Had an amazing meal with my 84 year old Mum in the sun outside on the terrace. Dani who worked there was amazing she showed us how to get to the DLR to go see Abba. She was over and above helpful. All the staff were great but Dani was top notch! Outstanding customer service

Excellent staff, and excellent food. The atmosphere was great, especially since we got to capture the sunset, which was stunning. The food was also great, and drinks were too. We ordered the lobster, which is great for sharing, if you are planning on bringing your family. Great experience overall, 6.5/10.

Terrible experience and so upsetting as I had friends from NZ visiting. They brought the wrong food over 3 times When they brought a wrong dessert over they said one of could have it on the house and insisted at the end we pay for it. They had no idea what we ordered. They made my friends pay for an extra meal when it was a sharing meal. This was communicated clearly to them before ordering. They made us pay for this too. Shocking service. I had to ask where my meal was. So many brilliant restaurants in Canary Wharf but this was terrible even with the live music!!!

Going to the o2 for a concert in the evening myself and my daughter wanted to try the experience here as we were staying around the corner , originally had booked for 3.30 on the Saturday afternoon we were an hour early so went up to front of house and asked if they had any availability , the lady was quite dissmissive n said none whatsoever but we’re welcome to get a drink at bar which we did , whilst walking through noticed a few tables for two empty so decided to look online to see availalibilty , there was a table for two available at 2.45 . So proceeded to book it , went upto front of house another lady greeted us n we got seated, I really do believe she couldn’t be asked to look , not very good for front of house for sure , the food we had was ok , we asked tge waiter for drinks halfway through our meal , they never appeared , neither ordered either , so when the lady brought us the bill I took off service charge which she then asked why? I told her about drinks n getting table and she couldn’t apologise enough , however far from it being her fault the service we had from start and during was very very poor …. I’ve used Covent Garden many times but will not go back to Canary Wharf in a hurry for sure very poor service which I’m not the only one either to mention it , it really spoilt our afternoon as the tickets for show was a birthday gift and the big easy was also part of the celebration, certainly put a damp sponge on the day for sure n won’t be returning , at least one half of the celebrations I really enjoyed .. the show , future patrons to here please don’t expect a amazing experience …. You will be disappointed

Visited Big Easy last night with my Husband. Our table wasn't ready so we went to the bar to get a drink. My Husband ordered a pint of Budweiser and it was completely flat and tasted horrible. He went back to the bar to change it which they did. The food was not very hot when it arrived and my ribs were very dry and to be honest not worth the money! On the way out I decided I would pop to the ladies toilets. Every toilet was blocked and nearly overflowing. This was only 6pm so really not good. Overall we were very disappointed with our visit and will certainly not be recommending this restaurant to any of our friends.

Adjacent to the roof garden it's a vibrant restaurant and bar, seating inside and out. We had drinks, good atmosphere and very busy. If you want to eat suggest you reserve a table There are lifts and escalators to all levels

The 2 for 1 drinks deal is good value, however the food is overpriced mass produced. The restaurant itself is nicely located through the Crossrail Gardens above Canary Wharf. The room was bathed in evening sunshine. The waiter who was Romanian was very friendly and helpful. We ordered a sharer starter for £29 which had strangely some prawn crackers dotted amongst the wings, calamari, corn breads and prawns. The main courses half lobster with baby ribs was poor. The ribs were not properly slow cooked so were not falling of the bone as they should be. The lobster was overcooked an£ tasteless. The Cajun steak plate was overcooked despite asking for medium-rare. The burger was small and dry. Having been to the Covent Garden venue several times before we were disappointed and will no5 return. On another note staff using the male toilets were not washing their hands before returning to the restaurant. This is not hygienic.

Always such a great experience, the vibe is super relaxed and the American country music is spot on. The food is incredibly tasty and such great value for money, especially located in the hub Canary Wharf. Our waitress Sonia was very helpful and couldn’t have been more attentive! Looking forward to eating there again.

