i come here with my family often and our lovely waitress Priya recommend the bottomless sesame option to me and just wow! would absolutely come here again for it. service was incredible and fast. 10/10 experience thank you tgi!

We came here for my sister's birthday and it wasn't as good as we thought it would be. There was a nice atmosphere, but the mens toilets were shut and the unisex set weren't the cleanest. We ordered about 5 o'clock and we didn't get our starters untill past 7 and the corn dogs were lovely. We didn't get our mains until roughly half past eight and we didn't even bother to waste our time buying dessert. They were short staffed and our table wasn't the cleanest, bits of the wall were falling off when you touched it.

Came for cocktails and snacks, sat at the bar and was served by Gus... his cocktails are only matched by his customer service, he can't do enough for his guests and the manager Billy also made a fantastic impact on our visit!

Great place , Gus the barman with a vast knowledge of cocktails with lots of experience served me Amaretto sours which isn’t on the menu and it was very nice almost exactly like a cherry Bakewell so spot on! Bill the manager made sure we was all look after so I can’t recommended the place enough if your looking for nice food and cocktails! Not bad 2 for 1 on cocktails too can’t go wrong!

We arrived and it was very quiet however when we sat down even though it was quiet it was so noisy people talking so loud and kids squealing, never mind we can’t control that. Our waitress Olivia a came over and took our order first think I notice was her attitude like she didn’t want to work there! Ordered our food and the starters came out after 45 mins some cold some hot, I could see other diners better frustrated as they were also waiting a long time for food and the said waitress Olivia just shrugged, one starter came out without its sauce and I asked her where’s the sauce and she went and came back and said there is none! Should’ve mentioned that earlier. She had a disagreement with the fingers behind us, thought I was in a wind up show like ant and Dec. I won’t come back here again not enjoyable one bit

First time coming here and I won’t be returning, staff were far and few between. Food wasn’t the best and we didn’t even eat it all. Asked for the bill and had to wait 10 minutes.

Awful service, daughters main meal arrived 15minutes later than mine. Meal was cold! Will be avoiding at all cost! Terrible food

At TGI’s Watford North we are always welcomed by happy friendly staff even on busy Friday and Saturday nights. We rarely sit in the restaurant as we prefer the bar area and can chat to various staff. Gus and Kai are usually behind the bar, The said staff are respectful, polite and happy, even when busy. Kimberly and Conner appear to be new young faces and demonstrate a mature and helpful work ethic. Their energy and motivation is refreshing; they ooze willingness and a desire to learn, as well as wanting to do their best. Billy, one of the managers, is always on hand to help and advise. There have been times, he has been snowed under overseeing the restaurant but he makes an effort to acknowledge and welcome our visit. In recent times the venue has had multiple issues with the rest rooms flooding, where another manager has spent most of his shift mopping up sewage from the drains and leakage from the roof. We understand this is a situation out of the team’s control. We urge and request that those who have the authority to rectify the issues make a conscious effort to do so rapidly as customers are leaving due to possible infection control and the unsanitary environment, we have had to leave on occasion due to this problem. We believe the issue can be resolved by those further up the chain and the team should not be held responsible as they have done their best to manage an unfortunate and unnecessary hygiene issue. We are a female female coupe and have always been treated kindly and respectfully and we are comfortable coming here unlike other places we have visited.

Connors service was next level! He was so welcoming and friendly, food was also great! Would highly recommend coming just to speak with Connor!

Me and my family came to celebrate my sister‘s birthday and I was unexpectedly running very late because of work. When I came, I was greeted so warmly, not to mention my food was hot and I was offered a drink as soon as I sat down. Kimberly was our waitress and was so cheerful and thoughtful, even though the situation wasn’t ideal. I don’t normally leave reviews but Kimberly deserves praise and reward! Thank you Kimberly and the team for a wonderful evening after a stressful day!!

We came in for dinner last Monday to celebrate my daughter’s (step daughter) 6th birthday and we were looked after by one of the best servers we’ve ever had. Connor was on the ball all evening making sure our drinks were filled and we had everything we needed. He was lovely to talk to and made my daughter’s birthday extra special. All the staff were friendly and the lady that seated the second half of our party was also fantastic. We will definitely be back as we had such a great time and would love to be served by Connor again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food, when we got it, was pretty tasteless, I had the corndogs to start and both the dogs and the sauce both lacked in flavour. For my main I had the sesame chicken and these had a slight burnt flavour and maybe a slight taste...

