Pretty Good! Different menus from europe except of iconic BigMac!

A huge footfall of people with a reasonable wait for your order and yet with such a huge turnover of people we still got cold chewy chips. Good work.

Probably the busiest McDonald’s I’ve been to in all my travels all over the world, but this McDonald’s was the most efficient! Everyone worked with a purpose and it really showed that teamwork was alive here. Even on a very late Friday night! There was a young customer who was causing trouble and that was fixed with security coming right away.

Girl at second window serving was extremely rude and arrogant. I bought 2 adult Minecraft meals in which both toys were missing and a sugar doughnut. I had to drive back through the drive threw and wait in the queue again with my disabled kid. Worker then tried to tell me to take a parking space and wait on 2 toys and a doughnut that they never put in to begin with. I refused to park up and she handed me a bag. I drove away and again there was only 1 toy and doughnut. So deliberately bumping people. AVOID RUDE STAFF

They kicked me out for no reason

Two levels underground is where the seats are once you get through the VIP ropes and the ordering machines that have replaced the counter. It's alright. It's in a good spot but it's both full and manic.

Not surprising due to the location that it was very busy, but to say that the service was very quick and pleasant,

Just what you would expect from a McDonalds, clean bathrooms, free wifi and cheap food. I like that it is much cleaner than McDonalds in Mexico or the USA. The bad thing is that everything is now automated and the service is not very good. Check your order, I was missing a hashbrown potato

The food was utterly distgusting. It was extremely greasy, cold, soggy and had a very unpleasant taste. I almost threw up. Employees were kind and friendly, though.

Terrible terrible experience. The janitor with a low pony tail is extremely RACIST. She prevented me and my friends from even being seated as if we couldn’t afford a five pound chicken nugget. She told us the area was closed wherever we wanted to seat while allowing all other people in. Extremely disgusting behaviour. When we (were forced) to leave the store, she still kept pointing fingers at us with a guard. Just FYI, we are all well-educated college students.

There was a problem with our soft drink, but it was replaced. The bathroom is in the basement. We tried the veggie burger because they don't sell it in Hungary, but it was delicious.

Saturday morning and there were only 3 people we could see in the kitchen. They had a huge queue. We ordered and then had a 25 minute wait, as the orders were dealt with out of order. My number appeared on the 'collect' screen but then wasn't actually ready for at least another 10 minutes. Food was great, service bad.

Apparently they sell human meat there...

Great porridge and lovely coffee. Very good loyalty system to gain points on a variety of different food and drink - and also every now and then you get special offers in the app for extra bonus points. The restaurant is only takeaway mainly at this early hour of the morning but there are still some seats to sit at ( but it's very cold near the door.

This is a very busy restaurant due to location. Service is awful. Staff rude & you have to double check all orders for missing items. If something missing, like sauces you ordered for Selects of Nuggets expect them to be thrown at you. I know they're busy but there should be no compromise on customer service especially if you ask politely for your missing items like I did. Food not that great either, ok if you like cold fries which i started to consume about 4 minutes after pick up. Plenty other fast food joints available in area. About this one.

Despite being busy, the service was efficient and friendly. The store has a charming, restored wooden vibe and upgraded self-service order points with numbered tables on the ground floor. There's additional seating in the basement. The toilets were very clean. Enjoyed table service and used the McDonald's App for convenience. MacDelivery is also available. Highly recommend!

Wouldn't often get anything from McDonald's,, but when you're after a cheap breakfast in London you don't have too many options.

The place is full of beggar's, when you are eating your food you will get pressed to buy things for them, no security the management don't care. Avoid go to burger king opposite.

An EXCELLENT Mackie Deez. I have been to this one a few times maybe more. Always HOT burgers, I might have to wait but it is STILL HOT. I always get the Double Quarter Pounder so maybe that is the reason why it is always hot, but even the fries are better here for some reason. Some Mackie Deez are better than others (Hammersmith Broadway is always cold, no toilets and very busy so crammed in a small space waiting for the food... Hull, Andrews Quay is like this one, always hot food) Location is obviously busy it is Leicester Square people! Don't expect a conversation with staff. Loads of seating but once again it's Leicester Square. If you find it too much hassle... You could REALLY punish yourself and go to the Burger King opposite that I wouldn't touch with a bargepole after my first and last visit!

McDonald's seems to have forgotten how to make a burger. My double quarter pounder was actually missing the bottom half of the bread bun. I found it more amusing than frustrating. I know the burgers have become smaller, but not like this.

