Frankie & Benny's Meadowhall in Sheffield

We came in for a few drinks and the bartender Cameron was lovely and chatty. We also got chatting to the two servers Ben and Ruta who were good to chat to and could be seen constantly smiling. The manager who greeted us at the door was also amazing. We had a few cocktails and beers and they were delicious

Went to Frankie and Benny's at Meadowhall after a tiring day at work and honestly the experience was not that great but again not that bad as well. The staff was extremely nice. However the food quantity and quality did not match the pricing. A 5/10 for me

The food came out in a timely manner and was delicious, our server Danya was amazing and always seemed to be smiling. The manger Chloe was also very friendly and attentive

Danya served us today and went above above and beyond for my daughters birthday today .breakfast was great and was a great start to my daughters 3rd birthday. Thank you danya x

Frankie and Bennies has always been a favourite for me for several years now especially the Meadowhall Sheffield one at Sheffield.

First time at this Frankie's,wasn't disappointed. Have avoided this chain for years as the food went downhill. Well it's certainly jumped back up the ladder! Had a cheeseburger with bacon and all the trimmings, fries loaded with cheese and hot sauce. Was totally amazing, beautiful food. Wife had steak and was very happy with her meal. Service was great, think the lad was called Josh. Definitely recommend and enjoy!

I absolutely love it at this Frankie Benny's. It's nice and calm and the service is amazing. Benjamin had such a lovely presence about him and appeared relaxed and polite and made everyone feel at ease.

Would love to leave a good review but stood for ages waiting for a table tonight and, despite seeing plenty of staff, nobody saw to us. We ended up going elsewhere.

Unsure where to have lunch when shopping at Meadow Hall? Drop into F&B’s. The service was great with a special mention to Danya👍🏻. The food was promptly served & tasty. Fairly priced too, in summary we had an enjoyable meal & would certainly return here.

I usually really like Frankie & Benny’s, but sadly today’s visit was disappointing. My meal (a BBQ chicken stack) was pretty good, but my parents both had Mac & Cheese and both were cold in the centre. This was fixed promptly, but sadly it wasn’t very flavoursome either. That said, there was a nice atmosphere, and the recent refurbishment of the restaurant looks good.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Chloe (the manager) and the rest of her team me and my partner came in this evening 15.02.25 for food. I suffer with severe mental health problems so wear a sunflower lanyard to try and make people aware and it less scary for me. From the start we were welcomed and made sure everything was ok. When we finished our starters and was waiting for our main meals to come Chloe came over as I left my calamari to have with my main she asked if I wanted some fresh or it heated up I said no I was fine with having it cold she said it wasn't a problem to get me some new. She was the first person to ask me this. I have never had someone to care for me like that. Chole also chased up some fries as they hadn't I struggle to ask for more drinks or if something is wrong Chloe had over heard I wanted another drink and ordered it for me straight away. Such a great service never have I had a service like this to the point I was taken away with the service. Very impressed will be coming back for my birthday in may. Frankie and bennys on valentines 💝 loverly had nice comfortable table the atmosphere definitely had American Italian feel had the manhatten carzone block party plater was really good plus rocky road ice cream sundea and new york cheese cake with delicious flat white coffee ☕️ loved my valentines visit

It was such a lovely breakfast, food was hot and delicious, chefs know what they are doing! Alberto was such a good server made sure we had a colouring for kids , and the service was brilliant! I could see manager in present helping out. It was such a good start for a Valentines day :)
