The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

It was a terrible decision to eat here. Several places were packed, we were all hungry, and this place had available seating. Should have been our first clue! My daughter-in-law ordered a Caesar salad with chicken....chicken was dry and no cheese. She asked for cheese and after 10 minutes the waited came back and said, "We ran out of cheese yesterday." I ordered the pizza, no words can describe how bad it was. My husband ordered the nachos. Talk about stale, oil soaked, gross food. My granddaughter ordered the club without bacon. Guess who got bacon? Our son ordered the Cajun wrap and he said it was good. All in all, not a place I would ever recommend.

This has got to be one of the worst restaurant that I have ever visited,I was not the only one to think this, .many disgruntled visitors. You were told all the things you couldn't have, terrible service, staff constantly getting orders wrong or not at all, long wait for below average food. My advice go somewhere else if you're staying at the Premier Inn

I went to this restaurant yesterday for my friend’s birthday, and it was a really bad experience. The food was not good at all it was bland, overcooked, and definitely not worth the high prices they were charging. To make it worse, they rushed us out of the restaurant before we could even finish our food, which was very rude. The atmosphere was also disappointing – the place was not clean or welcoming. Overall, we were hoping to have a special night for my friend’s birthday, but we left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone thanks

We Booked breakfast as part of our annual stay in quays each Christmas,This place has no sole,energy or personality.Our breakfast experience was tainted by luke warm breakfast items and a long wait as the kitchen simply misread the service numbers which surely would be projected by confirmed booking times from the premier inn software.It saddens me to say after many years of using the beef eater as part of our visit we will simply look else where for food.It needs an enthusiastic work force underpinned with enough staff to deliver the service.

Waited 20 minutes for food at MC Dive...!! That's really not nice!!! Foreign employees who don't understand anything... and no one else cares.

My husband and I visited on a Saturday evening. We always think that TGIs is a safe bet as the food is always pretty good! The portion sizes are great and the food was really tasty. However, what stood out to us the most was the absolutely exceptional service that we received. Our server Johnny was attentive and just came across as a really genuinely lovely person. He is an absolute asset to the TGIs team and I really hope that management acknowledge how much of a great staff member he is. Would absolutely visit again.

This pub is always clean and tidy (including the toilets which is always a big bug bear for me!) The manager is friendly and funny. The staff are polite and professional and Mia is always really helpful. Looking forward to trying the spring menu.

i come here with my family often and our lovely waitress Priya recommend the bottomless sesame option to me and just wow! would absolutely come here again for it. service was incredible and fast. 10/10 experience thank you tgi!

What an amazing experience we had here at Huck’s. The food was great with really generous portions. I like things plain so I had a lot of things taken off or changed. Our waiter, Rufus, was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a family argument on another table mid-way through dinner, which was great entertainment! They played good music here too. We’d love to return if we come back to Center Parcs

I have always loved a F &B’s breakfast so we went there this morning for breakfast for my husband’s birthday. However, unfortunately the menu has completely changed and they no long offer a traditional English breakfast (bacon/sausage/beans etc.) It is also much more expensive. I have no idea why F &B would change this but I’m afraid it is certainly misguided and I feel many people will stop going for breakfast at least. The choice now does not resemble an English breakfast and I know it is an American/Italian restaurant but I do feel that you need to offer people what they love. The staff were amazing and I felt so sorry for them as we decided to leave breakfast and to go to Willow which did a gorgeous traditional breakfast. I do hope Frankie and Benny’s reconsider this terrible decision.

Lovely Sunday dinner our whole party really enjoyed it. Only negative comment I could make is that the kids meals we ordered were quite over seasoned (quite peppery) but we will definitely be coming again

Food was OK, served quite quickly, but fries were only lukewarm which meant they went cold very quickly. Burger was decent, if not a little messy. But what really put me off was the cleanliness of the place. Toilets were dirty, floors were wet, and the tables and chairs needed a good wipe. I wouldn't come back for this reason as it puts me off eating in places that are dirty.
