Had a lovely light lunch, goof food and good service

Danya was really nice our whole visit, food was all good and out quickly.

The place should be called Cam & Bennies, they provided a truly magical experience.

The food was excellent and Francisco our server was very good and offered some good advice on food options.

We were seated and our order taken very promptly, food was served quickly.

Francisco was very helpful. Went out of his way to make sure I got a discount I was able to have which I didn’t know about. Lovely food and atmosphere too.

Would love to leave a good review but stood for ages waiting for a table tonight and, despite seeing plenty of staff, nobody saw to us. We ended up going elsewhere.

Unsure where to have lunch when shopping at Meadow Hall? Drop into F&B’s. The service was great with a special mention to Danya👍🏻. The food was promptly served & tasty. Fairly priced too, in summary we had an enjoyable meal & would certainly return here.

I usually really like Frankie & Benny’s, but sadly today’s visit was disappointing. My meal (a BBQ chicken stack) was pretty good, but my parents both had Mac & Cheese and both were cold in the centre. This was fixed promptly, but sadly it wasn’t very flavoursome either. That said, there was a nice atmosphere, and the recent refurbishment of the restaurant looks good.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Chloe (the manager) and the rest of her team me and my partner came in this evening 15.02.25 for food. I suffer with severe mental health problems so wear a sunflower lanyard to try and make people aware and it less scary for me. From the start we were welcomed and made sure everything was ok. When we finished our starters and was waiting for our main meals to come Chloe came over as I left my calamari to have with my main she asked if I wanted some fresh or it heated up I said no I was fine with having it cold she said it wasn't a problem to get me some new. She was the first person to ask me this. I have never had someone to care for me like that. Chole also chased up some fries as they hadn't I struggle to ask for more drinks or if something is wrong Chloe had over heard I wanted another drink and ordered it for me straight away. Such a great service never have I had a service like this to the point I was taken away with the service. Very impressed will be coming back for my birthday in may. A great place for breakfast before heading to the shops. Great value for money, delicious locals breakfast and latte. Millie and Danya were great- very attentive.

I had the chicken parmesan pasta which was well cooked and very filling. We hadn't booked but managed to find a table for 4 on a Saturday when most other places were full. Service was good considering how busy it was but the tables were a little cramped.

The staff were lovely and welcoming and we had quick service. The pizza I had was delicious and I’m so happy they now have Hawaiian pizza on the menu, and I decided to add the mushrooms. Perfect to eat before doing some shopping and a nice atmosphere to catch up with my friend. They also do a student discount!

Called into Meadowhall this afternoon and decided to go to Frankie and Benny’s for tea. Started off poor when I ordered a large coke with no ice. 2 minutes later large coke with ice turned up to the table. Sent it back and waited a little while for the correct drink to arrive. Main course arrived which also wasn’t too good either and to top it off the garlic pizza bread which we ordered as a side looked like it was yesterday’s. Almost ate my main course before a replacement garlic pizza bread arrived to the table. Really poor experience to say the least. Restaurant wasn’t even busy so that wasn’t an excuse for the poor food and service we received. Will be staying away in the future.

Scrambled eggs were just fried eggs broken up. Toast dry and no ketchup available. Coffee was good which is why it gets an extra star.

Arrived at 9am for breakfast before hitting the shops. I had the traditional English Breakfast my wife had the New York. Wife enjoyed the NY but the English was a bit bland. Sausages not particularly seasoned, bacon no flavour and eggs no real taste to them. To me it seemed like the raw ingredients were just cheap and as a result not a particularly good breakfast.

I'm always reluctant to use chains as the food is generally average, at best, and service to match. However, we chose this restaurant for a quick bite mid shopping. My dad is unwell with cancer and his mobility is poor. The lady who served us was absolutely fantastic; very accommodating and friendly. She just seemed to 'get' how to treat people. It clearly came naturally to her. It made such a difference to our lunch and my dad's comfort. The food was also delicious and not 'chainy' at all.

I visited your Meadowhall restaurant on the 14th, it was quite busy. I have contaminant OCD with food and I have an extremely difficult time eating outside of my house. I was served by Sue who was understanding and not only gave me a lot of time and assurance, she made it fun too. She was amazing and made our visit so relaxed, with how busy it was too, it was great to have that kind of personal experience. I rarely get given the kind of time I need, and it was a nice change. I’ll definitely be back!

Our waitress Sofia has made our visit lovely, she has been polite, kind, helpful, and attentive, thr food and service has been fabulous.

Had two courses off the lunch menu, excellent food and service will definitely return again it was very good value and speedy service.

We had such and amazing meal tonight. Our server Lilly made sure all our needs were met. My partner is a very fussy eater and she made sure his meal was exactly as requested. Nothing was too much trouble and definitely service with a smile. The food was really tasty and worth the money as we ate off the mid week 2 course menu. There was plenty to chose from.

We were seated very quickly in a nice comfortable, roomy booth, in a quiet corner of the restaurant ( I think our ages had something to do with that😃 ) and it was not long before our order was taken. We decided to choose 2 courses from the set lunch menu as our favourite Lasagne was on there anyway. We didn’t have to wait long at any point . And the meal was perfect.

Amazing, our server was absolutely amazing and nothing was too much. They are also great with allergies!
