I went there with a group of friends for a dinner. It turned out that the place is much more of a bar than a restaurant. The music was quite loud so it was difficult to talk. However, food was quite tasty and service good so we didn’t regret going there. If I come back it will be for drinks though.

Fuimos por prosecco sin fondo y comida de brunch comprada de groupon 90 minutos de recargas tan pronto como la botella está vacía, traen otra que obtienes fruta y jarabes para agregar si no te gusta la prosecco simple Tenía alevines completos y mi esposo tenía alevines vegetarianos, ambos eran muy abundantes Encantador lugar será bueno en el verano definitivamente volvería otra vez

Recibió información errónea del personal al reservar una mesa. . . . y cuando intentaba hablar con el personal, a ellos no les importaba cuidar al cliente. Place it is by the Thames, has a beautiful view, I am sure during summer is even more beautiful there and therefore busy. I took my husband there for a brunch for his birthday , I did have a Groupon voucher. I knew we have bottomless prosseco and breakfast, but what we received was above our expectations. We had 4 proper mixers with the prosecco, was all fruit puree ( orange, passion fruit, strawberry, peach) and with extra fruit nevertheless. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I had a vegetarian brunch with bacon ( I know is simple but the spinach was cooked for perfection, so were the eggs and hallumi ), my husband had the waffle with chicken. Unfortunately we had to run so could not enjoy entirely the bottomless prosseco. Only complain we have is that the place was a bit cold and the music is just not right for this place or at least not for weekend daytime, maybe for Fri or Sat night. Definitely we will go back. Thank you for the delicious food for the kitchen staff and the great service for our waitress.

Amazing and lovely. We bought groupon vouchers for brunch and it was lovely best thing we did. We had free flowing presecco. Breakfast was also decent for what we paid. The portion was just right too and we all felt so full. The atmospher inside was perfect. The young lady who served us was very pleasant. I would go back again!

I had really high hopes for this place, but unfortunately it was a huge let down. The venue was cold, empty, and lacking any form of atmosphere, hospitality or customer service. A real disappointment. My only compliment is to the chef as the food was as expected and tasted good. It’s a shame that everything else let the experience down so much.

What caught my attention was the healthy and beautifully decorated meals, plus vegetarian options, however, when I went through the website and saw the interior design and location I was impressed! (That explains why this place comes highly recommended and is mostly fully booked. So we arrived there all socked wet on a Saturday morning and were welcomed by Carolina, whom was incredible friendly and helpful. Carolina made us feel very comfortable by allowing us to select our sits. As we don’t drink alcohol, Carolina as exception for my sister’s birthday offered mocktails. The food was amazingly gorgeous! I had the veggie English and my sister the traditional English breakfast. We order as extra the red velvet pancakes (MUST TRY!! Honestly!) and for our surprise, Carolina brought it with a sort of “fireworks” candle to celebrate my sister’s birthday (wow) that made our day! we were chocked when we asked for the bill and there was nothing else to pay! Including service charge!! Omg! Carolina’s OUTSTANDING service deserves to be assigned as Employee of the month! The best of our Whole experience at 28 west was definitely the service provided by Carolina. Thank you soo much for that, my sister really had a great birthday brunch thanks to you and that meant the world to me! I’m soo pleased with the whole experience that this weekend I made another reservation as I cannot stop praising this hidden wonder to my friends ^^ Great value!!! Win win!!

I first visited with my 20 year old daughter using a Groupon voucher for brunch for 2 people with a glass of prosecco and a hot drink. I enjoyed it so much I re-booked the voucher to go back a couple of weeks later with my husband. The food is excellent and the portions large. The staff are friendly and helpful and the place has a great atmosphere. Best of all for me was sittingon the table outside right on the Thames. Highly recommended.

I would honestly say avoid this Groupon deal if you don’t want to be slammed by over priced drinks and over priced service charges. We had paid for the Tomahawk steak and bottle of wine. At the beginning of the meal we where told by the waitress that if we order starters it would ruin our appetite for the big steak! We had starters anyway and just as well we did as when the steak came i wondered where the rest was!! Very disappointing. It was not Evan cooked to medium rare as we wanted and my wife and my self could really of had one each. I was a chef for over 10years and felt ript off by these people. The service charge itself was about £20 which i think is ridiculous for this venue. What we thought would be a nice ambient atmosphere was not. The music was blaring out loud and just did not match up with our over priced dinner. The following day we went to Gaucho and had more or less same thing same price but much better ambience, quality we came out feeling really happy.

