Great eatery/ pub. Service is great. Fantastic crew working there. If they knew how to cook steak as ordered.... would have been 5* all around except for this. Still a great boozer.

We decided to go into bungalows and bears on a friday night to play some darts and have some drinks. It was a friendly laid back atmosphere. The highlight of the night was the amazing guy that looked after us, helping us set up the darts area and also getting drinks for us. High praise to Jacob for making our night. We will definitely be returning.

Had a meal here the other week due to all positive reviews. The burger was tasteless, didn’t even look like proper meat, with old salad and bun. Food definitely needs some improvement

Came here for our staff night out the other month to play the darts. We had so much fun and the food was amazing! The staff were really friendly and really quick with making sure we had drinks throughout the whole night. Will definitely be back!

I had a steak, which I have asked for it to be rare and the steak was medium. I asked if I could replace my chips with mushrooms and they said it is possible, but when the food came, instead of the full portion of chips, they brought an extra mushroom. One mushroom. I had to ask for more mushrooms and then I was brought two more which tasted like cooking oil and were not fully cooked. The steak was so hard and chewy and was not cooked as requested. I had a cider on draft which tasted like water and it’s not the first time I have that particular brand cider and it definitely did not taste like it. I will definitely not return.

Came in a group of 9 for drinks and darts. Atmosphere was lovely and Jacob was super helpful in particular. Great service and good quality food and drink

Booked B&B for the darts and bottomless drinks and pizza. Such a fun day and the staff at B&B were on it from our arrival. Always appeared at the right time to order our drinks but also had the handy switch in the darts booths for it when we needed to call someone. Shout out to Lauren who served most of our drinks and food. Will definitely be back as I need to win my wife at the darts after today!

Thought the bar and restaurant was closed with the scaffolding up but luckily it wasn't met by friendly staff. Sat down with our two lovely dogs a white husky and a brindle staffy ordered drinks and food drinks brought to the table by a lovely smiling and approachable staff member food was quick to arrive the burger and chips and fish and chips were to die for not expensive atmosphere was just write for us toilets lovely and clean all in all five stars so thank you see you in two weeks

Terrible servicio grosero. Señora con las uñas largas y el pelo rubio era tan grosero cuando pedimos asistencia. Tomé una copa, no pude conseguir comida ya que la aplicación no funciona. No iré de nuevo.

Estuve aquí muchas veces y siempre tuvo comida y servicio fabulosos pero no ayer fue un desastre, había reservado una mesa para 7 personas para comida y bebidas para mi cumpleaños , llegué temprano (no esperaba estar sentado y feliz de esperar ) notificó a la persona del bar que estábamos aquí y pidió bebidas , estaba claramente escaso de personal y estaban trabajando duro , aconsejaron que nuestra mesa necesitaba despejar y limpiar , de nuevo entender plenamente eso y estaba feliz de alejarse del bar para permitir que otros sean servidos. Treinta minutos más tarde todavía estábamos esperando y esto ya había pasado mucho tiempo de la hora en que deberíamos haber estado sentados, lo puse en conocimiento de 3 personas que dijeron que comprobarían por mí lo que estaba pasando , después de otros 20 minutos fuimos a buscar nuestra mesa y simplemente nos sentamos en ella , no se había limpiado, pero quitamos los vasos e intentamos hacer nuestro pedido de comida a través de la aplicación que no funcionaría , sí decía que la cocina estaba ocupada y puede haber una espera, pero en realidad no nos dejaba hacer nuestro pedido, mientras tratábamos de hacer esto un miembro del personal vino a nuestra mesa con el siguiente pedazo de papel de reserva de personas y todo lo que podía ofrecer era ir al bar que en este momento se estaba yendo, así que nos rendimos y nos fuimos ya que no estábamos convencidos de que realmente obtendríamos algo de comida en el tiempo que nos quedaba en la mesa, ya que nos sentamos tan tarde después de la hora para la que se reservó. Supongo que no esperabas estar tan ocupado como estabas y el personal estaba trabajando muy duro, simplemente no había suficiente de ellos y resultó en que nos llevamos nuestra costumbre a otro lugar, que fue una pena, ya que nos encanta su menú y el lugar.

I came here with a few friends last week to play darts. It had a lively atmosphere and great service. A special thanks to Abi who was very helpful and made us feel welcome.

