Siempre es un lugar maravilloso para ir en cualquier ocasión. Un menú realmente especial e interesante con mucha variedad y variedad. El bistec con patatas fritas es fenomenal y la variedad de cócteles es fabulosa. Increíble decoración en las paredes de toda la historia del cine y una increíble atención al detalle en todo el restaurante. Me llevaron aquí en una cita después de que el chico con el que estaba quería venir aquí y la comida era normalita. Yo tenía las fajitas y él tenía las alas de búfalo y una hamburguesa con queso. La comida fue decepcionante y algo insípida. Caro para lo que era. Lo único bueno del restaurante fueron los excelentes y amables servidores y los increíbles cócteles. Definitivamente consigue una gran copa de cóctel cuando vengas aquí.

My family and I had just seen a show on the West End, and we had two for one coupons for Planet Hollywood that we got with our TravelCards. The restaurant is decked out (as it should be) with entertainment paraphernalia, and our server Gabriela was wonderful. Nice stop.

We booked Planet Hollywood 4 weeks in advance and were really looking forward to it as we had been before and we loved the atmosphereWhen we got there we were shown to one of two tables situated under the stairs so the only view we had was people walking up and down the stairs. There was just no atmosphere - it was as though we were in the restaurant on our own. We asked to move but were told we would have to go in the queue to wait for a table so we stayed at that table.The food was average and overpriced for what we gotI don't think we'll be going again.

Visited Planet Hollywood on a Groupon deal with colleagues from work. The atmosphere was lively, people singing and dancing and the food was great. Helen was our waitress for the evening, catering for everyone's needs (including vegan). Helen was very welcoming, introducing herself when taking our orders, very happy and always smiling. She made our evening even more enjoyable with other (including the manager) to bring out a cake with a sparkler and sing, very loudly Happy Birthday. Thank you Helen for helping us have a wonderful evening! x

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff. We went to Disney Land and these guys were MORE fantastic and kid friendly (who knew that was possible). It wouldn't be my choice for gastronomy but if you have a child it is wonderful.

booked here for my husbands 72nd birthday ,there was 5 of us ,was absolutely brilliant,was greeted with a smile waiter Marek was so helpful and never had to wait for anything ,food was amazing ,3 of us had the steaks which was cooked to perfection,defintely recomened and will be visiting again soon,

Food was brilliant and service was amazing. Silvia our waitress was so friendly, caring and easy to talk with making sure everything was good with such a smiley personality. Honestly made the evening 10 times better.

Asked if I could have bacon and cheese on my chips with my burger but were unable to do it? Yet they can make a starter of it with potato skinsalso our night was completely ruined by the noise. I get there were kids there and they’re enjoying themselves but to not even be able to hear my boyfriend talk or even be able to speak to him because of the level of shouting and singing. I get it because I’m sure I was like that, every kid is, but as an adult, it’s frustrating. The burger was lovely but I just don’t know how they couldn’t do a simple thing.

It was our first time in this Planet Hollywood. We all did the others Planet Hollywood (New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Paris). We adored : wonderful atmospher, wonderful music (by Michael), great and particular spirit at this place, fantastic reception (we were served by Hugo and Lance) and excellent food. we liked it so much that we went two consecutive evenings. And we come back at the end of March for my husband's birthday. We can't wait to come back.

We booked for my son's birthday and were using 2 for 1 vouchers. When we arrived we were given a very reduced menu (not clear from the London days out website) and shown to our table right next to another and by the toilets. Toilets were a bit grubby as was the whole restaurant. The laminated deal menus were greasy and full menu covered in food. Whole place felt tired and dirty, you couldn't see the memorabilia without standing over someone else's table. It was a long way from what we expected so we left.

The staff of Planet Hollywood was wonderful to work with. I had a group of 24, half of whom were 13 and under. We paid a deposit which was used towards paying our final bill. As soon as we arrived, they seated us. We received wonderful service. Our food arrived quickly and the kids loved it.

Visited for lunch. We had a pepperoni pizza, 3 sliders and chicken wings. The pizza was okay but the rest we didn’t eat. In addition to the high prices, the restaurant add 12,5 percent service fee. Why not just show a accumulated price. So our two person lunch with two cokes costed us 46 GPD. The interior was boring and felt tirred.The service was friendly though.

