No wait shown straight to seat...very clean and amazing staff

Food was amazing here at sugar rays, we visited as a party of 11. Atmosphere was perfect for us as we booked for 8pm and it was just starting to quiet down! The staff and service however were not very friendly various times, and in cases unprofessional. However this didn’t bother us too much as the food and drinks made up for the subpar service!

Excellent food and drink, very quick and no long waiting for your order. Place very clean atmosphere is amazing especially the music they play as it caters for everyone. Staff very attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Called in to kill some time while waiting for an appointment in the area. Had the sizzling peppered chicken off the lunch menu with the house salad on the side. Friendly waiting staff, fast service and delicious food too!

Food took 75 minutes to arrive when the restaurant is 5 minutes from my home and the portion was very small.

Outstanding food and very generous portions I didn’t know wither to walk out or roll out I’d eat to much but I enjoyed ever single bite the cookie dough pie 🥧 oh my goodness it’s amazing it’s a must have after a super gorgeous feed of food the service staff were excellent very attentive compliments to the chefs thank you to all at sugar rays for such a wonderful experience once again

8 Oz Rib Eye steak genuinely best steak i have had in a long time. Atmosphere always good and service to match it!

Went for daughters birthday dinner. Service was good and menu has good variety. Burgers had a firm texture not juicy and the toppings on the fancy fancy fries were a bit sparse. As a family we all agreed that there are better American food joints around, one in Larne is better! Will not rush back.

Not a bad place, I'd still prefer Blue Chicago next door but it's good. The giganti stack was great wasn't a fan of the mac and cheese but the highlight was definitely the salted chilli chips they were awesome

absolutely awful we ordered crispy honey chilli chicken large portion... came as 7 soggy chicken balls with dried in sauce for the price shocking... if we wanted chicken balls I could have thrown some in the air fryer.... don't order waste of money

excellent food good service and good portion sizes

Amazing bbq spot! Was exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend for anyone with a bbq, ribs or wings craving! Get the ultimate combo meal for a taste of all the best they have to offer. Staff were lovely and service was quick and efficient. Will definitely be back.

Food was a great amount and great flavours for both kids and adults 5* staff very friendly and welcoming, cocktails and mocktails served here, prices reasonable 😀

Bad service, girl that was serving our table brought out our garlic bread pizza started which was swimming in grease, spilt all the grease over me and my phone and then walked away and hid behind the other members of staff, then when we were finished with our starters she sent another girl over to lift our plates as she didn’t even have the decency to apologise!

Great experience all round. Staff were very helpful and friendly, gave ample time to look over menu, food was great , service couldn't be faulted.

When you think customer care, Sugar Ray is what should always come in mind. I left a note with my order which was like a little favour and my oh my, they went ABOVE and BEYOND. My jaw dropped in awe and the gape was wide enough to down the gorgeousness in the munchie box. For a first time customer, they’ve earned an eternal customer as long as the heavens keep me in BELFAST!!! Thank you for being the sugary Ray of sunshine I knew you’ll be.

Order never arrived !!! Store absolutely no help and just eat giving me no response. My kids sat with no dinner and no refund absolute disgrace

Ordered at around 7.40pm and didn't receive food until approx 9.10pm. Rang the restaurant to check on food, they said driver had picked up the food at 8.40pm. By the time it was received, the food was very cold. Not impressed

Buffalo fries were inedible as they were completely saturated (swimming in it) in the spicy buffalo sauce. very disappointing. I have had these before and they were very nice as they had a reasonable amount of this sauce. everything else was fine. have complained to just eat but they have done nothing as usual.

Cannot speak for quality although it is usually very good when I eat in. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time I have ordered from this restaurant and the 2nd time I have had to get a refund for food not arriving. This has been through 2 different courier services. Please stop using Justeat and other services if they cannot deliver the products I have paid for. I hope whatever driver was sent enjoys my meal.

I went in with my nephew who has very bad allergies. The servers and chefs did everything to ensure that my nephew could enjoy his meal and he loved it. I could not ask for better service. I had the chicken basket which was also amazing. Some of the best fried chicken ive ever had.

Great service, fantastic food. Restaurant a little bit on the cool side but that's not the end of the world!

Ordered a steak sandwich and my partner ordered the platter, I think it was called. Steak was nice, pepper sauce was good and chips were OK. Only thing was the bap was a bit soggy and onion rings tasted like oil. My partners was great, big, he couldnt finish it but said it was nice. Would come again.

Went for my sisters birthday, staff were very friendly. The staff were able to organise a surprise cake for my sister, which was very nice of them.

The staff running around with eyes glazed out of their heads and smoking out the back , from top to the bottom it's rife in that place

Food tasted fine but burgers were missing sauce, which happened to be the defining reason for what burgers we picked, oh well.

First time here, absolutely loved it. We couldn't decide what we wanted to eat or drink, our waitress Faye was brilliant. Faye gave us her recommendations and we weren't disappointed. We will definitely be back.

Sugar Rays is an American style restaurant serving burgers, steaks, pizzas etc. The menu is extensive and there are many dishes which I would like to try. We started with Chilli Cheese bites which were a great starter dish. My wife had a chicken burger and I had the Giganti stack which was very tasty and filling! It had real champ, chicken breast, bacon and beef brisket topped with peppered sauce. I really enjoyed it. I was too full for a dessert but at £8 each they would need to be pretty special! I would definitely go back to Sugar Rays because there's lots to choose from on the menu and the service was really good. I recommend it!