Is just a shame that we are allied to buy a whole cup of coke and we can not use the toilet after it. I work around here and is just a shame for me or for the tourist that we can not wee after having a meal. No mc Donald’s standard. The staff are working very hard I recognise though.

This Mcdonald Service Suck. My drink was givem wrong. When I asked to be changed the drink that I havent drank - she said, she can't fix it because I ordered 1 hour ago when I literally just ordered 10mins ago. I only realisd when I'm about to drink it because it supposed to have whipped cream on it. And to be treated like I'm lying, with such hostility and raised voiced when I went there nicely and politely really ruin my morning. On the night of December 21, 2024, I visited a McDonald's and ordered some fillet burgers with a meal. However, I made the mistake of selecting regular drinks. The manager informed me that ice was mandatory for regular meals, but I explained that it was cold outside and I didn’t want a cold drink in that weather. Unfortunately, he was rude and unhelpful, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, the staff wasn’t wearing name badges, so I couldn't even mention his name. My order number was 0869, and I spent around £32, but instead of efficiently managing the situation, he wasted my time and ended up calling security. The issue was never resolved, making it a frustrating and unpleasant experience due to the staff's poor attitude.

An absolute hidden gem. Amazing that nobody has ever really heard of this place, but not surprising I suppose with it being tucked away off the main tourist and busy area. Such fast and speedy delivery and all those bright colours. Wow. Hidden gem.

They close their toilets early, what an inhumane thing to do

And I don't put less because you can't...Not a single McDonald's restaurant in the UK has gluten-free options for celiac or intolerant people. It's a real shame. In Spain, if you can't find a place to eat gluten-free, especially for children, you always have McDonald's...in London, you better take the tupperware... And if you find a place that has gluten-free options, they don't guarantee that it is free of cross contamination...God save the Queen!..of being celiac.

Always busy so expect long wait times, they typically have 30 or so orders pending at any time. I order my drink and food separately as 2 different orders, they will prioritise simple orders like 'just 1 drink' ahead of other waiting customers, that way you can at least have your drink whilst waiting for your food to be ready.

If you are a tourist beware and keep your belongings very carefully. In all public places here. Someone stole our mobile phone in the McDonald's

**McDonald's in Leicester Square: Golden Arches with a light smudge** McDonald's in Leicester Square is supposed to be the flagship of fast food in the heart of London, but really? It looked more like the Titanic just before the iceberg. Right from the start, everything went smoothly - that is, if you consider a non-working discount coupon a smooth start. Big Mac menu at full price? Well, why not, I'm a tourist after all, so let London really peel me off. I ordered a burger without mayo, but apparently no one told the chef that "without" really meant without. Obviously, it's more of a philosophical concept here. Receipt? None. No paper, no email, nothing. If I hadn't seen my bank account, I might have thought I won that meal in the raffle. And when I sat down at the table (the only free one where no one was fighting for a seat), I noticed that a suspicious gentleman was sleeping next to me. Maybe he had a better McChicken experience than I did because he looked like he was sleeping really hard. Highlight? Toilets. That was a story in itself. Dirty, wet, with the atmosphere of an abandoned train station at three in the morning. I just wanted to wash myself, but in the end I felt like I needed to take the vaccination. To be fair, the food tasted just like any other McDonald's - that one constant you can always count on even when all else fails. But if the McDonald's in Leicester Square ever wins an award, it will probably be for the best places for an uncomfortable rest. All in all? I'd rather buy fish and chips on the street next time. But thanks for the experience Leicester Square, at least now I know what "fast food" means without a guarantee.

We went in and ordered. They got the order wrong and luckily we had kept the receipt to prove what we actually took. While we were waiting for the right order we wanted to go to the bathroom after all day out and about but they said it was unusable. After a few minutes I saw them let a boy into a bathroom, perhaps a private one... so I asked to go too since it's not nice to eat with a bursting bladder. The staff told me it wasn't possible even though they made other people go in front of me just because they were older or with children. Let's start with the fact that it's illegal not to have a usable bathroom in a restaurant but let's talk about hygiene? Not being able to wash your hands after touching everything in the city. By then I had already ordered and I couldn't change places, I'm truly indignant and disappointed especially because I didn't receive an apology from the staff but rather laughter in my face making me look like the wrong one who was simply asking if I could exercise my right! Not even in Italy, where everyone speaks badly of it in terms of organization, do these things happen. Embarrassing!

Como tomó tanto tiempo para que la comida se preparara y tuvo que sentarse abajo en el sótano, no podíamos molestarnos con la molestia de volver a tomarla. Debería haber seguido con nuestro Burgerking habitual. Primera visita aquí y definitivamente la última!

