Went for the first time to their buffet area, which is in the basement! The ground floor is their menu restaurant but both areas were completely deserted when me & and a colleague went there for lunch at 1pm. There was no staff to greet us at the basement area and so had to call them out from their kitchen to attend to us. The options were limited and the young staff was adding more food as we were eating but some of it were too late for us to try! Not sure if they're not expecting any customers at 1pm, that they didn't add all the dishes in the buffet area. The food were luke warm and the basement area is not a nice atmosphere to have food. It cost £12 per head for the buffet.

We booked the venue for a small wedding event, food was great, we chose buffet option, they had 35-40 different items and it was great, service was good as well, would recommend to everyone.

We booked our table as they require booking first. We went to the restaurant on time but our sits was given to someone else🙂 how awful service they are providing to their customers who came all the way from Kent to taste their food. Highly recommend to never visit there.

I booked a table for 5 . Went there on time. But, still they couldn’t able to give us table. Totally dissapointed. And more importantly, And the restaurant Stinks.

The lamb shank was not fresh! It was very dry and not juicy . The sauce was so overly sweet. Steak was much under medium-rare almost raw! This was very disappointing as my family came here to celebrate .

The service was extremely poor. The service staff were wearing track suit bottoms and trainers. The food had a poor presentation. The chicken was drizzled in barbecue sauce and burger sauce. Lamb chop was extremely dry and tastless. The only thing that was decent was the rice and fish. The decor was nice though. This place could do well with right staff and management.

Our family decided to have lunch at this restaurant following the Fork App. It was a decent dining experience and we enjoyed our food. Service was reasonable and food was delivered pretty fast. It would be good if the waiter could inform customers that the discount would not apply to their platters. Doing so would prevent misunderstanding and allow customers to make informed decisions. Otherwise, the bill was reasonable with the discount and we enjoyed the experience.

Had takeaway from @lemadison (Whitechapel). Found 5 fish bones in their Cod Burger. Check out my reviews @sheikh_babz

The service was extremely poor. The food was really bad, meat biryani was tough to chew. When complained, the owner didn't even bother to listen or tried to say simple 'sorry'. Will NEVER go to this place any more.

Had an amazing time at Le Madison. Mocktails were delicious and we had the platter for 2 which was more than enough. Prices were so good. Can’t wait to go again!

When they opened first we went there and it was great. But they have gone down to a horrible device restaurant. Food was lovely but we went as a family and restaurant had their phone ringing like church bell as well as blender from bar. Restaurant waitress were super moody, took our order and never seen after that. The restaurant currently operating like a takeaway rather than a restaurant. Our tonight experience was horrible as wanted to spend sometime there but we had to get out as soon as possible. Management needs to decide whether they want to run this as a takeaway or restaurant.

I was the only person there tell 2 lady came in but soon left, I had a takeout so was just waiting for my food, unfortunately I had a groupon that said what I could have but was asked to pay extra for it I did but not happy that I had to cos it’s not mentioned on the groupon! But still the food was very good,

Visited today with family, I must say very bad service I visited that place a couple of times and it was the same every time I went Food was good but service, absolutely terrible

When ordering I was told I would get a 10% discount for a takeaway order. However when I turned up to collect I was told I won’t get the discount as they don’t offer discount on platters. However I noticed had I ordered through one of the delivery platform companies not only do they offer a discount on platters but they were offering a 20% discount on all orders including the platters. I guess the restaurant penalised me for ordering direct through them. I won’t be going there again.

Went with friends, food came over 1 hour late. We were starving and drinks all finished before the food came, obviously because we were talking, was thirsty waiting around but they did not offer any courtesy drinks or discount for keeping us waiting. When food finally came, I wanted some extra chilli sauce which was in a tiny little pot, size of those pfc plastic pots that have chillis sauce in. The Bengali waiter had the audacity after making us wait for soo long, to say that he will have to charge me for tiny chilli sauce pot!! Guys the pot is a 3cm!!!!! Tiny amount of sauce in there. Bad service I have ever received.

The food was over one hour late and the staff was not friendly they didn't play no music. Do not go there they didn't refill our drinks and they didn't give us no discount even though the food was so late.
