I grabbed a quick chicken meal, the toilet smell that lingers around the collection point. Is very off-putting.

My order was incomplete. I paid for 2 portions of 2piece wings but only 1 portion was delivered.

By far the most poorly run fast food place I’ve ever been to. I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes for a sandwich this KFC needs new management asap

Food was cold by the time it got here. Got screenshots of the map and he didn’t move for ages, when the delivery person got here, he said he broke down (got a video of this) but there was no attempt at contact to advise.

Visited this branch July 8, 2024, dinner. Terrible and slow service! Lady behind the counter was more interested in looking at us than getting our food ready! Staff are just busy talking to each other rather than focusing on customers! We ordered a 6 piece bucket meal but one of the piece was really tiny! Portions have got really small nowdays and so is the service! I will not buy from here anymore and do not recommend this place!

The wings bucket is great value and actually very good hot wings!

This KFC is different it's not giving Rider dring. This is the answer given by staff members.

Customer service which I got few days back was very poor one of the team member RAHMAN (RAJU) was very rude towards me first he told me to order on kiosk as I told him already I want to customise some chicken after waiting so long i orders on kiosk with table no then I asked that guy to give me mayonise he told me they don't have but before he was giving mayonise to some girls and then I put table service and came to took my order and asked him bro it was table service and he replied so rudely with me that he don't have much staff to do service.nd even team member were calling his name raju but he put his name different rehman I Am very disappointed by this kind of service provided by KFC Baker Street.i think manager needs to teach him how to talk with customer and how to do customer service.Today i got the time to share my worst experience happened with me few days back from member of staff in KFC Baker street.

Many items not received and when called they said that the delivery person took my food but the bag wasn’t open….

There is plenty of seating in the basement, but the floor is sticky. Chips are cold and tasteless. I will never go to this store again

I was so surprised by staff service and food was so delicious. I went downstairs and they have big lobby and it was clean and love to visit this place again. Thank you Baker street you made my day.

This review is for apologise to ur staff member sonal as we ordered megabox today Between 5 to 6 but my brother shouted on the girl as he has some kind of disorder as we Didn't took any table Service but my brother expected the table Service but the girl was so sweet nd nice she didnt say anything to us and i apologise to her same time but she was sacred about this...t hats why i am putting this review nd i say sorry to her as its not her fault....thanks kfc baker Street for amazing customer service and for such kind of patience staff you Have.

We popped in around 11am on Saturday and ordered our food at the screens. We were told to put in our table marker number but there were none so had to go and find out what number to add, apparently 00 will do, then there was no paper for a receipt, how it had run out 2 hrs after opening I dont know. We got out food and went to sit downstairs, there's plenty of seating but every single table had crumbs on and was sticky, there was ketchup all over one of the walls. The food itself was ok, although my son had to go back up and ask for his cheese slice as It was missing. I wouldn't rush back here due to the cleanliness, as it clearly hadn't been properly cleaned prior to opening

Food came 1 hour later and it’s cold. I have left a note to have mayonnaise and got ignored.

Ordered a mini chicken fillet burger...... Got 1 piece of chicken instead of what I ordered with my chicken fillet burger meal. Which was a Mini Fillet Burger. 🙁

Never been to such a bad KFC. The burgers were so poorly and carelessly prepared that we preferred to go to the chicken shop.

They gave our food to someone else, we asked if we would still receive our order, then they gave it to us, it turned out that there was no chicken burger included and the food was not tasty either.

During my university days, I frequented this establishment regularly, and I must say, the food remains consistently delicious, with prompt service to match. The atmosphere never fails to impress, as everyone seems to be enjoying their lunch and getting along seamlessly

Horrible, a frightening state of dirt... You will stay glued to the ground with every step you take and don't think you'll find a clean table... However, there wasn't a big crowd when we went....

Ordered two 'Zinger Supercharger Tower Box Meal with two hot wings' today on 03rd April, 2024 at 22:00 hrs. Apprx. Zinger means spicy 🔥 but they gave me a non spicy meal. Bland Taste. Staff is short hence service is dicey. Atmosphere is ok but places like this Spoils the original KFC brand. They should be shut.

The staff consistently makes mistakes with the orders such as displaying to take the wrong order and the clients are generally rude. Not my favorite KFC location

KFC is not halal even though it says halal, if you read the KFC website they clearly mention that they 'STUN' the chicken before slaughter, that means they electrocute the chicken. Stunned chicken is NOT HALAL

the time for delivery changed so in total I waited just over 1 hour from placing the order.

The. Food should have been packed better. A. Box would have been appropriate. The paper bag resulted in the food losing its crispness and get soggy

We never expected a halal KFC in London, what else you want when you can eat at your favourite restaurant. Best halal option near to Madam Tussaud’s. Highly recommended.

Restaurant didn’t follow any preference or instructions and filled majority of 10 piece family bucket with many drumsticks, tiny wing and thigh pieces which were the size of hot wings. Took pictures and sent in app and still waiting response from JustEat.

it's not hard to put the right item in the bag. as stated I ordered a bbq fillet tower burger. I recieved a zinger burger which I cant eat as it causes me stumoch problems. thanks for that.

Really bad KFC - I’m on a mad diet and this was a seriously naughty lunch time treat. 1000 calorie zinger stacker set me back 3 days of shredding and on top of that, really poor quality. Chicken stale and rubbery. Bit dirty too on the tables but that’s life. I was too busy broken hearted chewing on this dry, sad chicken. RIP diet

my wraps where hard and disgusting, end up taking the chicken out of them and throwing the rest away, was also very disappointed with my large wrap, which contained one and a half Strip of chicken, Half of the wrap contained sweet-chili sauce the other End of my wrap was dried , My chips seemed as it was thrown in inside the box and on top of that My food was lukewarm, was really disappointed with the presentation and service.

This Baker Street KFC branch is the worst KFC branch in London. Absolutely rude staff to the core & I don't usually write bad reviews but felt compelled to review this branch as it is so abysmal in both service & food. The staff have zero respect & customer service for customers. They were not only rude to me but to all customers whilst I waited 30 minutes for food. They served cold food & could not give two craps about how the food goes out. I am putting in a complaint to head office & don't understand why this branch has not closed down yet. I'll never return here & avoid if you like your food hot & being treated with respect.

I had very bad experience from here yesterday.Very bad customer service.There were 3 staffs in counter point.Among them there was a lady staff who was chewing gum continuously and she is handling all orders carelessly. She made fun of one of my friends who asked one tomato ketchup, and other 2 staffs too.My order number was 7222 and i waited for 20mins there.It was not too rush there at that time.They gave stuff to all who ordered after me.I was still waiting there and the staff thought they done all.I showed my order number to them and they checked in the screen.Then after 5 mins they gave my stuff.If we go to other shops like McD,we can see how lovely staffs are dealing with customers.