Went to this place on Monday the 17th of Feb. We were greeted straight away by a young woman who showed us to our seat. We didn't feel comfortable at those seats so asked a different waitress to sit in a corner towards the back of the restaurant so we sat there.

Birthday experience for my son it was brilliant we pre booked a birthday cake and also arranged his birthday message on the screen. It was very busy but we only waited 15 minutes to be seated. The food was really nice my kids enjoyed their food. Only down side was we had to wait a while for our food and dessert but we was enjoying the music and my kids were dancing away so they weren’t really bothered. If you have a merlin pass you get discount which was a bonus. Next time we are in London kids want to go here for dinner again lol.

Great for large parties, and celebrations.

The food here was great and the portions were really good. The only critisism was that the younger generation did not have a clue about who most of the memorabilia belonged to. The music was a little loud at points to have a decent conversation. An update of celebrity Hollywood would maybe be advantageous. Food was hot and tasty. Would definitely visit again

We ordered 2 burgers and they were nice but the fries weren't, they were crispy to the point of no filling and barely and nice ones all little scrappy ones.

We came here on a Monday evening and all of us had vouchers and had to choose from a fixed menu choice. The food was of disappointing quality with cold chips and dry pasta. The service was very good though and the server did his best. We were with friends and were so tired and hungry that we put up with it but had it been a special occasion we would have been very disappointed because we have been to the one in Orlando, Florida and the difference is amazing where they have so much more on display. This restaurant looks as if it could do with a makeover. The shop is very limited and the standard of food average. The staff however are very welcoming.

We were having a few days in London to see a show and a few attractions and while we had ideas of eating in independent restaurants, our daughter had other ideas. To be honest we had a great fun evening, the restaurant was busy but the staff were welcoming and efficient. Service was prompt and we all enjoyed the food. The burgers were tasty, everything came out hot and freshly cooked. For London the prices were ok and we enjoyed the experience.

We sat close to do door. It was freezing! Aside of that. Everything else was great!

So got a national rail buy one main get one free. Turns out it was from a special very limited menu which was disappointing. 1st up customer service was outstanding! So it's the food which lets this place down. Feel sorry for waiting staff who have to deal with kitchen mess ups. My main was very burnt. So send it back (which is not something I'd normally do!!) They cooked dish again and it came out fine. So they really do need better quality control in the kitchen. Decor not really good for young children as scary models from films. Food quality was poor and not worth the prices.

Visited here for are daughters 13th birthday meal while visiting London to see the sights. Waitress was excellent and very attentive food was well cooked and tasty if a little over priced but it is central London and everyone left full and happy.

We had the most amazing waitress and had the best evening.

Visited here yesterday for my birthday we also had theatre tickets booked too. I had booked online which was easy to do. We arrived about 30 mins early but it wasn’t a problem and we were shown to our seats. The waiter we had was very friendly we ordered a starter to share and then burgers which were huge and very nice and a good size portion of chips. We ordered a 4 pint jug of beer as there was 3 of us and it was better value. No room for desserts as we were full but what we saw looked nice so we will return. Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday meal. So thank you

Birsthday meal for a 9 year old boy

A fun and enjoyable restaurant to visit! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the food was really nice. Coupled with a really great atmosphere about the place (the restaurant cam was a nice touch), I would certainly recommend!

Food was good as always although service a little slow which was odd as it was a very quiet Thursday

We booked weeks ago for a meal this evening 13th Feb 2020 as we received a voucher as a wedding present. On arrival they said they had no record of our booking, we showed them a print out to which they asked us to wait....... We were left stood in the doorway, 15 minutes later the female returned apologised and explained they had us booked under another name! Not a great start but we then enjoyed a good meal, we left and began walking down the street for a waiter to come running out accusing us of not paying????? When we explained he looked at his list and realised we had already paid via a voucher. Thank you Planet Hollywood for ruining our wedding gift.

We had an amazing meal at planet hollywood, the staff were friendly and patient, we took ages to decide! We were late booking the table, but they still managed to pop a birthday message up on the screen for my daughter and our friends son and even brought them a little cake with a sparkler and sang happy birthday to them.