Four of us dined at this restaurant and it was a first time visit. Firstly, the portions were minuscule and everything came to the table lukewarm in temperature. We had 2 starters - southern fried chicken tenders (4 very small pieces of chicken) (£8.90) and crispy salt & pepper calamari, again a measly portion of 4, some of it being inedible (£9.90). As you can see, extortionate prices for such small dishes. Our main courses, brisket - 2 very thin, tough, dry and curled at the edges, it's never laid next to brisket (£21.50) - quite inedible. A FULL rack of baby back pork ribs, the tiniest portion you could imagine, 15cm in length (£23.90). These were also dry. 2 portions of COLD sweet potato fries (£6.20 each). These meals came with barbecued beans (horrible) and the menu said 'no substitutions'. Probably no-one likes them but you are unable to swap them for fries. Our friend's main courses were veggie burger which was dried out and tasteless (£16.90). Smokehouse burger, again very dry (£17.90). They both ordered a piña colada which came to the table minus the rum (£25). After attempting to eat this rubbish without complaining, although I could see the disappointment on our friends faces, I decided to go to the ladies restroom. 2 cubicles out of 4 were locked and the end 2 were filled to the brim with diarrhoea. It also stunk. The disabled toilet was my only other option but the door wouldn't lock so I gave up. These toilets should not have been open to the diners. On passing the bar, I mentioned how disgusting the toilets were to a member of staff. He mumbled something and went to look but I just sat down again, hoping to pay and get out as quickly as possible. If a restaurant's toilets are in such a poor state, I wondered what state the kitchen was in. The bill came to 'rip off' £80 per couple. Never, ever again will we go back. Such a disappointment.

We didn’t actually get to go here as they cancelled at the last minute, due to “technical issues!!!!”. We booked for our daughter’s 18th birthday ! What a total let down !

We ordered bottomless bbq. When I orderd more, I got a chicken wing and my guest got a burnt rib offering. We paid extra for bottomless drinks. Don't bother. We had two waiters put through 4 orders of drinks and actually got nothing. It was a birthday treat and they even forgot that. We got there early and stood at the bar for 30 MINUTES trying to order a drink. We gave that up and went to wait back outside. Thank you for spoiling my friend's 50 birthday. He travelled from Grimsby for this. And it was £170 for this privilege. All complaints at the time to 3 different staff seemed to fall on deaf ears.

First time since a year we decided to give another go for dinner. At the arrival the host seemed annoyed by their work and life. Had to wait a few minutes for second host to give a table while we had a booking. Also want to mention that had to call them up again as no confirmation email was sent to us. While we were taken to our table only one manager greeted us rest of the stuff around her were totally silent all the way. Probably she was new to the place. During order did mentioned that would like my soft drink without a straw as know they will deliver with it. Well my request been ignored and had to send back the straw. Starters were overcooked as well our main dishes also. Sides not except from it. While ordering out mains raised some questions of possibility to change the size of my meat for what I got the price which was not interested at all with a comment from waiter are you sure? Well that's not what I asked and didn't ask for the price of the food only the possibility to change it. We went out between our starters and mains for smoke and could see all the upset and annoyed faces of staff around. Even the host said bye whom we informed we just go out for smoke after she turned more annoyed as we responded to her. Portion of fries went down badly and cheese option is grated parmesan maybe in middle and have fun. Well that's not cheesy fries. Another round of sorts been ordered with same request no straws. And again been delivered with it. Well think it is difficult not to include any. Our runner when I handed over my straw just asked are you sure again. Well think so and also hoped that glasses are washed properly after those comments. Another issue was live music and sitting next to them. No one on earth informed us they will be at this time and it can be uncomfortable. Was very loud to us. After paying our bill with service charge and not making any fuss to ask for a manager and make a complaint no one said bye to us way out. More likely they were turning they annoyed heads around. Even made loud comments that I will say bye to myself which they did not even get it. So for £160 for 2 person with that food and experience would highly not recommend to go there. You can get same type of food in better quality and more friendly service from different places.

