Was nice, was expecting a fine in restaurant as I’ve never been before but it was within the supermarket on the top floor in the food hall. Without discounts the bill came to £91 so I’m happy I found online discounts and got a 2 for 1 of Mains for signing up as a member which I felt was very good and saved £20.

It's a nice Prezzo and good location however the ambience is a little hostile the staff don't really pay attention and they hardly give you time to read the menu we were asked for our order as we sat down we were also not offered any water and when we had a discount the blue light card it seemed like there was a problem. Note this is not all the time because I have been here several times and the manager was so nice and nothing was a problem but unfortunately she isn't there anymore which is a shame. Food still good but portions are now notable smaller yet prices have increased good for a stop off but have you money ready

Ola and dominika were great , they let me know about vegan and vegetarian options which i wasnt aware of during my previous visits to prezzo

I booked over the phone to make sure , ad there was 7 people and needed 2 high chairs, not a problem they said. The difficulty of finding a parking space and the price of it, and when we arrived we were told NO BOOKING was made!!!!!! When my son told them we'd booked over the phone, they replied , hmmmm that's probly why!!! . Terrible, so went elsewhere and spent our money, there loss! This was Kensington high street. So beware how you book!!

A Pleasant Evening at Prezzo: Rigatoni Bolognese and Bruschetta Delights My visit to Prezzo on Tuesday, February 25th, 2025, was a genuinely enjoyable experience. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant felt clean and tidy, creating a welcoming atmosphere. A standout element of my visit was the excellent service provided by Antony. He was incredibly polite and attentive, consistently checking in to ensure everything was to my liking without being intrusive. His friendly and helpful demeanor truly enhanced the dining experience. For my meal, I opted for the Rigatoni Bolognese and PREZZO'S TOMATO BRUSCHETTA. Both dishes were exceptionally fresh and delicious. The bruschetta boasted vibrant, flavorful tomatoes, perfectly complemented by the toasted bread. The Rigatoni Bolognese was equally impressive; the sauce was rich and hearty, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. Overall, my dining experience at Prezzo was a success. The combination of delicious, fresh food, a clean and well-maintained environment, and the outstanding service provided by Antony made for a very pleasant evening. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will certainly be returning in the future.

Very Understaffed. Can feel the pressure and frustration in the staffs who work, which ultimately leads to poor service.Not a great ambience in a customer perspective.

Please can management sort out the ladies toilets in this restaurant. Sitting on a seat that doesn't fit the bowl is actually quite uncomfortable. Also, there was no toilet paper.

This is a rare gem tucked away on the top floor of the Victoria Station Shopping Centre. Very good food, but the real standout was the attention and friendliness of the staff. A v enjoyable evening.

This is not my first time at the Prezzo Restaurant London,I am familiar with various branches,but I have to give my compliments for the hospitality,service and the food...everything well taken care of to the smallest detail...it is true that the detail makes the difference...I had a very good time and I will certainly return .

We had an amazing time at Prezzo Italian Restaurant in London Victoria! Everything was perfect—from the delicious food to the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed. Special mention to our waitress Ola who went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommended! ❤️🥂❤️

We found the service really really slow despite the restaurant not been that busy. After waiting almost 15 minutes to order anything, the staff still ignoring us and serving other tables and clearing tables I had to ask if we could please place an order. We found the food very bland. Have eaten many times at Northumberland and the old Haymarket Prezzo but this branch we found to be very different so I think it is down to the branch. Would not eat at this branch again.

We requested to add chicken & burrata to a veggie pasta for an extra cost. We were presented with granulated bits of chicken. Most disappointing!! 😕

It was a trick to attract customers quickly for £1 claim on Pasta/Pizza only and my total bills came to £32.00. I understand it is due to cost of living arising affected some business. Overall the meals was great but the atmosphere from the staff was frosty.

Polite, well mannered staff, easily read menu ( handy as I had forgotten my glasses) prompt delivery of our orders and really tasty pizza. The only downside is a lack of gluten free items although this is not reserved just to this restaurant. All in all a very pleasant way to spend an afternoon.

Antony was a great host. Very friendly and lenient to our indecisiveness!

