McDonald's in City of London, Westminster

When my friend ordered tea and her number was on the board she went to take it and the lady working there didn't give it to her. When we asked someone else the told us to wait, went somwhere and when they came back they did their job like nothing happened and we weren't even there. Besides they didn't give my other friend a cookie and I didn't get my 3 sauces. Really bad experience, never coming back again. >:(

Out of the scores of McDonald’s, I did too, this one is one of the worst. Despite that the Employees are working hard, the food, quality, Is awful and the service not much better. Despite them pumping out many meals a minute, our sandwiches were barely warm and were extremely dry. We could not finish them. Even the fries were lukewarm. They did not give us napkins nor a straw with our meal, so we had to fight the crowd and go back to the front and find them. The line employee takes away your receipts so you cannot give proper feedback to McDonald’s corporation.

Went to the Leicester square branch it was awful the food was tasteless , the hot chocolate was like water. There was a beggar hanging over our table asking for money, wouldn't take no for and answer, even when i shouted at him to move away, no member of staff came across to intervene either. So really bad experience for us

My Drink Never came and My Food was cold! Never again

I ordered two french fries and a drink, but they didn't come out for over 20 minutes and just told me to wait. Later, when I asked again, they sarcastically told me it was their fault, saying it was our fault. Another employee came and responded kindly and helped me process the refund. Even while I was talking to the friendly staff member, he continued to taunt me by saying that he came and took your food. I was grateful that the friendly staff told me to say something to the sarcastic staff and go away, but the sarcastic staff was really the worst. Of all the restaurants I've been to so far, I've never seen such bad service.

I ordered two French fries and a cola, but the number for number 617 wasn't called until the order for number 670 came out, so I asked the staff and they told me to just wait in the back. So I waited for another 10 minutes, but there was no sign of the fries coming out, so I said I just wanted a refund, and only then did the person in the shirt respond by arguing that the food had been prepared earlier. Another employee kindly helped me with the refund, so I gave it to them, but the service was really bad, so don't go there. He didn't say anything for 30 minutes while I asked questions and looked at him, and then when I said he wanted a refund, he started criticizing me by saying that the food had been served earlier, which made me feel really bad. Staff service is really the worst👎👎, so DON'T EVER GO

First off the employees are amazing, exceptional, out of this world incredible. This place was a like a warzone. It was chaos. Thousands of orders being processed effortlessly. The Managers Dahlece and Aydzhan were Generals cool under fire. They had the line running like a well oiled machine. Whatever they are being paid it should be doubled. I asked for specific food items. They were perfect! This is the standard of how McDonalds will become a food powerhouse. Supreme Dream Team. Also so clean. Every table bused meticulously after each patron vacated the table. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯🎯

I’m still waiting for my refund? All the hot drinks spilt everywhere going all over the food and making not edible. Why would I want hot drinks with less than half in the cup and food that taste like coffee? I have pictures to prove this as well. This happened Sunday night why am I still waiting for a response?

One of the better McDonalds! Friendly staff, decent wait time, clean tables, plenty of seating and delicious McDonald’s food! Would recommend this place 👍

Food was great, along with quick service. Toilets could of used a bit of a clean however it was great.

You come to pick up a delivery and they just ignore you. So i just cancel. Order from a macdonalds less busy not this one. They dont care about deliveries.

At this time, I have to believe they have a software problem. It happened to me in two different McDonald's that by making changes to a sandwich and a wrap it was practically as if I had asked to remove everything and, randomly, they added only one ingredient. In both cases I asked for the sandwich to be redone but it was delivered incorrectly again. I gave up on it.

Great location, this McDonalds is very close to the M&M store too. We came here after the theatre play. It was very crowded. One star because we got food poisoning after eating here last night.

Hello. In our order, we ordered two sweet and sour sauces and two chips but didn't receive them until we asked about them again. Also, we had to walk through the women's bathroom to get to the men's bathroom. Very unpleasant. ALSO, after I ate, i was sick for the WHOLE night and had a bad stomach ache for THREE DAYS!!! Bad McDonalds. I'm gonna go cry now. BYE

Very modern and clean Mc Donald's only went in for a flat white just being mid day as I left the place got very full with tourists.

This McDonald is literally heart of Londonnnn!!! We always wait a long time to get our food, so old tradition slogan “eat in 5 minutes” doesn’t work here anymore, but vibe is amazing!!

PSA for disabled folks this place is not friendly! They had roped off all chairs (still several hours till closing) - frustrating but pretty standard procedure. I found an empty bit of space next to a wall, away from fire exits, where I could not be in anyone’s way, and sat down. Security came over and rudely demanded I stand up, very abrasive. I explained I’m disabled, he said doesn’t matter you can’t sit down, manager said so. I told him I couldn’t stand and that they had left me no chairs, so I had no choice. He told me I could sit outside, his tone was so rude and flippant. Im good at advocating for myself and put up a fight but he was adamant. Had to sit alone outside, in the dark, in a short skirt (22F) at midnight, while my friends collected my food. If I were alone I would have been forced to stand and would likely have collapsed. Unfortunately this seems to line up perfectly with others’ reviews of Leic Sq security.

