Worst chicken strips and fries I have ever had at TGI’s when asked where are the strips to the waitress, the reply was “ sorry that’s what come in the bag” 🙄 nuggets £20 never again

Went for a birthday lunch and from when we got there til we left Louis looked after us really well. Food was lovely and drinks were flowing!

Deadly atmosphere Sunday evening No food, no joy few people. Oh for for some fun and atmosphere. Never again, even if it is centre Woking.

A burger and milkshake bar conveniently situated amongst the large bullring shopping centre.On offer is a choice of milkshake flavours but talking to colleagues they can look the same and also taste similar

Had a set lunch Which was very good value and the food excellent also the staff were outstanding, friendly and attentive.

Shown to table, was about 20 minutes before any one came to us. Ordered food & it took 45 minutes to arrive. Disappointed with quality of food. Very expensive for what you get. We won’t be back.

This place is such a lovely place to eat. the food is fantastic and the staff are brilliant.they make you most welcome and they work very hard. it is such a shame you are closing your doors for good you will be very missed. Irene and Jack Whittle.

Food was OK but definately not worth the prices on the menu. The staff were mostly young kids who weren't really interested in being there and more interested in messing about behind the bar and going on their phones than asking if we'd like a drink. I had to go upto the bar and order. However Kacie the girl who served us in the end was very pleasant and far more professional than the younger lads. Not for me I won't be back!

Two of us came in for coffee and dessert. I ordered an Americano and received what was clearly a cup of instant coffee. No explanation, apology or discount. When the card reader was presented to me, I had been overcharged by £30. We won't be back.

Solid choice for tasty, filling food. Good service, and great for takeaway as well. Handy before or after a movie at Vue.

Personally would not go there again unless with a party of people and would definitely reserve a booth. Waitress service was very good.

My husband booked this as a surprise for my birthday meal and I couldn’t have been more happy. There were 10 of us in total including a child. The food was amazing as per usual, everyone raves about the stakes and burgers. The sides and sauces were amazing as always, soo much flavour and great portion sizes. The service was really quick and the servers were friendly enough. Considering the quality of the food, we were so impressed with the price, under £300 for 10 people to have a main, sides, and drinks. Can’t wait to come back!!

We walked in to a very snappy manageress who was extremely unfriendly and blunt, pointed to a table then walked off sat for nearly 20 minutes while staff all standing together with their backs to customers were chatting and leaning on service counter, finally put an order in took 10 minutes to make a coffee, when food arrived omg disgusting my husband had New York bbq chicken I had bbq rack of ribs everything was so dry and no bbq sauce, the chips were over cooked and hard had to ask twice for my onion rings which were cold due to being left on side had to ask for cutlery and sauce, when asked for manageress she came over with a really bad attitude and as she walked off mumbled have a good day Not, not very professional is it having worked in hospitality for 40 years I think they seriously need retraining as for returning to F&B SPALDING Definitely not
