Encantadora hamburguesa delgada y crujiente. Las patatas estaban crujientes. Gran variedad de condimentos. Marido dijo que era la mejor hamburguesa que había tenido! Gran precio y gran calidad. Viendo las críticas negativas, honestamente no creo que sean genuinas. Recomiendo encarecidamente y sin duda volveremos.

Lovely burgers. Thin and crispy. Chips were lovely and crisp. Big selection of condiments. Will definitely return.

The girl who served us explained us through the menu and recommended drinks. The food was fantastic. I went for the Cannonball and it fed me for two days 🤣. Can't wait to go back and try a parmo!

One of the best restaurants in Britain ever. I did not expect to find a restaurant of this quality, as if it were one of the Saudi restaurants with very high quality in taste, quality, and general atmosphere. I visited three times in three days. In general, anyone who comes to Sheffield does not pass by the diverse menu. The owner of the restaurant is present and at the top. Ethics and etiquette, and thanks for his warmth and hospitality. One of the best restaurants in Britain ever. I did not expect to find a restaurant of this quality. It is as if it is one of the Saudi restaurants with very high quality in taste, quality and general atmosphere. I visited three times in three days. In general, anyone who comes to Sheffield should not miss it. The menu is varied. The restaurant owner is present and the epitome of morals and politeness. Thank you for his hospitality and warm welcome.

This absolutely disgusting rude Arif boy you have shouldn’t be working there. Does not know how to deal with customers at all and blames customers for an issue he caused do not recommend this place or it’s customer service at all.

Was in a group of 8 and had to wait 40 minutes and had to complain about the wait time before they actually got the food to us.

Absolutely good food, better than Nandos. We had a whole peri chicken which melted in your mouth. Our whole meal cost under £18 for rice, chips,salad, coleslaw and 2 drinks.

Just went to this place and got the big filla mix was absolutely disgusting. Lamb donner was so thick and cold and the wedges were like they been reheated a million times. The chicken was awful too. Maybe Sheffield people like this but I'm from Bradford and this must have been worst place I have eaten. Got my money back instantly

La comida se obtiene mucho por su dinero, pero es solo comida básica. Tenía un bollo de pollo que la pechuga había sido golpeada para extenderlo, así que parecía una rebanada bastante grande de carne. El bollo era un brioche que no iba. El novio tenía una gran comida filla que tenía tanta comida que podría habernos alimentado a los dos. Los dos decidimos que era agradable, pero lo probamos y no volveríamos

This is just a more expensive version of Imrans in town. Don't know if the quality is any better but the food is good I came on a Saturday evening just before it closed, and most tables were empty.. Will always come here for an option over nandos as food better and cheaper prices. Wish they had more healthy options. Got a buffalo steak but it tasted like a fried chicken steak what had been grilled afterwards with a buffalo sauce over it

Believe it or not, this was my first ever Parmo and it was everything I imagined it would be. I had the BIG FILL PARMO: Chicken breast, mince meat, Bechamel sauce, sweetcorn, peppers, jalapeños and red pepper cheese with hot spices. ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. This came with fries & slaw on the side. (£10.99 for medium size or £13.50 for large). We also tried; 7oz Smash Thrash Beef Burger (£11.99); 2 smashed beef patties, sauteed onions, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese + Big Filla Sauce. This burger was so juicy and really easy to munch in quick succession! The cheese was melted too. A really good burger. This came with fries. Half Peri Chicken (£11.50) this came with slaw, salad and rice (or you can choose fries). The peri sauce was really delicious and the chicken was juicy, but the skin was nice and crisp. A very good meal choice. Milk Chocolate Cookie Dough (£4.99) served warm with cream and Ice Cream. This was rice and indulgent. A lovely dessert to finish off an absolute feast of a meal. Mojito (alcohol free) + Bueno Milkshake to wash it all down with. We thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful and were initially overwhelmed by the food gifted BUT actually easily made our way through it all. Hungry bellies FULL. I was delighted with my first ever parmo; it was cheesy, spicy and so tasty. Everything was utterly scrumptious to be honest. ⏰Open daily from 12pm till late. La salsa peri estaba muy deliciosa y el pollo era jugoso, pero la piel era agradable y crujiente. Una muy buena opción de comida. Masa de galletas de chocolate con leche (£ 4. 99 ) servido caliente con crema y helado. Esto era arroz e indulgente. Un postre encantador para terminar una fiesta absoluta de una comida. Mojito (sin alcohol) + Bueno Milkshake para lavar todo. Disfrutamos mucho de cada bocado e inicialmente nos sentimos abrumados por la comida regalada, PERO en realidad fácilmente nos abrimos camino a través de todo. Vientres hambrientos LLENOS. Paid £11 for the Big Filla mix. The chicken “donner” was just normal chicken with tandoori spices that tasted like it had been defrosted and reheated multiple times, the chicken drumsticks were not fresh. The wedges were cold and hard and the donner had a weird taste to it. The only good thing about this meal was the drink and I probably will get food poisoning. Avoid at all costs honestly.

