Burgshake in Lancaster

Ordered two waffles and sat down on the provided tables. Cooked fresh to order and they were amazing. Highly recommend trying the white lotus. Don’t order for delivery and expect the same quality as eating in. 5***

Ordered food, for delivery waited 2 hours and nothing, phoned them 7-8 times before they answered for them to tell me there was no delivery driver, i had to collect my own food and when i did there was plastic wrapping in my waffle, food was cold and they didn’t even think to ring me to let me know, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Ordered takeaway £50+ food arrived absolutely stone cold and no one answers the phone I have attempted to call 15 times and no answer from 20.22 to 20.49 first time customer never had issues with other places via just eat and don't expect to be delivered stone cold food at restaurant prices that was worse than KFC soggy burgers and cold fries.. really disappointed is an understatement

The BEST burgers! We ordered on a Saturday night and the order arrived hot and on time! Will be ordering again! The burger Al Arab is amazing!!

We've ordered many time from here, each time in hopes they'll sort their s*** out. We've ordered burgers with NO CHEESE or salad because of my partners dietary preferences and requirements repeatedly and every time they come with cheese (but apparently they can read the order long enough to see no salad?!) Every time they offer to "remember our name" the next time we place an order to send a correct burger instead of offering to fix it immediately. Do not eat here. Do not order from here. Avoid at all costs unless you're happy with disappointment and complete disregard.

We ordered food from here and it was absolutely terrible, we asked for no sauce on the queen bee fries and it came loaded in them meaning I had nothing to eat my girlfriends burger came smoothed and cold, we ordered onion rings and instead got some form of bites, when my girlfriend bit into one she ran to the toilet and actually threw up as they were mac and cheese which she despises, our softie cup was missing they charge £2 for a 'cola and I thought we'd be getting something along the lines of a 500ml bottle but instead we received a can of the rip off BARR Coke. When the delivery person dropped it off she was moody and left it on the doorstep after literally not even 10 seconds of knocking

Waited nearly 2 hours for the delivery, delivery time changed twice. Eventually managed to get through to the restaurant on the telephone which was a complete waste of time. 5x they asked our order to be told we only ordered it 10 minutes earlier which was a li. They then advised us that the order was ready but they didn’t have a driver, they were trying to find 1 suffice to say we cancelled the order and will not order again.

We went in store which was an atrocity of the highest order. Waited over 50 minutes for a waffle which was subpar at best, ordered at 10:10pm received at Gone 11pm Could visibly see massive piles of red Raw meat left out on the kitchen counter unrefrigerated and uncovered near to where the waffles were prepared and There was no visible food hygiene sticker outside the restaurant Wouldn’t recommend there’s a lot of better restaurants/places to eat. 0/10

Absolutely terrible. Awful food, 4 hour delivery. Avoid at all costs. Much better places in Lancaster. I'd vote it less than a star if I could !!!! 👎👎👎👎

I love burgers and been to many great burger places. I found this place on Instagram and it looked great. Got two burgers one for me and my son with fries and they were awful. These people have no idea what they are doing. Orders wrong, tasted peppery and the fries were awful. Do not bother going. Waste of money.

Do not go! The first time they said they had no beef in at all, said one machine was broken and made us wait over an hour. Gave benefit of doubt as food was good and went again. Waited 45 mins, was overcharged, was told the waffle machine was broken (I literally watched them make the waffles for delivery orders, and had no explanation when asked) almost forgot my drink, guy with glasses at counter was super rude.