Went on saturday using a groupon voucher for Tomarhawk steak for 2 & bottle of malbec. Ordered nachos to share as a starter came with hardly any cheese sent back little more cheese added. Main event came with soo much fat hardly worth it for 2 people was just about enough meat for 1. On leaving visited toilets not very clean at all. Dont bother much better places to eat even with a voucher ie Gaucho.

I never write reviews but just had to say what a great time I had today!! The vibe was good, great atmosphere, the people the music! Everything! Want to particularly thank one of the barmen Luke who was so helpful provided great service and he actually seems to be having a good time while he’s at work which makes everyone else enjoy their night more!! Other staff were good as well he just stood out. I will 100% be recommending this place to my friends and i will return for some food and more lovely cocktails! Thanks

Excelente ubicación para bebidas después del trabajo a mitad de semana o incluso una cita en una noche de fin de semana en la terraza. Pero los cócteles son terribles porque el personal no tiene idea de cómo hacerlos.

Booked here as was nearby for the day and could use the tastecard for buy one get one free on food. Overlooks the Thames and looks inviting, nice indoor and outdoor seating. 241 cocktails 4-7pm and these were the nicest cocktails I had in London including some 4x the price. Food was amazing! Great flavours, good portion size and well presented. Excellent value for money even without the tastecard! Service was top notch. Looked as if was getting busy as we left and had a great atmosphere, would like to have stayed but had to meet a lost friend a bit further away. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you 28 West. Saw this lovely deal on groupon. 90 mins of prosecco with a 1 course brunch. The venue was perfect, it was a nice summer's day and we were seated outside. Great atmosphere. We were a group of 4 girls initially lol but met some people there as the day went on. We ordered the food first. They were very flexible with our food requests. I ordered full English but I do not eat pork so I was allowed to change my sausages and I think bacon or black pudding for extra halloumi which I was sooo happy about. Also my other friend was able to change her beans to something else. A bottle of prosecco was brought out with the different fruit puree's and we were told how to use it to make mimosas and bellini's. Also had fresh fruit to garnish. We booked in pairs so we were not sure if we were supposed to have 2 bottles to start with but we didn't bother to mention it. It was a great tasting prosecco and even better with the puree as it does take the edge off after 90 mins of drinking in the sun lol. The food was sooo tasty. The size of the plates let it down big time. The plates are way too small for the portion and it just looked like everything was crammed on. It was extremely awkward for all of us to eat. It also came with several slices of bread and butter which was also nice but again hard to eat as no space to put anything and we were not given any additional plates or offered any salt or pepper.

Came via a Groupon voucher. Bottomless prosecco for 90 minutes (plus 4 fruit puree mixers) plus a dish off the brunch menu for under 40 quid. A great setting overlooking the river, got through 3 bottles (prosecco is served by the bottle so no constantly chasing waitresses or waiters for top-ups), food decent enough and decent portion size. Excellent service and would definitely recommend if you wanted a weekend treat.

The views are really nice. The food was good and the coffee was ok, but the staff was quite slow and half of them were a little rude.

Good location with good views and a decent selection of drinks. Its a shame that it is the only Bar that shuts earlier as the days get longer, supposed to be 21:00 on a Sunday as if that is not bad enough but yesterday was 19:00? Yet another place run for the convenience of the Staff and not the customers?

My partner and I came one sunny afternoon on Saturday. We had a voucher for the bottomless brunch which is great value for money. We had a bottle of Prosecco on our table with different mixers and fruit to make our own Mimosas or Bellinis. Once a bottle was finished a new bottle was bought to our table without hesitation.

All I can say this place as going for, is the stunning views. Staff are too cold and rude. Customer service not great and the food is very below average. If your coming here just have drinks and eat in one of the closeby restaurants.

My partner and I used a groupon voucher at this restaurant. We were given a set menu with a decent variety of food. The food was bland, to be honest, and the waitress was not at all welcoming and seemed agitated everytime we spoke to her.

What a wonderful brunch. Full brekkie and unlimited Prosseco and mixers for 90 minutes. They also cater for vegetarians and the veggie brekkie was outstanding . The service was superb and such a lovely situation, right on the river. It’s a must if your visiting London, worth the trip to Fishermans Warf

I booked the bottomless brunch for my birthday with friends through Groupon and I was so impressed. I have been to a good handful of bottomless brunches and so far this one was my favourite. The food was delicious, I much preferred them just giving us a bottle when we were empty as it was easier to track how much we were drinking. The staff were very friendly. The mimosa's/Bellini mix's that come with the prosecco was such a great touch. It is in a lovely location and we were blessed with sunny warm weather which really was the cherry on top. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Went here for breakfast, was a bit disappointed. The menu in the window varies slightly from the one presented at the table. Staff were nice enough and friendly. Ordered the full English, the food was ok, although my egg appeared to have been cooked on top of a nuclear reactor, but not quite long enough to cook the egg properly (there was that slimy undercooked white on top of the inedible overcooked golden undercrisp which nobody needs to experience hung over on a Saturday morning). I wasn't asked about my meal until the end and when I mentioned my issue with the partially cremated egg the waitress agreed "Oh yeah I don't like it like that either" didn't really offer much else in terms of passing comments to the chef etc. It was an average breakfast, nothing special in my opinion. Also who only gives one slice of toast with a breakfast these days?