Was recommended by my brother in law. The service was good, and the pizza tasted great. Next I'm in Sheffield il be visiting again.

The food here is great. This was my second time and I had a big filla parmo along with a chicken burger, both were good. We also had cookie dough, it is the best dessert. Also, the staff is very friendly especially the one named Wish. Her service was awesome and she also took our feedback after food, which was awesome. Recommended place.

I've been a regular at Big filla for the past two months and absolutely love the variety they offer. This time, I had the Zinger wrap and Oreo milkshake, and both were delicious. The service provided by Wish was outstanding, and the rest of the staff is always friendly and welcoming as well. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered wedges for my kid sister to eat. The curly haired server then said we don’t have any wedges and refused to let us order something else to eat ( this is due to it being close to end time - however as they didn’t not fulfil our order we should be allowed to have something else). He then just gave the money back with no food. My sister is now sat disappointed , hungry and close to tears

Came in the evening to order some Pizza and grill chicken that was fantastic that was really nice, as well been served by two staff haris and katieann which made the experience a lot better

As of writing this review I've had to sit little over half and hour for a single burger and having to listen to screaming children the lady behind the counter couldn't have been ruder, finally got my food and I couldn't be more disappointed, frozen disk burger patties and frozen store bought fries, I could never recommend this place to anyone it is surrounded by much better options and the prices are not competing with anything but itself, avoid this place if you value your wallet I sure paid the price and I'll never be coming back.

Screaming children were the atmosphere along with my bland burger and supermarket fries. Rude employees who don't understand English and slow as hell (30 mins for two burgers). Avoid at all costs.

Got our food but they forgot to give us knives and forks to eat with. Eventually after waiting in que for 5 mins got them.

Food was decent but they allowed a group to bring their dog inside whilst we were there. Normalising this behaviour in a restaurant isn't good at all.

Busy but understandably so. Tasty and fresh salad, donner and lamb meat. Plenty of food, and I would recommend the Big Filla Mix 1 as really good portion size. Update 2 years old, food is still tasty with the bowl only going up £1. Only negative is that the fried chicken was a little dry in some parts.

25 minutes so far for a chicken and chips and a chicken nuggets.... Still no sign, I could have caught a chicken, killed it and cooked it in this time!!!! Never coming again, KFC all the way next time.....

Very expensive for what it is. Took ages for our order of one classic burger meal plus a side of fries to come out and people who came in after us were getting their orders before ours.

Good family place to eat. My kids really enjoy it here. The grill food is lovely and there is plenty of stuff to choose from on the menu. They also have a prayer room 5* for me. 👍🏽

Food was nice, not the hottest. Saw it was a 5 on the foods standards sticker on the door. Whilst we were eating our food checked Scores on the Doors app and found out it was a 1 star. Sauces are in plasic squeezy bottles butno dates on them so you dont know if its safe to use. Don't know if the wooden chopping boards are the most hygienic way to serve food. Found out you can get the 5 rating stickers on Ebay!

I've been to Big Filla a few times. It's a good place to grab a bite. I've tried their grilled burger, pizzas, parmesan and a few other items. Overall, I'd say it is good but nothing special.

OmG!!!!! I sooooo needed that good! The service was AMAZING! Staff soooo kind and warm/welcoming! I'm diabetic n easily I was parched! And before my order ALL I WANTED WAS A COLD CUP OF WATER! The way I was looked after with such kindness and beautiful smiles, despite being a little low on mood, just made me feel AMAZING! The vibes n the food!!! 100% perfect! Warm hot fresh food! Highly reccomended!

Went for some lunch as this is very near my office. I had low expectations as I’d never eaten here before. I was surprised how nice the place was when I walked in. Cool vibe. To eat, I had ½ buffalo chicken with coleslaw and salad and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was cooked perfectly and that buffalo sauce is USA approved delicious! The coleslaw was also very good. 🇺🇸 One tip to the business, Ieave the lemons out of the salad, no one is ever going to eat those! I think I’ve found my new lunch spot!

