food was Luke warm at best, and no straw for the drink

Order never arrived. Absolute joke. How can an order never arrive? Appalling service.

Missing items. McDonald always miss item in the order. Rider is so unprofessional he delivered my order at my work address because he knows I work there.

The guy with the beard barking order numbers at 12:30 midnight really should lose his job. If he spent a min checking what is in the order he wouldn’t need to be reminded for the straw. The napkins. More importantly I ordered sauces? Why weren’t they in the bag? Why must these people who can’t read very well be given such customer service roles. Relegate them to the back flipping burgers so someone who can actually read can take his job. The fries were burnt too. Like McDonald’s tries everything to make cooking its food so easy a monkey could do it and yet we are still getting rubbish food by their staff. God I can’t wait for automation.

It's a McDonald's, so you all know it tastes the same the world over. Everything is as expected. No surprises but more importantly no disappointments either

It's probably the cheapest meal in the UK and there's a promotion of 3 items for 3 pound.

Did not receive my food it was marked as delivered and there was no driver. I called the restaurant several times with no response..

Being from the U.S., we had to see if McDonald's U.K. would be any better than back home (we knew that this would be a waste of an otherwise enjoyable London meal opportunity). Unfortunately, it was no better. That being said, it wasn't any worse either. And, that's probably because...it's McDonald's! I have rated our local Mcy D's about the same. That's one meal in a foreign country that we'll never get back.

(Using my friends phone) lovely staff member assisted me as I was not able to come into the mcds due to my bike and the lovely staff member got me the rich tomato sauce I needed. 😍

The worst experience ever!!! Never go there!!!!!!!!!! I waited 15 minutes for a kids' meal and three soft corns. I could see the three corns were already prepared at the beginning, but nobody cared that they were going to melt. I couldn’t stand it anymore, so I asked about it, saying I had been waiting for more than 10 minutes. He gave me three melted corns! I said I didn’t want melted corns. He repeated after me, louder, "She doesn’t want melted corns!" and then he left. He came back and said he had called me many times. But I’m sure no one called my number. I was waiting right in front, listening very carefully, and watching my number on the monitor because I was worried about the corns melting. I explained this, but he kept insisting that he had been calling me many times. He didn’t believe what I was saying. Yes, someone was calling for one corn many times, but it was not my number, so it wasn’t mine. But he kept saying the same thing over and over again. I realized he was making fun of me because I am not an English speaker. Finally, I got three new corns, but he complained that it was only for today and wouldn’t happen again. I asked about the kids' meal that I hadn’t received yet. He pointed to one on the table that was not ready yet and asked if it was mine. I said yes. He gave me this not-ready meal, which was missing juice and chips, and even one nugget was missing. He didn’t apologize for the delay or the trouble. I definitely will not go there again. No sauces even though ordered very bad

Sadly there wasn’t any sauce at all. The Triplecheeseburger didn’t taste good. Sadly I cant recommend this mcdonalds at all.

What you expect from a mcdonalds. Pretty straightforward, wanted a quick sit in meal, no issues with seating. Toilets are a bit below standard but it is central....

No bacon on 3 of the 4 burgers.

There were many floors, so I was able to sit and eat comfortably. The kiosk was nice and it was easy to get the number called, but I couldn't figure out the Wi-Fi password. They tell me to write down what is written on the receipt. Even though I ran Papago, it failed. When your legs hurt, buy some fries and take a rest. Ash cream is also good.

Opening hours wrong, says open 24/7 and they are not.

Very spacious, it has three floors, somewhat dirty at the time I was there and with a lot of traffic. Has. Self order machines.

The delivery man spat in my order.

No one was auditing the food orders and got take away only to find when we got to the park they they hadn’t included the ketchup and dips leading to a very boring chips and nuggets. Not acceptable.

Carton of fries was only half full. Order was missing an item. Food was cold despite restaurant being nearby.

Disgusting food & chaotic place. 2 x quarter pounder meals, no lettuce & no tomato & burgers were bone dry. Place was crowded with people it was too much hassle to try & reach the counter so we could ask for replacements. What an awful place what on earth has happened to mcdonalds

It's a McDonald's, you know what your getting for cheap and it's filling. If I jkow I need a quick meal then this is where I would go.

Just been to this place, 22.03.2024. Asked security a question at the door and he started acting weird, it seamed he was high on drugs or something. He just jumped off as we were some sort of desised or dirty. It really put me off. I beleave Mc. Donald's should carefully select staff in order not to put public off specially in iconic places like Tottenham Court Road. I will newer go there again neither bring my friends or advise this place to anyone.

Double quarter pounder only had one beef patty. Cheeseburgers had visible piles of salt on them, making them inedible. And missing 2 dips.