Some of the negative reviews here are nonsense. Firstly read some news. The UK law forces businesses now to include the tip or service in every customer bill. Secondly, I was at this Prezzo with my friends on Monday this week and yes we had to wait a little bit to be seated and that is ok. No need to make it a drama. Have you ever worked in a not so busy restaurant? Those shifts are usually under-resourced to save cost. Not the staff's fault. They were probably somewhere else working. Our service experience was perfectly fine. Very friendly and we had two servers. Food arrive super fast too. We were asked half way through the meal if all was satisfactory. No issues. The food is delicious every time I come here. I'm very picky with my food quality and Prezzo is one of the few (not overpriced) restaurants that I will be bothered to eat at. I am a chef. Don't be discouraged by some of the "first world problem" dramatic comments.

Wish I had read the reviews before coming here. Prezzo was a convenient stop off before getting the train home. We should have gone somewhere outside the station because the service was diabolical. Here's a snapshot of the issues: had to wait ages to be seated, no drinks menu on the table so had to order blind, no crayons for the kids menu despite asking, chips still had not arrived at the point we finished the mains. Initially tried to charge us for the invisible chips and added on a service charge. Staff were very defensive despite the very basic mistakes. I'm not sure what's going on here, but something needs to change! The food which did arrive was actually okay so it was the service which ruined the whole experience. An apology was finally given when we got the revised bill.

Food was good..usual fare you'd expect. Service was terrible. Stood at the front waiting to be seated for so long I gave up and asked at the bar. Waitress was quite rude and sullen and they have nerve to stick service on top.

I go to this particular Prezzo regularly as it's a convenient midway meeting point for me and my friends but also the staff here are always very friendly and attentive and the food and service are good. I went again last Wednesday (20th November) - a special mention goes to Karolina the manageress and Anna our waitress who helped my friend and I to have a lovely evening.

Went in for a tske away order. The waitress at the door did not want to acknowledge I had a discount code via the app. She had a terrible attitude. After discussing with someone she retired dnd asked what we wanted, actually it was "what do you want!?" Only stayed to order because I wanted a pizza. Once order placed we were told to wait outside!! After 20 minutes I noticed a waitress with 2 boxes, look around and just the the boxes in the table and she walked off! I thought could be mine, so went inside the restaurant and ask about my pizzas, was told they are outside!! Absolutely disgusting service. The pizza was not great either, lscjed flavour for a pepperoni topping! Will not be visiting any Prezzo again.

Food was good, arrived quickly. It was a little quieter than usual but still great.

Can understand why the place is practically empty on a Friday night, the two waitresses are cold, unfriendly, not welcoming and one of them was chewing gum. Doesn't use a notepad to take down your order, just stands there silently hands on hips waiting for you to finish speaking, then takes the menu and goes off. The pizza quality has gone downhill fast since I last went which was before covid, honestly I prefer the Wetherspoons pizzas. To top off this awful experience the dishonest waitress did not mention that the £2 service charge was optional, it was only after I read the small print on the receipt afterwards.

Nice location , nice vegan pasta , service could improve as I was under the impression the Waitress was upset every time I ask her for something but we enjoyed nevertheless

Mould on burger baps of 5 people's order in our group. The staff offered different options - but it was too late. Not sure how so many burgers could be prepped with staff not realising there was mould on all the baps!!

Only after visiting this restaurant did I realise where these 1* were coming from. Inattentive staff members graced us with their presence after 25 minutes to take our drink order however their lack enthusiasm could only be mirrored with our own unenthusiastic reception of the mediocre pizza.

It was the worst service ever, I been with my 5 friends as a walk ins and I had uni days and she said: “for uni days you need to have table booking not a walk in”, what wa clearly lie. That lady did not come to us on 20 minutes and after this we left this place. Never again. TRAGEDY

I visited for the first time a few days ago with my partner, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. There was no greeting upon our arrival, and no one checked on us during our meal. I ordered the gnocchi with pesto and added burrata for an extra £3, only to receive half of a small burrata, which was not as described. The pesto seemed diluted with extra olive oil, as if there wasn’t enough to properly prepare the dish. Additionally, both the Passion Fruit Martini and Aperol Spritz were made with flat Prosecco, raising concerns about how long the bottle had been open. This was my first and, regrettably, my last visit.

No taste to Pizza. So disappointed. Mozzarella so, so, three pieces. Expensive £25 for not eating it. . Worst take away in years. Sorry to say.

