So far we have just oredered and found out that they have illegaly have NO WATER in fact the waiters even have no water that they have to buy their own, then when we asked to speak to the manager, and the waiter said there is not a manager right now! Overall the experience was average, as i found a piece of hair in my food but the interior was beautiful! They were out of stock for more than 1 ice creams.They charge for strawberries that say are free!

STAY AWAY. *** I’m a loyal customer, so much so i’m always posting and sharing and recommending the business, and have also been thanked for it via their own instagram. And on this occasion, i called (as i always do, with the same order) and i ordered 2 cookies and cream milkshakes, bearing in mind my order is always the same, 2 cookies and cream milkshakes. I went in to pay and collect my order and noticed it to be much higher than usual and so when i got back to the car to check, i had two sundaes?? I called and was treated with utter disrespect, he continued to deny his mistake and spoke to me in such an unprofessional and inappropriate manner. He then cut the phone on me and so i went in and was told he wasn’t going to change his stance and that i was wasting my time. I have never been spoken with such rudeness and that too by a manager, you would think he would have some respect for the people who are regular customers. If they treat regular customers like this, then how will they treat newcomers, please stay away from places with such horrible management and customer service. I am truly disappointed.

Great desserts, great service, great presentation. We always get a consistent standard here. It’s great to see management actually bothered about the customers perception of the service and quality received.

Went in to treat the children to desert, i had already ordered desert and rthen was efused a glass of tap water, only water available was to buy in bottles. Was told a script of 'we only have to give you tap water for free if we are a licenced premises.' Shoddy service in my opinion when selling so much high sugared products. Will not be going there again and will take my business to one of the many other desert shops available on the same road who are more customer friendly and not as money grabbing as thus business.

Went here after dinner at 9pm. Didn’t have to book but could if we wanted. Staff that served us was lovely and came across very friendly. We both ordered a sundae and it came within 5 mins. Tasted absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend and will be retiring here soon!

Ordered 2 milkshakes and 1 portion of churros today and came to £20 so was expecting a lot more too be honest. Got home (2 minutes away from the shop) and received 4 tiny churros cold and stale which cost £8.99 so rang up too see if there was some kind of mistake when a young girl answered the phone very rudely and told us “that’s their portion size” I believe I should have received double for the price I paid ! Moral of the story don’t order from here food was rubbish and service was even worse!

There are several dessert places on London Road/in Sheffield City Centre but this one stands out for its well thought out menu and delicious, high quality ingredients. Churros are a dish that can easily be a let down but these were hot, fresh, soft on the inside and served with a generous helping of real Belgian chocolate and cinnamon sugar. The ice creams are rich and creamy and you don’t have that synthetic after taste that you get at some of the other places with cheaper ingredients. Hands down the best dessert place in Sheffield. Great customer service from the Manager, attentive without being intrusive and the place was very clean with good social distancing measures.

£4.95 for 3 scoops of ice cream. May as well call it Twice The Price. Can't see me going back. .....

I paid money for a fererocho milkshake which came water down with no hazelnut flavour when I went to the counter to complain He made me wait 10 minutes to speak to him he then refused to do anything about it was so rude and abrupt I can’t even put in to words how he spoke to me it was that disgusting. His own staff bless them wanted to help but he wouldn’t.

Went today with the family and the desserts were gorgeous. Taste, presentation and service all first class. Waffle was fresh, warm and soft, the brownie was to die for and my son inhaled the choc sundae before I could take a pic!!

Very good desert eatery for me the best one on London Road. The value is pretty good compared with their competitors. The staff are very friendly

What a fantastic selection to choose from I must say... after revising the menu several times we decided to order the Signature Platter to share. It was delicious - served with fresh fruit, warm waffle pieces, Oreos and marshmallows. Our eyes were most definitely bigger than our bellies as this could have fed another 2 people... Lovely staff, excellent service, huge amount of choice .... but I’m afraid I didn’t like the ice cream. Ordered pistachio flavour ice cream on a waffle cone and couldn’t get a pistachio taste, and was left with a weird artificial aftertaste.

3 scoops of ice cream out of a none recyclable plastic pot that deep you can’t even reach with the given plastic spoon. Zero flavour in the ice cream. Rather disappointing and then for £5!!!!

Great place. Someone should let the waitress know that its rude to clean the table before everyone has started to get up and leave. Also, she could smile and be more courteous to paying customers. Apart from that, it was an enjoyable experience.
