Delivery was incredible absolutely outstanding however got 4 ketchups and they only give me 2 and asked for no ice and they gave me ice

Food 2 hrs late. Was cold and no drink delivered

Forgot my drink, gave me 2 burgers instead of 1, with none of the items removed that I wanted removed, so I couldn't even enjoy the 2 burgers in place of my missing drink.

did not receive my order after the driver sat 2 minute walk away from my flat for 10-15 minutes. then apparently it was delivered. screenshots taken of the drivers whereabouts and that it was not delivered. phone number provided so if they were lost they could of rang but they did not

Food all cold , latte was a black coffee , oasis half filled , one of the McMuffins missing a sausage patty . Awful ! Ordered at 715 and food was delivered at 0840.

my food arrived 1hr 20mins after ordering. the hot food was cold and the mcflurries had melted. A £3.60 compensation for the cold food is extremely poor customer service!!!

Realmente no sé por qué seguimos aquí, ya que tiene que ser el peor McDonald’s de la historia! ¡Normalmente el orden es erróneo y 9 de cada 10 veces el juguete de la comida feliz es una lata despreciable en lugar de la correcta! Pero en esta ocasión el problema fue en realidad la actitud del asistente del gerente. Cuando llegamos a la ventana para obtener nuestro pedido como de costumbre se nos pidió que nos estacionáramos y esperáramos, esto es otra ocurrencia regular en este McDonald’s, mi esposo cuestionó esto y le dijeron que el pollo a la parrilla tarda 4 minutos en hacerse. Dijimos oh que queríamos pollo crujiente y miraron el recibo y dijeron que habíamos pedido pollo a la parrilla, dándonos cuenta de que habíamos cometido un error la chica dijo que podía hacernos pollo crujiente si queríamos. Genial pensamos que el problema resuelto. Ahí es cuando el asistente del gerente aparece en la ventana como un oso con dolor de cabeza, enfatizando que cometimos un error en el pedido y normalmente cobran por eso! Luego continuó argumentando que habíamos cometido un error y nos pidió que estacionáramos nuevamente, mi esposo se negó a estacionar debido a su actitud. Mientras tanto, el asistente del gerente continuó discutiendo todo el tiempo y dijo en un momento dado ‘estoy tomando una foto de su recibo’. No tengo idea de por qué o por qué pensó que esto nos preocuparía, pero bueno. Me da la impresión de que no ha sido asistente del gerente por mucho tiempo o que tenía mucha capacitación en el trato con los clientes, ya que esta era una situación que ya había sido tratada por el personal, sin embargo, sintió la necesidad de venir y hacer excavaciones insignificantes sobre nosotros haciendo mal el pedido.

This McDonald's have lovely staff, pleasant when taking order and available to offer help if they notice you struggling with something. It is always clean, tidy and warm, has a lovely cozy quiet relaxed atmosphere. It's the best McD's to go to in Belfast area.

Wrong drinks delivered. This isn’t the first time my order has been wrong or in some cases even missing items. The delivery service has been running for a while now so they should be getting their act together by now. Up your game McDonald’s.

My just eat order split my drink ALL OVER MY FOOD everything I’ve ordered is cold! No dips provided even though I wrote in the notes to remember them. My whole order is ruined and on top of that have no drink to go with it! A full refund should be submitted as this is uneatable! Never mind a discounted refund? This is digusting!

Half the order did not arrive, had to go get it as they don’t answer the phone!

We go to this McDonalds for lunch with our 3 year old grandson, he loves it. The food is what McDonald's do, you like it or you don't, I do. But the staff, particularly the older grey haired gentleman are excellent. They look after us and spoil our grandson with kindness, thank you McDonald staff.

Paid extra for Original Coke and received diet Coke. More annoyed i paid the extra and got the wrong thing. It was also cold when it arrived. From the time the app said it was being delivered to when it arrived was actually quick enough. However going by the receipt on the bag it had been sitting for 20minutes before it was on its way. Hence why it was probably cold. Not sure if I'd order online again.

The driver went the complete opposite direction from where he needed to be delivering too, he ended up at the Lisburn road and the food eventually arrived stone cold and soggy. I am absolutely disappointed in this delivery service and I would appreciate a full refund

They came the whole way from carryduff as Connswater is closed delivery guy couldn’t have been any nicer

unfortunately several items were missing. I double checked with the delivery person to confirm I had my entire order, and he insisted I had, but when I got inside and unpacked it, lots was missing. very poor.

Delivery has not been a problem. My kid's get a treat on a Friday night. The delivery driver is never at fault. It's a result of if the order delivered is correct! Poor ..... management, supervision ect it needs to be addressed.

I've not received my food it's saying it's been delivered my kids our crying looking there nuggets eat I'm very unhappy I'd like a full refund as I didn't receive my food

Took over 45min to deliver, food was cold, no sauces that were ordered and no straws for drinks!!! Also ordered large chips with meals and the portion size was what you’d expect in a small portion and freezing!! Very poor overall

Food was very tasty. I want to make a special shout-out to our courier, who once again went above and beyond to have our correct and complete order delivered, which was greatly appreciated particularly given the lateness of our order. Fantastic!

credit where it's due, managed to get all the items to me thus time, nothing missing. chips a bit on the cold side but I van put up with that, but I see the attention to dips is just as lacking as ever. not one dip arrived out of 6 ordered. delivery was fantastic however, and early this time, so 5 stars to the driver.

It is very typical of the brand, and you get what you expect at a consistent quality. The mature gentleman on the floor was very helpful and cheerful.

Very large Halloween party order for kids. 4 medium diet cokes and one Fanta and one medium fries missing. Very annoying. extra bacon on one burger missing. funny how is always less and more extra stuff!!

I made an order tonight two small children and when the food arrived it was cold and ine of the happy meals was wrong. it is a complete joke and trying to explained to the kids that they were not getting their food was hard. this is absolutely ridiculous and I will seriously consider using this app again.
