Took my grand-daughter here after one of her transfer tests for a sit in meal. Food was excellent, freshly cooked and clearly hadn't been sitting around. Staff were brilliant, not just with us , but saw them helping people with trays etc. mopping up quickly when somebody spilled their drink. They were clearly enjoying what they were doing and went out of their way to help everyone. If I ever have another KFC I wouldn't hesitate in going back here.

We had 11 children to feed who all like KFC They had been karting earlier so we called into Saintfield road KFC earlier in the day to let them know we would need 11 wow boxes and 4 adult meals to sit in.The staff were terrific by far surpassing our expectations. When we arrived we had a large party type table and the kids tucked in after excellent service with all orders correct. The restaurant has been refurbished and is spotlessly clean. I would recommend this as an alternative party venue which maybe you wouldnt realise is so suitable for kids. To top it off we got complimentary icecream which just topped off the engaging service we recieved. We were very happy and the kids really enjoyed it. Well done KFC for setting new heights of standard for a kids party. Value was unbeatable. Excellent staff Holly took our order and another male staff member was terrific but I didn’t get his name sorry. Would definitely go back for future parties!

Veganuary has just become a whole lot more exciting as KFC launched their first UK vegan burger, the "Original Recipe Vegan Burger" on 2 January 2020, and I've been keen to get to a KFC ASAP to try it. This burger did not disappoint; a vegan Quorn fillet, coated in the famous KFC blend of 11 herbs and spices, served in a bun with vegan mayonnaise and iceberg lettuce. Mouth-watering, savoury and scrumptious. My only criticism is that it's a little drier than I would like so extra vegan mayonnaise would be good. Unfortunately KFC fries aren't vegan as they're cooked in same oil as the chicken, however staff advised of this when we placed our order. We went via the drive through which was was quick and convenient. Great to see KFC have done away with plastic straws in favour of more eco-friendly paper straws. All small steps in the right direction...

We have been here several times - first time the food was delicious - freshly cooked to perfection. The store was clean and tidy. After that it has been hit or miss, sometimes decent sometimes really poor. Several times the fries have been either sitting too long or have been re-fried (which they are not supposed to do ) sometime the cleanliness is not the best - dirty tables and trays just left sitting about. 10/10 when Hit and 3/10 when a miss

I visited this restaurant on Saturday evening around 8pm and I was totally disappointed. Ok, KFC is hardly gourmet dining but what ever happened to good old civility and customer service? The young lady serving was way too busy flirting with her male colleague to entertain my request for food. The tables were in dire need of cleaning (I tried 3 before finding a clean one) and the staff were obviously not versed in listening. Despite advising the young lady I was intending sitting in the restaurant, she stuffed the food in a bag and ushered me away from the counter. I soon realised why as she hurried past my table with her shift over. I approached a young male member of staff for a napkin, straw and some salt (which his colleague had omitted from my "bag" and I tried to explain my treatment by his colleague but he was not interested. I guess I should have approached the drive through as it would have been much cleaner eating in my car. Zero rated customer service.

This is one of the few decent KFCs in NI, helpful, enthusiastic staff, even if their English isn't brilliant, quick service with a smile and a thank you and a spotless table area. A real change from your food getting thrown at you by a grunting individual and a table like a toilet floor. Only the cramped and awkward car park prevents the 5th blob.

We popped in for a quick bite while we were travelling. The staff were super efficient and extremely friendly. Food was tasty and fresh. Would return if in the area.

I have always loved KFC mcdonalds is good but it doesn't fill you where as a KFC is truly a gut buster of a meal its the fast food place out McD's and burger king that properly fills you. The gravy is to die for Nom Nom

Always worth a visit Both the Two Magpies and Collina offer excellent food in the evening - generally it seems to be the same menu, though the Magpies is more of a sports bar, while Collina is a traditional restaurant. The salt and chili squid is still the best available anywhere - delicious and comes in a good sized portion. The mains are varied, but generally excellent. The steak sandwich and fried chicken burger are both firm favourites.

First time back at Blue Chicago in a number of years. First impressions, the restaurant looked run down and lacklustre. Guy serving us was very prompt and courteous which was great. My Wife and I ordered a single course each with soft drink. My Wife had the Chicken sizzler which she said was tasty but was a very small portion. I had the Got spicy beef pizza which was really poor. Looked and tasted like a supermarket bought pizza which the top had been squired with burger sauce, very bland. Meal cost £40.00. As I said service was good but food was mediocre at best, very disappointed.
