Delivery driver barely spoke english and made me collect my order from his car as he didnt want to get out in the rain, absolute joke paying for delivery and having to go collect my food

driver came to the door and immediately complained about me ordering from saintfield mcdonalds instead of connswater, didnt close the front gate and that resulted in my dogs almost escaping into the street.

credit where it's due, managed to get all the items to me thus time, nothing missing. chips a bit on the cold side but I van put up with that, but I see the attention to dips is just as lacking as ever. not one dip arrived out of 6 ordered. delivery was fantastic however, and early this time, so 5 stars to the driver.

Very large Halloween party order for kids. 4 medium diet cokes and one Fanta and one medium fries missing. Very annoying. extra bacon on one burger missing. funny how is always less and more extra stuff!!

I made an order tonight two small children and when the food arrived it was cold and ine of the happy meals was wrong. it is a complete joke and trying to explained to the kids that they were not getting their food was hard. this is absolutely ridiculous and I will seriously consider using this app again.

the food was cold when I received it and the veggie dippers were missing. I was also given bbq sauce instead of sweet curry sauce. please teach your staff to read the orders correctly and ensure all items are in the bag before sending out on delivery

My son ordered with them for delivery, it took almost two hours to arrive, and when it eventually did nothing in the order was correct. When he rang to enquire they hung up on him

As is the is usual in McDonald’s saintfield road the people making the actual burgers can’t read the order wrong on all 3 burgers not really surprised by this service when it would seem to be kids left to there own devices in kitchen

ordered 2 apple pie and received 1. McDonald's need to up their game and give people what they order. Just eat were also useless by not give me a refund for an item I did not receive. No wonder you can't contact Just Eat to complain.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but twice now they’ve got the order wrong at the drive through. First time I didn’t realise till I got home that a burger was missing, went back again with a voucher that their customer service gave me as an apology for getting it wrong before, and this time was short a drink. Luckily I checked before leaving. Was asked for my receipt and handed a drink without so much as an apology.

Abolute rubbish food. Ordered a sausage and egg mc muffin meal with NO CHEESE and a black coffee. Coffee was great. The hash brown was barely luke warm. The sausage and egg mc muffin was a cheese burger!! No sausage and no egg. Just a cold cheese burger. Couldn't eat it as I don't like melted cheese, hence my order for a sausage/egg with NOOOOOO cheese meal. I will never visit a mc Donald's again. Ooh, the burger bun was like a brick!! £4.85 for crap. I was sooo close to contacting not just trading standards, but also the food standards agency. Utter disgraceful service.

They've ballsed up my order twice now. Last time my number disappeared off the screen so I waited and waited but it never appeared. Some time later someone "found it" in the kitchen. So I downloaded the app and decided this time to get it delivered to my car. Sat waiting and all of a sudden the app said it had been delivered so I had to go in the store and find out what happened to my food. I'm not sure what's going on there but sort it out. I've deleted the app and I'm giving up crap food, today was the last straw

Specifically ordered two burgers cheese only however both burgers came with all dressings. My children would not eat them as they could taste the Big Mac dressing even after I had scraped it off… I even wrote it in capital letters. I can’t drive currently due having had an operation so complete waste of money.

Pre ordered a week before a £65 order for child's birthday on a Monday also paid for extra for priority booking only for it to be ' on the way ' twice , and finally cancelled . Apes could run the business better they can't even get basic orders correct surely asking for a plain burger is less work for whoever is making it . Not rocket science.

All great but delivery note was ignored. Having a young child who had just fallen asleep to take care of it was difficult for me to get to the front door (hence my note to leave order at front door) but courier knocked on door a few times to signal they were there. I know there was a code to give but this needs to be taken into account when delivering

Usually swerve this McDonald’s on Saintfield road as they always miss out an item or 4 but pushed for time so ordered large takeaway for family of 5, got home and unpacked it and yes they forgot the nuggets and the dips and the chips were cold,so have to rush back up to collect them, definitely not be back!

The driver was so rude! since when are you asked for codes when the order is delivered? Clearly can see I ordered it showed him the email confirmation, could have been more pleasant about the situation! Not happy!

my son is 6. he saw the ‘grimace shake’ tiktok trend in 2023 and every so often we’ve been researching on whether or not this drink would come to our wee country🇪🇺🇨🇮. long and behold, last week we found out that the GRIMACE shake would be here until the sept 3rd. Must’ve been one in 10000 cause he turned 6 on aug 30. we make our way to the mcdonald’s, birthday signs up. promotional items in stock (or so we thought). we eagerly await that sweet creamy grimace-y nectar on our tongues to be met with my worst nightmare. “no longer available” what. on. earth. my son has waited for well over a year for this drink. only to be met with the cold bleak reality of the universe. shame on you mcdonald’s. what’s the point in the celebration if grimace isn’t even there. won’t be back.

The driver abandoned the mcmuffin on my doorstep & didn't knock or ring to let me know it was there. Probably because the bag & mcmuffin were soaked, indicating the coffees I'd ordered had spilled en route.