Before I say anything I am only telling you my experience, so if the marketing manager says that they have great reviews for wait staff, overall experience, etc, this is irrelevant because this was certainly not my experience. My husband and I went for a drink and a burger. They appeared to have plenty of staff and it wasn’t that busy but our food took over half an hour to come and, despite the fact that I had explained my order 3 times (the waiter did not write anything down), it came out wrong! I was patronisingly told by the waiter that he understood but clearly didn’t. As i had waited over half an hour for the wrong food, and the waiter only came back to take our plates (no checking if everything was ok) we ate what we were given as we didn’t have time to wait another 30 plus minutes. We were then given the bill and it had a discretionary 12.5% tip for our convenience but at no point were given an option to refuse to pay this. The credit card machine just had the full amount. Having just been in America where customer service is paramount as tips are not ‘conveniently’ added, staff work hard for their tips and I think sloppy waiting, incorrect orders and a long wait does not deserve any kind of tip!

We met out friends inside who were eating already and we had a drink. The staff were very welcoming at the door, my friends enojoyed their meals, and the drinks were ok too. I think the memorabilia could be a lot better placed around the restaurant. I used to go to the old planet hollywood down the road before they moved here and loved it, the bar was exciting, the memorabilia was like walking through a museum. Now you could over look everything in there, some are placed high, not too much new stuff, not too much stuff in general either it feel like as they are too spread out, and the bar is just like any other bar, they could have a couple more larger screens placed around, and a more exciting play list also. They lost their previous buzz, not enough for me not to recommend this place, i still like the concept and i would happily return, i just hope they re-vamp this place, and make it an experince and exciting again like it used to be, with great american food, and a vibe that will make you happy and want to stay in there all night, not just to eat and leave. Staff here although friendly were also a little bit hard to get their attention too. I think if you have never been you would enjoy it, with a few tweaks it could be a place you would always want to go to also

Excellent from start to finish. Food was really good and we all had a great evening. Service was excellent always some one available to help. Atmosphere was really great and location is superb

My husband and 1 went here for a pre theatre meal,on arriving we had a drink,my husband a Beer me a diet Coke that was nearly £10 to start with!! then we sat and had Burger and Chips, the burger being luke warm plus a side order of coleslaw and my husband had another Beer, i know this is London but still £53!!!,we was going to give a tip but that was already included via Service Charge,so all in all £63 for Burger and Chips!!!.DISCUSTING!!! The memorabilia was dated nothing from the last 5 years at least. Only nice touch was that it was my husbands 50th treat and they put his name up on the screen wishing him a Happy Birthday and brought out a tiny cake with squirty cream and a candle on it. Its very overpriced for what you get for this reason we wouldnt return

The food here was ok, the cocktails were ok, the restaurant itself was ok. The toilets were a bit grubby, the service was good. When you say we paid over £70 for two burgers with chips, one chocolate fudge cake, one beer, one cocktail and one Diet Coke it actually seems a bit ridiculous! Would not return to any Planet Hollywood I’m afraid, unless they reduce their prices dramatically or increase the quality.

Food was amazing and so was our server, so polite and helpful. Thought the decor to be a bit dated and found soft drinks to be very overpriced.

Went here with my sister, brother in law and the girlfriend, it’s a pretty cool place with all the memorabilia from films, the only annoying thing is the camera what pans around and puts you on the screen while your eating, I had a burger what was pretty good so still worth going to

Loverly meal with friendly ,funny and professional staff that made the experience of Planet Hollywood even better . I’m glad I missed the stater as I would not have finished my main course as it was massive . The food was tasty, hot and freshly cooked . I was unable to eat a desert as I was full which says a lot for the portions.

Visited here for lunch for my boyfriends 21st birthday, booked a table for 12 but arrived early making us the second people to arrive so assumed it would be quick service! Ordered our drinks and food, we had one starter to share which was garlic bread, it gradually got busier and we realised that people who had come in after us had already been served their starter, after asking where ours was 20 minutes later the manager came over and apologised for the wait, said that it was stonebaked so took a bit longer and that it was coming. When we FINALLY got it it was just dry and we were unimpressed. Next waiting for our mains which was 2 of the same burger, waited for that for just over half an hour and people that arrived after us had been and gone, the kitchen were sending loads of burgers out but not ours!! I again had to complain and ask for the manager, she apologised and said it was busy I said rubbish I’ve seen burgers go out to people that have been here 10 mins!! She just apologised again and said she’d deduct our starter from the total food bill and that was it. Not impressed at all with the service considering it wasn’t busy. My boyfriend’s first time in London let alone planet Hollywood and it got off to a rubbish start! Won’t be going again, overpriced and overrated.