Weird but really nice cocktails and the best mac and cheese i’ve ever had. Wasn’t very busy when we went (saturday night), but had a nice atmosphere with friendly staff.

Lovely location right by Canary Wharf Pier - so you can have a lovely journey on the Thames Clipper on the River Thames, pre-meal or after your meal, taking in the London skyline and sights, as part of your day or evening out. Use your oyster or travelcard to get discounted travel.

I pre-booked and visited with a friend for brunch with a voucher. Portions are big and tasty, also good value. It was a cold winter’s day outside but the air con was on full blast inside. All the customers (me included) had to put our coats on, except the staff who appeared to not notice this at all. Other than that it was a pleasant experience and good value. Booking by email was efficient and they were polite by email and in person. I would return again.

A friend bought us a voucher as a birthday present and it was local to us. Great place, great service and the food were fantastic too . Happy to come back .

Hace poco visité el 28 West para el brunch y debo decir que no nos decepcionó. Llegamos bastante temprano a nuestra reserva, pero eso no fue un problema y nos llevaron a una mesa en el restaurante. El servicio fue muy bueno y nos atendieron muy bien asegurándonos de que todo estaba bien y atendiendo nuestros pedidos. El brunch en sí mismo fue muy bueno y debo decir que no me ha gustado el Black Pudding. Es un poco de un gusto adquirido y te gusta o no, pero esto fue increíble. Honestamente podría decir, lo mejor que he tenido. Definitivamente vale la pena una visita y se lo recomendaría a familiares y amigos.

Booked a bottomless brunch for a Saturday. We were 10 mins late arriving. Once we were guided to our table. We were told, that as we were late. Our 90 min bottomless brunch was now 80 mins. Meaning the Prossecco had been cut by 10 mins!!! This seemed very petty.

We always go out for what we term “ Xmas Do” chose 28 west though groupon good deal ...all 4 of us had steak and eggs with side fries free flowing Prosecco was good and went down a treat. Service ok and not loud also didn’t even notice the obligatory Xmas music. When we booked we asked for the Sunday but they couldn’t as closed for maintenance, for the econvienance we got a 50% voucher for next visit. One small problem hard to find even with google. All in all very good brunch. Shame about the trains cancelled from Stratford on way home and 90£ cab ride. But hey ho that’s Xmas for you

Had a lovely brunch, the Prosecco was free-flowing, the food was nice and the staff attentive but not invasive. Pleasant way to spend time with friends.

We had a wonderful evening, food was really great through all three courses and the gin cocktails were some of the best I have had in London. The staff there were also very attentive and always willing to help, I would recommend this bar/ restaurant to anyone who is looking for a great evening out. Best of all, after having a fantastic meal and a few drinks you come out of the bar to.a breathtaking view of the Thames. Thanks for such a great evening, we will be back with an even bigger group of friends next time.

Hard to get served here as there were insufficient staff at the bar - but the location is great (riverside) and the food and drink were good.

Been here a few times; bar service is always slow with no sense of urgency. I ordered some cheesey fries; after 20 minutes and they had not arrived I went to investigate. They were sitting on the food counter cold.

I visited with my girlfriend for brunch on a not too busy Saturday afternoon. Whilst the food was decent enough the aptitude and attentiveness of the waiting staff leave a lot to be desired. On the whole I’d much rather have visited the Breakfast Club.

The food was really nice and not expensive at all, waitress were nice and help us in all we need, only down side will be the fact that it took quite a lot of time to bring us the food. It’s now in our list of To-Go restaurants :)

Went here in July with family fabulous place food is gooood!!!!! Sacha was amazing as always this was our second vist the service is fabulous. Prosseco was free flowing and sacha was always topping us up. Absolutely love this place and we will definitely be returning again. Top marks for sacha.

Jeg var på 28 West med en stor gruppe venninner, og vi koste oss veldig. Brunchmenyen var god, og proseccoen ble servert med juicetilbehør slik at man kan lage sin egen mimosa, så det var gøy! Restauranten ligger flott til ved Thames-elven, og det er mulig å sitte ute når det er fint vær. Anbefales!