There was no atmosphere and it wasn’t busy. We’ve dinned here before and enjoyed our experience. This time the food was average. They had no fries available on the menu, no balsamic vinaigrette.the toilets were In need of maintenance.

I wish I could give a zero sadly the app won't. They told us the service was going to be slow, that's fair enough, but it's not a reason to completely ignore us for twenty minutes straight. We waved at the staff, verbally asked them to take our orders and they would not even come next to our table despite acknowledging us by saying "1 sec". In the end, we left without even getting an order in or a drink on the table. When we left, the staff looked directly in our eyes and said nothing. I don't know what else they can do to make the experience worse. Serious improvements needed before anyone should be going here.

Food tasted fine and arrived quickly. Pasta dish could have been a bit hotter but serving in cold bowls probably doesn't help. Watch out for the service charge. Receipt said a discretionary 10% service charge is added, but later realised mine was actually 15% (classed as a 'Manual Service Charge') with no mention from staff at the time as to why the difference. Prezzo have probably lost me as a customer now because of this!

Ordered a dessert, something I don’t usually do, but it sounded delicious! Best ever chocolate cake, with creamy mascarpone and raspberries, it arrived, just a slab of cake and a very small serving of single cream, when I questioned it I was told I should have specifically asked for the raspberries and was brought out 4 raspberries in a little pot! I had also said mascarpone was mentioned on the menu, , apparently, again, I should have told them I wanted mascarpone not single cream, again a small pot of mascarpone was brought out, yet again, my fault for not saying that was what I wanted! I then asked for the dessert to be removed from the bill, which they did. When the bill arrived, I asked for the service charge to be taken off, the manager came over to ask why, I told her the dessert advertised was not produced, even though they had the items in the restaurant! She said as very reluctant to remove the service charge, but eventually did!

I order Margherita pizza and the weitress gave me Margherita alcohol which was seriously no good Im very disapointed because I was very hungry

Disappointed. Went with family during half term and food was incorrect. Probably worse though was the flippant initial response from the staff member like what I got was close enough! I also hate how they “compensated” by removing the cost of the item but left their “service” charge intact. Sorry Prezzo your staff can’t get a 4 top table order right but you suffer the financial penalty. Certainly won’t be back!

We strongly advise against visiting this place. After visiting London all day, we decided to eat at this place. We didn't check the reviews beforehand and they weren't very interesting. If we had read them, we probably wouldn't have used this place. It turned out that almost all the tables were empty. We were happy to sit down peacefully. After entering the place, the woman asked if we had a reservation. We were surprised because it was after 8 p.m. and we didn't expect that a reservation would be needed at the station at that time. We said we didn't have it. We were taken to a table between two other couples where we could not sit down because there was no space to put the chairs away to sit. Total ignorance, lack of communication, we will never visit this place again and we will advise everyone not to use it. Everything indicates that the staff wanted to do everything to prevent us from eating there and did it on purpose.

The prezzo italian chain , they serve some lovely food , ive tried quite a lot of their menu . I used the 2-4-1 deal which made things even nicer . Service was good , lots of space and its tucked away from foot traffic which is a relief as you can have your meal in peace . 😉 enjoy

Went to this restaurant and used the tried to use the Prezos voucher and the manager was kicking up a fuss and looking us up and down judging us for wanting to use a voucher, rude boss man all of a sudden says his vouchers aren’t working today, disgusting service wouldn’t recommended and Goodluck dealing with the difficult man as front of house.

Arrived here around 2.30 on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. I asked for a table for 3 and as the server was retrieving menus I politely asked for a child's menu. I was met with the server rudely staring at my daughter and asking if she was under '9'. I honestly replied that no she was 11 to which he tuted and told me the portions are small. I know the size of the portions as we eat regularly at other prezzos and their website even states a child menu is suitable up to the age of 11. He then took us to a table and instantly asks do you have any vouchers or deals to whixh I reply afirmative. He then demanded to know what vouchers and told me as of yesterday they don't accept tesco vouchers. There is no mentions of this on their website so we left and he seemed very glad. Why work in the hospitality industry if you don't know how to be hospitable.

Couldn’t even get a table. Turned away as I was a solo diner. Bet this would not have happened shortly after Covid. They would love the business bearing in mind how much money they lost and now are closing numerous restaurants. Now everything is back to normal they are turning solo diners away. Popped in after a long day traveling for a bite to eat and it was great. Very friendly service and the food was good. Tried the new summer menu and it was light, fresh and tasty.