Never once have I had a bad meal in this place and the servings are more than adequate. Service is excellent but not too rushed. Have been many times and will continue to go as often as possible.

This place always delivers good quality, service and is always lively and buzzing with people of all ages, families, couples etc. Its not juat a burger places as if you the other options your unlokelh to be disappointed. Location and ease of parkinv make this an ease venue to access.

Great food and not to bad price wise though very similar to blue Chicago with some slightly different food on the menu. I would definitely be back the streak was great.

Food was so salty it was horrible, pavlova if you could call it that, coffee weak. It’s been a while since I was in Sugar Ray’s, very disappointing, so expensive £100 wasted especially when you don’t eat half of what you ordered due to lack of quality. Service was good, girl was lovely but sorry no tip food really bad & don’t think I could return.

Flawless visit! Clean, tidy restaurant. Great service from Niamh who was polite, efficient & funny. No mistakes made with our table of 5 x2courses. Food was hot, tasty & great portions.

The food was absolutely disgusting. I used to order Mac and cheese regularly, the last 2 times it’s been a disgusting gloop that tastes like dishwater. The bread for the hot dog was stale. The only edible thing in the order was the chips. Not worth the money, quality has really slipped.

This would of been my regular dining place for dinner, went last night around 7 o'clock and got myself some porky fries , half way through i knew something wasn't right but payed my bill and left , from 4am the next morning I have been projectile vomiting 🤮🤢will not be back.........

First order lost or stolen by JE driver. Restaurant were kind enough to include free cake when reordered, but I don’t like cake and my drink was put in with the hot food therefore warm. Really had a disappointing experience all round tonight.

Probably was expecting too much. The most disappointing dish was the "world famous" mac and cheese, there was a stale and funky taste to it, an old taste to it. At first I thought maybe they were using a booji cheese, but now I'm not too sure. It tasted like an old woman's foot!!! Wouldn't recommend.

The burgers here are great and the chicken is even better. This will defintely be one of my new favourite spots in the Belfast area - the service was quick and friendly too. The atmosphere is nice and has a modern diner style interior. The only downside is that the chicken strips portion could be better for the price of the meal. Still a really great experience and great meals for a meal out!

You can't go wrong with a sugar rays. The beef is lovely, kids portions are great too.

2 dishes out of 4 were cold. Not very impressed unfortunately.

Talk about going to the dogs, used to love sugarrays, went as a couple, what a complete let down, got the battered chicken for starters which wasnt bad, chicken bit dry at ends, main meal steak sandwich, steak well done but was like shoe leather, tastless and dry, plus tasted bit iffy,chips were like frozen chips left sitting and reheated, mash was like smash from a bag uneatable,desert was nice, pavolva, partner got sesame chicken which wasnt to bad, 1 starter 2 meals 2 deserts 3 drinks £85, wont be back.

Customer service is shocking! Twice now they have sent orders with no sides. Tried to claim money back as sugar rays refused to send out the food I paid for ! Be aware! Never again

Food missing fries on all orders. They won’t send out missing food. 56 quid and I can’t feed my family! Absolutely disgraceful never again.

Freezing cold and no side was meant to come with fries £11 for four pieces of chicken and one piece of garlic bread which is totally random as well ?

The chicken burger was extremely thin, almost like half a breast butterflied, brisket fries seriously lacked brisket, restaurants should be offering more food for top range prices

I always swear never to go back to the "restaurants" at Dundonald cinema. Really poor quality, frozen, overpriced fast food. It's like the shop "Iceland" opened a hot food outlet.

Even with a short staffed kitchen the food was quick and very nice 👌

Really cool spot, sad I have never been in before. Burger was incredible, Mac and cheese was a gamble but it was really good, maybe a little under seasoned, a spicy Mac and cheese would be a nice addition. Either way already recommended to friends. 👍

I ended up going to the restaurant and collecting it myself as it was going to be over 2 hours late!!! Absolutely awful service!

Never had a bad meal and had been there loads of times.

Great food, large portions and good prices. There's plenty of parking but the whole complex gets busy between 6-8. Christmas menu was available when I visited 1 December and it was very good. I'm only sorry the excellent turkey & ham dinner was so substantial I didn't feel I could manage dessert. I was looking forward to the 'Santa Sundae Jar'.

I love Sugar Rays, it is one of my favourite restaurants, especially when I am going to the cinema with my best friend. The food is always consistently fantastic, the staff are very attentive, the service is fast and efficient, and it is always incredibly busy. I think it is reasonably priced, especially given the portion sizes!

Very yummy food and street fighter is fun.

This is one of my favourite dining places in Belfast. Food is always served delicious with wide variety of choices. Staff are always courteous and nice. I’ve never had any bad experience from this restaurant.

The kentucky fries were like a small kids portion There was only four tenders instead of five The food arrived stone cold.

I ordered the chicken stack. It was delicious as always. I usually order more pepper sauce as I don’t think there’s enough. When I opened my order the sauce was only half full. As it’s £2.50 for extra sauce I expect the carton to be full

Great service as always. Everything was perfect! We have always enjoyed eating here with friend and family.

It was brilliant, my partner got a half rack of ribs and I got goujons, goujons could've been cooked a little longer and I'd asked for a different dip but was presented the same dip on menu which I couldn't eat, it was quite loud and people in the queue saying rude remarks about other diners saying "they've finished eating why won't they leave" so that was abit off putting but apart from that I loved it!
