From the moment I walked into reception, Michael was amazing. Sometimes the mood of how your room is, is based on your greeting. Again AMAZING. Later, I went down to the bar for a beer and some dinner. Andy greeted me with a smile. He keeps the bar so clean whilst chipping in with some great conversations. Thanks again to the team. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. 😀

All take-out, but you can eat inside. Food was fine, service was fine, BUT there is ONE guy at the bar and everyone has to pay at the bar. Somehow none of the service providers know how/are allowed to run the cash register. So all the people stopping by for a beer, and all the people eating, and all the locals who are regulars, all need this one guy. He's trying to fill beer and drink orders, AND run the only cash register. The place was PACKED and the line went through the entire restaurant. We had a tour booked 30 minutes later and had to ask for special treatment in order to get checked out in time to make our tour, which made us feel like jerks, but really it's just a really inefficient business practice. They can do better.
