I have just received my KFC apart from the delivery which was on time the food was the worst I've ever eaten from a KFC. I had a 10 peice Variety bucket. Every single mouthful was cold and so dry even both my dog and cat turned theirs noses up and walked away. It was so dry we were unable to swallow it without copeous amounts of water. After 2 prices it ended up in the bin. Never had this problem before, what a waste of £36

Week days staff are good but on the weekend guys clearly don't know what they're doing - you have to repeat your order many times, a lot of mistakes, often it takes much longer to wait for take away.

Got to say what a well organised KFC, staff friendly and super efficient, food hot, well cooked and ready super quick.

Serveuse très souriante et de bon conseil pour une première expérience KFC en famille. Restaurant et toilettes relativement propres. Addition light pour 4: 21£. Optez pour un sandwich, les morceaux de poulet à partager sont sans intérêt et impossible à manger correctement. Il y a beaucoup mieux aux alentours.

I've been going quite a few times with my friends. I decided to download the Colonel's Club app and get the free hotwings. So I go to the til and show her my code. She scans it and then proceeds to charge me for the wings. I told her this was the KFC app and that this was supposed to be free. Another employee took over and told me they weren't accepting this. My friends and I came back the following week with discounts from StudentBeans, an âpp that gives us discounts. I copied the code into my KFC app and when I tried to show the employee the discount (boneless banquet for £6) she put the order to 1 Boneless Banquet but charged me the normal amount, I told her nevermind as she wouldn't understand what I was trying to tell her. Maybe if the staff could speak english this would've turned out better.

Went to this location to get a quick bite to eat one evening after a full day of touring. The cashier was very friendly and helpful in providing me the with several options based on what I initially ordered so I could get the best deal for my money. He didn't have to do that but he voluntarily did so and it was appreciated. Once I got back to the hotel with the food, we were very surprised at the quality and taste of it. The seasoning was just right too. Overall, would definitely recommend it.

Very friendly and efficient staff. The environment is relatively neat and serene. I think the location is great because it's right opposite the underground station so you don't need to struggle to locate it. I will definitely recommend it to others.

気軽に食事ができるのでよかったです。レストランに入りたいほどではないけど、温かいものが食べたい時に便利です。使用しません でしたが、タッチパネルで注文することもできるようです。

Después de caminar todo el día, necesitás recargar energías. Este lugar te permite comer algo caliente no muy caro. El pollo está bueno nada excepcional, lo malo es q sólo tienen línea pepsi y cuando pedí jugo me dieron pepsi (ya estaba en el hotel cuando revisé)

Ordered chicken and coleslaw and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of both. Did not have fries but they did look good too.

I went this morning to this place to order some meal and after i placed my order on the touchscreen mashine downstairs at 0.29 AM for £7.53 I checked upstairs for collection if the meal is ready. The woman behind the till told me that that they don't have my order and coz the mashine downstairs didn't print any ticket I was not able to confirm the order number. However I confirm what i have ordered and showed her on my online banking app the amount been taken from my account by KFC(time , amount etc.) On which she replayed that the transaction been cancelled coz there is a minus upfront the amount and accusing me of lying in front of the customers.i do understand if someone is incompetent in banking coz minus mean money beign taken but accusing me of lying in public it's very abusing thing! So I paid once again for meal this time upstairs and all gone thru this time but in fact I have paid twice for single meal.and the manager of the restaurant was aware of the fact too

We had to wait an hour and a half for our meals and even then they were wrong and they later called me racist. I was incredibly unhappy with the rude service and couldn't bare the incredibly dirty tables. The staff were incredibly disgusted with MY behaviour even though they where the ones who were being rude. The staff were still drunk from the night before and just kept making it known to the whole restaurant.

I’m writing regarding my experience in KFC Gloucester Road (London). I have always been a customer of KFC, not only in London but all over the world. I absolutely love your products but what happened to me today turned me off the brand of KFC and I will never return to any KFC furthermore.

Fui allí con los niños - no vamos a allí de nuevo. Tardó 20 minutos para nuestra orden. Hay un montón de gente quejándose y quejándose de la velocidad de servicio, el personal no nos importaba. La zona de estar abajo parecía nadie había limpiado todo el día, todas las mesas tenían vacías las bandejas de comida y paquetes en ellos - bricolaje limpiar.

Nos quedamos aquí un par de veces a través de nuestra estancia en Londres. Me encantó que estaban abiertas hasta las 1 de la mañana por si acaso tenía la necesidad de comer. Como nosotros. Atención rápida y amable. Pedí una pieza de pollo sólo 2 pero me dieron 9 piezas. Sólo porque estaban casi cerrada, pero no me quejaré.

Cuando te estás perdiendo pollo frito puedes siempre contar con el Coronel. La única cosa que falta es el puré! ! Qué? ! El pollo es bueno y no grasienta. Nos agarramos dos cubos y volvimos a la habitación. Se quedan abiertas hasta la medianoche, así que por la noche tarde aperitivos hecho posible. Es un lugar pequeño, así que grab and go es realmente la mejor manera de ir.