Called in for a pre show cocktail, the drinks were overpriced, and to be honest quite devoid of alcohol, probably the most tasteless I've ever had, won't return.

We loved the relaxed atmosphere. I definitely would return to try more dishes. Service was well-timed, friendly and affordable.

Siamo stati qualche sera fa, io mio marito e mia figlia di 3 anni, buona l'accoglienza, ci hanno dato un tavolo molto comodo e grande e hanno subito portato a mia figlia il set con i colori per passare il tempo. Abbiamo sfruttato la promozione 2x1 della national rail che consiste nella scelta da un menu dedicato di due portate al costo di una, ovviamente la gratuita sarà la meno cara.. un po troppa attesa per il cibo e i bagni ai piani superiori non mi fanno dare un punteggio più alto. Il cibo era molto buono tranne la pasta del menu baby ovviamente, ma non ci aspettavamo una pasta buona, purtroppo la bambina la voleva per forza!! Abbiamo preso un Kids menu, un bacon cheeseburger con patatine e coca cola e una porzione di ribs con patatine e insalata con Fanta per la cifra di 47£ tutto molto abbondante.

So, a Themed restaurant that actually serves a good steak...... had a fab meal, some great memorabilia, when the 9 year old lost it when he saw Han Solo in carbonate, Indy’s Whip and Rambo’s knife, (not sure how he knows who Rambo is, God bless you tube....) all the food was excellent and well served by attentive staff. Well done to all.

Sono andata per la seconda volta a questo posto e devo dire che, anche qui, possiamo trovare un ottima cucina! In questa occasione ho chiesto la famosa jacket potato e, non dipende da loro sicuramente ma, trovo sia un piatto completamente privo di senso! Quindi se ci andate, cercate di evitarla. Andare qui e mangiare uno degli ottimi hamburger e i loro fantastici nachos in un atmósfera piacevole non delude mai le aspettative. Rapporto qualità prezzo nella norma, servizio un po’ da migliorare! Consigliato

Estava curiosa para conhecer o planet Hollywood devido aos comentários das pessoas que já frequentaram e também por lembrar um pouco o hard rock. Como nós EUA é mais difícil (fila grande) resolvemos ir no planet aqui de Londres e me decepcionei!!! O atendimento foi muito bom mas a comida deixou a desejar....

The menu has a number of favourites from the original menu that mean so much to this great family restaurant. The food portions are huge and the audio visual surroundings well produced with many new film trailers . Great place that everybody should enjoy.

Booked a table for 6 30 had to wait half hour but we didn't mind as it was last weekend before xmas , food was good but table was put in position were we were constantly being knocked by waiters , which wasn't their fault just poor positioning of table .

The food was lovey the staff very friendly and entertaining. The decor was a little tired and needed painting. Overall a good experience.

We visited on the break between parts 1 & 2 of HP & The Cursed Child so didn't have much time. I'd booked a reservation and went straight in.

Id been here before and wasn't overly impressed, however my partner hadn't and really wanted to go. Atmosphere is good, lots of memorabilia which is difficult to look at as a lot of it is by tables where diners are eating. Food is average and over priced. Good choice of cocktails and can pay to take the glass home. Overall, I'd say I wouldnt go back and probably wouldnt recommend. What we paid for two, with a discount, was around the same for great burgers for four at Byron Burgers!!!!

Lovely meal with my family for New Year’s Eve lunch. Excellent service and delicious food, will visit again next time we are in London.

Warm welcome. Nice hollywood collection (Terminator, Gremlins, Indiana Jones, etc). We used our London Explorer Pass to pay the lunch, but it is linked to a rather limited menu. For the burgers, our preference goes to Shake Shack.

Le personnel est accueillant mais ce restaurant est beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu’il est. Et surtout les burgers ne sont pas bon du tout.

