One more of many, cheap food where you do everything

Inattentive staff. I ordered at the restaurant, they gave me food packed in a bag. I ordered porridge and tea, only porridge was given. I also noticed that the order numbers were displayed as ready even before they were actually ready.

All the staff(including the front desk) is focusing on 'serving' food but not serving customers.

Came here after a long day out for a quick late night bite and it served us well. The food came out quick and mostly everything was great. I will say, I was disappointed by the mcflurry as the lack of oreo's was apparent. On top of that it wasn't even blended, minus 1 star

The service in this store is excellent. The staff are really on top of the orders and we can very well be patient. I like the decor too.

Busy street. Need more seats. Needs less delivery services.

It's still a Mc, but compared to previous reviews I must say that I found a clean place with fast service and classic fast food food. London prices.

Only thing I hate about British McDonald's is the size of the burger or meal is rather small even for an extra large meal for the price we pay. And comparing it to American burgers the sixe u cannot compare . However still same McDonald's taste. Good atmosphere and fast service wen possible as it does get very busy

Food is a little cold but not too busy like other McDonald’s near oxford cirus/bond street station. Music is a little bit loud. Good stop for quick Bite & WC🧘 though.

Went to use the men's toilet and the walls, seat and floor was literally covered with human faeces. There was no toilet paper and the taps were barely running. This is not something I would expect from a food restaurant let alone any place in London!!! Disgusting!! Management should be ashamed.

Too quirky seating wise. Would be better with proper seating. Nowhere to sit down unless you stood over people to make them hurry up 🤪

Very busy, and they kick you our in the evening. You cannot stay for a moment longer after you got your food. Very unpleasant experience. Avoid in the evening, the neighbouring Burger King is open as well. Update: you are still NOT ALLOWED to eat inside. AVOID!!

Great place for a quick bite! The food is consistent, service is fast, and the menu has something for everyone. Perfect for a casual meal or a quick snack.

Hot chocolate was hot but chocolate was missing, felt like drinking hot water, so much disappointed , please dont serve like this.

They removed all the eating areas and make you eat standing outside like animals. Absolutely disgusting. If you can't provide the basic amenities for customers to eat their food, you shouldn't be calling yourself a restaurant. Frankly, maybe you shouldn't be wasting space in central London at all.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and got a chilli cheeseburger horrible sauce !!

Long service. Order on site and served to take away. Toilets not necessarily clean. A classic McDonald's

Ordered to a hotel in London, never turned up

The McFlurry with Maltesers was really disappointing. Barely any topping, just a tiny bit on top, and the rest was plain white ice cream. The wooden spoon completely ruins the experience—it’s not even a real McFlurry anymore anywhere in Europe. Not worth it.

At night no seats and no eating inside. Seriously?

I ordered three days in a row now. Day one wanted brownie got birthday donut. Day two wanted cookie got brownie. Day three ordered cookie got muffin. Why mcdonald why!!!! Put it out of the menu if you don’t have it.

The horrible food, it seems that they reheated it 5 times, very disappointing.

I went here a couple of times while I stayed across the road in the hotel. It’s great if you want something quick and easy and the price is affordable. The only thing every time you order on the machine there is no receipts paper. You have to remember the number and it’s very easy for anyone to take your order without showing proof of payment.

Rhys really did such a great job helping me when the app change my order location to another branch and went above and beyond to help me. Branch was nice and clean and quick service

Drink was spilled and damaged food. Courier was hopeless!

WARNING, there is a phone thief they know hangs out there but don't do anything about. My phone was stolen off my table on 12 Oct. by a pregnant woman holding a sign supposedly soliciting assistance while stealing my phone off the table where it was sitting underneath the sign. As for the food, I never had a double QPC fall apart on me like this one did. Terrible experience all the way around.

Fries we're cold not crispy and hardly any salt. The burgers were so salty they were barely edible, even my son who loves mcdonalds said the same thing. Wouldn't go to this one again.

My order never arrived my corrier called me and said the restaurant never received my order. He said to wait until my order had been completed and then to request a refund. I have done that now

25.08.2024 Busy! Not much seating for families. Generally clean, didn't use the loos. More seating in basement and upstairs. Self service machines were a bit grubby ans needed cleaning. Also out of receipt roll.

Like any McDonalds. Very many people there and hard to get a table there

Relatively bad visit. Took little time for 4 people but the food barely had any flavour and the chips were under salted. Too busy even for three floors and very busy toilets, it takes ten minutes to go in.

never received the order, was proberly stolen by the driver. ordered at approx 1245, hadn't received it by 1600, gave up. customer service from justeat is non existent, same as MacDonalds

Ordered from this Macdonald's via just eat with a delivery scheduled for 1310, time is now 1429 and still no sign of my order. Unable to cancel order via just eat app as apparently it's been "being prepared" since 1255 with my courier "at the restaurant". Totally shocking service and I'm about £13 out of pocket as you can guarantee that it won't show up before I have to leave at 1600 #notlovinit

A horror, after sitting at a table waiting and having placed the order, they tell us that we have to vacate the table because they are going to close the plant and they send us to the basement, assuring that we would have room, we were five people and there was no room in the basement, before 9:00 p.m.

Just bought morning breakfast, totally disappointed. Order cam about way way late,coffee came total mess,no syrup,pancakes came no syrup again,tea with no milk,staff not knowing what's where. Absolute waste of money.

I was supposed to grab a light meal on the way back to my hotel. Not sure if this is a UK thing or just this mcdonalds, but not beeing able to cater to the needs of a gluten free diet in 2024 is just… horrible.