Been Arrowsmiths a few times for various events and it's never disappointed. Staff go above and beyond for customers and never had a bad time there. The food is great too and the drink selection is fantastic. The range of games for the darts is plenty so not to become bored, but concentrated enough so not to be overwhelming. Laura and her team are fantastic

Me and my boyfriend have came a couple of times and we love it here. Ellie is the best, she is so lovely, her service was exceptional, so fast and so friendly, we loved the darts and every time we went to order drinks she was so quick to bring them to us. She went above and beyond for us and that was much appreciated. We will definitely be returning and she has definitely made our night here at bungalow and bears, I really feel like she proves that kindness costs nothing! Thank you xx

Had a very enjoyable Christmas lunch with my work colleagues. The three course Christmas meal was excellent value for £17.50, with a nice twist on the Christmas theme. I had Pulled Turkey Yorkie to start, Santa's Christmas Beast burger for main and Festive Guinness Brownie for dessert. Staff were friendly and welcoming, providing and efficient service and we didn't feel rushed. The team seemed to enjoy themselves. Thank you so much to Sasha and all the staff at Bungalow & Bears for the delicious food and being so accommodating. Hope to see you again soon.

Managed to find a space on mad Friday before Christmas. Our server Sasha gave exceptional service even though it was busy, she was quick to collect our glasses and check we were having a good time.

We had our works Xmas party on Thursday 5th December. Whilst we were in the venue Ellie looked after us so well. We played Darts, had incredible food and the drinks kept coming. Everyone had the best time. Thank you to all the team on the day.

Shadow of its former self and unsafe to eat here! 15 years ago this was a fantastic place to go for food and vibes. Since moving from Sheffield 7 years ago we've kept coming back one to twice a year , and although there has been changes to the venue, as expected (after all things change), coming back this time was tragic. It's like a pub that wants to be a sports pub but hasn't quite got there. Gone are the days of Ruby's Kitchen, food has usually been okay since, but this was terrible. Our burgers fries and onion rings were so cold. Drinks were average and overpriced. Music was turned up loud despite the place being empty and the only punters there eating or chatting. Staff were friendly but clearly as fed up as the venue and the chefs looked like they weren't quite sure where they were, that we couldn't even be bothered raising a complaint and just left. On reflection I wish we had cos it was concerning how cold the food was. Definitely avoid for food, this is nothing more than a chain now, and there are better ones like The Museum for food in the area. - Following leaving the review I have been ill throughout the night after eating here. Definitely avoid. I can see other reviews here mention hair in food, being ill after eating here, and having to ask for refunds due to how bad the food was.

Came here for my graduation meal. ALL staff were so so friendly and helpful (unfortunately didn’t get any names!!!). They honestly made our day! Couldn’t have asked for better service - friendly, helpful, understanding, and patient. The food was also amazing! Thanks chef! And thankyou all so much for making the day special :)

Came here due to good reviews and 'good cocktail offers'. The actual bar itself has potential, however, it is extremely run down. For example, there is tape all over the floor holding down broken floor boards. The cocktail selection is decent, however, the menu has no prices on it, unless you use the online menu. We came here on a quiet Tuesday, and there weren't many customers. However, we went to the bar several times and got ID'd randomly sometimes by the same person. The staff were just sat down at the bar talking all night, and changing the music every 10 seconds (couldn't keep a song on). I understand it was a quiet night, but at least try and look busy. The offers for drinks weren't great either, I've had better cocktail deals in Manchester, with much better options. Wouldn't come back here.

Pretty unpleasant experience...it was quiet when we arrived for lunch, places food order. Nearly 25 minutes later I was told, dismissively, that our food would be 2 minutes. Nearly 15 minutes later it arrived. My food was barely warm, my son's pizza was just nasty. The place was busier now, music just kept getting louder as people shouted above it. Really, really won't waste my money there again. Go for a loud and fun night....not for a decent Saturday lunch.

The food is absolutely delicious at B&B. Drinks are affordable and the atmosphere gets more energetic as the night goes on especially on a weekend.

Really good food. I ate rump steak which was cooked perfectly to my preference, for an almost unbelievably fair price. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend, and will happily return if I'm in Sheffield again.

Good atmosphere on a Saturday night, it's always busy and buzzing. The interactive darts look good too will have to give that ago at some point.

Great darts experience but I'm not sure if today was an off-day in terms of the beer being served. Had a neck oil that smelled like rotten sewage, replacement Hazy Jane was really sour and Madri wasn't great either. Staff were happy to replace the off pints, other customers appeared to have similar complaints

Vegan food was great, the burger was unreal. Came on a Monday so pretty quiet, but still couldn’t get on the darts haha. The actual darts was on though and plenty of tvs. Staff were very sound too.

Popped in for a few drinks on a Friday night although it was after 10pm. It wasn't too busy so we got served quickly and found a seat.

Not a bear or bungalow in sight. Don't be fooled by this blatant mis-advertisment. Four stars for the lovely staff who were lovely.

Didn’t eat here (But from other reviews food seems good) The bar staff were very friendly and professional, draft larger was spot on (they have a good range including Asahi), atmosphere was nice also, plus very comfy chairs, great all round.
