC or the staff members. The delivery driver took order to the wrong house, was rude and put the phone down on me. Next time i'll just walk.

We went on your app and was advised delivery time was 15mins to half an hour. Once our order and payment went through this changed to 1 hour to 1 hour 15 mins. It arrived after 55 mins but you should be more honest about your delivery times

Ordered our meal to be brought to the table, when he brought it the guy was eating and every time I looked up he was eating, if you want to eat then that's ok, but don't eat while serving customers. The skin on the chicken was dry, not your usual moist KFC. I ordered a shake and it was so watery and did actually taste like thawed crushed ice with bits of chocolate in it. The floor was also very sticky. All in all, if the one star is for anything it was that the food was actually hot

Terrible service, how can you deliver food to the wrong address. How hard is it to read a number and happily still take money off the customer.

got a message saying it would be ready at 6:30, changed to 6:50, no biggie, its a Saturday evening. what I can't tolerate is 2 pieces of missing chicken from a chicken based big chain restaurant. Sort yourselves out!

Unfortunately i didn't enjoy the meal and i think it is overpriced for what it is. I had Vegan burger, only ate it because i paid £4 not because i enjoyed it. But this is my personal view maybe others like it...

Who knows how late, who knows when thr driver was even at restaurant. Food is cold even though app claimed delivery driver was waiting for it to be prepared not 10 mins ago. When app opened to track order driver was at another address order over 30£ extremely upset. Happy to provide screenshots of everything.

I ordered mighty 'bucket' and food arrived in paper bag, all mixed together with chips, which spilled. shall I report a 'bucket' missing?

We had a large order of 500 pieces of chicken and the staff here did an amazing job and had it all out on time. Very friendly staff as well.

chicken was to hot spicy and very salty ,the cold slaw was terrible all in all a waste of money oh and how come the beans in tubs have got so small one spoon and its all gone .
