Burgeri in City of London, Westminster

Vi el menú afuera y me agarró la opción BE VEGGIE que prometía verduras mediterráneas en rodajas asfixiadas en queso feta. ¡Qué decepción! Hamburguesa vegetariana fina de pan rallado de tipos que no tenían profundidad ni sustancia. Nada de queso feta. Debería ser procesado por publicidad falsa. Las papas fritas estaban bien, pero en general sobrecareció la tarifa básica y no como se anuncia, aunque trataron de decir que era vegetariana en capas en una hamburguesa. ¡No! Evitar. Precio; hamburguesa £ 7 , 60 , patatas fritas £ 4 : 00 Así que no vale la pena. Puede ser diferente para los consumidores de carne, pero no para los vegetales. Casi siento como si lo tuvieran en el menú, pero simplemente no puede molestarse en proporcionarlo y tomó la opción fácil. Tal vez no se vende, si es así ¿por qué ofrecerlo?

Muy decepcionante después de escuchar cosas buenas. No había asientos y tuvimos que sentarnos abajo que parecía zona de personal. La comida fue decepcionante. Las hamburguesas estaban secas. El único punto bueno fue el hecho de que era Halaal

Pathetic service. If they cant serve the customers in officiall hours then whats the point? Rude staff and no customer service.

Great burgers, meat is of good quality, sauce is perfect, love the chilli in the chilli burgers. Its on the small size, but perfectly made. The chicken burgers are the best round, so juicy! And the cheese fries, love the cheese. LOVE this place, that's why it's always so busy. Best halal burgers.

Nothing special.. menu looks fantastic but it really is a tasteless fast food joint.. definitely need to work honouring the menu! The plus side is it gives more halal options to the capital..

I ordered the chilli chicken burger. The burger was not warm slightly cold, and slippery everything kept coming out messy. Normal feies. Strawberry mojito was nice

Not good for allergies. Staff were clueless about the allergens present within meals. I was told me meal didn’t contain my allergens but then consulting the allergy booklet, it did. Did not feel comfortable to eat my food. Avoid.

Awful service !!! Go elsewhere !!!! Went with my partner and we spent over £15. I wasn’t even finished eating and I was told to leave as I was told another table was waiting. I was not asked politely, I was told! There was no politeness or manners and it is not the customer’s responsibility to give up their paid for table because Burgeri does not have enough seating. I have had much better burgers with much better experience. I will not be back.

Cold burger was served so the waiter offered to replace however the manager came over and argued with my father and told him he was not cold even though the waiter confirmed this! Don’t dine here. Rude manager with no people skills.

Dans l’ensemble, le restaurant était sympathique. - l’emplacement est idéal - le prix était correct (30,60£ pour 2) - les frites pomme de terre + patate douce étaient incroyables Nous avions pris un guacamole Angus et un chicky ainsi qu’une boisson et un side chacune ! Le seul défaut que je donne c’est que le burger guacamole n’était pas chaud, sauf la viande, le reste était plutôt froid mais c’était ok Point bonus : c’est halal :) Merci pour ce repas !

Walked out before even order because of their bad service! Next time welcome everyone but not your people who look like you!

When we first arrived there were nowhere to be seated and when asked the waitress their respond was to go and find seats ( that part wasn’t that bad). Then when we were waiting for the seats these other customers came and they were about to take our seats and mind you the employees knew that we were waiting for seats and plus they were literally by us and their employees didn’t even bother to interfere, and let the other customers know that we were there first so the other customers and i had an argue about who came first… which is obviously the role of the employees job to inform the other customers that we were there first, but they did not say a word so another customer who was done eating give up their seats… it didn’t even stop there. Then after that we went up to make an order but the manager or the owner discard us and give us the silent treatment and direct us by her fingers to tell us to move back and go behind the line. Instead of using her words. Officially they don’t have proper etiquette and don’t have customers services. From their waiters to their management need sensitive training. Especially welcoming other ethnicities other than theirs!!!!

The place was on our list of eating places in London so we went there on our first day as we were walking around in Soho anyway. We ordered 4 classic burgers. I don’t know why they don’t have combos on their meal. Anyway. The burgers were smaller than average, tasty but the buns were cold. The patty was juicy and the sauce was tasty. I’ve definitely have had tastier burgers in my life. My teenage son was still hungry after burger and fries, and he normally never complains after a combo. Prices are decent

Good burgers made with ingredients better than what you can find around London, a little bit of waiting but not that much considering that from what I could see meat is not precooked as in other places I’ve seen in London, nice personnel tha place could be cleaner

I am not sure why but Burgeri is always my go to place when I am in Central London and craving a burger. I always opt for the double wagyu burger and this time it was the guacamole double wagyu burger and it was delicious. My craving was sorted with a portion of French fries on the side. I think next time, I will order the chicken nuggets as well. A good option for a quick lunch or dinner when in Central London and its halal.

Burgers were dry for what we all had and the cheese fries say “melted cheddar cheese” but sadly it is NOT cheddar, it’s American quite clearly.

Very dry burger. Just looking at it you can tell the taste would be bad. They use the cheapest buns and ingredients. Burger tasted like cardboard. Chicken burger was even worse. Only reason it's soo packed is due to it being halal and not many halal places in Oxford Street. Worst burger I've ever had

Food was nice and fresh and price was reasonable … Friendly staff and good service…. We had beef burger and I liked it… Also Kids meal was good size and good quality

Very decent halal burger. Had the special burger with cheese, jalapeño, pickles lettuce etc. Patty was a nice size and cooked well done. Sweet potato fries also very tasty. Ordered delivery, which was quite quick. Strongly recommended.

Tasteless food including chicken mushroom and beef. Onion rings tasteless the only reason people go there is its halal. Food is useless.

Nice settings and good food. Chips were nice and so were the mojito drinks. Not sure which one we had but 10/10. Recommend getting more than one burger as sizes are small and can finish it easily because of how good it tastes.

I adore this place. It never lets me down. This time round I ordered a doubly chilli wagyu burger with sweet potato fries and a come zero. It was all delicious. A definite visit when you are shopping in the West End.