A flagship store on Oxford St? You wouldn’t know it. One of the bad ones I’m afraid. Cold food, slack service, sleepy staff and useless forks.

I ordered a hamburger and a juice, they gave it to me half an hour later and it was cold and on top of that they insulted us and gave us the finger.

Here it says that the store is open 24hrs on Friday but it's not true: yesterday (02 Feb 2024) it closed exactly at 11.00pm and the customers have been sent away even if they just bought food and drinks and wanted to have dinner inside the store. I'm one of them, I couldn't complete my dinner there. Good job instead for a guy that brought me food and drinks with all what I needed and also good job to the guy working downstairs that was making space for people in order to have all of them sitted down and happier.

Very dirty and unhygienic lavatories. Also no baby changing room, only two (occupied) tables up (the rest is down the stairs) for disabled people or with small infants in pushchairs..

First time to have McDonald in UK. There are more varieties than US and Canada. Chicken sandwich is ok but fried is bad. It’s really soft, not sure related to potato itself or fries was there for long time

The self service machines always run out of paper, so make note of the order number or take a photo. I've never had an issue, but would still be nice to have a receipt.

How was McDonald's!? McDonald's is McDonald's. You order, wait for the food, you eat it near a random person in a dirty table, use a lot of salt and barbecue to make the food taste something, regret having it and go home! Then you return when you're tired again to even think about some other type of food, because you don't want to choose

All the items that I ordered didn’t came, instead it came a completely different order. What I order was 1x McChicken, 1x Water and Medium Fries. Instead what I got, was 1x Double Quarter Cheese (no pickles), 1 x cola cola and 9x chicken nuggets.

Busy McDonalds. Sadly my burger was just warm. Fries were good. There is an upstairs and down besides the ground floor. It was very cold out and the door was inexplicably kept open. We all huddled close up the few tables towards the counter and away from the door.

My BigMac had dry barely warm burger inside, cheese didn't melt and the only vegetable inside was lettuce. Fries fine. I've been in nicer McDonald's.

After waiting 3 hours they put up Delivered on the app. No food came because they couldn’t get a rider. Took my money on time though. Never order from here if you like your money.

Awful service. The numbers on the screen come up 5 to 10 minutes before they actually bother to call your orders. By the time they called mine, the screen was 20+ numbers ahead. I waited 5 minutes and then enquired about my food as they seemed to skip my number. The team member at the desk guard at me and just barked the number to the other staff. She somehow managed to be rude to the other staff whilst doing it. I git handed a bag of cold food after a few minutes. Went to the side to check my order as in the past they have managed to forget items. Only to be greeted by a dirty cloth with food remains. Which honestly is rather unhygienic. Do not go here. If that is the standard o a slow evening? There are far better places to eat in the area that are actually nice and clean.

they claimed they don’t serve tap water (which i believe is against the law) so had to pay almost £2 for bottled water which was a 10 minute wait for them to give us. staff were not very helpful & toilet floor had piss all over it

Busy as it should be but the food and service was good. I frequent this place for a small treat every 2 weeks or so and I'm always satisfied. Table service is so convenient, I order from my table and have my food delivered using the app. I'm not from the UK and this isn't an option in many countries so I was impressed with it.

Quite a big breakfast order. Accurate. Hot and early. Can't ask for much more I suppose. I think the date helped, but still well done

A lot of people seem to be convinced this restaurant is meant to be open. The opening times on Google say 24 hours. Despite this it is very definitely closed….. I’ve been here less than 5 minutes and at least 20 people have arrive at the door expecting it to be open….. what’s going on?

Service was quick, although, no receipts. Staff were pleasant. I had a very very greasy breakfast muffin. With an undercooked Hash brown. Sharing the restaurant with people sleeping at the tables was less than enjoyable. The staff wouldn't clean up so as not to disturb them. It was 1000 not middle of the night.

manager was absolutely vile, macdonalds app crashed and didn’t give me an order number only a code and told me to go to the till and they would print it out but it wasn’t coming up for them, manager or at least i think. she was a white woman had glasses and hair in a bun threw her arms up in the air and shouted at me from across the kitchen asking what i wanted and why i was stull stood there. so rude absolutely no customer service and i also used to work in another macdonalds so i know how it works when the app goes wrong . disgusting service

I specially loved the atmosphere. It was welcoming. on entering you can feel the warmth. I actually went in feeling cold but the warmth brought smile on my face. The staff are really helpful. I forgot my order number and the staff came in handy and even apologised as if it was their fault whereas it was mine. I enjoyed the food, though the burger was smaller than what I expected. Well done guys please keep it up. There are enough dining area. it occupies about 3 floors and very spacious
