I wish I could give a zero sadly the app won't. They told us the service was going to be slow, that's fair enough, but it's not a reason to completely ignore us for twenty minutes straight. We waved at the staff, verbally asked them to take our orders and they would not even come next to our table despite acknowledging us by saying "1 sec". In the end, we left without even getting an order in or a drink on the table. When we left, the staff looked directly in our eyes and said nothing. I don't know what else they can do to make the experience worse. Serious improvements needed before anyone should be going here.

Food tasted fine and arrived quickly. Pasta dish could have been a bit hotter but serving in cold bowls probably doesn't help. Watch out for the service charge. Receipt said a discretionary 10% service charge is added, but later realised mine was actually 15% (classed as a 'Manual Service Charge') with no mention from staff at the time as to why the difference. Prezzo have probably lost me as a customer now because of this!

Ordered a dessert, something I don’t usually do, but it sounded delicious! Best ever chocolate cake, with creamy mascarpone and raspberries, it arrived, just a slab of cake and a very small serving of single cream, when I questioned it I was told I should have specifically asked for the raspberries and was brought out 4 raspberries in a little pot! I had also said mascarpone was mentioned on the menu, , apparently, again, I should have told them I wanted mascarpone not single cream, again a small pot of mascarpone was brought out, yet again, my fault for not saying that was what I wanted! I then asked for the dessert to be removed from the bill, which they did. When the bill arrived, I asked for the service charge to be taken off, the manager came over to ask why, I told her the dessert advertised was not produced, even though they had the items in the restaurant! She said as very reluctant to remove the service charge, but eventually did!

I order Margherita pizza and the weitress gave me Margherita alcohol which was seriously no good Im very disapointed because I was very hungry

Disappointed. Went with family during half term and food was incorrect. Probably worse though was the flippant initial response from the staff member like what I got was close enough! I also hate how they “compensated” by removing the cost of the item but left their “service” charge intact. Sorry Prezzo your staff can’t get a 4 top table order right but you suffer the financial penalty. Certainly won’t be back!

We strongly advise against visiting this place. After visiting London all day, we decided to eat at this place. We didn't check the reviews beforehand and they weren't very interesting. If we had read them, we probably wouldn't have used this place. It turned out that almost all the tables were empty. We were happy to sit down peacefully. After entering the place, the woman asked if we had a reservation. We were surprised because it was after 8 p.m. and we didn't expect that a reservation would be needed at the station at that time. We said we didn't have it. We were taken to a table between two other couples where we could not sit down because there was no space to put the chairs away to sit. Total ignorance, lack of communication, we will never visit this place again and we will advise everyone not to use it. Everything indicates that the staff wanted to do everything to prevent us from eating there and did it on purpose.

The prezzo italian chain , they serve some lovely food , ive tried quite a lot of their menu . I used the 2-4-1 deal which made things even nicer . Service was good , lots of space and its tucked away from foot traffic which is a relief as you can have your meal in peace . 😉 enjoy

Went to this restaurant and used the tried to use the Prezos voucher and the manager was kicking up a fuss and looking us up and down judging us for wanting to use a voucher, rude boss man all of a sudden says his vouchers aren’t working today, disgusting service wouldn’t recommended and Goodluck dealing with the difficult man as front of house.

Arrived here around 2.30 on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. I asked for a table for 3 and as the server was retrieving menus I politely asked for a child's menu. I was met with the server rudely staring at my daughter and asking if she was under '9'. I honestly replied that no she was 11 to which he tuted and told me the portions are small. I know the size of the portions as we eat regularly at other prezzos and their website even states a child menu is suitable up to the age of 11. He then took us to a table and instantly asks do you have any vouchers or deals to whixh I reply afirmative. He then demanded to know what vouchers and told me as of yesterday they don't accept tesco vouchers. There is no mentions of this on their website so we left and he seemed very glad. Why work in the hospitality industry if you don't know how to be hospitable.

