Keystones Cocktail Club in Worcester

We did the cocktail masterclass as a surpise for my best friends 30th- it was amazing! The service from booking to the event itself was way better than we anticipated and couldn’t have asked for more. The room was organised and set up for us, the additional games were a big hit! The three hosts were fantastic. Thanks again!

I have visited Keystones on various occasions whilst out socialising in Worcester and I have to say, I have been left increasingly disappointed every single time. Firstly, the ever-increasing entry fee is becoming extortionate - they now charge £7 for the pleasure of stepping foot on their property. Next, you are then greeted by rude and obnoxious staff who seem to take offence at the fact you have asked them for a drink. They then slam you with a hefty bar bill - £9.50 for a double vodka + lemonade!? That's £16.50 down the drain for the price of entry and one drink... you get the picture. They don't play any music that wasn't released within the last ten years and to top it off, the sticky floors make you feel like you're wading through treacle. Not for me.

Expect the same tunes on repeat circa 2008. Overpriced drinks. Nobody dances everyone just stands around. Just overall cringefest 1/10

Cocktails tasted like something you would buy from a supermarket, overly sweet, lacking alcohol and totally unauthentic in presentation. 2 for £10 happy hour, glad we did not pay full price for these lame cocktails

My friend and I both had the Cosmo, but I will not recommend it because we both threw up.

Music is always off the chain! Enough space to dance. Local to the nearby Travelodge. Good vibe. Love the 2 for £10 cocktails!

Used to be a decent venue on a night out, but nowadays they just let anyone in, and they charge an entry fee! Last went in a month ago and saw three separate altercations. Also, £9.50 for a Double Vodka & Lemonade?! No thanks. This is Worcester, not London.

Drinks took a long time and had one girl cleaning tables who also doubled up as the DJ playing an awful selection of music.

Willow was amazing and was very knowledgeable with drinks and fast with serving them, excellent at playing guess who games, deserve a pay rise,

Went out for a friend's birthday and got the booth which is our groups own bar. It was a good night out and we were served by Willow who delivered good service and I rated her energy!

we had the BEST night at keystones celebrating a birthday. the tunes were great, the vibes were ace, and reign was the coolest bartender we’ve ever had!! literally nothing was too much trouble! we’ll definitely be back soon.

Very empty but was a Wednesday evening, chose to drink outside on the street where there was a nice atmosphere from the neighbouring bars, friendly staff happy to make recommendations to us and appeared to serve some food, did smell like a cheap sticky club inside though

Disgusting to charge £6.50 for a coke might as well drank a beer. Don’t know how you can justify this price. I am sure if I asked for tap water it would have been at least a fiver

Sticky floor, 2 for £10 on cocktails🍹🍸 with what tasted like a shortcoming of alcohol. Decent music and atmosphere but probably not the best showcase 🌃 on a Wednesday night. I am an old git so please take that into account 🤣 Bar staff were friendly, service was a little slow. It was ok 🍸👍🍻🍺

I was absolutely hammered when I got here, but from what I can clearly remember, Keystones is a kind of super funky wine vault which is super unique. The music was great too and the bar staff are super sweet and looked amazing! The only thing is I'm pretty sure I ordered a Margarita but that was most definitely NOT a Margarita, it was vile. Maybe I'll stick to the G&Ts next time!

Repeatedly tried to confirm a cocktail making master class No one picks up the phone, have now given up and booked AllBarOne Really surprised with the poor customer service when I’m trying to pay them money

Music was slightly too loud considering how quite it was inside, drinks were okay a bit steep but overall a good experience

Connah and Kris were amazing and so accommodating on the hen do we had booked here. We loved the atmosphere and the friendliness of them both, would definitely recommend anyone to book with them

This place is always the armpit of the night. It stinks and no one really wants to be there.

Absolute joke of a place. Put an order in for 3 cocktails via the QR code, drinks never arrived. Asked countless bar staff and they said drinks would be made shortly, they had a problem with ingredients. Trying to claim £25 back as drinks never arrived and have been charged.

Would not recommend the cocktail sessions at Keystones. You constantly feel like the staff are clock watching. You barely get the opportunity to make your own cocktails. Prices are crazy for what they offer. This was our second class we had ever done in a group booking and it was a massive let down compared to the first. We will not be returning again. We left as soon as the class ended and went elsewhere.

Drinks are some of the best in Worcester. Some of the best music as well which is a bonus.

Had a cocktail masterclass here yesterday! Barbra was great with teaching me the makings of the cocktails, really informative and great fun - would definitely recommend, great value for money too!

We came to the cocktail masterclass as a group of 4 and our bartender Max gave us one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. He was fun, informative and really matched our energy at every point. Would recommend to anyone

We had a cocktail Masterclass for 12 of us in a joint birthday bash, and it was brilliant- Anya and max did a fantastic job, had great energy and got all of us up and mixing- who doesn’t love some friendly competition! Thanks again Anya- we’ll definitely be back

UPDATED (see below) My friend booked to come in at 23:00 tonight it is now 23:19 5 degrees and were waiting in the normal queue to get in, if you book you should be able to come on the time specified. Just want to update, this was a mistake of someone on the door, Keystones later resolved the issue and got us a table, so very happy with how it was resolved.