The entrance has steps, the restaurant isn't very big. There are two screens to order your food. The service and menu is what we expected. Nothing relevant to say but the few tables weren't clean.

Short staffed, so told seated area downstairs closing, rushed us then locked the toilets and refused to let us use them after eating! Breaking the law! Explained had a disability was told to see The manager, he said ‘ I don’t care use toilets at the Christmas market and they don’t have to provide them! ’ The law says different! Disgusting place and unprofessional service by idiots! 100’s of people and no toilet! Paid to have a meal then basically told to get out!

Very large McDonald's, with outside seating, seating on the ground floor (very loud) and very deep in the basement. Cleanliness of the tables is like this. Cleanliness of the toilets was okay. There are more than enough self-service machines to order from. Food was warm and OK.

Go your way, they are just there to collect your money! Welcome, zero service, zero service and this is wrong when ordering. It's really worth Zero if you don't put it everywhere.

When my friend ordered tea and her number was on the board she went to take it and the lady working there didn't give it to her. When we asked someone else the told us to wait, went somwhere and when they came back they did their job like nothing happened and we weren't even there. Besides they didn't give my other friend a cookie and I didn't get my 3 sauces. Really bad experience, never coming back again. >:(

Out of the scores of McDonald’s, I did too, this one is one of the worst. Despite that the Employees are working hard, the food, quality, Is awful and the service not much better. Despite them pumping out many meals a minute, our sandwiches were barely warm and were extremely dry. We could not finish them. Even the fries were lukewarm. They did not give us napkins nor a straw with our meal, so we had to fight the crowd and go back to the front and find them. The line employee takes away your receipts so you cannot give proper feedback to McDonald’s corporation.

Went to the Leicester square branch it was awful the food was tasteless , the hot chocolate was like water. There was a beggar hanging over our table asking for money, wouldn't take no for and answer, even when i shouted at him to move away, no member of staff came across to intervene either. So really bad experience for us

My Drink Never came and My Food was cold! Never again

I ordered two french fries and a drink, but they didn't come out for over 20 minutes and just told me to wait. Later, when I asked again, they sarcastically told me it was their fault, saying it was our fault. Another employee came and responded kindly and helped me process the refund. Even while I was talking to the friendly staff member, he continued to taunt me by saying that he came and took your food. I was grateful that the friendly staff told me to say something to the sarcastic staff and go away, but the sarcastic staff was really the worst. Of all the restaurants I've been to so far, I've never seen such bad service.

I ordered two French fries and a cola, but the number for number 617 wasn't called until the order for number 670 came out, so I asked the staff and they told me to just wait in the back. So I waited for another 10 minutes, but there was no sign of the fries coming out, so I said I just wanted a refund, and only then did the person in the shirt respond by arguing that the food had been prepared earlier. Another employee kindly helped me with the refund, so I gave it to them, but the service was really bad, so don't go there. He didn't say anything for 30 minutes while I asked questions and looked at him, and then when I said he wanted a refund, he started criticizing me by saying that the food had been served earlier, which made me feel really bad. Staff service is really the worst👎👎, so DON'T EVER GO

First off the employees are amazing, exceptional, out of this world incredible. This place was a like a warzone. It was chaos. Thousands of orders being processed effortlessly. The Managers Dahlece and Aydzhan were Generals cool under fire. They had the line running like a well oiled machine. Whatever they are being paid it should be doubled. I asked for specific food items. They were perfect! This is the standard of how McDonalds will become a food powerhouse. Supreme Dream Team. Also so clean. Every table bused meticulously after each patron vacated the table. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯🎯

I’m still waiting for my refund? All the hot drinks spilt everywhere going all over the food and making not edible. Why would I want hot drinks with less than half in the cup and food that taste like coffee? I have pictures to prove this as well. This happened Sunday night why am I still waiting for a response?

Food was great, along with quick service. Toilets could of used a bit of a clean however it was great.

You come to pick up a delivery and they just ignore you. So i just cancel. Order from a macdonalds less busy not this one. They dont care about deliveries.

At this time, I have to believe they have a software problem. It happened to me in two different McDonald's that by making changes to a sandwich and a wrap it was practically as if I had asked to remove everything and, randomly, they added only one ingredient. In both cases I asked for the sandwich to be redone but it was delivered incorrectly again. I gave up on it.

Don’t understand these negative comments, come here often and it’s always fast service even when it’s busy periods! Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is good too!