We are here twice during a stay at The Premier Inn next door and both times had great food. The staff were really friendly and helpful and COVID measures were in place. You scanned the menu with a qr code reader and the staff came over and took your order. It's a slightly reduced menu but still plenty of choice.

Good menu on offer with this chain, We booked of course to ensure a table. I had the excellent Cobb salad. Our waiter was really excellent and looked after us very well. Overall a very positive experience.

Never been to a Fridays before, food was amazing and the service was quite high quality! Get the chicken you won’t be disappointed, the exterior is however a little run down when you come through the carpark - but would go back again!

This was my first visit to a restaurant since lockdown and what a Joy! Our waitress Claire was excellent and explained everything to us and made life so easy. The food was amazing I loved the ribs which Claire reconnected. She was so nice to my family and so friendly I cant praise her enough.

Great evening good food and cocktails. Adhered you COVID regulations and social distancing. Loved the shrimp and Jack Daniel boneless bites and the sauce as always was amazing, we ended up having four June bug cocktails as they were so good! Massive portions too

We come here often and this time we were celebrating my sisters birthday. Despite the business of Eat Out to Help Out we were served efficiently and quickly and the food and portions were great. The vegan burger is really good and the texture replicated that of beef to a almost uncomfortable level. The seasoning on the fries was incredible too, we left so stuffed we couldn’t move for the next three hours. Highly recommend coming here if you’re in the area.

Picked up order this afternoon. Would say sadly as the food was stodgy that it had been cooked earlier and left to stand. Very disappointed as normally to eat in the taste is a great deal better. No more takeaways for us.

Always enjoy visiting a TGI Fridays, lots o choose from, I had a 2 course for £16.99. Salmon lovely and the desserts are huge! Always a happy place to visit when they sing happy birthday and give you a birthday cake! Nice little touch. Love the menu and find it difficult to choose every time I go !

Once sat was left waiting for 15 minutes before even being asked if I want a drink. The waiter had a terrible attitude and really did not want to be there. After returning with my drink, it was slammed on the table and the waiter walked off while I was trying to call him to explain it was wrong. After going to get him to explain that it was wrong I gave up and left to eat somewhere else.

Came to London, thought we would stop by for some food. We were told approx waiting time would be about 30 minutes. However, tables quickly cleared up, so we checked with the waiters if we could get a table. When we approached them they were too busy talking amongst themselves at the reception.It turns out they completely forgot about our pager number, we sat at the bar for over an hour. When we asked when would our table will be ready, they said just setting up the tables now. This took another 30 minutes.

Booked this restaurant for my wife’s birthday, the food was good however the service was poor. We were seated in the corner of the restaurant next to the kitchen and had to wait longer than expected to order food. What makes it worse is that despite the booking saying it was for a birthday ( on that day) they let us down by not making the occasion special. Other people were getting wished Happy Birthday however we were forgotten about. I would recommend d thy is restaurant for celebrating occasions on the back of this experience.

The waitress was lovely but was let down by lengthy waits between courses. She did apologise and say that the kitchen was a little backed up and brought my daughter some veg sticks inbetween starter and main. However we then waited 30mins for desserts. Definitely not worth the £70 bill for the 3 of us and put a little bit of a downer on our visit as we were staying in the premier inn next door to go to the Harry Potter Studio Tour the next day.

It had been a while we hadn’t been to a TGI and we went as a family for dinner. We were told there was a wait of 20min for a table, yet when we arrived at the bar area there was a whole section that wasn’t open and several tables were set and available. After 20min we noticed some people who arrived after us had a table before us, and just as we were going to enquire about our table we were asked for our beep number...

Servers were friendly and helpful but food very slow to come out and my wife had finished her starter by the time mine came out. Mains were nice but the deserts were very bad value, were extremely small compared to what they used to be and how they are shown on the menu. My daughters ice cream looked pathetic. Probably won’t go back as last few times haven’t been great and it’s really not good value for money when you can get w McFlurry next door for £1 which is bigger than the sundaes

Attended twice for lunch+dinner.Clearly a popular eating house.Food choice similar to Brewers Fayre but somewhat more expensive.Very noisy with moderately loud music as well as chatter among groups.Staff were very good and helpful.Burgers average.Not a venue for a quiet meal!

Had a great visit with my family for a celebration. Maria couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely be returning.

