Ordered food for myself and grandparents, came quick enough although food was stone cold and half the order missing and they don’t seem to keen to answer there phone either !

They need to look very hard at the car park WHEN IT SAYS DISABILITY PARKING that's not foe delivery drivers to park in or people with no blue badge only the person that badge is for can use it get ur managers out and start checking

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but twice now they’ve got the order wrong at the drive through. First time I didn’t realise till I got home that a burger was missing, went back again with a voucher that their customer service gave me as an apology for getting it wrong before, and this time was short a drink. Luckily I checked before leaving. Was asked for my receipt and handed a drink without so much as an apology.

dear mcdonalds, please read order , collect items , put them in bag , send them to address...it's literally that simple. bunch of absolute boneheads, have never got one order right.

They've ballsed up my order twice now. Last time my number disappeared off the screen so I waited and waited but it never appeared. Some time later someone "found it" in the kitchen. So I downloaded the app and decided this time to get it delivered to my car. Sat waiting and all of a sudden the app said it had been delivered so I had to go in the store and find out what happened to my food. I'm not sure what's going on there but sort it out. I've deleted the app and I'm giving up crap food, today was the last straw

The food was freezing drink had leaked all over the bag

Specifically ordered two burgers cheese only however both burgers came with all dressings. My children would not eat them as they could taste the Big Mac dressing even after I had scraped it off… I even wrote it in capital letters. I can’t drive currently due having had an operation so complete waste of money.

I ordered my food 2 hours ago and it hasn’t arrived but said it has been delivered it has been delivered to the wrong house I want my money back

Pre ordered a week before a £65 order for child's birthday on a Monday also paid for extra for priority booking only for it to be ' on the way ' twice , and finally cancelled . Apes could run the business better they can't even get basic orders correct surely asking for a plain burger is less work for whoever is making it . Not rocket science.

Took 3 hours to arrive and was stone cold

All great but delivery note was ignored. Having a young child who had just fallen asleep to take care of it was difficult for me to get to the front door (hence my note to leave order at front door) but courier knocked on door a few times to signal they were there. I know there was a code to give but this needs to be taken into account when delivering

ordered the food at 4.17, still waiting on it 2 hours later, the delivery time is still saying it will be here in 1 hour. When i ordered it said it would be 15-30 mins

No option to cancel even though food was 2.1/2 h late. Tried just eat chat and phoned and no support or help given. Absolutely disgusting service will move to Uber eats from now. Just eat has proven time and time again that they can't be trusted!!!

At the first Our family got cold meals!!! All night we feel sick and diarrhea. Its a worst McDonald's around the Belfast. Should claim it's owner to the court poisoning people!!!

Usually swerve this McDonald’s on Saintfield road as they always miss out an item or 4 but pushed for time so ordered large takeaway for family of 5, got home and unpacked it and yes they forgot the nuggets and the dips and the chips were cold,so have to rush back up to collect them, definitely not be back!

The driver was so rude! since when are you asked for codes when the order is delivered? Clearly can see I ordered it showed him the email confirmation, could have been more pleasant about the situation! Not happy!

my son is 6. he saw the ‘grimace shake’ tiktok trend in 2023 and every so often we’ve been researching on whether or not this drink would come to our wee country🇪🇺🇨🇮. long and behold, last week we found out that the GRIMACE shake would be here until the sept 3rd. Must’ve been one in 10000 cause he turned 6 on aug 30. we make our way to the mcdonald’s, birthday signs up. promotional items in stock (or so we thought). we eagerly await that sweet creamy grimace-y nectar on our tongues to be met with my worst nightmare. “no longer available” what. on. earth. my son has waited for well over a year for this drink. only to be met with the cold bleak reality of the universe. shame on you mcdonald’s. what’s the point in the celebration if grimace isn’t even there. won’t be back.

Just like in standard McDonalds fashion, if they don’t forget the sauce they’ll forget something else.. wrote them a note saying don’t forget the sauce as they always do.. oh they gave me the sauce, and forgot my drink…

The driver abandoned the mcmuffin on my doorstep & didn't knock or ring to let me know it was there. Probably because the bag & mcmuffin were soaked, indicating the coffees I'd ordered had spilled en route.

Ordered loads of food and delivery guy got here without straws, two drinks, chicken nuggets, a mcchicken burger and sauces. Called the phone and didn't pick up twice. We want our money back for this food because we were looking forward to this and this isn't acceptable.

It said cucumber unavailable and wouldn’t let me take it off so I assumed it wasn’t on it, I’m allergic to cucumber and now I can’t eat the wrap. Also no straws, dips and no spoon for McFlurry. Donuts were missing too and the drinks were only half filled

It's McDonald's so you know what you will get, but the service was excellent, the staff were helpful and friendly, it was a nice day so we ate outside. Very well do n e guys.

delivery was on time however no straws in bag which wasnt overly an issue but both mcchicken sandwiches looked like they where threw in the bag without being properly assembled. literally found the baps from the top on top of my box of nuggets. still ate it tho but wouldve prefered if the burger was put together and the boxes where closed lol

Ok it's a McDonald's so the culinary experience is somewhat limited but having said that is was one of the best I've been too.. very friendly staff.. food was nice and hot and a fulsome portion of chips.. whenever I feel like a McD.. this is where I'd go..

Delivery is never an issue and the drivers are always very pleasant. The issue, again, is missing items. I've purposely paid an extra £2 for 10 sauces in the hopes some will arrive and true to form not a single one. So I'm out sauce and been charged for it. Seriously have a word with your employees, they can clearly read the order, why are sauces (amongst other items) ALWAYS MISSING!!