This bar is along the river with stunning sites. We had Brunch and Bottomless Prosecco. The staff were very efficient and ensure that we taste all the different flavours of Prosecco. I enjoyed myself on a special day.

For canary wharf this bar is reasonably priced and the food is tasty. Lovely ambiene and atmosphere however toilets were disgusting. I've been here several times and will keep coming but there is room for improvement.

Gran lugar para el brunch de fin de semana. A lo largo del río y te puedes sentar fuera (si el clima lo permite) y tienen unas vistas preciosas. Fuimos para la opción de bebidas sin límite y el flujo de bebidas era constante. La comida estaba bien y a un precio razonable, tuve el suero de pollo frito. Hay también bonos groupon, lo que hace que sea aún mejor!

El servicio no estaba mal. El servidor de la orden deshecha pero salimos la mitad del precio que nos cobraron. Las minihamburguesas eran bla. No mucho sabor ni zumo. Las patatas fritas estaban bien y nachos desordenado pero bueno. El patio exterior es bonita, pero hay una zona de no fumadores sería agradable.

Stopped here on a Sunday morning for a cold beer after a long river side walk. Seats in the sun and under shading trees. Nice atmosphere and friendly service.

Really lovely experience, good food and good service - excellent value

Me fui con dos amigos y fue un hermoso día soleado. Tuvimos un almuerzo encantador de los huevos y aguacate en florentino pan masa agria. Fue servido con una sonrisa y fue muy agradable. No era caro. El florentino era de 8 libras. de huevo . . Fue muy abundante. Tuve el zumo de naranja y té y agua tónica. Tiene algún tipo de oferta con vino Prosecco, que cuesta 30 libras que sería atractivo si lo bebemos alcohol. No lo hicimos. Los baños estaban muy fresco y limpio y bien cuidado, y el ambiente en el lugar era precioso.

Gran brunch, visitó el sábado pasado sin límite con amigos y el prosecco fluía, nos mimamos con el inglés a la línea nuestros estómagos y sirvió. Las camareras poner botellas de prosecco en nuestra mesa junto con mezclas de melocotón, fresa, pera y mango, así que pudimos hacer nuestra propia belinis etc. Tan pronto como pusimos la embotellada boca abajo en el cubo de hielo nos dieron otra! Having bought a Groupon sometime ago, I finally found myself up against for time to redeem. So had this Sunday down to go, alas I couldnt get through by phone so resorted to an email. Despite the conditions being that I needed to give 24hrs notice they were able to get me booked in at the time of my choosing. We arrived and were seated by friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. The food was great and our drinks were kept full by very attentive staff. Big shout out to the manager for making it happen and our waitresses Sasha and Ivelina. Not forgetting the staff for making this an throughly enjoyable visit. Highly recommend the place.

Lovely location by the water, relaxed atmosphere staff not too pushy to make you order brilliant service we both had the full English my partner is allergic to legumes so they let us take the beans off and have extra eggs which normally in restaurant they won’t let you have extra or change menu items, the food was all so nice and good quality too, we ate it all and both felt very full fruit tea was lovely and the passion fruit Bellini was lovely.

staff were really great and so friendly. We booked for 12.30 for a two-hour slot. we couldn't find the restaurant and were subsequently 20 mins late. However, to our surprise the still honoured our 2 hor visit. The bellinis were delish, 3 different flavours peach, strawberry and passion fruit. The Peach was the best!

The atmosphere is lovely and food good! Really nice and romantic as it is by the sea. They also hold bottomless proesecco brunches which are excellent value and a fun day party!

The best burger in London (see picture); location is amazing, just on the riverside with a great view and romantic atmosphere. The food is great in general and the beer is great as it is the super cold one (-2 degrees). The only downside maybe the service which was great last year but it worsened lately. They accept the testcard so it is also very cheap. Food comes in a sec :)

We had booked a brunch offer via a deal site and we weren’t disappointed. The food was very yummy and excellent and a decent portion size not too little and not too much. We had the full English, Eggs Florentine and Pancakes (well we could not have pancakes) The staff were pleasant, efficient and helpful. Food service we quick, but we did go for the start of Brunch on a Sunday. The Prossecco was a good quality too. Well worth a visit, highly recommended, we will be going again soon.

We visited this venue as we were on a hunt for something to satisfy our sweet craving, after spotting this restaurant we settled for it because they did churros. The food was average as was the service. The drinks we ordered was also average, which perfectly summarises the overall experience. Will we return...? Perhaps, if we want a quick fix but perhaps not, for the food and service.