Couldn’t even get a table. Turned away as I was a solo diner. Bet this would not have happened shortly after Covid. They would love the business bearing in mind how much money they lost and now are closing numerous restaurants. Now everything is back to normal they are turning solo diners away. Well the manager of this restaurant is 😡 from these reviews it sounds like he has done this many times. He doesn’t deserve this position, he is a rubbish manager and person

Popped in after a long day traveling for a bite to eat and it was great. Very friendly service and the food was good. Tried the new summer menu and it was light, fresh and tasty.

Small italian restaurant in the middle of the city. The food was very good, the waiters were very friendly and funny. The prizes were a bit high tho but I guess thats normal at that part of the city!

Le restaurant vaut le coup d'y poser ses valises. Les lasagnes étaient très bonnes. Le menu enfant est très bien avec entrée, plat et dessert. Dommage qu'il soit si mal placé: tout au fond à l'étage.

I booked a table for 20:45 got there it was closed. I travel all the way there to find out it was closed when on Google the closing time was 10pm

The staff service was mixed, one waitress really friendly and efficient, the other one less so but still nice. Our starter was really delicious but our mains less so, looked good in presentation but didn't quite deliver quality wise. It was a relaxed experience which was appreciated and the staff weren't intrusive. For a restaurant in a railway station, better than expected.

Not a pleasent experience! Had a prezzo burger with beef and it was a complete mess to eat! The bun was so dry and really not worth to eat! We sat with our coats on due to a heavily cold wind in the restaurant! Others also sat with coats on!

Awful service. Never again. Manager just walks away from you while you're trying to talk. Terrible person. The food was nothing to write home about either but that's probably because I lost my appetite after the manager was so rude.

Shocking service Told you can use taste card on entrance, to be told you couldn't when it came to paying the bill (slight oversight on my part, but that's why I double checked with the restaurant) Waiter walks away when you're talking to them, so only half the message could come across at any point (this happened more than once)

Best Prezzo we have been to so far. Seeing as it was extremely busy staff and food where excellent.

Me and my partner we enjoyed every minute at Prezzo. The food was very delicious and the service was great. The staff was very friendly and professional. Good experience and a new favourite Italian cuisine spot.

When the food was delivered it was cold, gross and half of it didn’t arrive. Very disappointed. All we wanted was our cheesy garlic bread :(

I came here on a lunch break. The service was fast and efficient. The pizza I ordered was cooked in view, in a large stone oven. The pizza itself although well presented was very salty due to the chorizo. I would come here again but I would not order the chorizo pizza.

They don’t know how to communicate the information to customers. Very bad… seems like they don’t care for people when they even know is their fault. Apologies doesn’t work when the staff of this restaurant doesn’t communicate properly to you. The manager seems he doesn’t care too as was taking to us and then disappear.. not recommend this place!

First time here, I had a a regular size pizza (I think it's actually large)which I enjoyed. The lady who served me and my colleagues (Alexandra) was very friendly,polite and helpful. I recommend this place 😊👌

£28.55 got a tasteless carbonara, the ham supposed to be fried until crispy but it's soft as like boiled, and spaghetti was overcooked. Espresso Martini only could taste sweet and little coffee smell. Overall food quality not justify for the high price, wouldn't come back.

Half empty restaurant, and told that all tables are reserved and not taking any more. You can't book out the entire restaurant for reservations and not allow walk ins. Utter disgrace especially with the location of the restaurant.

Reasonable prices, especially for central London. The food was tasty, the house wine was okey. I was arround 12:00p.m. on Thursday, so not many customers at that time, maybe 5 tables were occupied. I ordered to eat Crab and Lobster Ravioli with King Prawns, the price was around £16. The waiters were fast reacting and the food came out quite fast.

Had a wonderful time here last night. The food was great and arrived promptly and our waitress was lovely (thank you Zornitsa).