The food is bad like in the McDonald's mall but being a tourist and not knowing English, the service people made fun of me and I felt humiliated, when I asked something they answered it in a bad way I do not recommend going

Srikanya and all the staff were very helpful to strangers from across the pond. She even ran and got us straws from downstairs. People are what make your experience good or bad. Please, please, please don’t forget to reward those go out-of-the-way to make your customers feel at home. Our review of the food: More selections than in the USA. Salads and vegetarian options and slightly cheaper (very slightly) than stateside, even with the exchange rate added. Roughly US$13 for two people.

Missing items. McDonald always miss item in the order. Rider is so unprofessional he delivered my order at my work address because he knows I work there.

Extremely crowded but it’s the only one open in the area after the bars are closed so I’ll give them that. They have security and the service was quick as could be expected.

I just went to have my lunch for my break and usually takes less than 10 minutes to get my food and I only got 1 hours break which is totally fine. But today I had to wait 30 minutes because someone else took my food because the girl called Jasmine didn’t ask for receipt so because of her I had to wait 30 minutes and waste half of my break. I appreciate she managed to get my food but didn’t appreciate the fact she didn’t ask the receipt to the other customer and I had to wait half an hour really bad management. But at least she apologised but still wasted so much time.

Without doubt, the worst Big Mac I have ever had the misfortune of putting in my mouth. Cold and poor construction.

Crowded but it’s fine. Ordered 20 peace chicken nugget box but only got 18 in the box. Realised after I went away from the counter. Double cheeseburger was terrible. Dry and the meat tasted like paper. Pickles felt old. Ate half and threw away the other half. Cola was really good. Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here. Go to five guys.

This was actually a pretty good McDonald's. Perfectly clean and getting my order was very efficient. Could have been a different story during peak hours tho!

The guy with the beard barking order numbers at 12:30 midnight really should lose his job. If he spent a min checking what is in the order he wouldn’t need to be reminded for the straw. The napkins. More importantly I ordered sauces? Why weren’t they in the bag? Why must these people who can’t read very well be given such customer service roles. Relegate them to the back flipping burgers so someone who can actually read can take his job. The fries were burnt too. Like McDonald’s tries everything to make cooking its food so easy a monkey could do it and yet we are still getting rubbish food by their staff. God I can’t wait for automation. New edit. I woke up to find I also had the runs… I didn’t eat anything else but that today. Tells you everything really.

It's a McDonald's, so you all know it tastes the same the world over. Everything is as expected. No surprises but more importantly no disappointments either

a guarantee as always! super clean and organized environment. the food was very good. I had a happy meal and a piadina with space grilled chicken! It's a shame that it doesn't exist here in Italy. the nuggets of 9 are particular and delicious

It's probably the cheapest meal in the UK and there's a promotion of 3 items for 3 pound.

Did not receive my food it was marked as delivered and there was no driver. I called the restaurant several times with no response..

Being from the U.S., we had to see if McDonald's U.K. would be any better than back home (we knew that this would be a waste of an otherwise enjoyable London meal opportunity). Unfortunately, it was no better. That being said, it wasn't any worse either. And, that's probably because...it's McDonald's! I have rated our local Mcy D's about the same. That's one meal in a foreign country that we'll never get back.

(Using my friends phone) lovely staff member assisted me as I was not able to come into the mcds due to my bike and the lovely staff member got me the rich tomato sauce I needed. 😍

No sauces even though ordered very bad

The worst experience ever!!! Never go there!!!!!!!!!! I waited 15 minutes for a kids' meal and three soft corns. I could see the three corns were already prepared at the beginning, but nobody cared that they were going to melt. I couldn’t stand it anymore, so I asked about it, saying I had been waiting for more than 10 minutes. He gave me three melted corns! I said I didn’t want melted corns. He repeated after me, louder, "She doesn’t want melted corns!" and then he left. He came back and said he had called me many times. But I’m sure no one called my number. I was waiting right in front, listening very carefully, and watching my number on the monitor because I was worried about the corns melting. I explained this, but he kept insisting that he had been calling me many times. He didn’t believe what I was saying. Yes, someone was calling for one corn many times, but it was not my number, so it wasn’t mine. But he kept saying the same thing over and over again. I realized he was making fun of me because I am not an English speaker. Finally, I got three new corns, but he complained that it was only for today and wouldn’t happen again. I asked about the kids' meal that I hadn’t received yet. He pointed to one on the table that was not ready yet and asked if it was mine. I said yes. He gave me this not-ready meal, which was missing juice and chips, and even one nugget was missing. He didn’t apologize for the delay or the trouble. I definitely will not go there again. Sadly there wasn’t any sauce at all. The Triplecheeseburger didn’t taste good. Sadly I cant recommend this mcdonalds at all.

What you expect from a mcdonalds. Pretty straightforward, wanted a quick sit in meal, no issues with seating. Toilets are a bit below standard but it is central....

No bacon on 3 of the 4 burgers.

There were many floors, so I was able to sit and eat comfortably. The kiosk was nice and it was easy to get the number called, but I couldn't figure out the Wi-Fi password. They tell me to write down what is written on the receipt. Even though I ran Papago, it failed. When your legs hurt, buy some fries and take a rest. Ash cream is also good.

Opening hours wrong, says open 24/7 and they are not.

Very spacious, it has three floors, somewhat dirty at the time I was there and with a lot of traffic. Has. Self order machines.
