Loverly pub with amazing food , proper pub grub , the staff Emma and Michelle are absolutely amazing so friendly and always welcome us with open arms and absolutely amazing and We have been here most Sundays now and food is absolutely beautiful. But 100% the staff make it loverly experience for us - Great for family’s 100% . - Kids menus lots to choose from - and great offers and food choices on the main menu- deserts are loverly too,l

Very quick service, food was perfect, served attentively by Chloe.H would recommend coming here, the lunch menu is a fair price too.

Sadly Gen Z who attempt to work here have exemplified in their Gen Z attitudes and service. Their lugubrious faces lacking in any kind of pride or care for their service and products; let alone any service with care for their customers. Well worth a visit just to sit by filthy tables and filthier floors to casually watch the spectacle in absolute disbelief. Sadly this retail park offers no reasonable alternatives and although this is bad, by no means the worst here. For a luke warm latte and stale croissant it will have to very sadly do. Did Banksy really model Dismal land on here?

Having not been for a few years I was terribly disappointed. No pineapple juice for a pina colada, no cranberry juice and then to top it off no MILK!! So no milkshakes or coffee. There’s an Aldi right next door! The food was good but terribly overpriced since my last visit. Won’t be returning, there’s far more value for money elsewhere.

The staff was so friendly and helpful it's also dog friendly so my dog came along and he got a lot of attention and treats we stayed at a green meadows country park and it's only about 5 minutes down the round this pub so it was amazing for us the sitting area the facilities are clean and the food was really nice too thank you hope to come back again soon ☺️

Myself and best friend had been to the cinema . And by the time we came out so we decided on frankie and bennys . And boy we were so glad we did !! Our server turned out to be a manager . And I must say ... what an asset to your business! Made us feel so welcome . My friend is very pedantic with food but with the recommendations given she cleared the plate . Thank you so much for making us feel so special ❤️ we will be back Our visit was on Tuesday 8th October xx

We have had some nice meals here over the years, but now as there are rumours of closure, some employees have lost interest or have left.

Great service great food and great value . Staff all very polite and nothing is too much trouble for them x the fajitas were amazing and the cocktails were great

My twin brother and I had a great afternoon out in this Wetherspoon pub ,its a pub I've visited many times over the years, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. A great looking Wetherspoon pub, set over two floors, great serving bar's on both floors, great decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling shopping streets around this pub . We were here on a Monday afternoon, pub was busy with a great atmosphere, we luckily managed to get an alcove table upstairs, as we are both members of C.A.M.R.A we are allocated real ale tokens which entitle you to 50p of the price of a pint of real ale and as everyone knows Wetherspoon always has a great selection of real ales. We enjoyed three great real ale's each here ,ale's from Greene King Brewery, Saltaire Brewery and Sharps Brewery, served in pristine condition, such great real ale's, loved them all as did my brother ,we had an absolutely fantastic time in here before we moved on,can't wait to go again next time we're in Liverpool City Centre, its a pub easy to locate along Whitechapel and open from 8am Monday to Sunday. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Visited with a colleague and found a very basic menu but we ordered anyway To say we were disappointed was an understatement, tiny portions, half cooked chips, in fact I’d say a McDonald’s burger is bigger than these and you get more fries there £15 for this food was a total rip off The service wasn’t great either and they had a cheek to add a service charge to the bill With all of this it’s not a surprise this chain is closing branches and basically going down the pan I certainly won’t be back

The staff were very friendly and made us feel extremely welcomed, very helpful too! When some sauce was forgotten with my order my waiter Zac happily grabbed that for me

Our server Michael (the tall guy) was amazing and made the experience a memorable one, very pleasant, funny and a good entertainer, the food was great quality and value for money

Quiet time with only 2 other tables with diners. Perfect as we had time constraints as off to a show. Sat waiting for about 10 minutes. 2 separate large parties came in and were sat either side of us. Both tables were seen to, one even having their drinks brought out. We were still sat waiting to be acknowledged. Got up to walk out and when said we were leaving as we were fed up of waiting, just got an abrupt “Ok” response.

We visited Clark’s Shopping Village today and went into Frankie & Benny’s for lunch. We had 5 adults and a 1yr old. We ordered 4 main courses and three starters to have as a main course. We were asked if we would like the starters as a main and we said yes. The starters arrived but none of the other food did. We were told they were just waiting for the chicken and the other meals would be out. We looked at the pass and could see a main meal there that was the same as one of the ones we had ordered, but we assumed that was for another table. 15mins or so passed and the main meal was still there. They then put the rest of our meals up and bought all of the meals to the table. We queried the meal that had been sat on the pass for ages. They apologised and said they would take it back. Under 2mins later they arrived with what they told us was a new meal. We queried it again and we’re assured they had done us a fresh one. The meal was for my 74 year old mum, she assured us the meal was fine, but she does not like to make a fuss so we were not sure. Mum only ate half the meal, as she was worried it was still the same meal and we have a 2 hour drive home. My hubby tried her meal and he is convinced they just gave her back the same meal, as it came out far too quickly. They reduced our bill but the looks we were getting from the staff were not good. Why did they not just bring us the meal when it was ready as we already had one meal