Took myself and my family there last night (4 persons) and got in quickly as there were quite a few spare tables. We ordered cocktails, my Pina Colada was nasty. Starters were the spicy shrimp which were excellent and the beef nachos which unfortunately were soggy and wet and inedible. We then ordered the full rack of ribs (3) which on arrival was lukewarm, my wife’s garlic chicken was so lukewarm we sent it back so she had to eat hers after we had eaten ours. We decided not to have dessert. The service was strictly average. The bill came to an expensive £131 Quite disappointing, very expensive so I probably won’t return

Despite having never been to a TGI Fridays before I pretty much knew what to expect. Lively atmosphere, standard menu, etc. I can't fault the service - efficient, friendly, helpful. Unfortunately I think the whole team was let down by the food which was average at best apart from the chicken - two separate dishes - which was quite frankly awful. We didn't complain, merely questioned it, and the manager came to speak to us and knocked one of the meals off. Again very nice staff but sadly it doesn't remove the bad taste in your mouth - quite literally!

Long overdue review. I’ve been going for months and The team is incredible. Thia and Denise are godsent, their customer service is incomparable and I appreciate the effort that’s put into every meal. Can’t fault them even a bit. These girls deserve every bit of recognition and my company will be having meals here every week without a doubt. Pre booked as a large group. Everything ready for us on arrival. Extensive menu catering for a range of dietary needs. Staff friendly and very efficient 😊

We ate here before returning to the near by Premier inn hotel we were staying in. It took a while to be seated, the desk is outside the main building and seemed to be unmanned. It was pretty cold so went in and still took a while for a lady to come and seat us. It wasn't that busy. The waiter was fine who tended to us, very polite and friendly. Food was as we would expect from a tgi, we all finshed our meals. The place seemed a little run down in terms of the deco but for a family evening meal was ok. A bit overpriced on the whole for our experience.

Dinner at TGI’s was ok. The Chicken fajitas were well cooked, but came with loads of fried onions and virtually no peppers. There were plenty of staff, but the service was slow. We we’re greeted by a sullen girl who showed us to a table, gave us a menu, then walked off. Our waiter was cheerful, but clearly stressed. The noise level in the restaurant was so high we had to order by pointing at the menu and by raising our voices to answer the waiters questions.

Having been TGI's in Orlando thought I'd treat family to a lunch. Greeted and seated by a nice chap dressed for Halloween (well it was on Halloween so staff joined in by being dressed for the occasion) given menus and asked us for drinks. Had the coke as it's one of the bottomless drinks on offer so was ideal for my granddaughter. We all had starters and different main dishes. I had the rack of ribs which was so yummy and fell off the bone with fries. We all agreed what we chose was very tasty. As it was lunch they had special offers. Would have loved a sweet but was too full !! All in all nice meal in a clean and pleasant atmosphere.

Our trip to TGI's was lovely and they were all very accommodating and lovely. Our waitress Chloe was very efficient in her job and made sure that we were happy! The food was delicious!

We visited TGI after visit to cinema. Really good atmosphere but really token effort to the vegetarian like us . Food generally the bottom end of expectations.

Made a trip to this TGI with my husband and daughter for a family dinner. I really wouldn’t recommend it .

Everything spot on with this restaurant, staff worked hard and when one order came out wrong did not quibble just sorted immediately. Used kids for £1, so really good value. Can’t complain about anything other than frankness is now looking but dated.

I visited the restaurant on Monday night, our waiter Hade was very welcoming and her hospitality skills were on point. We ordered two Texan dishes and JD wings and the food was delicious. Overall our visit was great and would definitely come back.

I had a few nights stay with my fiancee in a hotel close by to the restaurant and due to TGI’s being so close to the hotel we chose to eat here one evening.

Visited in 2016 whilst staying at the Premier Inn before going to Warner Brothers Studio Tour on the following day. We ate there on 2 consecutive nights and were more than happy with the food and service.

We were a group of 10 with 2 wheelchairs, we had pre-booked but arrived early, wasn't a problem for them although they were very busy. We were soon seated. The food was excellent, service excellent, a thoroughly good evening.

Went to TGI Friday’s today and had an amazing experience! Restaurant was full of energy, food was on point and the best thing was our server Rhea. Very polite and fun... My two young children loved her!

Hands down one of the best bars/restaurants we have visited in London , Andrew has to be one of the most welcoming , funny and professional bartenders we have ever met!

Went here whilst staying in the local area, the restaurant was quiet. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, the menus for allergies were freely made available and the staff were very helpful when discussing dietary needs.

We went here for a meal with the kids. We were served by Tina, who was very nice and polite. When the food arrived, it was warm, not hot as you would expect. There is no way I would send food back, as who knows what would happen in the kitchen. Overall, it seemed like a lot of money for barely warm food.

Maggots in the strawberry garnish on my cocktail. Did not stay for dinner. Would not recommend and definitely won't be back.