I visited here with my boyfriend as I had been purchased a voucher for brunch with a hot drink and glass of prosecco for two. I booked a table over the phone and was under the impression that the restaurant was very busy as the impression was given over the phone that they could only just squeeze us in.

Great location just on the Riverside. Ambience and decor perfect. Was a bit apprehensive about the deal as I have never booked through Groupon before and we paid £39 for brunch and two bottomless prosecco deal.

Came here on Sunday with family for a pre wedding bottomless brunch. What can I say fabulous we were a party of six females. And the prosecco kept flowing for the two hours. The food was amazing. The staff were fantastic especially sascha she well and truly looked after us all. Will definitely be back lovely atmosphere and the view is stunning. We came here today on an unlimited Prosecco brunch deal. It's £30pp at the venue and was £20pp via Groupon. We were half an hour early and they seated us straight away, and just started the clock once we were settled and ready to order. They bring the drinks to you by order; they don't just assume you want the same thing. They come and ask if you'd like Prosecco or a flavoured Bellini or a Mimosa. Your glass is rarely empty before they come to refill and service in general was great. No complaints whatsoever. The quality of the food was great - seemed to be good quality ingredients and very tasty. I'd definitely be more than happy to come back here and to recommend it to friends. From the experience we had today, I don't understand all the bad reviews and would say it's definitely worth a try. Lovely staff, delicious food and copious drink ... what more can you ask for?!

I visited this bar only due to the fact that I purchased a Groupon voucher for bottomless brunch, I called up in advance and reserved a table for 4 people, I was meeting a couple friends for the brunch, unfortunately I was 30 minutes late although this was not a problem, the waitress noted the time that I arrived and our 2 hour slot commenced, while waiting to order brunch we started on the bottomless Prosecco (this includes Prosecco, mimosa's and various Bellini's), the waitresses were very aware of when we finished each glass and came over very promptly asking us what we wanted next, i believe I managed 7 glasses of prosecco within the 2 hour slot, the brunch was great too, the decor at this venue is very nice, we noticed while we were here that they also have a happy hour so we are definitely going to visit again, the bar is in a really nice location neat the waterfront and is very close to Westferry DLR station.

We purchased a bottomless brunch deal through Groupon. The food was great, the staff were very helpful and our glasses were never empty! All in all, great location overlooking the river, and great bottomless brunch deal!

Had to wait for a table to become available even though we booked a few days before, the food arrived, the vegetarian breakfast had bacon on it. Although food was lovely you don't get nowhere near enough.

A lovely experience, the food was of a good standard and the service was excellent....very attentive at topping up drinks . Great riverside views perfect for a friends catch up or brunch date x

The service really was great, we were so impressed. We had a bottomless brunch and sat outside, the lovely girls were bringing us drinks before we'd even finished the last. Food was ok but good value for the price and lovely spot on the river in canary wharf. we'd go again!

Sat outside overlooking the river, which was lovely, we ordered 2 chicken kievs and 2 pints of lager which came to £43.00. Portions very small, a Kiev cut up, small portion of potato salad which I don't like and wasn't told about, was told it came with potatoes, and a bit of green rocket. If the price had been more reasonable I could have stayed all evening, such was the weather and outlook. You have to go inside to order yourself, and don't expect any help to carry drinks outside, even though there are several waiters hanging around doing nothing. I should add my husband enjoyed the food, and finished my potato salad but it just wasn't enough.

In summary - perfect. It helped the weather has been lush so we've had the pleasantness of their exterior patio area overlooking the Thames. Services by Maryam (2nd shift - fantastic new employee) and others made our lunch time brunch with free-flowing drinks a splendid afternoon for a chilled date lunch with the girlfriend. Food was great, chose the vegetarian full English in lieu of the meat option and it was extremely tasty - coming from a bloody meat eater (see what I did there). Extremely clean and soothing chilled music. Would recommend.

My partner and I visited 28 West as part of a groupon deal whilst we were in London for the weekend. Positives£19 for a brunch for 2 which included tea/coffee and a glass of processo each - good value for money if you were outside of London let alone in Canary Wharf He staff were friendly polite and attentive The brunch was lush.... we had eggs Benedict on sour dough.The location is ace if you are staying in London and it's right on the water Negatives28 west is clearly a bar/club and is a bit dark and gloomy for a Sunday morning brunch The atmosphere was a bit..... non existent but that was mainly due to it being a Sunday amThe dining area looked a bit grubby but I think that was mainly due to the colour scheme (black and red) than the lack of cleaning although the toilets could do with some renovation. All in all, for £19 for 2 people including drinks I have nothing to grumble about at all.