Probablement le fast food le plus immonde que j’ai vu de ma vie. Les employés sont désagréables et complètement blasés. Sur 3 commandes aucune n’était correcte. Les deux employés au comptoir était complètement à la ramasse, pas sympas ni appliqués. L’hygiène des lieux est effroyable. Tables dégoûtantes et collantes, sols poisseux et la cerise sur le gâteau ... les toilettes !!! Il y avait un CAFARD dans les wc des femmes. A fuir absolument. Je ne comprends pas comment ce genre d’établissement puisse rester ouvert.

Slowish service and the chips tasted like they have been reheated, didn't taste like the normal kfc chips at all and not to mention their constantly limited menu now, probably wont be going to KFC for quite a while after today.

Me and my partner stopped at this KFC for something to eat after a day out around London and I was so grossed out with how dirty it was. As soon as I was handed my food the tray was covered in what looked like a sticky BBQ sauce so my fingers were instantly sticky and dirty.

Como em todo KFC o local é bem movimentado e atendimento rapido. O tempero que usam na Inglaterra é um pouco mais forte que nos EUA.

Food nice - but it would have been oh so much nicer if I had got everything I paid for. This does seem a common problem across the KFC chain so my advice is to always check your order. We were down wings and a drink.

Whilst the food was good, the order arrived incomplete and we had to go back to the counter twice before our order was correct. This may be because the person that served us did not have a good command of the English language and didn't understand what we were asking for. We have eaten here twice in the last 18 months and should have learnt the first time , NOT to eat in. The tables are downstairs and it absolutely stinks down there. I'm not sure if it's the toilet or blocked drains but it was there both times so there is obviously an ongoing issue.

Não basta só ser económica, neste KFC só tenho a dizer o pior, desde a higiene que é pouca ou nenhuma, mesas imundas, comida servida sobre cartão, sem pratos, sem talheres, chão gordurento (cuidado para não escorregar), empregada atendeu os clientes fazendo ao mesmo tempo uso do seu telemóvel. I don't come here often, but am consistently disappointed by this KFC. The chicken is almost always dry and chewy. The staff are good, they have to deal with idiots all day (and especially at night). But come on, stop overlooking the chicken to death. KFC should be so much tastier...

Terrible visit, visited with children and a guide dog. Staff tried to refuse me service and made me centre of attention trying to deny service. I insisted it was a guide dog and it was uk law. I was eventually served but items of food were missing out of the meal deal that we ordered. Kfc need to train staff that Muslim beliefs do not overrule the uk law. Shame on kfc.

I grabbed a quick meal here when staying in a hotel across the road. The chicken was pretty standard Kfc fair. I ate in. But the downstairs seating area was a complete mess. Every vacant table had uncleared packaging and food on it. Clearly hadn't been attended to for some time and it wasn't even busy.

Shocking staff shocking food, staff pretending they are managers and the manager not even caring when our orders wasnt right, even got charged extra for a mistake they made! Horrible place horrible people. STAY AWAY!

For some reason, these are not a good as they were in the day. I am a fillet tower kind of guy and I always feel disappointed with them these days. This one had plenty of seats downstairs when I visited.

Its always good to know that there is the old reliable KFC you can go to if you are tired of fine dining and just want to take out food which is what I just did earlier. The original chicken is comfort food in many ways and the store is just right in front of the Gloucester Road underground.

I was really pleasantly surprised at this place, it was late at night but felt like your dad was serving, all calm and lots of smiles. order took a couple of minutes to cook fresh but so polite while waiting.

Good service, standard KFC, they didn't have any napkins so had to ask for them. This KFC has great downstairs seating to eat in, and is great for those studying at Imperial looking for a quick meal.

This was a quick stop for lunch as we were busy touring, so it was fast and good food for the price.

I was tired, sober and hungry as I came across from the hotel across the road. Normally, I rarely visit Kfc but needed something hot and quick. Zinger tower meal was desired. The worst I've had - chicken manky and gristly. Corn Cobette had been cooked for too long and it looked like a Haitian grannies teeth. Chips lukewarm. Since it was mostly warm, it was gratefully received - but crap compared to normal standards.

We ate here twice and both times and both experiences were good ones. I loved the fries and wish that we had them here in the US. This was a nice way to save time and a few pounds.

This KFC was located directly across from Gloucester station. There was no seating on the street level but plenty downstairs. The chicken was not seasoned as much as it is in the States but it did not taste bad.

O frango que eles vendem certamente é saboroso, há também hamburger. Mas o atendimento é bem típico de restaurante fast-food, com funcionários mal humorados e sempre com correria. Me entregaram meu troco errado e para reaver o valor correto tiver que praticamente ameaçar a chamar a polícia! Falta de atenção e tratamente rudimentar!

Food is what I expect from KFC. ...hut service at the counter is terrible. I came on before an the lady (anya...not sure) was great but never saw her on my later trips. Now I keep getting some lady who doesn't even know proper English and criticises me when asking how many hot wings in a large box or not taking the 20% off voucher simply because you have already typed in the food and at the payment section (wasn't sent through yet ). And I am pretty sure that a constant tut, rolling eyes away and making a face like you are stuck in hell, is regarded rude anywhere in the world