Le restaurant vaut le coup d'y poser ses valises. Les lasagnes étaient très bonnes. Le menu enfant est très bien avec entrée, plat et dessert. Dommage qu'il soit si mal placé: tout au fond à l'étage.

The staff service was mixed, one waitress really friendly and efficient, the other one less so but still nice. Our starter was really delicious but our mains less so, looked good in presentation but didn't quite deliver quality wise. It was a relaxed experience which was appreciated and the staff weren't intrusive. For a restaurant in a railway station, better than expected.

Not a pleasent experience! Had a prezzo burger with beef and it was a complete mess to eat! The bun was so dry and really not worth to eat! We sat with our coats on due to a heavily cold wind in the restaurant! Others also sat with coats on!

Awful service. Never again. Manager just walks away from you while you're trying to talk. Terrible person. The food was nothing to write home about either but that's probably because I lost my appetite after the manager was so rude.

Shocking service Told you can use taste card on entrance, to be told you couldn't when it came to paying the bill (slight oversight on my part, but that's why I double checked with the restaurant) Waiter walks away when you're talking to them, so only half the message could come across at any point (this happened more than once)

When the food was delivered it was cold, gross and half of it didn’t arrive. Very disappointed. All we wanted was our cheesy garlic bread :(

I came here on a lunch break. The service was fast and efficient. The pizza I ordered was cooked in view, in a large stone oven. The pizza itself although well presented was very salty due to the chorizo. I would come here again but I would not order the chorizo pizza.

They don’t know how to communicate the information to customers. Very bad… seems like they don’t care for people when they even know is their fault. Apologies doesn’t work when the staff of this restaurant doesn’t communicate properly to you. The manager seems he doesn’t care too as was taking to us and then disappear.. not recommend this place!

£28.55 got a tasteless carbonara, the ham supposed to be fried until crispy but it's soft as like boiled, and spaghetti was overcooked. Espresso Martini only could taste sweet and little coffee smell. Overall food quality not justify for the high price, wouldn't come back.

Half empty restaurant, and told that all tables are reserved and not taking any more. You can't book out the entire restaurant for reservations and not allow walk ins. Utter disgrace especially with the location of the restaurant.

Reasonable prices, especially for central London. The food was tasty, the house wine was okey. I was arround 12:00p.m. on Thursday, so not many customers at that time, maybe 5 tables were occupied. I ordered to eat Crab and Lobster Ravioli with King Prawns, the price was around £16. The waiters were fast reacting and the food came out quite fast.

Had a wonderful time here last night. The food was great and arrived promptly and our waitress was lovely (thank you Zornitsa).

Pre booked a table and checked they could cater for coeliacs in advanced. Turned up only to be told they had run out of gf food so couldn’t accommodate us. Really poor as they could have called me to tell me before we turned up! No apology, really poor service from prezzo.

Sadly this felt more like a food court and not a restaurant despite the food pricing, Also do not sell draft alcohol despite being advertised on their website as the bar is "to small" but happily stock many more expensive alternatives

Shocking service. Waited for a few mins with no sign of any staff working. The restaurant was half empty with table that hadn’t been cleared. The waitress came over took one look at us and instantly passed judgement. I was with my mum who has multi coloured dread locks and my child in a buggy. The woman turned Us away because apparently they were “fully booked”. So we went to kfc. The tables were still empty and still not cleared when we looked as we were leaving. Think the staff need to update their knowledge on discrimination. We would have spent a lot of money as well. Shame.

Appalling service at the restaurant above Victoria train station in London. Myself and my 2 children walked in to this restaurant and the manager greeted us by putting his face really close to mine (1 foot away) and saying very loudly "What are you doing in my restaurant. What are you looking for?". I have never in my life felt so unwelcome at an establishment. All we wanted was to sit at one of the 15+ available tables and order some dinner. I told him that I thought he had been extremely rude to us and he then said it would take him 10mins to put 3 plates on the table. Several tables already had cutlery and napkins, so I really don't understand his reasoning. He was smarmy and rude and prezzo have lost my business.

Fast service, friendly staff, great food, and super accommodating for dietary restrictions with plenty of gluten free and vegan options. Great for a quick lunch near the palace! The gluten free meatballs were delicious.