Wrong wrap. Been fancying a macs for some time so decided to indulge. Asked for chicken ceaser no bacon, got a chicken wrap with BBQ sauce and bacon, only got one bit of chicken that was fatty , large fries half full. The water was the only non disappointing component. I think this will put me off McDonald's for a while now, probably a blessing.

Visited the McDonald's in Leceistser Square London, and it was top-notch. Nice options and very clean area. Friendly and polite staff.

Yesterday was my second day in London and my phone very inconveniently out of charge. I was quite anxious as I cannot contact my friend and I have no idea where I was. I decided to try my luck with Maccas. I was warmly welcomed by Danielle and after hearing my situation he was more than happy to provide help. I was super relieved. It was a busy time so I was a bit hesitant to check my phone often, but Danielle was so patience and kind with me. He checked in with me even after I got enough charge on my phone and was just waiting for my friend. He was kind enough to take my friend’s order in person when she arrived during such busy hours as well. His service was spectacular and his kindness was overflowing, I do hope he receive some recognition for his kind act and superior customer service. Thank you again Danielle for your help today.

In the evening it's like being on the stock exchange. But the prices are humane compared to Switzerland. If you don't have time for restaurants and like fast food, you're in good hands here

Nice McDonald’s with a perfect location right on Leicester Square complete with outdoor seating. It can get crazy busy here during weekend lunch/dinner but other times you can sit quietly and enjoy the world pass by. Order using the app to collect points and also have food delivered to your table.

The skibidi rizz wqs too much and I almost broke my edging streak but I pulled through. Overall I would give this place that sells crabby patties a gyatt/duke Dennis.

A very spacious and clean McDonald's. There's a nice space in the basement and a terrace with a capacity for 40 people. Good service during the week, but on weekends it takes too long to be served.

LONG queues, 20 minute wait for food, but got it all eventually. Sort of. We were missing a burger, but after speaking to staff they brought us 2 burgers to make up for it. Hence 5 stars. Don't expect fast food at peak times. Kids were happy tho and we managed to find a seat :)

As a pole who visited this McDonald's location in the UK, I gotta admit, that McDonald's location was alright. Their food was quite decent like, I even have a picture of it that was taken in May 2023 since me and my father went out to eat there, all in all, it's mediocre, but in a pretty good way possible.

Just ordered a fish sandwich meal to take to my hotel room, fries cold and my drink should of been a coke but have no idea what it is, plus they didn't put any ice. Employees move like robots, security is mopping floor, such a sad place, now I know why this place has low rating, they have no desire to improve

The seats were unclean (littered with food), and I politely asked a member of the staff to please clean it so we could sit. She threw me the most disgusted look I've ever seen, fetched a cloth, made a motion of wiping (which didn't even remove one bit of the rubbish), and went back to doing what she was doing. 👏

Disappointment about a recent visit to your this restaurant. On April 20th, I stopped by with my young child. He urgently needed to use the bathroom, but we were intercepted by a security guard who said only customers could use it. Despite my husband waiting to make a purchase, we were still denied access. The manager didn't intervene, which was frustrating. Denying a child access to a basic necessity like a bathroom goes against what McDonald's stands for. It was a disappointing experience, especially for a family-friendly establishment like yours.

If you have the app, then don't sit downstairs because there is no Internet connection, and you won't be able to access your rewards. Other than that, the food was decent considering the cost. It took about 10 minutes and was a little burnt, but it was still edible.

Below temperature, dangerous practice of lining up multiple orders with supposedly hot food but it was clearly below temperature (45deg.)I measured it at even after it had been sent back three times.

Weird experience. Was on my lunch break, minding my own business. Midway through my meal, a member of staff asked me if I could leave a review, which I was happy to do. What was strange was the member of insisted that I left a positive review, and even went ahead and starting inputting results herself on MY phone. Can’t remember her name, began was a G. Quite ironic that this ruined quite a usual good McDonald’s experience. Reluctant to go back now.

Waited more than half an hour for my food.

It's a very central store, where fortunately we found a seat in the front, where you can have your food and watch outside, at this lively square. The service was slightly disappointing as they forgot all of our sauces, but it wasn't such a big deal, with a remark, they sorted it out in a second. The food was as everywhere, typical McDonald's, I would recommend it for the spot in the square!

Horrible experience this morning. Served cold porridge. Seems coming out straight from the chiller except Waiting for 15 minutes and restaurant was not busy at all. Worked in McDonald’s myself and it cannot be this bad. I got stomach problem after eating that cold porridge. Didn’t expected this type of service from the McDonalds at prime Location.

Disgusting tables, looks like there Pubic hairs all over it, food clearly left from last light under the chairs. Honestly gross.

I've been going to this McDonald's since I was little since I live right next door. Honestly, I think the atmosphere has gotten worse, there are fewer tables and people from delivery companies (Glovo, Uber Eats, etc.) are anything but polite, they take everything for granted. Anyway, the employees are top notch (5⭐) and the food, as always, is delicious.