Visited on Sunday 28th January. Ordered our food from a very sullen, unhelpful cashier. (Only one person serving, other staff standing around chatting!) We sat at our table and waited for our meal and we waited and waited! After 30 minutes I went to the counter to ask if our order was ready, to which I was told it would be another 15 minutes! We had not been given the option to have our drinks whilst we waited, not sure why? We eventually got our food, the chicken was lovely, the fries were OK, the wedges were rank! Definitely do NOT recommend this place

Went in about an hour before they shut, was greeted by a member of staff who clearly didn’t want to be there and had a horrible attitude. Wanted a milkshake but was informed their machine was off…. I didn’t question why, but I was thinking you’re still open? He then informed me that he could do me an ice cream from the machine? Again, I didn’t question why it was so hard to turn on a blending machine, add milk, and add some oreos to make a milkshake when the main machine (ice cream) was on? It was evident to see the staff in the back couldn’t be bothered making a milkshake, and cleaning the dishes. The staff were zombies, and the place lacked any sort of atmosphere/ quality. Im a regular customer at big filla, been coming since it has been open, but the last few times, I’ve been hugely disappointed with the service and quality of food for the price you pay. Shame to say I wont be visiting for a long time, rather pop down to Nando’s down the road!!!

I’m a regular customer here. I have been coming here for over two years. I have had the best pizza I’ve ever had here (where I asked who the chef was as I was so impressed) and yesterday I had the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. They have stopped doing the 16 inch pizzas which isn’t an issue as long as the 12 inch pizza is the same standard but clearly it wasn’t. I honestly believe a child who has never made a pizza before could have done a better job. I would like to tell the owner that you can’t be charging £30 for three 12 inch pizza and give that terrible standard. Your customer simply won’t return. I won't be coming to big filla again after being embarrassed in front of my family that had come out of town. Image I had actually praised your food standard to them and then got served the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Clearly your usual chef wasn’t working there last night. In which case you really should train up other staff so there is a set standard instead of feeding your customers the worst pizzas conceivable to man.

Spot on as always Hubby had the chicken parm with extra chilli and parmo chips 10/10. I had the double zinger burger with a rubicon mango. I had the burger and ate half the day after and it was just as delivered.

Placed my order, took my 10yr old today. Ordered a Parmesan Hot shot, unfortunately they did not cook it till after 30mins. Told me multiple times it will only take 5mins which translated into 35mins. I decided to cancel this as the customer service was non existent and shockingly absurd. The place is ran by kids who just do not care. It was also very dirty with a very greasy floor. Cutlery was also filthy. The guy serving just wasnt interested in working there was pretty obvious. Shockingly gross unapologetic customer service. This is the very last time i will consider this place.

I would give no stars if I could. My family and I were excited to try this place and were met with pure disappointment. Once we ordered our food we left it 40 minutes before checking in with staff about the foods whereabouts. They told us that it shouldn’t be too long. We waited a further 20 minutes and again, no food. We ended up leaving the restaurant and asking for a refund as this is just unacceptable. Considering one of us was diabetic this could have ended really badly with no communication, no drinks, nothing. To make things worse, 3 tables that had come in and ordered after us received their food, ate it and left before we got up the first time.

First time delivery order after being recommended this place. After 4 bites this burger and the food in the picture shown went in the bin. These are not fresh burgers more like your local cheap takeaway burger at 3 times the cost. They were chewy and rubber like boot leather. I could bend the burger in half and it didn't break. The bread, chips and Onion rings were soggy. Portions were large but doesn't make up for the poor quality food for the price.

Great evening at Big Filla, they were very kind to have a small family group for a child’s birthday… Incredibly accommodating. Food was really good and plentiful.. staff were excellent. The owner was even kind enough to offer the Birthday Girl some ice cream etc entirely complimentary. Great ambience in the place and service levels were exceptional. Kind thanks to everyone.

I went in after a long time, since I was in the area and this is my goto place in Sheffield. Box meals is my favourite but they have changed the type of donner in the box, amount of donner also reduced. There was not taste in that. I remember getting extra portion of donner meat but not anymore. Guess have to find Another place

burgers are way too tiny, some of the chicken is unseeasoned and sauce station is absolutely appalling

I ordered a £37 delivery from them and upon receiving I noticed portion size was a lot smaller than there sister take away imrans on the wicker unfortunately I was assuming they would be very similar to each other but I was wrong. I left a note after ordering on the site to make sure there was enough chilli sauce. Upon receiving my order I realised there was no sauce at all , no salad , no tissues and they did not even have the courtesy of calling to inform me that all these items were extras. I called them to enquire why there was no sauce and got an arrogant person on the other end telling me these facts I can not recollect any information online informing customers they had to pay for sauce I think these people need schooling in customer Services