My sister and I ate dinner here. I ordered the Chicken Caesar salad. Although it was not the customary salad that is served in the U.S., it was very good. My sister ordered the Southwestern Salad and she couldn’t eat the greens that were in it. She said they were too tough. The cheesecake with strawberries was very good. The music was very loud and quite annoying. It was hard rock, which is probably fine for the younger crowd but it is not for everyone.

Out with family and friends we went to planet Hollywood for late lunch. The food was delicious, service very good indeed. Our waiter Lance was very nice and cheerful.

An unplanned family meal at Planet hollywood at 1.30pm the place was empty. That should have been the give away.

Decided to use a groupon offer to have a pre Christmas treat. Unfortunately expect to be given a very stripped down Groupon menu, so straight away you feel like the poor dinner being offered the pauper selection.

We went on a LNR two for one offer, which was well worth having. My partner enjoyed ribs with a tangy sauce, whilst I had a large burger with cheese and chips. The venue was busy and we found it noisy. Service was excellent

Restaurant is run down and resembles a canteen. We were seated at back where it was empty so no ambience. There is little planet Hollywood memorabilia and what there is is very dated. The food was average. Nachos had no cheese on just cheese sauce and very few tomato’s. Just a plate of dry Doritos really with some lumps of chicken. Salad had lumps of cheese - wasn’t worth £15. Burger and kids macaroni cheese were good. Service was good but can only go so far to justify the poor surroundings and prices.

Nice experience between Hollywood memorabilia. I had the texan tacos and a burger, the staff was always asking if I was happy and comfy. The food was good and well cooked. Great and funny experience!

Had booked an early evening table and arrived a little early, no problem as was not too busy, shown to our table and ordered drinks - be aware drinks are quite expensive in here.

Been here a couple of times and I absolutely love the food, the atmosphere and the staff. Meat cooked well, big portions. A bit expensive of course but you get quality. Love the screens all around the restaurant. So fun! It's been a while now I really want to go back! Avoid Hard Rock Café! Go to Planet Hollywood! <3

Came here for lunch, the food was decent but not as good as I expected from such a big chain of restaurants. Service and waiter was really good.

Whenever I visit London I always visit here for a drinks and a meal, the atmosphere is great with good music, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food is fabulous.

Once again the food and service was top class. Even though we were 15 mins late for our booking nothing was too much trouble . Very easy to use our train tickets to take advantage of the buy 1 get 1 free meal. You have to print the vouchers in advance and give them to the guys on the front desk . Drinks were brought quickly and the order was taken approx 10 mins after we had sat down . Food was delicious and the ribs were amazing !!!! Back again in a few days with some friends and our children . Looking forward to it !

Me and a friend had a few days in London and chose Planet Hollywood as our restaurant for a lazy Sunday afternoon, we are pleased we did, we were served by a friendly young girl who couldn't do enough for us, she explained the menu, was attentive to us throughout our meal and made sure our experience was one that would definitely make it a number 1 restaurant to visit next time i'm in London.

We always come to planet Hollywood when we come to London as we like the food and service. Unfortunately today we didn't even get any food. There was no one in the desk at the front so we walked into the restaurant. Two girls.walked straight passed us and to the couple behind us and took them.to a.table. when they came back I stopped.one to ask if we could have a table. I was told to 'hang on a sec'. That's fine it was busy. A few minutes later we were told that a table would be 5 min while it was cleaned again no problem. We waited for ten min nobody updated us and we were just left and ignored. We left and went somewhere else to eat. Very disappointed.

I met up with my best friend her daughter in law and grandson to go to a show in london and have a meal, the planet hollywood restaurant was right close to the theatre so that was one of the reasons we went other than that we had heard it was fabulous, we wasnt dissappointed, it was amazing.

Fab lunch with the family. Really friendly and helpful staff, and such a good atmosphere. We didn’t need to worry if the kids were a little loud as it is a family restaurant with music playing etc.

As expected really. What let it down was poor service! Had steak and was not given a steak knife, asked a lad as he walked past who said yes he’d get one. 5 minutes later had to ask someone else, by the time it came everything else eaten and food now just warm!

We visited London for an anniversary trip and wanted to try Planet Hollywood in London for the experience. Disappointed in everything.

Nice tasty meal here, I would recommend booking as it does get very busy. Music was VERY loud, could hardly hear ourselves talking, which was a shame.