Had great expectations but was very disappointing. The Service was abysmal. The waiter , although very polite, got the order wrong, then forgot the drinks, then got the wrong drinks and for some reason, still unknown to me forgot the birthday even though they specifically asked whose birthday it was prior to sitting down, it was also highlighted in the reservation. The waiter continuously apologised and then said one of the mains was complimentary, but then went on to charge us and said he had made a mistake. Personally I think the waiter had a very poor understanding of English. On leaving the restaurant the manager was informed and was very apologetic and said she would look into it and revert. That never materialised. Shame as the restaurant setting and live music were very good.

I just left Big Easy and I've never been so disappointed. This place used to be our go-to spot for team lunches and dinners at Canary Wharf. I always recommended Big Easy to my friends if they ever came across one. However, today, it's disheartening to see the quality decline. I ordered a burger, which was disappointingly small in size. It didn't come with any chips and tasted more of BBQ sauce than its once flavorful BBQ taste. I wonder if the main owner sold this place to someone else or if the chef changed the recipe and opted for a smaller size without preserving its original flavor. I hope the owner reads this, and if there have been adjustments to the taste, I urge them to bring back its original taste and size. The cornbread was also a letdown; while I'm not a baker, whenever I visited Big Easy, the cornbread was always my favorite. Today, however, it left me disappointed. I doubt I'll be returning or recommending it anytime soon. I paid £52 for 2 burgers, a small calamari, and a single cup of cornbread. Was it worth it?"

I had a disappointing experience at Big Easy in Canary Wharf. The service felt lackluster, with a waiter who seemed disinterested, merely pointing to the menu when asked questions. The food was subpar, with burnt dishes and unappetizing chips that tasted like they were reheated. Despite being a table of six, we were only given four menus, and when we requested more, the waiter's attitude was less than accommodating. Overall, it was a frustrating and underwhelming dining experience. Wont be going back!!!

Firstly can i just say that it saddens me to write this review. However, what can i say about this experience! Other than unfortunately this is the LAST TIME i will visit this restaurant. Please tell me how you can advertise an unlimited bbq and bring out the items COLD not once but TWICE!. My husband and i were so disappointed in today. I had to send my plate back whilst actively saying that it was cold. I did however, apologise for sending the food back as it’s not something i like to do. To the waiters credit, he was extremely polite, apologised and took it away. Now, when the 2nd plate of food came, tell me why that was just as luke warm? In the end i asked the nice waiter for some boxes so that i could take the food home. As let me be clear, i was not leaving there £89+ down and leaving the food in the restaurant. So yes, i asked for boxes and I will heat the food up later and serve it AS IT SHOULD BE SERVED. I find it absolutely outrageous that a restaurant can brag about the bbq food they do and then serve it in the state it was served. BIG EASY you need to sort this out. I don’t know what you are doing back there when you cook? Are you just doing a load of food all at once and then just serving this as and when people come in? There needs to be an adequate way of keeping this food hot to serve to your customers. Either that or re think your methods. I just find it such an insult to serve food like this and then have the audacity to still charge £89. Suffice to say i will not be visiting this restaurant again.

We had a sharing platter between four and everything tasted of the same BBQ rub and weirdly gas/oil. The toilets were awful. Only two or the ten or in the ladies were working. Place felt dirty and sticky. Horrible experience.

It's perfect. Service is bad. Not one of the preferences is taken into account. If you're going with a group you want to talk to, this isn't the place to be! You can't hear each other because of the band playing loudly!! Not recommended!

We had retirement party at Big Easy Canary Wharf and everybody enjoyed themselves. Lovely Claudio helped us organise everything and nothing was too much of a trouble. Food was nice, atmosphere was superb and cocktails were lovely. Massive thank you for our superstar waitress Aysha (sorry if I spelt the name wrong), she worked her socks off with the big smile on her face. You are very lucky to have her in your team!