Had a lovely experience the food was tasty and the staff member Zornitsa who looked after us throughout was so friendly, helpful and always smiling which made our evening even better. Fantastic customer service.

Pre booked a table and checked they could cater for coeliacs in advanced. Turned up only to be told they had run out of gf food so couldn’t accommodate us. Really poor as they could have called me to tell me before we turned up! No apology, really poor service from prezzo.

Sadly this felt more like a food court and not a restaurant despite the food pricing, Also do not sell draft alcohol despite being advertised on their website as the bar is "to small" but happily stock many more expensive alternatives

Shocking service. Waited for a few mins with no sign of any staff working. The restaurant was half empty with table that hadn’t been cleared. The waitress came over took one look at us and instantly passed judgement. I was with my mum who has multi coloured dread locks and my child in a buggy. The woman turned Us away because apparently they were “fully booked”. So we went to kfc. The tables were still empty and still not cleared when we looked as we were leaving. Think the staff need to update their knowledge on discrimination. We would have spent a lot of money as well. Shame.

Appalling service at the restaurant above Victoria train station in London. Myself and my 2 children walked in to this restaurant and the manager greeted us by putting his face really close to mine (1 foot away) and saying very loudly "What are you doing in my restaurant. What are you looking for?". I have never in my life felt so unwelcome at an establishment. All we wanted was to sit at one of the 15+ available tables and order some dinner. I told him that I thought he had been extremely rude to us and he then said it would take him 10mins to put 3 plates on the table. Several tables already had cutlery and napkins, so I really don't understand his reasoning. He was smarmy and rude and prezzo have lost my business.

Fast service, friendly staff, great food, and super accommodating for dietary restrictions with plenty of gluten free and vegan options. Great for a quick lunch near the palace! The gluten free meatballs were delicious.

Useless place slowest service ever

Really disappointing. Used to work at PREZZO Upminster branch 6 years ago. food and service was amazing back then. Came back to London and took my best friend for a dinner here hoping to have delicious food as it used to be. Unfortunately food was awful, my risotto was dry and had weird taste. Ravioli was tasteless and dry as well. But what was most disappointing is service. Had to ask for cutlery, for vinegar with our garlic bread, for cheese on our mains, not like we were taught to always ask and offer. Not a great experience anymore...

Really tasty food. We had a bad experience with a waiter but Frieda was so accomodating and apologetic , a real professional! Would go back :)

We had an issue with a staff member as they were quite rude. However, Frieda was exceptional at resolving the issue and went above and beyond to rectify the situation for us. Cannot applaud her for having great customer service enough

We went in a party of 6 last Saturday. I had to complain, as some of the food was raw, orders were wrong, food was not hot. I emailed in, but did not receive a reply. So I sent another message, that said I would receive a reply within 3 days. Still waiting, and probably will not get a call from the manager.???

Service was slow, not that polite. Food was just ok but did come out quickly. Location isn't great, restaurant quite noisy.

February 2022 Possibly the worst location and horrible food. Such a waste of night and money. ZERO taste. The only thing which was great was the service. It was quick and staff was friendly. Would NOT recommend Pizza or Pasta.

Booked a table as we were catching a train from Victoria. It's very convenient as it's a short walk from the main station. We were served very quickly and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Food arrived hot and was tasty. Overall would recommend

Decent food - service was polite. Chicken in the arabiata pasta was dry, and the portion was quite cold. The food also came suspiciously quickly - doubtful it was fresh. And the positioning of the restaurant isn’t the best. There’s nothing separating it from the rest of the entrance to the station, and the fast food opposite

My wife and I had a lovely meal there with friends, I can only say service was impeccable, we was being served by the lovely staff Zornitsa who was very attentive with us and super friendly, she and her team are a credit to Prezzo restaurant. Their burgers really worth trying. Also u don't wait too long for your food to be served which is another bonus.

