Fue anunciado como Le Madison en línea solo para que le dijeran durante una cola de 1 hora que Le Madison no existía y luego se habían quedado sin comida... los “gerentes” fueron groseros y no tenían respeto ni simpatía por alrededor de 50 personas que estaban haciendo cola afuera por un tiempo. No recomendaría a nadie

We visited yesterday with our two girls (15 &10) not a great experience and definitely won’t be back. It was very cold inside - my daughter ate her lunch in her coat as she was so cold, bacon burger was good and the sweet potato fries were too, prawn tacos were nice but we warned of you have any allergies as not all ingredients are listed on the menu. Luckily my daughter likes feta but it wasn’t mentioned at all! £16 for a salad with a bit of chicken and 6 tough prawns was a bit steep but the worst aspect of this place is the service! Painfully slow.....adding a service charge was a joke considering how slow it was and for people with children be warned, they will bring out a children’s menu as an after thought and it’s literally 4/5 things written down on a scrap of paper as an after thought! For the prices charged and where it is they really need to try harder!

DO NOT RECCOMEND at all i order kebab meal deal ( kebab chips and can) order arived 15-20 minutes late they forgot the can the chips were cold and soggy didnt put the sauce on them chips the kebab portion were incredibly stingey yet they couldnt not offer any compensation or refund DO NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL

I have just received my KFC apart from the delivery which was on time the food was the worst I've ever eaten from a KFC. I had a 10 peice Variety bucket. Every single mouthful was cold and so dry even both my dog and cat turned theirs noses up and walked away. It was so dry we were unable to swallow it without copeous amounts of water. After 2 prices it ended up in the bin. Never had this problem before, what a waste of £36

I ordered 2x doner kebabs and specifically asked the girl on counter what salad is included, she said lettuce, tomato, cucumber etc I said OK can I have some garlic mayo which was agreed. I get home with 2 dry done kebabs absolutely disgusting. I rang shop to explain and girl said I don't know what you want me to do. How about being honest and no ripping people off for a start. First time I've used this place and most definitely the last absolutely disgusting food and customer service even worse.

Absolutely terrible. A woman cashier overcharged and got our order wrong. They were then moaning that they had to go back and correct themselves because they couldn’t understand our English language. We had little children running around the establishment playing hide and seek right next to our table surrounding us. Then you had people vaping in the establishment. The tables were mucky and unclean. The floor was appalling with dirt and mud all over it. Please go somewhere else or a different kfc. It is appalling please sort yourselves out!

My partner was refused service at the till, my partner is dyslexic and cannot use the ordering screens. It’s a bad state of affairs when you have to disclose your disability to get service at a KFC even after disclosing their disability they were still refused service at the till. Being told if they can’t use the machines, they can’t order.!!!!!

At this location staff members are constantly touching their faces, touching money and scratching themselves without sanitizing their hands afterwards. There are also staff cleaning, who seem like they want to be helpful and step in to hand out orders, but they are doing so immediately after touching bins, mops, and brooms. I have even seen a person who handles the fires grab them from the top constantly brushing their hands to the top of the fries. This is very unhygienic. Shockingly, hand sanitisers are not situated throughout the kitchen as a reminder to staff to remain hygienic. Today, my order was given to me on a tray when I ordered it to be taken away. The person working the counter was touching the fries at the front with his bare hands after touching several other things. He was baffled by my request to change the fries, which he didn’t honour. When I insisted again, he put the fries I received immediately back in the display, (THIS is indicative of a lapse in training from management and has many implications that management should explore). Then he got me another fries again touching them face on. I think another employee told him to throw those fries he just put back in the bin. (He should have done this already, in his head it was acceptable to give contaminated fries to another customer). I was frustrated at this point and just left. I threw the fries in the bin immediately upon getting home even though I was looking forward to them. The aloofness of this employee is also indicative of an unsuccessful training program.

Servicio de domingo lento y gerente grosero. Las camareras son súper amables, menú fabuloso, aunque podría decirse que caro, comida genial también! Esperamos 30 minutos para las bebidas, 45 minutos para la comida. Al pagar, nos preguntó el gerente si todo estaba bien, así que dijimos que la comida era genial, el servicio era genial, pero 30 minutos de espera para las bebidas es demasiado largo. Luego argumentó que habíamos esperado 20 minutos porque fue cuando la camarera había tomado nuestro pedido de bebidas. Traté de informarle que llegamos a las 12: 30 y estábamos listos para pedir de inmediato, pero esperamos 10 minutos para pedir, recibimos nuestras bebidas a la 1. Pero no lo oyó y fue bastante grosero. Podría haberse resuelto fácilmente con una conversación tan sencilla como “sabes qué chicos, 30 minutos o incluso 20 minutos es demasiado tiempo para esperar tus copas, hemos quitado las copas de la factura, esperamos que vuelvas y nos des otra oportunidad”. Entonces probablemente volveríamos y no estaría escribiendo esta crítica. Aprecio que estuvieran ocupados, pero el tiempo de espera combinado con el gerente tomando los comentarios personales sin entendimiento significa que no vendremos.

Pedimos una entrega a través de just eat, ¿cómo puede justificar kfc cobrar £ 30 por 2 comidas de caja y el pollo es tan pequeño y las patatas fritas poco cocidas, el recubrimiento de pollo empapado, pedí una hamburguesa de pollo en mi comida especificamos no ensalada, no salsa, nada en absoluto en ella, bueno llegó con todo en ella, fue directamente a la papelera y la comida también estaba fría, no he tenido un kfc en un par de años y gracias al episodio de anoche no voy a tener otro en el corto plazo. Emplea gente adecuada que pueda cocinar no solo gente al azar, soy de una crianza donde la comida debe servirse caliente y cocinada bien.

The food was good but the person who served us was quite non understanding of the covid rules where as when one of us weren’t wearing a mask they told us we had to bring a lanyard showing that were exempt and they sanitize their pens but you have to get your own drink out of the fridge.
