Me and my boyfriend have came a couple of times and we love it here. Ellie is the best, she is so lovely, her service was exceptional, so fast and so friendly, we loved the darts and every time we went to order drinks she was so quick to bring them to us. She went above and beyond for us and that was much appreciated. We will definitely be returning and she has definitely made our night here at bungalow and bears, I really feel like she proves that kindness costs nothing! Thank you xx

Had a very enjoyable Christmas lunch with my work colleagues. The three course Christmas meal was excellent value for £17.50, with a nice twist on the Christmas theme. I had Pulled Turkey Yorkie to start, Santa's Christmas Beast burger for main and Festive Guinness Brownie for dessert. Staff were friendly and welcoming, providing and efficient service and we didn't feel rushed. The team seemed to enjoy themselves. Thank you so much to Sasha and all the staff at Bungalow & Bears for the delicious food and being so accommodating. Hope to see you again soon.

Managed to find a space on mad Friday before Christmas. Our server Sasha gave exceptional service even though it was busy, she was quick to collect our glasses and check we were having a good time.

Great place to be in. I wish they had Halal menu cause the non halal meals actually looked sumptuous. I'm not talking vegan/vegetarian menu cause they were okay but werent it for me at all.

Thought the bar and restaurant was closed with the scaffolding up but luckily it wasn't met by friendly staff. Sat down with our two lovely dogs a white husky and a brindle staffy ordered drinks and food drinks brought to the table by a lovely smiling and approachable staff member food was quick to arrive the burger and chips and fish and chips were to die for not expensive atmosphere was just write for us toilets lovely and clean all in all five stars so thank you see you in two weeks

We had our works Xmas party on Thursday 5th December. Whilst we were in the venue Ellie looked after us so well. We played Darts, had incredible food and the drinks kept coming. Everyone had the best time. Thank you to all the team on the day.

Shadow of its former self and unsafe to eat here! 15 years ago this was a fantastic place to go for food and vibes. Since moving from Sheffield 7 years ago we've kept coming back one to twice a year , and although there has been changes to the venue, as expected (after all things change), coming back this time was tragic. It's like a pub that wants to be a sports pub but hasn't quite got there. Gone are the days of Ruby's Kitchen, food has usually been okay since, but this was terrible. Our burgers fries and onion rings were so cold. Drinks were average and overpriced. Music was turned up loud despite the place being empty and the only punters there eating or chatting. Staff were friendly but clearly as fed up as the venue and the chefs looked like they weren't quite sure where they were, that we couldn't even be bothered raising a complaint and just left. On reflection I wish we had cos it was concerning how cold the food was. Definitely avoid for food, this is nothing more than a chain now, and there are better ones like The Museum for food in the area. - Following leaving the review I have been ill throughout the night after eating here. Definitely avoid. I can see other reviews here mention hair in food, being ill after eating here, and having to ask for refunds due to how bad the food was.

Came here for my graduation meal. ALL staff were so so friendly and helpful (unfortunately didn’t get any names!!!). They honestly made our day! Couldn’t have asked for better service - friendly, helpful, understanding, and patient. The food was also amazing! Thanks chef! And thankyou all so much for making the day special :)

Came here due to good reviews and 'good cocktail offers'. The actual bar itself has potential, however, it is extremely run down. For example, there is tape all over the floor holding down broken floor boards. The cocktail selection is decent, however, the menu has no prices on it, unless you use the online menu. We came here on a quiet Tuesday, and there weren't many customers. However, we went to the bar several times and got ID'd randomly sometimes by the same person. The staff were just sat down at the bar talking all night, and changing the music every 10 seconds (couldn't keep a song on). I understand it was a quiet night, but at least try and look busy. The offers for drinks weren't great either, I've had better cocktail deals in Manchester, with much better options. Wouldn't come back here.

Pretty unpleasant experience...it was quiet when we arrived for lunch, places food order. Nearly 25 minutes later I was told, dismissively, that our food would be 2 minutes. Nearly 15 minutes later it arrived. My food was barely warm, my son's pizza was just nasty. The place was busier now, music just kept getting louder as people shouted above it. Really, really won't waste my money there again. Go for a loud and fun night....not for a decent Saturday lunch.

The food is absolutely delicious at B&B. Drinks are affordable and the atmosphere gets more energetic as the night goes on especially on a weekend.

The whole experience was fantastic... Greeted nicely, and professionally, shown to table (which I booked online, easiest thing ever!) and the atmosphere, good and drinks were lovely 😊

Really good food. I ate rump steak which was cooked perfectly to my preference, for an almost unbelievably fair price. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend, and will happily return if I'm in Sheffield again.

Good atmosphere on a Saturday night, it's always busy and buzzing. The interactive darts look good too will have to give that ago at some point.

Great darts experience but I'm not sure if today was an off-day in terms of the beer being served. Had a neck oil that smelled like rotten sewage, replacement Hazy Jane was really sour and Madri wasn't great either. Staff were happy to replace the off pints, other customers appeared to have similar complaints

Vegan food was great, the burger was unreal. Came on a Monday so pretty quiet, but still couldn’t get on the darts haha. The actual darts was on though and plenty of tvs. Staff were very sound too.

