I would use McDonald’s but this one constantly gets your order wrong if you deviate in anyway from the original burger

Staff Need retraining at their jobs to take orders properly and in the field of customer service. Didn't receive part of my order that I had asked for 4 times and was made to feel like it was my mistake and expected to go through the drive through again to reorder. Appalling customer service. The manager needs to have a look at their reviews on TripAdvisor and Just eat and realise how bad the service is and they would see they are not good at all. A good manager would be trying to rectify the things that are going wrong. Wouldn't recommend McDonald's Carryduff at all.

A good McDonalds, quick and fried are usually hot

It's a McDonald's....but it's one of the better managed ones. Loads of parking, or drive-through.

You will never get what you ordered at this drive through. Honestly, every time I go. Just sit in.

A wee treat for one of my grandsons. I was horrified at the cost. £16 for two cokes, a burger meal and a burger. However the boy was happy. The staff were really nice. One guy in particular was super nice "Phil" He even surprised the boy with a gift, a preparation pack for the coming of "World Book Day". Thank you Phil, you made our visit worthwhile

Wrap of the day not available and the other flavours of wrap that were still available (?) not substituted. I know it's a small thing but isn't that what is going above and beyond a customers expectation. A small gesture of customer service.

Who says all McDonald's are the same!? They're really not. Here's a good one, staff friendly, fast service, clean loos and well organised overall, ok it's McDonald's so the food is what it is but I've had no complaints here.

NOT 24 hours, we went on a Thursday night, we saw many people turned away at the same time they closed the drive through, it wasn't even midnight. Not to mention the inability to put a burger together, cheese one side burger on the other side. Quite simple, 2 buns, meat and cheese in the middle... Take note IN THE MIDDLE. ordered cheese bites and failed to get the tomato sauce. Disappointing

It’s a McDonald’s like any other - fast service and you know what you are getting.

Cold food. Dry flavourless Big Mac. Strawberry milk shake was just a big blob of vanilla like ice cream with a small streak of strawberry flavouring down one side, not mixed! Very poor experience. Staff were however very good and replaced the first box of cold chips but the second box was nearly as cold. Same for the burger, which they replaced! Worse Big Mac I’ve ever had! Cold and dry, no flavour! Looked as if the quality control in the kitchen was totally absent! It’s been a while, but have all McDonald’s gone this way??

Went through the drive through and my order was chucked into the bag with no care whatsoever. Lettuce everywhere and chicken. Was missing one of the baps

Staff are very friendly, but every other drive through order we get is messed up in some way.

I order from McDonalds today for delivery. Driver argued with me that the address was wrong....when he got lost. Food finally arrived freezing. Virtually unfit 2 eat. 2 very unhappy children and a very angry nanny!! .

Do not order this on just eat they frequently get the order wrong with terrible delivery times and when you want to talk to someone at the place they don’t pick up, £30 worth of food that never came and the only food that did come was soggy and cold.

Good for a quick snack and a drink. Computer ordering and table service, had problems with the order display as did the staff member who came to help me.

Supervisor was disgusted by my request at to top up my half empty large chip at the drivethru! Her attitude was atrocious with the staff member and the dirty looks i received was appalling and when I said to her I've been waiting 20 minutes & they are half filled! (It was actually 25 mins)! She looked at me and said I can refuse to serve you if u shout threw the window at me again!! We exchanged words and I then had 4 staff members standing watching this!! I feel sorry for staff working with her! The nice guy serving me, wished me a great day with a smile on his face, it was much appreciated and I wish him luck working for that Supervisor! I couldn't eat my meal afterwards I was so upset I should of said that's OK can I have my money back!

Placed an order for being brought to my table as I had my 3YO with me. Sat waiting 25 minutes before having to leave him on his own to check on the order. Lady behind the counter took the receipt and disappeared. When the food finally came it was cold and was only half a box of fries. At least the child had fun colouring in.

Rubbish staff . Burnt food . Half full portions left in the car park for 15 mins waiting and then orderbstill wrong and to top it off mc crispy burnt had enough of this rubbish mc Donald's will not be back

I’ve tried to give it chance after chance, as I used to really enjoy it, but it just keeps getting worse! It’s very disappointing to see how bad the quality of food has truly become. Fries are always cold and very soggy, burgers seem to lack any flavour, most of the time the chicken nuggets taste like they’ve been reheated in a microwave. Orders are always wrong or missing something. Doesn’t seem fair considering how over priced everything has become! Will not be back!

