KFC in Worcester

Went through the drive though today and was helped by Mandy, she was lovely, very helpful and always gives service with a smile!

Always missing food from deliveries. Staff obviously do not pack properly and check before handing to driver. Completely ruins customers meals and wastes our money.

Never get the order right missing an entire burger most recently. Sort your staff out

As KFCs go, quality can be hit and miss, but this was bang on. Fresh hot food, clean dining area, fast service.

Staff not interested at all very rude and ignore you. Floor was greesy I'm disabled and had to walk barefoot as the floor was too slippery. Someone said it was rain it's not rain there's no water on the floor everyone was sliding even fully abled people (i walk with a walking aid in had to leave holding onto my husband and barefoot). Food was ok not great drink missed so had to go back for it. Tables dirty toilets disgusting and told cleaner didn't come today. Poor service and others saying the same maybe it needs reporting to environmental.

The best I've had over the years the hottest my food is ever been if only this could happen every time I order I would be very happy as the hot and my food the better I don't like cold food

Food was tasty, not keen on the chips seasoning though, and there was no ice creams. The Milkybar Shake and the Aero Mint shakes were not very nice. Chicken always tasty. Atmosphere was okay Few tables needed clearing, eventually cleared

Horrible place, not for humans anyway. Understaffed, all bins full, all tables greasy and dirty, pieces of food on the floor and under the tables. I've asked a member of staff to give me a wet rag to wipe the table I wanted to seat with my family, but he came and did it, just a wet rag, no antibac or any cleaning spray. It's absolutely gross for a restaurant in the 21st century from a country that helps other countries to develop. The big chains of restaurants need to get more staff. I could only see 3 staff members in a Sunday afternoon, shocking.

Excellent service from Emily R. Food was excellent. Definitely be back! Use app to win food. Pleasantly surprised. Asked for extra mayo and lettuce on burgers and they definitely gave me extra lettuce and mayo. Well done.

Didn't Receive Can Of Pepsi Which I Ordered

Nothing wrong with KFC or the staff members. The delivery driver took order to the wrong house, was rude and put the phone down on me. Next time i'll just walk.

We went on your app and was advised delivery time was 15mins to half an hour. Once our order and payment went through this changed to 1 hour to 1 hour 15 mins. It arrived after 55 mins but you should be more honest about your delivery times

Ordered our meal to be brought to the table, when he brought it the guy was eating and every time I looked up he was eating, if you want to eat then that's ok, but don't eat while serving customers. The skin on the chicken was dry, not your usual moist KFC. I ordered a shake and it was so watery and did actually taste like thawed crushed ice with bits of chocolate in it. The floor was also very sticky. All in all, if the one star is for anything it was that the food was actually hot

got a message saying it would be ready at 6:30, changed to 6:50, no biggie, its a Saturday evening. what I can't tolerate is 2 pieces of missing chicken from a chicken based big chain restaurant. Sort yourselves out!

Unfortunately i didn't enjoy the meal and i think it is overpriced for what it is. I had Vegan burger, only ate it because i paid £4 not because i enjoyed it. But this is my personal view maybe others like it...

Who knows how late, who knows when thr driver was even at restaurant. Food is cold even though app claimed delivery driver was waiting for it to be prepared not 10 mins ago. When app opened to track order driver was at another address order over 30£ extremely upset. Happy to provide screenshots of everything.

We had a large order of 500 pieces of chicken and the staff here did an amazing job and had it all out on time. Very friendly staff as well.

chicken was to hot spicy and very salty ,the cold slaw was terrible all in all a waste of money oh and how come the beans in tubs have got so small one spoon and its all gone .

burgers sqaushed and fell out of the box in the bags going everywhere, fries soggy and cold, chicken burnt and inedible. probably the worst takeaway I've ever had. and the delivery driver was throwing the orders in his car about and was grumpy blunt.

Shame about the service, went to the drive through mid-afternoon Saturday, not busy but had to wait more than 10minutes - dont start cooking when you serve the last piece - get plenty ready ' fast food'.

This place is shocking, ordered a couple of times now and either delivered the wrong thing or items missing. Only ordered tonight as the KFC on nunnery way weren't taking on orders. Never had an issues with the Nunnery Way store but the Elgar store seem to be beyond useless. Suggest they get help from the other store on how to read orders.

The driver was very kind and very polite i thank them for their service and i hope they will be getting a promotion.

Overall the food received was tasty, just a shame they got the order very wrong. Wrong drinks, wrong ice creams and the store AC is set to arctic. Not a great experience for a first time in a KFC

Called in and went through the drive through they took my order for two meals and was told to park up and my order would be a couple of minutes. After twenty minutes my wife had to go in only to be told that they were waiting for fry’s to cook.my wife pointed out that about four people got their meals before us and was told they ordered theirs for collection.another ten minutes passed and we got our food only after driving off the forgot our drinks.avoid at all cost they useless they didn’t give a dam the we were there for half an hour 😡

Food was lush too be fair, but what stood out most was the lovely young lady behind the till.. we came in yesterday and she was so friendly, confident in helping assist us in every way and went the extra mile with my fussy little girl who wanted ice cream but wasn't sure on sauce! She really is an asset too the team there! So thank you very much.

Avoid like the plague!!!! I went here on 22nd May for food. I was inside eating for 42 mins. I now have a £60 parking fine! Digustung! I will never ever return. Food out of my families mouths! SHAME ON YOU KFC !!!

Food portions have shrunk so much -£16 for pictured food. The bathroom is dirty with empty toilet rolls and toilet paper strewn on the floor. The taps aren't timed so you manualy have to hold it open to get water, leaving you to wash your hands... with only one hand free at a time... the food itself was fine apart from the fries which tasted a bit off

Ordered three box meals. Got a bag with all contents of three boxes jumbled together! Had to relook up menus to find out who had what. Had extra of one item and another that wasn't on menu. Not one staff member smiled once. Didn't even want to check ticket to make sure we were collecting correct order! Could've help ourselves to anything?

Ordered an extra 2 pieces of chicken fo almost £5 and got 2 chicken wings that were size of a housefly. Rip off for that money.

Customer service is appalling. They will acknowledge that your at the till waiting to order but will just look at you for half hour before someone takes your order. None of the employees smile.

As a TL at a different KFC I know it’s nice to share positive results with the team and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience here. I came in on the 1/4/24 on the evening shift and everything was perfect. The lobby was clean, toilets were clean, staff was friendly, food was hot and service was quick. The gravy was amazing so hats off to who was on sides! I customised my order and it was all great. Well done team! We ate in the car and as I was talking to my partner about the food and service a rainbow came out. Little pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!
