It was such a lovely breakfast, food was hot and delicious, chefs know what they are doing! Alberto was such a good server made sure we had a colouring for kids , and the service was brilliant! I could see manager in present helping out. It was such a good start for a Valentines day :)

A great place for breakfast before heading to the shops. Great value for money, delicious locals breakfast and latte. Millie and Danya were great- very attentive.

I had the chicken parmesan pasta which was well cooked and very filling. We hadn't booked but managed to find a table for 4 on a Saturday when most other places were full. Service was good considering how busy it was but the tables were a little cramped.

The staff were lovely and welcoming and we had quick service. The pizza I had was delicious and I’m so happy they now have Hawaiian pizza on the menu, and I decided to add the mushrooms. Perfect to eat before doing some shopping and a nice atmosphere to catch up with my friend. They also do a student discount!

Called into Meadowhall this afternoon and decided to go to Frankie and Benny’s for tea. Started off poor when I ordered a large coke with no ice. 2 minutes later large coke with ice turned up to the table. Sent it back and waited a little while for the correct drink to arrive. Main course arrived which also wasn’t too good either and to top it off the garlic pizza bread which we ordered as a side looked like it was yesterday’s. Almost ate my main course before a replacement garlic pizza bread arrived to the table. Really poor experience to say the least. Restaurant wasn’t even busy so that wasn’t an excuse for the poor food and service we received. Will be staying away in the future.

Used the Fiver menu. Extremely good value. Fast service and friendly staff.

Scrambled eggs were just fried eggs broken up. Toast dry and no ketchup available. Coffee was good which is why it gets an extra star.

Arrived at 9am for breakfast before hitting the shops. I had the traditional English Breakfast my wife had the New York. Wife enjoyed the NY but the English was a bit bland. Sausages not particularly seasoned, bacon no flavour and eggs no real taste to them. To me it seemed like the raw ingredients were just cheap and as a result not a particularly good breakfast.

Great place to go, really friendly staff, kept clean and the food is fantastic.

I'm always reluctant to use chains as the food is generally average, at best, and service to match. However, we chose this restaurant for a quick bite mid shopping. My dad is unwell with cancer and his mobility is poor. The lady who served us was absolutely fantastic; very accommodating and friendly. She just seemed to 'get' how to treat people. It clearly came naturally to her. It made such a difference to our lunch and my dad's comfort. The food was also delicious and not 'chainy' at all.

I visited your Meadowhall restaurant on the 14th, it was quite busy. I have contaminant OCD with food and I have an extremely difficult time eating outside of my house. I was served by Sue who was understanding and not only gave me a lot of time and assurance, she made it fun too. She was amazing and made our visit so relaxed, with how busy it was too, it was great to have that kind of personal experience. I rarely get given the kind of time I need, and it was a nice change. I’ll definitely be back!

Our waitress Sofia has made our visit lovely, she has been polite, kind, helpful, and attentive, thr food and service has been fabulous.

Had two courses off the lunch menu, excellent food and service will definitely return again it was very good value and speedy service.

We had such and amazing meal tonight. Our server Lilly made sure all our needs were met. My partner is a very fussy eater and she made sure his meal was exactly as requested. Nothing was too much trouble and definitely service with a smile. The food was really tasty and worth the money as we ate off the mid week 2 course menu. There was plenty to chose from.

We were seated very quickly in a nice comfortable, roomy booth, in a quiet corner of the restaurant ( I think our ages had something to do with that😃 ) and it was not long before our order was taken. We decided to choose 2 courses from the set lunch menu as our favourite Lasagne was on there anyway. We didn’t have to wait long at any point . And the meal was perfect.

Francisco helped with a birthday treat

Came here on Thursday lunchtime and had the two course lunch deal . We are a family of three so all did the same. Didn’t expect it to be as good as it was. Garlic bread with mozzarella was massive. Mozzarella sticks beautiful and filled potato skins to start. We were almost full by the time the mains came which were equally delicious. Good service. We will definitely return.

Nice restaurant though I can't eat cheese and was glad I checked as the dish I order had cheese on top though it wasn't on the menu. It wasn't a problem to amend it though. Very quick and friendly service snd we got 15% blue light discount.

I visited Frankie & Benny's at The Oasis, Meadowhall for lunch, we were a party of 4, I am coeliac so needed a gluten free meal, there was a huge choice on the menu for me, I asked if I could have the salad without the croutons, our server explained that he couldn't guarantee if cross contamination would have taken place due to the area of the kitchen it's prepared in so I opted for a Margharita pizza, Oh Wow, it was amazing, the base, topping, everything was delicious. My pizza arrived uncut with a knife supplied so I could cut my own, the server explained that this would ensure there was no cross contamination. The entire lunch experience was so enjoyable, worry free and delicious. Our servers knowledge of the precautions to take were excellent. Thank you, we will be back when we visit Meadowhall again. 10/10.