My friends and I dined here on a Sunday night (Easter Bank Hol weekend) having prebooked a table in advance via their website. The restaurant is well located in Canary Wharf and easy to find with plenty of other bars and leisure activities nearby. The interior decor is really nice and the restaurant had a pleasant / busy atmosphere. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and the service was very efficient. Our drinks and food arrived very quickly. We opted for the BBQ Blowout for the 3 of us and everything tasted delicious. The brisket and ribs in particular were excellent. Overall, we had a great experience and will happily return when in the Canary Wharf area.

First of all food was lovely However we had a few glitches :- My sweet potato fries didn’t arrive with my main, and me and my husband had to ask 3 more times before they arrived. By this point I had already eaten my burger. My son asked for a chocolate milkshake and a vanilla milkshake arrived. This was rectified without issue though. Overall the experience was ok however I wouldn’t rush back. The restaurant was extremely busy and it felt like the service had been diluted and we were forgotten about because of this.

Food was excellent but let down by the poor service. Not once were we asked if we'd like another drink or is everything OK with our meal , they didnt even clear the plates from the starters or the mains. 25 minutes passed after we had finished and in the end we had to find someone to get the bill. Shame as we enjoyed the food but staff attitudes let the place down

The service was so bad that I had enough time to sit here in the restaurant and write a review!! My reservation was at 6:45, but no one came to my table until I walked back to the front and told the hostess that I had been there for 30 minutes and no one had come to my table! There were two sets of couples sitting next to me. One couple mentioned that they had arrived just before me and all they had gotten was drinks. The other couple kept getting up to order their drinks at the bar (since when is the service at a bar with way more people more efficient in their streamline process that ordering from your waitress ) . My waitress came to my table a total of 4 times in almost 2 hours: to take my order, to pick up my plates twice, and to bring me my tab! She did not check on me, she didn’t actually bring me any water, nor did she ask if I would like something else to drink after I had finished my cocktails! I was literally waiting 30 minutes just to pay!! For £58, I should’ve just gone elsewhere!

Qualche giorno fa sono stato in questo magnifico locale con una veduta spettacolare!!! Mi hanno accolto con gentilezza, ma malgrado non sappia parlare benissimo l'inglese ci sono state inizialmente delle incomprensioni, così è uscito dalla cucina lo Chef Alessio, anche lui italiano che ha saputo ascoltare e gestire la situazione. Alessio mi ha consigliato un Ottima carne con una salsa speciale preparata dallo staff!!! Che dire rapporto qualità prezzo ottima! Sono rimasto felice del trattamento di tutti ma soprattutto dello Chef che ha saputo consigliare me e mia moglie come se ci conoscesse da una vita. Per questo siamo ritornati il giorno dopo per una bellissima cena con mia moglie!. Posto consigliatissimo ed affascinante! Grazie mille, baci dall'Italia.

This was my second visit here, and bought my granddaughter with me, but on this occasion I was sadly disappointed with my meal. I ordered what I think was called the "Prawn Basket" as I did on my first visit, this time the batter on the prawns had been changed and they were hard, dry and tough on the outside too the point of them being inedible. I did point this out to the manager who apologised and made an offer to put things right, she was very nice about it and bent over backwards, so thanks to her I would visit again. Chef Please change the batter back to what you used in December 2023, which was light, fluffy and edible. Thanks Hannah.

Me and my friend went for drinks, we felt uncomfortable so asked if there was an alternative exit to where the males were stood. A kind employee called Dish escorted us both to the lift so we didn’t feel alone or vulnerable, we were so grateful.

Here for birthday celebration - staff poor but food really good. Left us torn if we would visit again. Had the platter between four (2adults and 2children) couldn’t fault if but found the bed of nachos pointless. For mains one had lobster, one burger, chicken strips and one oven baked lobster pot. Again nothing really to fault- however let down by staff.

The large lobster at £44.50 is way overpriced for the size of the actual dish. And it was overcooked. Also, if you are lactose intolerant, every single main dish is off the menu for you. I had to order a starter and a side as my main meal.