Amazing staff treating their customers very well. I was travelling alone and therefor eating by myself and they handled that perfectly. It’s rare to get that kind of service when eating alone in a restaurant. Dish was perfectly cooked and house wine was also very enjoyable.

This restaurant is in the busy London Victoria train station. I always expect these restaurants to not deliver or provide an amazing experience but I was so surprised tonight. We had booked a table in advance and was greater with the most attentive host I have seen in a very long time. She showed us to our table and totally nailed the exact amount of time we needed to choose drinks and then delivered them exactly to the right places. These little attentions to detail made it feel really personal. Nothing was too much trouble with our order and the food was again delivered perfectly. So I have only spoken about the amazing service we received and the food matched the service. The 7 of us had really nice 3 course meals including children's menu, pizza, pasta, burgers, and a delicious array of desserts. Despite being in one of London's busiest train stations we never knew we were! I would go back there tomorrow!

I have just went to breakfast with my nana here and the food was ok some of it was dry but one thing to complain about is that the tea is 1.80 and it’s not a pot you just get a cup! The service was extraordinary everyone was so nice and friendly. Overall the food was a 6/10 but the people that work there 10/10

Busy restaurant but we didn't book and got a table pretty easily. Staff seemed a bit rushed and you had to get their attention they certainly weren't attentive.

Houssah - Tuesday Night. 6-7pm. This employee delivered quick friendly service and was working hard with quite a few customers to serve. Big thanks for this great experience. There will always be businesses and employees who write fake reviews to win incentives. Not this time with my long standing TA account :) the name again - Houssah. If you are looking for great service ask to be in his area. Recommended for a mid weekday bite to eat! My order was large sausage pizza, fries, calamari, and 2 peronis. Stick that into Aztec to check. #LEGIT. I will come again.

Food was super slow to come out, had to call a waiter twice to order drinks and 10minutes later the first came back to take our order. Took 10minutes to pay the bill and got passed to three different individuals due to manager approval being required for a regular deal that they have with a show and meal pre paid. Overall the food wasn't bad (except the garlic bread actually needs garlic guys come on) but not good either, service was slow. Don't go here for fine dining but a quick splurge of £20 on some take out maybe.

Whilst waiting for our connection home, my husband and I popped in here for a quick dinner. A lovely waiter greeted us and were seated quickly. The waiter then began to set the table, with dirty cutlery. After I asked for clean cutlery, the staffs attitude changed. My food was cold and bland and my husbands food was warm but pretty bland too (we both ordered simple pasta dishes). Staff kept out of our way, all stood behind the bar chattering with their backs to us. Didn’t once ask how our meal was or whether we needed more drinks. We paid online so we didn’t have to disturb them and upon standing to leave a waitress shouted over to our waiter ‘have they even bothered to pay?’ To which he ran over and checked the till, that told them we had. Absolutely disgusting food and service. Will not be returning. I wish I could rate 0.

We asked to be seated where we will not be disturbed our waiter Ella was more than accommodating and was swift with her service the food was yummy. Good atmosphere we will be back.

Tried to visit this branch yesterday lunchtime as had meet 3 family members at the station. Was asked if we had booked which unfortunately we hadn't, but as the restaurant had plenty empty tables didn't think it would be a problem. Was told a family of 14 were arriving & they could only accommodate us if we had eaten and gone within 45 minutes, seriously the food would probably of taken over 15 mins to cook so giving us 30 minutes to eat a meal. In the day when there is so much competition between restaurants I'm glad this one can afford to turn people away & have empty tables, we were lucky enough to find somewhere far happier to accommodate us & take our money.

Very rude staff when we asked for a table 'outside' because we didn't want to bother other guests with our dachshund.Staff told us to go away in a very unfriendly and inappropriate way and that probably no other restaurant would accept a dog inside. That's ridiculous because we always travel with our dog and never had any problem.Would not go to any franky and bennys anymore because of this unfriendliness.