Popped in for a few drinks on a Friday night although it was after 10pm. It wasn't too busy so we got served quickly and found a seat.

Not a bear or bungalow in sight. Don't be fooled by this blatant mis-advertisment. Four stars for the lovely staff who were lovely.

Didn’t eat here (But from other reviews food seems good) The bar staff were very friendly and professional, draft larger was spot on (they have a good range including Asahi), atmosphere was nice also, plus very comfy chairs, great all round.

Great evening, good selection of drinks and the darts were great. Special mention to Jacob who took care of us and his service was great.

I was walking along Division Street and was heckled by an employee of here who was stood at the door. He made rude comments about me, asking if I am a film character. He then threatened me, saying he would give me a cause to complain. He then swore at me. This business is obviously not professional or respectful to the public at large. I shouldn't have to face abuse in the street, especially from people representing a business. I did e-mail the manager but they didn't deign to respond. This place is to be avoided.

Lauren was exceptional, went above and beyond and delivered a perfect experience. Give her a payrise, she is a gem to your establishment.

Booked an oche for a leaving do and had the best time, Sasha even helped put up decorations to make it extra special; highly recommend

I apologise in advance that this review is so late. I had booked Arrowsmiths for my 30th Birthday with my friends. It also coincided with the Euros. Honestly, it was such a lovely experience - the FOH and waiting staff were excellent, accommodating and friendly. Couldn't do more for us. Let us stay on the darts and watch the England game on the darts TV. It was a great day!

Food was delicious. I visited Sheffield with my Partner who lives there, and he was ranting and raving about this place, after reading the reviewsi wasn't sure. However I must say the food was lovely came out piping hot,full of flavour. Bar staff polite, servers were very attentive so I don't know what any of thebad reviews are about. I'm very fussy when it comes to food and I loved every bite. The music wasn't to my liking, nor did it seem to be to anyone else's other than the one lady I assume worked there as she was sat eating behind the bar. But if your going for something nice to eat and aren't to fussed about the music and atmosphere then I highly recommend 👌

Just popped in for a drink. Not been in for 10 years. Drinks quite pricey. Lacking a bit of atmosphere though it was a wet Thursday in July.

Great night out with friends. Stopped in for a drink but ended up staying to play darts. We were put in the LDN oche, it was unreal! Had such a great time and some great food. Kitchen was open til 10 as well on the weekend which was ideal. Can't wait to go back!

Came as a group of 10 of us for darts and some drinks. We were greeted by Sasha and shown to our booth for darts straight away which was nice as it was really busy but the staff made the effort to make sure they were greeting people early and not making them wait around. The evening itself was fun and the atmosphere was brilliant with a lot of laughter and drinks flowing. One main positive for me is some good music on but not that loud that you can’t have a chat with your mates, good work! The vibe was good and the staff couldn’t be more helpful when ordering food and rinks and giving recommendations! Would definitely come back again for food, drinks and darts.

Laura, Lauren and the staff were incredibly attentive, we played the darts in a group game and it had some great non traditional games that made it more accessible for people bad at darts like me. Definitely a great place to go with a group, will be there again soon

£9 an hour per person to play darts, lost their marbles wanted £45 an hour for 5 of us to play. One pint and went to a normal pub where you can play darts for free.

Came for some lunch and I o play darts for a colleagues leaving party. We all had a great time and really great value for money.

My family and I booked a reservation here for our nieces birthday last night. We immediately ordered our food through scanning the QR code on the table. After waiting for nearly an hour, we decided to go to the bar and ask what was happening. At the same time one of the chefs had come out and we were told they had no rice left for the Penang curry and offered chips with it instead, they also said they had another big table they had to serve food for which is why it was taking so long. This was frustrating as it had been nearly an hour since we had ordered and we were only just being told and we had booked our table too. We were offered a free round of drinks for the delay. Our food was brought out not long after that and wasn’t of great quality; the chips seemed like they had been sitting for a long time, none of the meals had much flavour and they were all quite bland. Our side/starter of chips never came out too which we ended up getting a refund for at the end. There were a few other issues such as asking for water which never got brought out until we had to ask again and old lettuce being used in the burgers. The staff were friendly but the communication was poor and the food was average at best.

Nipped in for some lunch with wife and friends. Hospitable staff and a great choice of screens to watch sports.

Visited Bungalows & Bears on Saturday with some friends, great atmosphere and great beers. Couldn’t recommend more! Unfortunately I lost my phone, but Lauren at Bungalows & Bears has gone above and beyond to reunite me with it. 5/5 starts always. Will definitely be back soon.

Food was good and great value But.... An hour wait for casual food is just too long

My friends and I had a lovely time here the other week. The drinks were on the expensive side, but the service from the young lass, Charlotte, was excellent! Hoping to return to try the darts.

Very disappointed, my friend waited 40 minutes for 3 sides: spicy fries, onion rings, and battered mushrooms. The spicy fries had no seasoning whatsoever, and the mushrooms were watery. The bar service was great, however, did notice a member of staff trying to scale one of the pillars, which was really weird, and I have no words for 😂