We called into McDonald’s to buy an ice cream. They have a drive through service. They were very helpful to us & we gave them our order & the service was excellent & very quick. They are situated on The Saintfield Road between Carryduff & Newtownbreda. Stephen Acton.

Easily the best McDonald's at Brackenvale!

Took my Reward points and overcharged me a considerable amount. Instead of owning the human error and adding the points back on or simply refunding me the money in cash (as has happened before). The manager Jack or Jake decided he would do neither and tried to fob me off saying it was the apps fault I was overcharged when it was the human on the drive thru that made the mistake. An absolute joke of an establishment and head office will be notified.

Ordered off uber eats and some how, some way they forgot an entire meal that I ordered. How do you even manage that? I don't expect 5 star service from McDonald's but this is a whole new step. 👎

McDonalds is an easy one to review. When you go there you know exactly what you are getting. You want fast food and a treat for the kids, McDonalds is it. Although their Toffee Lattes are the best on the planet 👌🏻

Poor staff being cooked in drive through sections, I witnessed a newbie being treated really bad and few times my food was not what I ordered... And once even I had to drive back... so everyone got their dinner... the staff didn't acknowledged it or say sorry - time, diesel, hungry people waiting at home, evening ruined! Some training for managers on topic How to look after the customer would be great !

Fantastic authentic Americana, a great setting for one of lifes simplest of pleasures, and yes, it is OK to dunk your chips in your milkshake!

1 of the best McDonald's we have been to. There was a large crowd of us and the food orders came out swiftly and warm with only 1 thing missing which was rectified without any hassle and we were given more than required to put things right. Staff were friendly and once they established it was one off the wee ones birthdays they discretly brought all the kids in our group little flags which was a lovely gesture. Will definitely be back.

Fast way to fill the tummy if you in a hurry, ain't expensive. Not busy at all early in the morning Heck of a issue to get out of the parking onto the main road Tried the bacon cheesy flat breads, gosh those things are drier than the Sahara. The printer was not working, so had issues with the order as I had no slip, maybe they can have it display on screen so u can take a pic of a qr code that has your receipt

One of the better McDonalds restaurants (to me) food was hot, freshly made and served quickly and it certainly filled a corner.

Purchased quarter pounder cheese only. Opened the box, burger looked like it had been thrown from one side of the kitchen to the other.

Full of rough looking Deliveroo guys queuing up. Can they not be separated off somewhere, real rag tag bunch. Family atmosphere has really suffered from before before refit. Donald's has rolled out their large touch screens for ordering, making the customer do the work. Table service is a nice idea except that, strangely, the table markers always seem to be nowhere to be found!

My son and daughter in law were drunk and wanted a kebab but the shop was closed. They had a McDonalds instead.

One of the worst restaurants for McDs breakfast, burgers swimming in grease, eggshells, hash browns break apart because they are stuck to paper with the grease🤮, their drinks and chips also be half full which is strange for McDonald’s, they also don’t answer the phone as they obviously know it’s a complaint. Avoid at all costs.

Well, went to McDonald's....didn't get any food though! Ordered a happy meal and received a small portion of chips and a toy....no chicken nuggets...one hungry child...not as much fun as you'd think!

What you see is what you get. It's on par with the rest. So if you like micky D's then with wont disappoint. Great if you have kids and need a stress free feed! They love it!

Listen, it's not the Ritz, it's cheap food served quickly. Good at what it does. Drive-thru is always quick, but you can be waiting inside for a bit if you order on the kiosks inside. I'd recommend ordering ahead on the app for efficiency.

Went to McDonald's carryduff got drive through spent £22.00 Came home to find they hadn't gave me half of my order.rang to complain and get my proper order after 20 minutes they answered with no one on the line then kept the phone of the hook. Incompetent people, terrible service .Will keep trying to contact them but will not be back

Went to McDonald's brackenvale for breakfast with my wife Wednesday 14th September. I had the breakfast muffin meal with coffee & my wife had flatbread bacon & hashbrown with tea. The food was cooked perfectly & the staff were friendly and helpful with the menu. Lovely morning out & the bill was under £8. Well done McDonalds

I’m not a lover of fast food but I do enjoy a burger now and again. I always have to get one of their apple pies and a wee ice cream.

We needed to get some lunch for the kids quickly. I personally didn't eat I really dont like it, but the kids seem to enjoy it.
